Well located within 5 minutes walk from the railway station but a bit behind the main area and a little difficult to find. Lovely fresh room but a bit small and no wardrobe space or bath (but good powerful shower). Owner wasn’t there upon arrival (5pm) so had to call his mobile and he came along within 10 minutes which wasn’t too long but annoyed to find that the premises was locked and closed when we arrived with our luggage after a 3 hour trip from Taipei. Breakfast was disappointing (just a Taiwanese bread with a packet of banana milk) and the coffee machine was impossible to work out how to use. There wasn’t any staff present either to someone to ask. Owner doesn’t speak English either so be warned!

Nice and convenient

Very nice and clean. Hosts are very friendly. The location is convenient to both Jiufen and Shifen. We really enjoyed it.

First time family visit to Ruifang

The host was extremely friendly. Love the breakfast included in the morning, sandwiches and included kids option and milk for the children. Water machine was good, hot and cold water readily available. Big size king beds, very comfortable Very close walk to train station and the main area. May not be easy to find if you dont know what you're looking for. 10mins by car to the famous JiuFen, so definitely convenient location. They care about your privacy so they don't clean your room unless you ask, so you may run out of toilet paper when you come back from a long day.

Excellent stay for only 1 night. No issues checking in or with services.

Is a small typical sandwich for B&B breakfast in new Taiwan city?. I shocked no window and extremely low ceiling room.

Modern Cozy B&B

It's convenient well located in Ruifang. Host is friendly and very helpful.. Had even help to secure transport for us during a rainy day. Will definitely stay here again.

Modern and cozy duplex rooms.

Certainly worth the stay at the modern design duplex room. The corner terrace is divided into few areas, front entrance and dining area, pantry and hall, rooms on 2 levels. Sliding doors to room.. Attached shower facilities. All essential items are provided. It's a good rest point to explore around the vicinity. It's pretty near to Ruifang Train station.

Great Location

Only minutes walk to Ruifang train station, very convenient location for getting around Jiufen & Shifen The house design is very pleasing but the room is too small. And the sound proof is very bad, can hear loud foot steps when upstairs people walking. Bed is very soft kind, suits those who like very soft bed.

Room was clean. Location was near the Ruifang train station. However, room size was a bit small.

Very close to Ruifang train station and a few mins to the bus stop to Jiufen. Very friendly and helpful owner. The condition of the minsu (B&B) was very good. Breakfast (sandwich and soya milk) was provided and yummy. Overall a comfortable stay.

Good location but that's about it

Location is great, within minutes from ruifang station. However, service was only average. We had to stand outside the door for about ten minutes trying to get the owner to open the door while he was sleeping inside. Also, Wadsapp number indicated at the door was incorrect so we could not Wadsapp call him using wifi while at the door. Breakfast time indicated was 8-10am but it was not ready till around 8.30 and we had to rush to eat quickly to catch a 9am train from ruifang. Breakfast wasn't that great either, wasn't exactly worth the wait. My husband did not manage to sleep well cuz he kept smelling cigarette smoke in the room. We suspect it was came from the alley behind the house that was located just outside the toilet of our room. Overall stay was average, great location but I don't think we will visit again.

Reasonable price

No ventilation in the bathroom, air conditioner gives unpleasant air smell, room is quite small, but the service is very good, and very friendly owner. Overall the hotel is good and reasonable price for what you will get.

Cosy and Clean B&B

Clean and comfortable stay. Short 5 min walk from Ruifang Train Station (use the small lane on the left side of the station instead of the main road). Friendly and helpful host who accomodated to all our requests. Homemade breakfast was delicious - congee and side dishes, something different from other b&bs. Highly recommended for those exploring pingxi and jiufen areas :)

Great place to explore Ruifang/Jiu Fen/Shifen

Comfortable room, convenient location, excellent breakfast --- Bus/train transportation in the area is frequent and cheap so staying in Ruifang is convenient for exploring both the Jiu Fen and Shifen directions. We chose this place based on the photos indicating a modern style and indeed the B&B turned out to clearly be a new buildout so everything is in great condition and well organized. There is a shared kitchen/sitting/lobby area which is also where breakfast was served. And breakfast was fantastic! Home-cooked by the host family with dedication this was probably the best congee I've ever had (plus some nice side dishes). Worth letting the host know about what you may or may not enjoy in your congee as you definitely want to be able to fully enjoy this part of your stay!

