Dirty, the room was never clean. And if it was clean they did a poor job cleaning it and the supervisor who checks it afterwards didn’t do a good job because we found dirty underwear in the closet. I brought it to the front desk attention and nothing was done. I spoke to a housekeeping person and the only thing she told me wa that I needed to notify the front desk but nothing was done.

This hotel is really nice , very clean and the rooms are big. The only problem I had was the excessive slamming of doors late at night and 4 to 5 in the morning.

Bed wasnt superb but comfortable enough. Paint chipping in bathroom by toilet paper roll, let front dest know. No instructions how to pull blinds up & down. Worker came up & showed me the button on wall Not enough workers to answer phone. Yet all in all good. Id stay again

Won’t be staying again!

Lack of efficient check in, with 3 x having to be keys changed for not able to opening. No info in room regarding wi-fi password for internet. No information in room on how to work tv. Called desk and told to reboot. No tv guide in room. Only 1 person working at desk, and had to wait with rekeying and for clerk to come to assist.

Alexandra was excellent, very accommodating, professional and courteous. The breakfast was great. The hotel overall is comfortable, clean and centrally located. It will definitely be a regular wind in the area.

Hotel was fine, but it was nothing special. Very basic. The vending machines are so basic/ old that don’t even take credit cards or let you tap your phone. We were able to go downstairs to be little store though and pay with credit at the front desk. If I had to go back into town for anything, I’d be fine staying there but again it wasn’t anything special.

Great vacation spot

We had an amazing time at the Hilton inn. Everything was close by and walking distance. Although we didn't stay in the same room or side we normally stayed, it was still nice a bit noisy from the cars driving by. But overall, everything was fantastic.

This location was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was really good and well stocked. We stayed one night and found it was close to the locations we were visiting. I would stay again.

Quick get away

This hotel was good for my 2 nights. My check in was fast and easy. The front desk person was professional and gave great customer service. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was firm. AC works well. Very hot water and good water pressure. Clean towels. The hotel and the parking lot was clean. Refrigerator and microwave was in the room.

It was near to the parks, without the noise of the movimented roads! The breakfast it was good, also they always have a coffee on the lobby! Could be back in this hotel!

Every door slams loudly all hours of the night and day. The beds are not comfortable like the Normal Hampton Inn beds. Very disappointing

An amazing stay!

We reserved a king size room, which was very spacious and very, very clean. I especially loved how big the bathroom was and that there was a shower instead of a bathtub. The location is another great feature. Less than 15 minutes away from Universal Studios, the international premium outlets, and a variety of restaurants. Lastly, what helped me decide on this hotel was that there is no parking fee. Many hotels in Orlando now charge for parking, but this location did not. The breakfast was also complimentary, which further pushed me to make the reservation. The breakfast buffet offered many different options. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return if in the area.

Perfect stop on a long journey

I broke up a long journey with a stay here as it was reasonably priced and close to the turnpike. The rooms are not super modern but they are very clean, huge and and they have a bath with I loved after a long day. The breakfast was free and started early which was good and the staff were really nice. Large comfortable bed and a quiet neighbourhood. If you’re in Orlando for business and aren’t looking for proximity to the parks as a priority, I can highly recommend this place.

After driving 14 hours, I specifically asked the person behind the desk for a quiet room all night, long some kind of motor turning on and humming away I got zero sleep

Hidden Gem

Very beautiful hotel with amazing rooms! Everything was clean and orderly and up to date. Check in was a breeze!!! I've never checked in to a hotel as fast as Hampton Inn checked me in. Literally took no more than a minute and I was handed my key cards. The property and amenities is wonderful.

Great value convenient location

Hotel is a short drive from good restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend it for families and couples.

Great Stay!

My biggest issue is the 4 pm check in time, that’s ridiculous. If I’d seen the very late check in time, I most certainly wouldn’t book it there

Place was nice and quiet. It had a great place and was really close to the parks. For sure I'd stay here next time I go to Orlando.

I had a very good stay overall. Despite checking in late, staff was at the front desk waiting to assist. The lobby was clean and well lit. My room was surprisingly very nice and I was welcomed by name on my TV. The bathroom was clean with everything I needed for personal hygiene, the mini fridge was cold, the bed was clean and comfortable, and there was spacious room to walk around being a standard room, not a suite. The one thing that bothered me about the room was that there was no central light on the ceiling. They had multiple lights around the room that you could use, which was adequate, but the room still felt a bit dark with no overhead light. The other complaint I had was the surrounding area was very noisy at night with cars racing up and down the streets. This is not under their control, but it’s worth noting. In the morning, the breakfast was nice considering it’s complementary. Had a quick bite before checking out. Check out was quick and staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a nice stay for what I needed and I would come back again.

I stayed after Milton Hurricane because my trip was cancelled. The rug in my bedroom was so dirty that my asthma was triggered and I was thinking to sleep in the car. I shared the issue with the front desk and hilton customer service. I never heard back from hilton.

We were displaced from the hurricane

We had to wait past the 4pm check in to get a room because we wanted the whirlpool room we had paid for. But once we got into the room, the whirlpool jets were extremely dirty and covered in mold, and they were unusable.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to help my mom. She was at this hotel to seek shelter from the hurricane Milton. Many people were in stressful situations because of the storm and the unknown. My mom had to extend her stay due to loss of power and water at her home.

Kind generous staff

We evacuated to the Hampton during a hurricane and we couldn’t have felt more welcome. The staff was so kind and empathetic, and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and safe. Our pets were also so welcomed and it made for a great escape. It was almost impossible to hear other pets too - amazing place that I will return to!

My check in was easy, room appeared clean. However I had bites all over my back and arms after sleeping in the bed. I had to put a towel down hoping to avoid more itching. Bed bugs? Towel had a big clump of hair on it and refrigerator froze everything I had in it.

It's a good deal. The rooms and building may need upgrade. The AC was very loud. We had to turn it off to sleep. It's not very far from the attractions.
