Hotel is ok but I reserved extra night due to strike of Lufthansa. Finally I was able to departure on time but hotel was totally inflexible for cancelation of extra night. I payd full rate for nothing. Being already several times at H2/H4 I would expect some flexibility on their rules...

The room was a bit small the towels very poor and small, breakfast no salad, location very good you can go to the messe by walk

standard hotel with good breakfast buffet. well connected to city center 25mins by metro. limited number of parking spots so hotel parking that costs 20 eur per day is a robery.

stay was good shared a table for dinner and now good friends and will do business with them. food was ok but wanted a snack in bar and they wouldnt supply any food in bar?

It was perfect place to stay for attending the Adele concert. If travelling to visit Munich, I would stay closer to the city, although transport links were good

Everything was great

Room was basic and ac did not cool. Staff were pleasant and the room was clean but a little worn.

We were in Munich for the Adele concert. This venue was almost next door. Perfect..

H4 Adele Experience

Generally a very good stay. A few points, the pillows are too soft, there was cobwebs in the top corners of the windows, lack of international TV channels which is not the news. When you pay £350 a room a night you’d expect more. Great hotel but could be even better with a few tweaks. Epic breakfast!!

Would highly recommend this hotel for visiting Munich. It is out of the central city, which makes it much more affordable, but downtown can be accessed in 20 minutes by U-Bahn. Very quiet at night, with a shopping arcade (with many dining options) a 10-minute walk away. Rooms are a little small, but well appointed with a friendly, informative staff. Will definitely stay here next time in the Munich area.

No hot water in any rooms and advised to use wellness center for a shower. No apologies offered either.

This hotel was great for the family. It was in walkable distance of shops, restaurants and the U to Munich. The only negative point was the cost of parking. It was steep considering there is free parking on the street surrounding the hotel

Loved the hotel. There is a mall nearby within walking distance if you are looking for varieties of food. Beware that Ubers are not allowed at that location. Taxis are across the street and are easily accessible during the day. You can always ask the receptionists to call you a taxi on and make sure you specify the size of your group.

H4 Hotel München Messe Munich was a great hotel so I couls attend an event at the hotel and visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Checked in first room -Bathroom floor not clean Checked in 2nd room - Smokers were in there -Room Smelt for smoke 'Manager checked both rooms and agreed to my comlpains now the third room needs maintenance work -Bothroom door didn't lock properly -bathroom door handle missing 'Window locking device not functioning properly -toilette seat inpropperly installed - Making terrible noise when getting up

Friendly staff, very clean mordern hotel.

The hotel was really nice the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I will recommend this hotel if you like to stay on the weekend. And enjoy your quiet time.

Good place near the Munich messe

This is a comfortable hotel near Munich messe. I have used every year.

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED

The hotel was quite far out of the city but the train service was efficient. There were not any toiletries in the bathroom supplied. We were there for 3 nights and the coffee mild mini bar was not refreshed each day. The rooms especially the Deluxe are very small. The breakfast was great!l

The staff was poor. Items missing from our room or needing restocking were difficult to get and required many visits to the front desk. All around staff didn’t follow through and didn’t give our requests a level of priority. We were very disappointed with this visit and how our needs were not met and/or ignored.

The hotel is a short walk from the nearby subway train and is well kept and comfortable. Lots of shopping and food options are within walking distance. We were disappointed to discover that while laundry facilities are listed as an amenity, they do not have on site washers and dryers for use but instead end our clothing to be washed by others. Note that laundromats can be found in Munich as needed.

Business trip

4 days 3 nights business trip stays. Good attitude if reception. Room condition is good. Bar close too early.

It was amazing the hotel was fabulous and the staff couldnt be more helpful since we didnt speak and german😄. The area around the hotel was beautiful and ye i would go back thanks to everyone at the hotel h4

Zimmer, Frühstück, usw. alles TOP! Für das Parken etwas zu verlangen ist ja grundsätzlich okay. Aber 18€ am Tag? Warum zahle ich als zahlender Hotelgast gleich viel fürs Parken wie wenn jemand öffentlich dort parkt?