It was a pleasant stay indeed. My German friend and I were the only guests that night, so we had the house on our own! ;) The host was very friendly to us and provided useful information to travel around. The room was small but clean, comfortable and modern-designed. The breakie was traditional Taiwanese style and cooked by the host. We loved the food!

reached our destination with hosts brother coming out to fetch us. had a great time staying with them. room is comfortable with clean shower room. lovely breakfast. hosts even agreed to fetch me and my girlfriend around at a cheaper rate. wonderful stay.

Alors près du centre, petit déjeuner apporté à 8h par notre hôte ! Nous avons juste regretté l odeur et l humidité du logement mais je pense qu il n avait pas été loué récemment. Hôte contacté par whatsapp à l arrivée . Arrivée rapide de l hôte pour nous faire entrer et nous expliquer rapidement mais précisément les difrenetes clés et codes. Très bien ! Et merci pour le petit déjeuner qui n était pas prévu lors de la réservation.

Good place to stay

希望老闆在客人入住前先確認好自來水的加壓馬達是否已開啟，水量太弱導致水溫忽冷忽熱，洗澡真的蠻不舒服的。雖然跟老闆反應後，有馬上幫忙處理。

別訂４人房，其他不錯

優點： 　房間很乾淨、離火車站很近、逛老街方便、老闆頗豪爽。廚房好像可以任意用（我們沒用到）。 缺點： 　我們住４人房（二床），樓中樓型式，空間非常非常小，光是放二個人的行李都有困難。有去看雙人房的，空間還不錯，後悔應該訂二個雙人房的。 　另，隔音似乎不太好，會聽到樓上（住家）的走動與電視聲音。還好半夜就沒了。 其他： 　住宿時是淡季，老闆不在民宿，提早到要放行李時沒人，電話聯絡老闆，可以自行開門進去大廳放行李。離開時key放櫃台就可以。所以應該不適合喜歡隨時有人服侍的旅客，我們是沒差。

瑞芳有質感的住宿

原來有本館和新館，Google導航是本館的位置，住宿那天已被包棟，臨時被換到新館的四人房。管家說新館的房間比較大，可是我比較喜歡本館的樓中樓。不知為何，房間有個刺鼻的味道，管家說是香精，可是我不是很喜歡。整體來說房間裝潢新穎，而且離火車站很近，管家熱情態度很好，是不錯的入住經驗。

部屋はとても清潔で、ホストの方も分かるまでちゃんと教えてくれました！ 日本語対応はできませんが、英語でわかりやすく伝えてくれます。 普通のホテルとは少し違いますが、鍵のシステム等初めての事が多く新鮮でした。

很棒，很舒適。 但有一個小小建議房東，那個洗手間裡可以加一個置物架，因為洗澡時都不知衣服和毛巾該放那裡，沒掛勾不方便

原本定的是舊館 結果老闆直接幫我們變成新館的還不跟我們多收費 整個環境超美 離車站又近東西都很漂亮

精心設計過的民宿

缺點：廁所沒有抽風且水量有點小。 優點：房間很乾淨，整體很有設計風格，老闆待人親切，早上附的早餐很好吃。

沒有停車場，鄰近的室內停車場至少要走5分鐘，收費也不算便宜，加上入住當晚正巧下大雨，辦理入住時真的有點麻煩，再來是入住後碰巧遇到浴室水龍頭出水有狀況，由於已經在外活動了一天，一入住本想要馬上洗熱水澡舒緩身體疲勞卻因為沒水加上來回反應狀況以及等候狀況排除，讓人更覺疲憊啊！隔音效果不算太好，樓上房間沖水的聲音和房門外其他房客聊天的聲音都非常清楚。

整體服務不錯， 老闆很親切 ，這裡 瑞芳 的交通非常的便利 ，喜歡玩 台灣東北角的 非常推薦！

1.第二張床 比較小 如果是四個大人 可能比較 窄了一點。 2. 浴室再加一個 可移動的 化妝鏡 再多點 掛毛巾架 會更方便！ 3. 室內空間 再加上幾個掛衣架也會更方便！

