Setting was beautiful, views of hills and sea were fantastic, gardening and landscaping were great. We liked the cats guarding the property from rodent invaders!

4 star resort, bring your own towel and rubish bag

Really hate to leave a negative review, and i TRIED AND TRIED everyday to give this place a chance, even on the last morning, at our check-out I wanted to NOT leave a negative review, but what one is about to experience here, is probably better to prepare for. The start with the positives, the location and lay-out of the resort is absolutely STUNNING. it's a calm isolated mountain-top oasis, with fantastic views. The less so good, the pool is way too little for this siyze of resort and extremely over-crowded (and also heavy chlorine smelling), so dont expect to relax or swim there. Now to the horror. This 4 STAR GOLF RESORT, that charges up and around 300 eur a night forget to inform you that they will not provide a couple of things: TOWELS, HOUSEKEEPING, RUBBISH BAGS. So you are expected to use the same towel for the duration of your stay, clean your own studio/apartment and get rid of your own rubbish (and then get a black bag somewhere). That is probably a "tad" surprising, me at least after visitign 107 countries in my life, have not been to such resort yet. We were begging the reception for no cleaning, no help with the rubbish but PLEASE give us some fresh towels. They promised, they lied, never delivered. On my check-out day, there I was again, literally begging for 1 single towel, to be able to shower for the journey home. The receptionist (on duty 27/JUN, 10AM) PROMISED TO SEND ONE UP, I took the shower, but the towel never came. I find it morbidly disrespectful.

Flawless

This is not my first time at this resort and definitely won't be my last. Can't fault them for anything, staff were very friendly and helpful, service is great and overall brilliant. Only flaw if anything was the swimming pool filter wasn't working on the last day but won't be fair to blame hotel for this.

Overall you will be happy

Staff are fabulous, friendly and very helpful so no issues whatsoever there. Overall, the hotel is not too bad but no room service or daily cleaning of rooms and you have to check in by a certain time otherwise you'll left stranded with nothing as the reception closes early. But I think I'd stay there again if I was to travel to Barcelona again.

Es hermosa! Un hotel arriba de las montañas en un lugar espectacular, tranquilo y relajante, el personal muy amable desde recepción asta la persona de la tienda, los de Restaurant súper amables, lo único que no me gusto es que llegamos en miércoles y la tienda estaba serrada, para servicios se nececita aser recervacion con tiempo, pero la belleza del lugar opaco eso. Regresare más días.

Tres bel hebergement en famille

Tres sympathique endroit qui surplombe une ville aussi belle en hauteur de montagne ou tout a été parfait

La acomodación y restauración perfecta . Problema: factura en alemán ( estamos en Catalunya) y nos cobraron por aparcar en parquing subterráneo cuando fueron ellos los que nos dieron la tarjeta en ningún caso dijo eran que era de pago , y nosotros aparcamos en el exterior ( no hicimos servir el parquing )

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, muy cuidado y perfecto. Limpieza impecable y personal muy amable. La unica pega es que la piscina y el.lugar donde se encuentra es demasiado pequeeña para la cantidad de apartamentos que hay en el complejo

Zu viel Elektrosmog, der Sicherungskasten hat ununterbrochen ein ätzendes Brummen von sich gegeben. Auch dann, wenn wir alles abgestellt haben. Sehr ringhörig, man hat die Gespräche der Nachbarn gut gehört. Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr berücksichtigen, obwohl der wunderschöne Masnou Golfplatz sehr nahe war.

Tres agreable pour des vacances en famille !

Sehr schönes Resort für Leute die es gerne etwas ruhiger angehen und Wert auf Erholung setzen ohne dabei auf die Möglichkeit zu verzichten binnen 15 Minuten am Strand oder in einer lebhaften Kleinstadt zu sein. Einziger Kritikpunkt das Treppenhaus dürfte ab und an mal gereinigt werden. Ansonsten Zustand der Unterkunft, Personal und Angebot respektive Service top.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage eingebettet in eine Golfanlage, sehr gepflegter Zustand, Hundefreundlich aber etwas weit vom Meer entfernt.

Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad que se respira. El servicio excelente. Apartamentos muy amplios.

Mooi uitzicht vanop de kamer. Het grote zwembad is aangenaam. Spijtig dat de weg naar het resort in slechte staat is en de parking op het domein ook nog betalend is.

