Good stay very pleasant staff!
Old and dirty
The hotel was not in the best conditions it’s old which it is ok you can have an old building but have it maintained the tub had mold rust the hallway rugs ugly old stained looked dirty in the room the refrigerator had mold
The room had no clothes rack, no hangers. No where to hang my shirt.
Doesn't meet the standard with the price paid.
Facility is so old and doesn't worth the price paid. Toilet clogged in the room. Bed comforter was dirty filthy. Just not so pleasant. Doesn't meet the standard with the price paid.
Refund deserved
Carpet was filthy shower tub was dirty filled with hair cracks in ceiling and dark spots which might be mold. I was not satisfied and definitely not worth what I paid
Only one rear EV plug which could be updated, but otherwise nice.
Disappointed in a Hampton Inn for the first time. (I am not a complainer, but want to make sure to leave this feedback.) The good: The bed was comfortable and the noise level was low; my wife and I both slept really well. The lobby and breakfast area was decorated nicely and clean, and the breakfast food was appetizing enough. The bad: Other than the lobby and breakfast area, the whole place looked rather beat up. Is this actually a Hampton Inn, part of the Hilton hotel network? There is so much that needs overhauling and renovation. Elevators, carpeting throughout the hallways, the rooms, etc. As for the room, it's dissappointing to have a cool air blower instead of an air conditioner. The place felt damp the entire time we were there, the air, the bed, the carpet, everything had a dampness. The tub is the type meant for only sitting in, not standing in, as the bottom is curved; it's very dangerous to try standing in it, to be honest. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. We informed the front desk clerk, but when we returned to the room many hours later, the sink was the same. This condition is not at all what we have come to expect from Hampton Inns. I also don't understand the hotel information stating that there is a $22 daily parking fee. For what? I haven't seen yet if we were charged this fee, but if so, it's entirely inappropriate, merely an increase to the room cost without advertising it as such. Never staying at this Hampton again.
Very clean & peaceful.
Our first room smelled like chemicals. We changed to another room and it smelled musty.
1)Room was dirty. Holes in the walls, dust on the lamp bases and side tables. Air conditioner was intermittently noisy, keeping us up. Air conditioner filters were filthy. 2) Staff member attempted to enter our room at 8am. We were still in bed; thankfully, i had used the security bar on the door. 3) Hotel advertised a kiosk where there were snacks and drinks available. During our stay, it was empty and never refilled. 3) upon check-in we were asked if we required a handicap room. I replied no, yet was assigned a room with a handicap accessible shower. This was honestly the worst hotel experience i have ever had in my 50 years!
Not a typical Hampton Inn
Carpet in hallway swept but stained and torn, everything looks used up. Open wire in room.
The toilet bowl had feces droplets The staff was super nice I command the shuttle driver that came up to clean everything with a smile They apologized The property needs renovation The tub can’t anymore The carpets are heavily stained This is my hotel I want to see it looking better I love Hampton inn
For the price, I expected a much nicer experience. The staff was wonderful and friendly, but the building and rooms are dated and felt gross to be in. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone, unfortunately.
Well honestly the hallway carpets were old wet and smelly the breakfast person was rude not the way to start a day food was cold and tasteless
It was m
We coukd not get the key to. It took 3 times to the front desk to get key to work. The hallway carpets were very badly stained. There was nold in the shower
Dirty carpets bad customer service and raggedy rooms need to upgrade the rooms bad for the amount of money being charged.
Not very clean.
Buyer beware…
This did not look like a Hampton Inn. 4 stars my a$$. Carpets and everything is worn out. 2 stars at best!
I would NEVER stay here again for what we paid for a room this was an awful stay. It was dirty. There were no stains on the sheets. The towels didn’t look clean. There was no toilet paper or soap, shampoo and conditioner when we got to the room. It smelled bad. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in that nasty room.
This hotel was not kept so clean, the floors in the hallways were always dirty and had litter throughout. It was quite humid inside too and things always felt wet. The tables and chairs in the breakfast area felt sticky too.