滿意住宿

整體住宿滿意，近火車站5分鐘步行，旅店時尚風格，早餐簡單美味，因為不是自助早餐，每客人一餐點，經過表達旅店額外提供多一份早餐(Very Good)。房間住宿是足夠，但走動位置不足夠，沒辦法放置兩個行理箱，要在走廊處理行理箱，希望可以改善。廁所沒有抽氣扇，沖涼後要散濕氣，希望可以改善。整體是滿意的，有水準。我會再次入住的。

民宿です。

九份までの最寄りの駅である瑞芳から徒歩3分程度のところにあります。ホテルではなく民宿ですが、アメニティーは一通り揃っていました。部屋は思っていたより狭かったですが、とても清潔で、他の宿泊者にも恵まれ、騒音に悩まされることはなかったです（廊下と部屋の壁とドアはガラスでした）。オーナー家族はとても感じが良かったです。九份、十分観光の拠点として便利だと思います。

朝食はサンドイッチや肉まんとフルーツなどでしたが、美味しくいただけました。子どもと泊まりましたが居心地よく、セキュリティもちゃんとしており、他にも家族連れもいらしていて安心して過ごすことができました。 細かいところの掃除が行き届いていない印象はありましたが、全般的には清潔に保たれていると感じましたし、オーナーの方も感じよくて瑞芳駅にもとても近いのでおすすめしたい宿です！

室內間隔感覺十分溫馨，家的感覺。冷氣涼快，房間沒有異味，而且整潔。 離瑞芳車站約五分鐘路程，交通很方便，去猴硐火車站，十分車站也很容易。 另外非常感激屋主，把我漏留的物品幫忙寄回香港！

チェックイン時間より早めにつきましたが、ドアに貼ってあった電話番号に連絡すると、オーナーが鍵を開けにきてくれてそのまま入室することができました。部屋は１階で天井が低く、窓がなかったので朝までぐっすり眠れました。また、とても静かで雑音など一切ありませんでした。駅が近く、荷物を預けてから電車にのって出かけ、夜中に帰ってきて眠ることができました。とても便利で清潔な宿でした。

酒店很近瑞芳火車站，很近市中心，超方便，晚上很寧静。酒店職員非常细心，友善。真的是很不錯的酒店。非常推薦朋友入住。

出来ればいつも人が常駐してほしかった。 チェックイン、チェックアウトしたいときに誰もいなくて困った。

符合CP值的好民宿

價錢雖然貴一點，但因為房間及整棟房子的設計超越平均值，特別是床非常好睡，會讓人意猶未盡。民宿位在瑞芳市區，走路30秒出巷口，就可搭乘前往九份的公車站，因為鄰近火車站，附近餐廳小吃一應俱全，相當推薦。

小而巧的民宿

我是住樓中樓的房間，房間與外面走道是用大片玻璃門所隔開的，剛開始有一點被嚇到，想說也太前衛了吧，這樣隔音沒有問題嗎?實際入住發現隔音比想像中的好，氣密程度很高，害我都有點想要問老闆是哪一家廠商做的，另外就是除了床鋪之外，其他的空間比較狹小，我們晚餐是在附近的街道買回來的，但是房間內沒有能夠放食物的桌子，要用餐可能還是得到公共空間的桌子比較適合，對喜歡在房間內吃點東西的人比較不方便。

近車站 設備新穎 盥洗用具質感很高

嚴格來說 整體的隔音還是不算太差的 我住的是樓中樓 走廊的聲音是蠻清楚的 但是房與房之間的隔音是不錯的 整體來說算是安靜 廁所沒有電子通風設備 記得打開窗戶 否則會有異味

シンプルでしたが、快適でした。ママがオーナーで、息子さんと娘さんと経営されているそうです。気持ちよく過ごせました。

與原本的期待有點落差，已到入住時間ㄧ進大廳房間還沒整理好就算了，拖把好幾支整個散落在門口（阿姨還在打掃中），等待房間期間借了杯子泡茶杯子卻是髒的，讓人感覺不是很好。另外雖然早上有現作早餐，但早餐的份量太少完全吃不飽，還不如給我們早餐卷去附近吃早餐比較好；不過床很舒適，棉被很舒服，沐浴品味道宜人是優點，整體其價位覺得還有很多進步空間。

