The property was so romantic, peaceful. Loved the spa in the room so perfect and fireplace. We really enjoyed our stay amd definitely come back again.

Amazing place to stay

Amazing property! It had everything my wife and I were looking for. Spa, Gas fireplace, Large balcony. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay, beautifully serene, knowledgeable staff, clear communication. The facilities are showing a bit of wear, and is becoming a bit dated - fixtures in the room are worn, doorhandles askew, spa bath water mixer was loose, jet on bath was worn and shot out once jets were switched on.

Beautifully appointed accommodation. Loved the open flow from bathroom, bedroom, living to balcony. Very peaceful. Would be so cosy in colder weather to be able to use the fire. Loved our stay!

The architectural designed villa was well thought out and exceptional. Great 3 night stay. Explored Hepburn Springs, had a spa day which totally relaxed me. Would highly recommend this accommodation and spa facility. Great dining options nearby but you could easily self cater as the kitchen is fully equipped. A thoughtful hamper was waiting for us with great local produce. Toiletry products provided were lovely and the in room spa Bath was amazing. Planning my next trip down. Would visit all year round.

Beautiful modern room with fire and spa

This property is beautiful to look at the features are lovely. I was disappointed in the condition of the room broken blind, broken towel rail and spa tap. Not cleaned effectively cobwebs and dust filled room. It is in a nice area and quiet but unfortunately the cleaners hired do not complete a proper clean.

This villas are lovely and are in a well set out and maintained area. They are spacious and the outlook is lovely. We had a few issues with using the entry code system, the remote for the fireplace not working and inadequate kitchen cooking equipment. Also the Venetian blinds at one end of the villa only block some of the light from security lights which are on all night.

I liked that the property is next to the hotsprings

Lovely place however finding were to check in took a bit, the curtains were very dirty and the shelf/behead hadnt been dusted in a long time which was yuk. Upon checking out the receptionist lady was very rude didnt greet me or even ask how my stay was just wrote down my room number and said next. She was to busy worrying about massage bookings than seeing out customers. Wont be back

Property is great, probably the best in the area, make sure that bed head get dusted every now and then otherwise it was the best, will be back !

The room itself was lovely and very lovely the spa was amazing and bed comfortable very nice atmosphere pbut there was food or something stuck too the floor in the dining area and alot of dust behind the bed head which took away that luxury feeling which was a shame.

We loved the design and quality of the villa we stayed in. It really was a luxurious escape from our everyday lives. Especially enjoyed the mineral baths close by.

Villa #3 had a wonderful outlook. Very roomy. A few little upgrades and the place would be amazing.

Our villa was perfect for the three nights we stayed in Hepburn. It was in a great location for walking to the mineral spas, day spa and the brewery. Very nice and quiet and very clean. We had no faults what so ever. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely blissful. Could not fault our stay. The accomodation and facilities were excellent, well thought out and the peace and quiet was divine ! 10/10.

The property was a lovely spot for me and my husband to get away without kids and enjoy the peace and serenity.

Wonderful apartment

Really luxurious property. Would be nice to have a bar fridge with snacks and water to purchase.

Noisy, can hear the people upstairs walking and talking. Called to get the wifi password and no wifi. Asked for a call back and still waiting. No clear directions for check in. Dusty and spider webs everywhere on the balcony area. Jacuzzi needs a clean.

Fantastic place to stay but had issues with Netflix, aircon, and tv

The property was advertised as a 4 star property with loads of features. But on arrival, 1. Netflix was not working and could not be fixed for the duration of our stay. 2. The oven was not working and there was no microwave available. 3. There was no coffee machine even one was advertised. 4. The floor was dirty and didn't look like it was even cleaned. 5. One of the towels provided had multiple stains on it. 6. When help was asked for through the contact no. provided, they were very hard to contact. When contacted, they said they would send someone to have a look but no one came. When we finally went to the reception at the bathhouse, Cass was very helpful and did her best to help us. All in all a very disappointing experience. We wanted to check out early and it was approved by Hepburn escape villa but our refund only finally got approved today from Wotif (Expedia) after multiple phone calls to Expedia over a no. of weeks. I will definitely not be back to Hepburn Escape Villa unless they lift their game and standards. I will also have second thoughts about booking anything through Expedia as they ran me round in circles just to get back the refund which Hepburn Escape Villa had already approved 5 weeks back.

Absolutely beautiful modern amenities, we spent most of our stay inside the room. Because of this I think they would benefit from providing wifi considering the price of the stay.

Romance killer

I found checking in a nightmare trying to work out where to go, the information booklet was just full of rules, the noise from people walking above us was almost unbearable. The spa was big but uncomfortable and hard to get in and out.

Fantastic place well priced

Booking in process poorly done. Had to return to reception because key wasn’t provided. Electronic code for building entry didn’t work. One wine glass in room - housekeeping disinterested, did not respond!

For the price of the room, we expected a lot more. All glassware, cutlery and plates were absolutely disgusting, The fireplace heater stopped working on our last night (absolutely freezing) and I wouldn’t recommend buying their tasting platter as it was just old bread, fruit and a salad on a plate! The staff were so lovely and communicated with well which made the stay a little more bearable.

One of the best properties I've ever stayed in. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the room was very well appointed. Highly recommended.

We love the space and privacy especially the spa. No negative comments.

The property was a pleasure to stay in. The only downside was the parking was a distance from the accommodation and the night lighting along the footpath was not operational.

Disappointed

Expected more for what we paid. Lacked a few luxurious, that most people would expect.

We thought we were booking into a free standing villa as per all the photoes on website. Instead we were in a 4 or 5 unit block where you could hear everything happening in unit above...toilet flushing, shower, spa, walking. So very disappointing. We would not have booked in had we known so web site was very misleading. Unit itself was fine....but dirty dushes in a very smelley dishwasher and no coffee making facility.

The villas are very nice, but absolutely overpriced - for the price it should include free entry to the baths and breakfast basket or similar. It also looks like some amenities are not fully installed - eg wiring for the ceiling speakers not completed, no connection.