The people were nice, but the carpet in the halls and rooms is worn and dirty.
Hampton Inn should be embarrassed ….. just leave it there………. Ok one example: sheet did not fit…. Corner was constantly not on exposing the mattress!
Good location by airport
Carpet dirty and needs replacing. Facet in sink very loose. First room had large hole in wall with hanging blind. Staff was very helpful, but condition of hotel poor to terrible
Nothing unique. Overall worn.
Zero cleanliness
The room smelled so strongly of mildew the second I walked in, the halls were flooded with water as I was leaving to check out, there were very noticeable stains on the comforters. Nothing felt the least bit clean.
There was water leaking down the wall and across the hallway. Our bedroom smelt really bad and musty. Due to water leaking down the wall and the carpet being wet and damp in the corner. When talked with front desk lady she said she had no idea that there was any water leaks. She was really kind and i felt bad for her for having to deal with it. We did not put up a fuss since we only spend a few hours there before our flight. Also the side door next to our room the exterior lock didnt work with the key card so you had to walk around the building to get in. Needless to say that building needs some serious overhaul to get back into decent shape.
Staff were nice but communication was not clear. Our room has clearly not been used because the phone was unplugged, no hand soap, no body wash, no coffee, cups and coffee maker is broken. Food was not of different varieties, eggs were sitting in water, and there was barely any fruit. Housekeeping was friendly but still couldn’t find any body wash.
The staff was all so very nice and helpful from the shuttle driver all the way to the maintenance staff. Would definitely stay here again, primarily due to the staff.
Cancelled booking
We arrived at the hotel late at night only to find out that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel without alerting us. The manager said the hotel was fully booked and I would have to find another place to stay. No help and sent me on my way. I had to call hotels.com and they did the best they could but we had to find a place ourselves at 1am in the morning.
I booked a room for my mom and her husband to stay for 4 nights. Within 24 hours they had to change rooms 3 times. 1st was not given a room with accessible shower as I requested. Moved to 2nd room, but water was coming from bottom of toilet everytime they flushed it. Finally moved to 3rd room but we found holes in the wall that seem to have been made by rats. So we checked my mom out.. All 3 rooms were didn't, fridge and showers had mold. Horrible hotel. The maintenance guy was nice and did what he could The front desk lady was nice but during check out she got a little smart mouth with my husband when he mentioned the holes on the wall.. there were other guests about to check in so maybe she thought she had an audience.. never again.
Golden turd
When we got to thw hotel the staff was great about the getting both rooms next to each other! Once we got into the room It smelled like mildew. The carpet was stained and under my feet felt digy and sticky.s the ceiling had black dust or something on it. The walls in the bathroom look like they hadn't been wiped down in years multiple hand streaks. The television had the same channel 30 times over. Food was decent in the morning
Horrible front desk clerk blames me...
I had booked a room with 2 queen beds on the website. The check in was late. I was traveling with a friend and I specifically requested two beds. I got to the hotel, checked in and found that we were given a room w/ a king size bed. I went back to the front desk and told the clerk. She said i requested a king bed. She said nothing else was available. I left the front desk and looked at my email that specified 2 queen beds. I went back to the desk and showed the clerk. She didn’t care. I asked for a discount because of the error on her part. She said she had nothing, price was the same and I could check out and get a refund. At 2 am, that was not an option. The other guest slept on the couch in the room. I felt badly that I was not treated fairly and felt bad for my friend. Error on the clerk's part but that person didnt care and lied that i requested a king.
It’s a typical airport hotel. The carpet in the halls and rooms was very dirty and worn to threads. I didn’t want to be barefoot in the room. The surfaces seemed to have a film on them and felt gross. Nothing that I didn’t expect for an airport hotel. The airport shuttle was convenient and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful hotel. Transportation was great.