Resort muy correcto. Muy tranquilo y aunque algo alejado de Platja d’Aro, fácilmente accesible. La zona es muy bonita y la piscina y el restaurente de la piscina están muy bien. Los apartamentos, correctos. Añadiría un microondas a la cocina (no tiene).

Un lugar ideal para descansar

Lugar tranquilo, bonito y todo muy limpio, Ideal para descansar unos días. El acceso no es cómodo se suben cuestas de un 17% de desnivel, pero una vez tienes unas vistas muy bonitas.

Entorno idílico, apartamento cómodo

Me encantan estos apartamentos, la urbanización es muy bonita y son perfectos para llevar mascotas . He ido varias veces ya.

El sitio es tranquilo y muy bonito. Buenas vistas desde el apartamento. Encontramos a faltar microondas y el sofá cama bastante incómodo.

A mejorar los servicios complementarios. Restaurante, supermercado, etc.

Endroit exceptionnel méritant la longue route unique, serpentueuse et pentue pour y accéder... Havre de paix, îlot de résidences au centre d’un golf, entouré de verdure, propre et bien entretenu. Bien entendu, en cette « hors » saison, impossible de juger de tout mais logement top.

Las instalaciones en general muy bien, pero al apartamento le faltaba aire acondicionado y microondas.

Los apartamentos no tenían aire acondicionado y pasamos calor por lo demás está bastante aceptable.

No entiendo que un complejo, grande cierre su recepción a las 18:00 horas, por lo demás correcto

Séjour en famille très agréable. Les points + : le lieu, la situation géographique, le personnel, literie, calme. Tout est fourni pour les bébés sur demande. Sont fournis dans l'appartement les affaires de bases ( torchons, serviettes de bain, draps, éponge, liquide vaisselle, papier WC, eponge). Les points -: piscine intérieure non chauffée, canapé lit dans chambre 1 personne ( mais avec les 2 rapprochés ça fait un lit 2 personnes).

No nos dieron la habitación hasta las 16:30h y eso que habiamos llamado expresamente y por tlf nos dijeron que a las 14h ya estaria disponible. El agua de la piscina helada

mooie locatie

De locatie is mooi, vrij afgelegen bovenop een berg, omgeven door een golfterrein. De huisjes zijn vrij basic, maar zeker oké. Qua netheid globaal gezien niet te klagen, alleen jammer van de platgeslagen mug op het plafond waar je echt niet kon naast kijken. Het personeel was over de hele lijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in het restaurant kon beter. Het ontbijt kon gevarieerder, er werden ook niet altijd verse producten gebruikt (bijvoorbeeld voor de roereieren). Qua diner hebben we de eerste twee avonden in het hotel gegeten, waaronder een tapas avond. Dit had weinig te maken met authentieke Catalaanse tapas. Wij hebben nadien veel beter en bovendien goedkoper gegeten in streekrestaurants die een meer authentieke keuken serveerden. Al bij al een prima verblijf, maar voor het eten kan je er beter op uit trekken en de minder toeristische restaurants opzoeken, of zelf voor ontbijt zorgen in het vakantiehuisje. De lokale superette is daarvoor zeker aan te raden.

Fantastiskt läge

Vi stortrivdes i vår fina superiorlägenhet med en helt underbar utsikt över det vackra landskapet. Vi hade halvpension och både frukosten och middagen var lyxig och god. Lägenheten var stor och bekväm. Vi var mycket nöjda.

Ya hemos estado en varias ocasiones y siempre es una experiencia única e irrepetible. Los apartamentos son preciosos, el trato del servicio muy agradable, y las instalaciones muy correctas. recomendamos la media pensión: la comida es exquisita.

Notre séjour de 5 jours à MAS NOU s'est très bien passé et quand on joue au golf s'est magnifique. Y retournerons avec grand plaisir plaisir. L'hébergement et la restauration sont excellentes et très bon accueil du personnel.

Inmejorable para disfrutar del relax

Precioso complejo rodeado de los bosques de la costa brava. Los diferentes apartamentos se reparten en diferentes edificios que forman un pequeño pueblo Mediterráneo. La zona es toda peatonal y tranquila, se completa con un parque para niños ideal para familias. Apartamentos confortables, espacioso, limpios y con un completo menaje. Desayuno buffet muy completo ( bollería, cereales, embutidos, platos calientes, etc). Personal muy atento, informan y facilitan mapas para poder descubrir la zona (S.Feliu de Guixols, S'Agaró, Playa d'Aro, Calella Palafrugell, Palamós)