Easy access

Very helpful reception. The sink was blocked in my bathroom and first time I talked to the reception who said to send a maintenance immediately. Unfortunately I found the problem was still there when I came back from business. Second time, Andre proposed to change a room for me. Very considerate and re located my room not far away!

Two night exhibition stay

Very comfortable room and better so had 2 good nights of sleep. Other positives: (A) Staff were very friendly (B) They happily looked after my bags at reception prior to check-in rather than me having to leave them at the Messe I ate dinner in the bar since it a bit quieter for a solo traveller with a tablet for company. Bar staff were great. Marked down for (1) only one complementary bottle of water for two-night stay (comfort) (2) towels were replaced even when hung up (eco)

Not clean at all

We were delayed in Abu Dhabi for 18 hours we emailed the hotel to keep our room because we had paid from the Sunday we arrived on the Monday morning at 9 o’clock and they given Irene the way they put us in a room which we hadn’t paid for it was terribly dusty I actually went downstairs and vomited because it made me cough and I’ve got allergies so I demanded they put us in a better room clean a room we had to wait till 330 in the afternoon have asked for a refund they said to contact you guys it’s not their business we want a refund for the Sunday night because we did not get into the room until Monday at 3:30 we clean the room for an hour and a half the only positive experience of that place was a beautiful girl named Enza who was on every night and was so caring apart from that I would not recommend this hotel and I would still like a refund from you guys apparently they couldn’t give us a refund for that first night so can someone please contact me ASAP

The room were nice and comfortable as expected for an H4 hotel. The hallways carpet due to covid I believe they ruined but this is in any hotel here in europe as it is in the USA. Breakfast wise very good with a lot of varieties to choose. Overall, a good experience and my wife and I will continue utilizing this hotel instead of the Holiday inn. The only one that match in quality is Regent hotels.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. When first arrived I asked about the gym for the morning and the guy at reception didn’t have a clue what to do or where it was and sent me to the other hotel next door. The the security women was rude about us being at the other hotel when we had just been sent there by reception! Then in the morning it was almost impossible to find the gym! It was so badly signposted!! Room was very nice and bed was comfy but overall disappointed service let the hotel down.

Functional for the Messe

H4 is well located for the Messe convention center, is clean, has a good restaurant and bar - Check in, and front desk service in general was not at Before Corona levels.

Good for a stay with car but expensive parking fee

The hotel was very nice with good mattresses and bedding. The breakfast was expensive at €13 per person and did not warrant this charge. The listing said free parking was included at the hotel. This is misleading: While there IS limited free on-street parking, none was available when we arrived, so we had to pay €18 per night to park in the garage. No discount was offered for hotel guests despite the hotel having clear management of it and signage indicating this.

Nice transit hotel on outskirts of Munich

Comfortable rooms with nice beds, great breakfast, nice dining and shopping options (shopping mall nearby) and easy parking, although the hotel parking is rather expensive but it's possible to find a place on the street, at least on a Saturday night. Some aspects of rooms could use fix-ups (broken toilet seat, broken electrical outlets, bathroom doors where the lock doesn't work). Could use more help at the front desk, when we checked in the poor man (very helpful BTW) working there kept getting phone calls while trying to help guests and he was alone for it all. Not very convenient for visiting the city center.

Clean and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a bit out of the city centre but located not too far (600m) from a subway station and a mall so it was convenient for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Street parking is free but if you want to park in the building, it’s €18/day. Will definitely stay here again.

Great for business stay.

Good location but...

Stayed there for a week to attend a conference at the nearby ICM. Great access to the venue and easy access to the city. Hotel was OK but nothing extraordinary; for the price you pay, the value is less than expected. Service was slow and nothing offered from the hotel (for example, even the complementary water is on the first day only). Overall, it is OK but just OK.

Munich Stay

We got a real plumb when we booked this one. It’s a 4.5 Star hotel that we got for 2 star price! It’s a great property with very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and the rooms were superb. If you get a chance to stay here do it!