Hampton needs to remodel if going to keep Hampto…
Staff was friendly anamazing. The property is a dump and should not be allowed to be affiliated with Hampton Inn properties. Filthy carpet- poor repair- no hand soap! We were told they were out but it was I order- same with shower gel…. Mold in air conditioner- first room door was off the hinges. Carpets filthy in rooms and hall…. So gross!
This is the worst three star hotel I have ever stayed. The carpet is old and heavily stained. The room is not clean and smell bad. The service is subpar. There were no soap and table lamp on the office desk when I checked in. The staff were very slow at responding to requests. Not a place I will stay again. It’s definitely not a three star hotel.
The service was down and they didn't have any computer service and the rooms were dirty and the floors smelled like dog urine.
Would not recommend.
Holes in wall. Shower rod ripped off of wall. Faucet barely attached to counter. Refrigerator door did not close securely and we therefore lost a significant amount of food. Room smelled strongly of astringent. Breakfast was unappetizing.
Not happy
We booked 2 queens & prepaid…when we get there, they only have one king room left. They told us we could get a snack from the snack bar for the inconvenience since we prepaid. Because a $2 snack covers the inconvenience. Book Sheraton because it’s down the road & nicer.
staff were extremely kind and accommodating great location and very clean and comfortable stay!
No service if you called down to the front desk. Bathroom, and room itself looked like it needed a fresh scrub. Horrible smell,… and when o called the front desk they made you come downstairs. Will never stay at Hilton. Sad state of affairs at this place. They are just killing the brand that I once trusted.
* On the only window in the room, the heavy plastic shade had fallen from the ceiling and was draped over the H/AC unit. * Bathroom: sink plug broken, no soap. * Shuttle to airport broke down (they had to share the Microtel shuttle next door with little notice to incoming flight arrivals) * H/AC controls "sticky" with poor controls (100 degree temps that day outside).
Ok
Shuttle to airport. Comfortable bed. Only 1 plastic cup. No conditioner.
Poor Accomodation
The hotel could not tell if I had already paid. I didn’t remember so I may have been doubly charged. Very dissatisfying.
This was one of the worst Hilton properties I've ever stayed in. The first room we got had a ripped curtain, shade hanging loose from the dowel, dusty furniture, bed half made, and a filthy carpet in the room and hallways. I've never been as disappointed at a Hampton Inn as I am with this stay. The second room we were offered was cleaner but the carpets throughout the hotel are disgustingly dirt and unsightly. In fact, the last Hilton I stayed in was unsatisfactory as well which is why I now prefer to stay at the mid to top tier Hyatt properties. The only positive was the fresh coffee. The desk clerks tried to be as accommodating as possible under the circumstances, but everyone in our five room party had an awful room experience so I'm sure they were inundated with complaints.
Once we checked in we were told we would be charged $75 per night for incidental fees on top of the cost for 3 night stay which was $576. $801 charged. . Be prepared!!! The carpet had multiple stains . Bathroom tub was rusted In the corners. Ice machine was out of order. Pillows were flat even sleeping on two. Bring your own pillow if you don’t want to sleep on a flat tiny pillow with no support. Not worth the price unless you don’t care about the condition. The shuttle bus was old and needs some mechanic work done. Will not stay here again.
Nasty
The sink did not drain. The sheets had soil ejaculation stains there were pepperoni slices under the table The bathroom floor were cracks in the tile and you can smell urine coming from the toilet and just nasty
Philly stay
Staff was very friendly. Joe our shuttle driver went above and beyond to assist us with an issue. Very appreciative and kind!
Sorry and not well kept. Shuttle was a nightmare and staff was not clear about directions to pick up. Driver was fantastic!
Terrible people works there who really don’t care about loosing there job or anything like that. They are the bossy people work there. Never stay again. April-6th to 7 th. 😡
This wasn’t horribly dirty but it could have been cleaner. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and room keys stopped working. Corners were dirty and floors stained. Bedding was clean and staff was nice.