整體舒適整潔床好睡

以價位和地點來說CP值OK。整體乾淨舒適，床和被品非常舒服好睡，如果隔音可以加強會更加。欠缺吊掛衣物的架子（唯一的櫃子在浴室裡，而浴室不會乾）、置物架，如能補上會更貼心。早餐所有食物都是溫溫的不夠熱有點可惜。

아주 좋았습니다

역에서 아주 가까워서 좋았고, 건물을 리모델링한건지 매우 현대적이고 깨끗하고 이뻤습니다. 구조도 특이했구요. 아침식사를 직접 다 만들어서 주는데 직원분이 매우 친절했고 음식 맛도 좋았습니다.

近瑞芳車站，寧靜舒適。

到達瑞芳車站後，只需5分鐘路程就到達，十分方便，因為我連續兩天前往猴硐及九份，可以省卻返回台北車站的時間。

不錯，靠近瑞芳火車站.

整體感覺非常好！交通非常方便！鄰近瑞芳火車站，於民宿一出門口就是前往基隆的巴士站，而斜對面就係前往九份和金瓜石的！ 整體設施也很好，有機會下次會再選擇該民宿！

CP值極低的旅社

1.旅社無停車場或簽約停車場，只能停在門口，且停車處正好是對面大樓的地下停車場出口，十分不方便，如果自行開車來的朋友不推薦這間旅社。 2.該旅社公共環境寬敞，但房間非常狹窄，如果住過東京的一般旅社應該可以體會那種狹窄，但該旅社的狹窄又沒有完善的空間規劃。 3.網路評價表示該旅社早餐十分美味，其實只是即溶咖啡加上微波爐鹹派，佐五小片小黃瓜切片加番茄醬。 4.前往旅社時我們已事先聯絡，接近旅社時又再連絡一次，但我們卻在門口等了好一會兒，在看到店主從遙遠的地方緩慢步行過來開門，滂沱大雨天。

小而整潔的民宿

一間面積很小的民宿，比較乾淨。

房間偏小，僅一張床無其他桌椅可放東西，浴室無抽風濕氣重，天花板隔音差，整晚聽到樓上蹦蹦蹦的。 旅店整體不錯，乾淨又有設計感，清新，所在位置很好，離車站近，超商屈臣氏等等都很近，離警察局也很近，安全。 如雙人住宿推薦住大間的雙人房。

交通方便的民宿

這次雖然說是短暫入住，但床非常舒服，房間小而美，很適合旅遊的人來，交通非常方便

民宿外觀及裝潢都相當新且漂亮，整潔度也很夠。但有傳來腳步聲，隔音效果不是很好，另當天入住之房間高度較低，有點壓迫感。不介意的話，是一間不錯的房間。

House B&BJuifanはスタッフが常駐していませんでした。到着が早かったので荷物だけでも置けないか電話をしましたがノーアンサーだったため、瑞芳駅の有料コインロッカーに荷物を預けチェックイン時刻まで観光をしていました。チェックイン時刻が過ぎたのでHappy House B&BJuifanへ行きましたが、入り口が施錠されたままで、入り口の張り紙に書かれた先へ電話をしたら5分後にマネージャーの男性がやって来ました。 スタッフ不在のため朝食はチェックイン時にあらかじめ時間をお願いするスタイルで、シンプルなサンドウィッチでしたが美味しかったです。翌朝、英語堪能なお姉さんが台風18号の直撃を心配している私のために来てくれました。暴風雨のため外に出られないので、チェックアウト時刻を過ぎても居ても良いと言ってくれ助かりました。夕方にはオーナー夫人がカップ麺を持って様子を見に来てくれました。そして、夜、台北桃園空港へのタクシーを呼んでくれました。通常の3倍という法外な料金をふっかけられましたが、公共交通機関は不通、タクシーは1台も外を走っていない状況下で空港に行くには仕方なく支払いました。無事帰国できたので、終わりよければすべてよしとします。 Happy House B&BJuifanは、スタッフ常駐ではないことを理解し、現地語がわかる方には大変おすすめです。
