A very comfortable hotel conveniently located in downtown Penza only one block from pedestrian shopping street. Friendly staff who know enough enough English to help you if you do not speak Russian.

The shower (!!) and the blow dryer didn’t work, and the heating in the room was insane, like I’m in a sauna! Overall it’s clean and quite okay, but those simple things should be fixed ASAP.

Буду краток ;) как то с годами уже не так торопишься что-ли, или наслаждаешься спокойствием...в общем решили при возвращении из Оренбурга в Москву остановиться в Пензе восстановить силы от состояния "за рулём", погулять, переночевать и утром продолжить наш вояж. Выбор был из Гелиопарк, Моцарт и Азимут. Дети выбрали первый из за понравившихся фото бассейна. Заезд в 14, но мы приехали к 16 часам и радушная, вежливая девушка на рецепшн сообщила нам, что бассейн с детьми доступен с 8 до 16-30. Мы заселились в номер 617 с великолепным видом на фонтанную площадь из одного окна и Спасский Собор из другого(виды завораживающие) Бассейн расположен на -1 этаже и лифт моментально доставил нас туда. Пол часа нам хватило чтобы поплавать(температура комфортная) и посетить "сухую" и "мокрую" :) парилки, а также джакузи с минеральной водой. Дети сказали, что нет намёка на хлорку и за это отдельный +. Всё очень чисто и красиво. Прогулка по городу возможна в любых вариациях: площадь, набережная, парки, собор. Мы выбрали улицу Московская, несмотря на ремонт, улица нам понравилась, как будто попадаешь в прошлое и гуляешь по улице с купеческими домами с интересной архитектурой. Также нам понравилась вечерняя подсветка фонтанов. Выезжали мы в 6 утра и нам собрали завтрак в ланч боксах. Хотелось бы выразить огромную благодарность коллективу гостиницы и отдельно работающим с 25 на 26 июля 2021 года сотрудникам. P.S. кто то скажет дорого, но поверьте это того стоит Всем добра и мира!

Отель стоит в центре Пензы , поэтому расположение удачное, но из этого все. Понравилось: час тренажерки и спа в подарок Не понравилось: общего освещения номера нет, над рабочим столом освещения также нет, халат надо просить, швейный набор надо просить, ванная комната выложена плиткой без подогрева, из-за чего там холодно и дубак во время приема душа. На завтраке нет рыбы или морепродуктов, поэтому если вы веган, помидор и огурец - все что вам светит)

При всём богатстве выбора - другой альтернативы нет. Гелиопарк - действительно лучший отель в городе, хоть и далеко не идеален. Удобное расположение и наличие почти всех необходимых удобств компенсирует такие мелочи как отсутствие розеток у прикроватных тумбочек и невозможность разместить туалетные принадлежности рядом с раковиной. Из несомненных плюсов - очень неплохой бассейн с качественной сауной и хамамом. Массаж правда придется заказывать заранее, своих массажистов в спа нет.

Впечатления очень хорошие. Персонал вежливый и обходительный. Номер большой, уютный, чистый с мини-баром (не пустым!). Еда в ресторане очень вкусная и разнообразная. Очень хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Единственное, что немного напрягло - сантехника в номере (слив унитаза не всегда сам прекращал свою работу, приходилось нажимать кнопки, чтобы ощущение "у водопада" исчезло и душ плохо держался). С большим удовольствием при возможности остановлюсь в этом отеле снова и посоветую знакомым. Благодарю персонал за создание приятной атмосферы в отеле!