Me gusto mucho todo bien seguro y limpio
The staff was very easy and nice to interact with
Everyone was awesome, super friendly. Especially Joe. He went out of his way to help us after wrestlemania and get us back to the hotel. Will be back again and will recommend hotel to friends. Thanks for everything. See you next time the Rams or Chargers are in town. Steven Gutin
This property was booked to capacity when I was staying the staff at check in was pretty rude. Rooms were not ready and they basically just dismissed me. They did not offer to pre-check me in, take my bags or provide a parking pass. I had to call the hotel later from the even I was attending to pre check in. They did not have the room I booked available so they offered me a different room which I accepted. The next day I had a charge on my card for double the price on my expedia booking. I called the desk and they said 'thats the rate take it up with expedia. EXTREMELY nasty and insistent it was not their fault it and could not adjust the rate. I decided to go in person to the front desk and thankfully found the only polite worked there who was able to see that the rate was affected by the room switch and was in fact able to adjust the rate accordingly. The rooms were freezing and the halls were SUPER loud. Sunday morning there was some very loud music and gathering taking place off the lobby area. There are a lot of hotels on this strip so I would recommend choosing another if you plan to stay here
Just a basic hotel. Nothing special. Not dirty but not super clean. A little dated but fine for the price.
Stayed there for two nights for wrestlemania. Toilet didn’t work upon arrival and was clogged with toilet paper, so it clearly wasn’t clean. We notified staff before we ventured out for the evening and they said it would be correct red. We arrived back before midnight and they hadn’t even looked at it. When we called down again, we were told it wasn’t her problem (the lady at the front desk) and was incredibly rude to myself and my friend who had called again after. I asked what we were supposed to do and again we were told that it wasn’t her problem if you can believe that! She then sent security up to kick us out. The security guard was very friendly, and even tried to fix the toilet for us. He mentioned the girl at the front is very aggressive. Maintenance came and fixed the toilet the next day but it only worked for one flush, they said they would move us but never did hear from anyone. We finally found a manger and talked her into comping us one night. The day staff were all very nice. The rooms weren’t clean at all with stains on the sheets and dust bunnies on the ceiling and all over appliances and light fixtures. Again the toilet was full of toilet paper, so it would appear no one even bothered to check it for cleanliness. Will never stay at a Hamilton Inn again. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for any hotel ever.
Conveniently located near the Wells Fargo Arena.
.
everything
I would not recommend this hotel. This is not what I expected from a Hampton property! The furniture is worn and there was trash from a previous guest. This was definitely not worth the money!!
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Had one issue with stains on the floor.
We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. We look forward to returning.
Excellent customer service, clean and spacious rooms
Stay elsewhere
First room had a broken bed frame. Second room had a leaky shower with a gross slimy spot around the drain. Both rooms were run down and in need of general maintenance. In the morning they told me 5:05 am for the shuttle. It left at 5:00 and I had to wait till 5:30 making it tIght to get to my flight. Will not stay at again.
Not worth it
Check in and out were very easy. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is rundown. Stained carpets everywhere including in my room. This gave the appearance of a low budget hotel. Bed was hard with lumpy pillows
Great for Short Stays
The staff are so nice and committed to your comfort. Hilton, however, needs to renovate. The heat in our room broke down and the beds were stiff. The food wasn’t good either. The airport shuttle was very convenient.
Carpets were filthy, room dirty, bathroom tub moldy
Our room was clean but bathroom was not there was pubic hair in sink and floor, we had to call front desk they sent someone up to clean they were not happy or apologetic. No one must have checked to see if cleaning staff did there jod, tgey should be imbaressed..
Sixers trip - Timberwolves
The room was nice, however, the carpet was dirty with hair balls located in the bathroom and behind the entrance door. TV didn’t work and had to change room.
