Everything was good, particularly location. Only complaint is that the room smelt as if it had been a smoking room in the not too distant past, not awful but off putting.

Great service

Great location in Miami. Close to the beach. They provide chairs and towels if you’d like to sign them out for the day. The room was quiet. Restaurants are walkable. The hotel was recently updated and was clean. Rooms were very small. The air needed to be turned down very low to cool but it worked. It was a bit noisy but I like the him at night. The pizza restaurant gets very busy and has good pizza. The free breakfast was good as far as continental breakfasts go. All in all a good option for the area.

Great hotel with very freindly staff. Location is perfect.

Valet parking was horrible. When we called got the car at 9 am , the desk said 15 mins. It was over an hour and we had to walk to the garage location to retrieve it (4 ppl with our luggage) in order to be on time for our cruise departure.

Very small room

Our cabin on the cruise ship was bigger than this room. Only place we have seen smaller rooms was Europe. For the price it was very disappointing.

Hotel is run down. Needs attention. Maid service is sporadic.

Lovely room with view over the pool, staff were very friendly. Breakfast in restaurant wasn’t the best but other than that had nothing else that I would mention

Central location, modern and newly renovated

All new remodel but the bathroom sink and shower had drain problem. Reported couple times had no respond but finally just fixed the sink issue.

This hotel underwent recent renovations. The rooms are clean and updated. The room we stayed in could have used another nightstand and or chair as a king sized bedroom may have 2 people who want to put their things down while laying in bed. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. There's a 24 hour CVS in the lobby which was super great when we needed a snack or sunscreen. Very short walk to the beach and path that runs along the whole beach. The only drawback was the breakfast was lacking, but the coffe was outstanding. There are several good, easy restaurants right around there that made quick eating very easy.

Small space because breakfast & lunch restaurant is in the lobby there is a constant food smell. Staff was very helpful, hotel is clean just a small space.

Great value one block from the beach!

The hotel was very nice, with comfy beds, clean rooms, and a great location. It had a CVS attached to the lobby, a wonderful Italian restaurant, and onsite parking available. Overall, a great value. We had one issue on our visit, and the hotel manager resolved it quickly and professionally. We would definitely return again in the future.

Was nice place to stay at midbeach

Unable to locate the property and very congested rooms and dining place.

Nice people work on reception and helpful . Other employees don't speak english it was hard to deal with them. No varieties in breakfast buffet same thing every day and all meat is pork. Rooms smell mold and small rooms.no enough hangers in bathroom. Location was good one block from the beach. Quiet area. Transportation available all the time near the hotel.

I was confused with the name of the hotel. I booked under Hampton Inn, expecting the great service and amenities. The Hotel continental was nice, but lacked the familiar amenities I am accustomed to receiving with Hampton Inn.

Nice area

Nice hotel, rooms we're a bit smaller than expected, but very friendly staff and very clean. A little far out of the Ocean Drive spot to walk, and there was some construction going on in the hotel, but other than that it was very nice.

Disappointing but clean.

It was disappointing that my room was directly above the reception area that was under construction. Constant banging and drilling could be heard all during the day even though it was a weekend. I also asked the front desk for a hair dryer & also via text and they said one would be sent to my room but it never was. The room was very clean which was the only good factor.

The parking fee is $49 per night Very noisy under construction in the lobby! Small cozy place it is much different than The their ad pictures. So disappointed about the Hampton inn. I just trusted Hampton inn’s image. The room is clean but the bathroom glass Door is not fitting. Water is lleaking the floor.

The hotel was clean and up to date. Upon arriving to the room late in the evening, the room temp was 76. Upon turning down the AC, it climbed up to 78 and almost to 80 before I went to the front desk to ask for help. I was informed the maintenance tech was gone for the night and to give it another hour. At this time is was nearly 1 AM and I was not going to wait an hour so we tried our best to sleep in the 80 degree heat. We woke up to an 82 degree room which was not pleasant, but we had no other option. Wish we could have been moved or assisted somehow.

Property was under construction, the intake girl was very nasty because I spoke about the condition and she threaten not to check me in if I didn’t keep my comments to myself.

Great locations

Since arriving to the hotel everyone was very kind and attentive. Allowed me to go into the room sooner than my inital check in time. Eveything was so clean, felt safe & breakfast was delicious, overall amazing experience.. espero volver pronto ,gracias atte maria hernandez

Good area for our needs. Hotel is being renovated and the pool was not available . They did provide an alternative beach pack but loungers only available till5 pm. Would have been good to know this before arrival.

This property is wonderful. The staff is very helpful, the hotel is very clean. It is centrally located with a nice breakfast and a great restaurant right down stairs.

I liked that it was quiet and walking distance to beach, CVS was next door and dining was available. Also appreciate the complementary breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Love that the pizza restaurant and CVS are connected to the hotel! Very convenient! The location is just a block from the beach! Loved it!

Lots of construction and renovations but staff is friendly. Room is clean and quiet. Nice bathroom.

I have previously worked at Hampton in and i was disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. When we checked in we were told that they clean the rooms every other day which was ok i guess but unusual. They didn’t have enough towels and they had construction in the lobby. When we left we all had bug bites all over our bodies and we had to take precautions when we went back home. The breakfast was ok but i would say below average.

Terrible to say the least

We loved the location and friendly and professional staff.

Staff was friendly and property was centrally located. The rooms are small and the linen appears to not be changed regularly and has a weird smell. During our stay there was construction going on on the first floor that we could hear all day in our room (very loud, unfortunately). We could not understand how parking was $50 daily even though two blocks down parking was $8 a day.

Enjoyed my stay employees were so nice rooms were clean and free hot breakfast was a plus

Breakfast unavailable until 10am like they said. I stayed 5 days and 4 nights. Breakfast was put away all but one day before 930am. Rooms are small with no drawers to put clothes away.

Average stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful . They give you free beach towels to use . There is a CVS next door and parking is on the side of the building as well . The rooms are nice and we had a pool view . The pool was really nice . Breakfast was free and included with our stay . It was delicious .

The valet station was a bit harder to work with but the staff is wonderful!

Like others have said, the hotel is close to the beach and trolley stops are just outside. Our room was next to the elevator but never heard anyone getting on or off. The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, but noticed there was meat (beef empanada) served only 1 of the 4 mornings we were there. The hotel is still under renovations, but didn't seem to interfere with our stay and comfort. I would reccommend getting new mattresses, as ours (king) was sunken in, in the middle and caused back pain.

Close to the beach

It was not like the picture was. It sowed the pool outside and the ocean was right passed that. We was not on the ocean. It was a block over. We was told we could see the ocean out our window. Plus on top of paying for roomwe had to pay for parking our car. They came to the room every two days to clean .

Nice and pleasant stay. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights with pool view. This location is very close to Miami Beach

Excelent service and the best place for walking to the beach tanks

The staff is very attending and provides a high service. The breakfast was not to the standard i am used to in the Hamptons. No meat for the eggs. Thw room also was not appropiate. The shower to come out you need to lift your feet since the toilet bowl was in the middle. I will day this is the worst Hampton i have stayed at.

Very nice. Walkable to the beach also to the bus. Breakfast was nice , Coffee free for refill anytime and also water. 👍

Wish more options to get foods

Parking was a nightmare, the road to pull in is at the side of the building that is almost impossible to pull out of in the morning and afternoon, and you have to walk around the building to get to the hotel