The room is spesiouse and view was good. The location is great and in very safe and nice area where there is a shopping mall and many restaurants very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and many choices available. Staff was very professional and helpful.

This is a great location if you are attending activities right inside Messe Munchen, also fairly easy to get into Munich city central too

2 nights in München

Overall very happy with my stay, staff where very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was first class.

It’s a great place to stay if you’re planning on driving. If you’re a non-driving tourist, it’s a far ways from downtown. Place was clean and great. Breakfast is expensive, but you are close to the mall. Great place overall.

So so business hotel

Stayed for a conference. It was busy and my room had a strange unpleasant smell. I informed them straight away but they said they were full and couldn’t change my room. Otherwise the stay was ok nothing to write home about. Only chose it as it was within walking distance to the conference centre.

Nice hotel. Call directly before booking online. You could get a better deal.

The room was clean. It’s in good location. It’s close to the fair center, actually it’s just cross the street to the west gate of the center, but Exprophama was at the east/north east gate. The food of the hotel restaurant was very good.

Modern with a Seventies Retro feel!

This was a great location for visiting Expopharm and the hotel and facilities were great! We entertained customers and suppliers so the service was important to us and lived up to our expectations.

A nice stay

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options to choose from. I loved the authentic German restaurant attached to the hotel too.There is a big mall within walking distance.

Close to the subway. About 30 minutes from downtown. Parking has a 2 meter height limit. Nice restaurant.

Very very clean and comfortable rooms. Light and luxurious for a reasonable price. Also used the spa and gym which were an excellent extra bonus! The only downside was no pool or hot tub. Location was also great with easy access to the city center via public transport.

Services are excellent; Nice and friendly staff, very helpful with questions. Nice breakfast. Room overall is very good excep the beding materials used seem not comfortable for us. We more prefer to cotton.

Highly recommend H4

H4 is comfortable and upscale similar to the Marriott. Excellent service from staff; helped us navigate the city. The breakfast buffet is worthy of all the praise I read about. Two blocks from the metro makes location a perfect base. My only complaints are the WiFi was horrible and Tp was like sandpaper, but I would still recommend this hotel.

Perfect in August

Perfect location for people in transit, underground into centre easy. Stayed in August when no conferences, cheap and ideal but maybe different at conference time

Bad hotel only location

Is too hot in Germany and the AC is not good enough to cool our room. Overall is a nice hotel with that only issue. The staff is Ok. The location is quiet away from the main attractions, good if you are driving. We stayed here to watch a soccer game in the allianz arena, it tooks us around 20min to get there.

Terrible stay, unclean and smoking rooms.

Not pleased with this hotel. Where to start... First of all, this hotel was booked as a "non-smoking" room. When we got there, we were put into a smoking room. Who has smoking rooms these days?!?! I called the front desk to change rooms and was told they didn't have any other rooms. The bed had a single "twin mattress sized" blanket. That's it. Nothing in the closets, no extra blanket so two people had to share what essentially was a half blanket. The A/C was non-existent. When we checked in, granted it was late, we asked if they had any bottled water or soft drinks in a store or vending machine. We were told they didn't have any thing for sale and that we would have to go to the bar!?! The icing on the cake was the random pubic hair on the toilet seat when we got into the room. I would say that summed up the hotel perfectly. The area itself is a barren, corporate area at night so no food or stores around. Everything is closed. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Maybe we just were unlucky with our stay but there are so many other hotels in Munich, you should look elsewhere.

Comfortable enough rooms, but noisy

Staff at reception were friendly, rooms were fine but quite noisy and the portier had a scam with taxi and we paid 75 EUR for the fare to airport (and I saw an exchange of 10 EUR bill between taximan and hotel employee :-( ).

Very comfortable and clean. Shower great. Room very quiet.Room service for basic meal took over an hour to arrive. TV was difficult to operate - not very intuitive.

Excellent location if you attend convention in Congress palace Great restaurant downstairs, easy access to Metro to get to the city Services in the hotel excellent.