Bathroom sink plugged up. Something wrong with the shower. Loose tile came up from floor in front of toilet. Had to pay for water given free at other Hampton Inns. Great that it’s close to the airport with easy access,
hARD PASS!!! I think they still had the Police tape up after the murder that happened inside. WORST room I have ever seen
Property is beginning to show it's age. Still very comfortable and the Staff were GREAT as always.
Great Airport location and very convenient to the Stadiums. Friendly and hard working staff. We would recommend and will stay here again.
Nice place to stay
Was told shuttle to airport is 5 mins after each hour. I had 7:30 appt that I would have missed cause shuttle wasn’t there. Drive personal car to make appt
I like it
The property needs rehabilitation. The showers were moldy, mildew and rusty, the complimentary dispensers were empty in the showers. The carpet in the hallway was filthy and badly worn. The furniture in the room - barn door was loosing it's veneer finish, floor tiles were cracked and the room mattresses were needing to be replaced. The place needs help!
Tub wouldn't drain
Nobody at desk for Check out Place was dirty and very old
Dirty stained carpet in room & the hall. Broken/missing window shade not allowing privacy in a first floor room. Moved the 3rd floor. Check in staff and shuttle drivers were excellent at 2:00 AM. Owner should have property thoroughly cleaned, repaired and updated. We frequent Hampton Inns but this is the worst Hampton we’ve ever seen.
many stains on carpet at room, serve same dishes of breakfast every day (not like Hampton Inn-Orlando airport served different main dishes)
It is Halloween but i dont want tricks in my room
We almost always stay at hampton inns. This room was seriously dirty. I cleaned the coffee cup rings off all surfaces. The rug & furniture has suspicious spots & the bathroom did not look clean. In the shower corners there were dark areas & where the hair conditioner was supposed to b there was nothing. I didn’t want to sleep there.
The property was minimally clean. There was a leak in the toilet which staff told me was the sink. That was impossible. Breakfast was basic and did not have many options but I guess it was better than none. Front desk staff at night had loud conversations. Not many decent restaurants nearby. No outdoor seating.
The sheets smell like dirty socks. The tub was barely clean.
I was just there overnight to catch an early flight in the am. Everything was fine, ie, cleanliness, staff was helpful, amenities, etc. The condition of the hallway carpeting was old and worn, though, as was the tub in my room, but that was it. Some things just need refurbishing.
Staff is pleasant. Breakfast was satisfactory and staff was exceptionally friendly. Hotel hallway carpet is groady and need to be changed
Staff gave us a room already occupied, then we were awoken in the middle of the night when another customer tried to get in our room because they gave him a key to our room. The hotel was in very poor condition with molding falling apart, warn carpets, bugs present and dirty overall.
Hotel was rundown, furniture all scratched up, very rough, needs a remodel. Very disappointing!
The rreceptionist at the front desk was welcoming,
Average facilities
The whole facility is gross. The carpet in all halls and our room was disgustingly dirty. The first room we were put in smelled and had large stains on the beds and pillows. We had them get us a different room which smelled like a combination of smoke and air freshener to cover it up. So gross I could barely sleep. Wanted to find another hotel but had to leave at 5am for a flight. Very disgusted and grossed out. Never seen such a nasty Hampton Inn. Yuck!
the room smelled like someone was smoking pot the entire time we were there. and the room also smelled like piss. this was from my wife and i both thinking the same. the sheets were stained and looked dirty. over all not a bad place, just not up to parr.
I enjoyed my stay..I was pleased with everything and everyone
Walking through the front door to the check in there is an overwhelming smell of marijuana which also follows you to your floor. The carpet in the halls and the room was filthy as was the bathroom. The shampoo bottle had body lotion in its place. I don’t plan on putting that on my hair and the conditioner bottle was empty. Will not go back.
Bad experience
The room was filthy and in bad shape. Caerpets full of stains and smelled bad. This hotel needs a total renovation! Will not stay ar Hampton Inn again. Hotel chain that operates a hotel of this standard and charges a price as a. 3 star hotel has no self respect. I advice to travellers: choose another hotel!
