Well-priced, good location business hotel.

Check-in was quick and easy. Friendly and polite staff. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Smell of smoking was present in hallways and in the room after a couple of hours (the first few hours the smell was of air deodorizer and cleaning products which was pleasant). We were able to open the windows for fresh air, but had to close at night when it got cold. Great price for a last-minute booking. Good location, a small convenience store around the corner and not far from some tourist spots (by taxi and on foot). Breakfast on the terrace roof had lots of options - food was fresh, tea was hot and the view was great! We were able to store our bags upon check-out. Staff were friendly throughout. As English speakers we did not have any issues throughout our stay with communication.

I stay here often and enjoy the people, the location, and the breakfast. It is easy to take the ANKARAY metro, get to the train station (GAR) and get a taxi. I will continue to return.

Good Experience

Perfect location, it’s near Ankara gari train station, where you can use the HavaBus to travel between the station and ESB Airport (Ankara Airport). It’s also surrounded by many restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. Plus it’s in the center of many Attractions. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. I received a very nice Room with a balcony. Breakfast options were ok, nothing special. In general I would recommend this place.

Immaculate hotel in outstanding location: center of town , easy walking distance to super-modern train station. Room was great - modern and luxurious. Lots of shops and restos up and down the boulevard. Anitkabir a brisk 15 minute walk away, Staff professional and courteous but not all proficient in English. Nice breakfast. Would stay again. Shouting receptionist

I have stayed there before with no issue but the receptionist in the morning was diguestingly rude and aggressive to the point I nearly called the police. I made a complaint and left. Shame because I have stayed there on many occasions but never again

The hotel its good, close to the metro station, they have shuttle bus from the airport and later took the taxi, its very easy to reach. Overall the cleaning need more improve, internet not very stable. Overall its good.

It was such a pleasure staying at GUVENAY Business Hotel for 30 days. We would highly recommend this place as it’s in the center of the city and above all right from the reception, (Aykut, Mehmat, Begum , Inan, Merve) Bell desk (Ilyas, Saban, Bahadir), House Keeping (Shirin & Saniye), Breakfast staff (Nuran, Eagi,) was all so professional and amazing and they made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. We would like to thank them all especially Mr. Aykut is such a kind and amazing soul who has helped us every single day of our stay. Aykut made sure that we receive the best service and our stay was comfortable. Aykut is no doubt an asset to GUVENAY Business Hotel. We would love to stay at this hotel on our next visit to Ankara and would like to see Mr. Aykut again. 😊😊

It was great I actually enjoyed staying there the stuff and housekeepers were fantastic. The only problem I had was the language barrier.

I liked the proximity to the metro, Maltepe, and the train station. I really enjoyed the staff at the desk and the English speaking concierge. The breakfast and view were great. I will return.

Everything about the hotel was excellent! Friendly staff and great location. The guy at the reception who checked me in for the first time went above and beyond to make my stay great! He is very professional and helpful. However, I hoped if they have international TV channels. The breakfast needs improvement.

Otelden gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Anıtkabir ziyaretimizde konakladık, Anıtkabir ve diğer gezilecek müzelere de çok yakın bir otel. Odalar tertemizdi ve büyüktü. Sabah kahvaltısı çok lezzetliydi. Ayrıca Melike hanım,Arda bey ve Yusuf beye hizmetleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Hem çok ilgli hem de çok kibarlardı.

Good stay

Very nice hotel. Close to the train and metro station. Breakfast was nice so was the staff. Wifi requires frequent Re-connecting/logging in.

They gave me the option to stay longer because of my situation in regards to flying to Antalya... and they kindly obliged. Highly recommended. I also recommend to check out Kahveci whenever you want a quick bite of something.

Great location

The hotel was very good and the room was comfortable. The room A/C unit had problems but it was eventually fixed by a staff member. The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. The front desk attendant was my only issue as she was very slow in attempting to solve the A/C problem as it took three attempts and almost three hours to get someone. She said she was busy handling the check in process (issuing room keys) and she seemed overwhelmed by her duties. She certainly gave me an impression she did not care about the room problem. Besides that, everything else was good and the hotel is centrally located.

Very clean and quite. Location is easy to access by public transportation.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. It is right in the center of the city and you can even spot Anıtkabir from the restaurant at the top. The staff is kind, helpful, and welcoming. Great stay!

Nice hotel in good location

The room we got was very nice and spacious, the staff was nice, especially one gentleman on the reception. Only one exception, one bellboy who was really arrogant. The breakfast was also very good. There were many choices also for vegetarians. The location is convenient near the train station and the airport bus stop.

It was excellent stay from every perspective,

I wanted to downgrade to a standard room during my stay but it wasn’t arranged due to unknown reasons to me. This is not a good sign. On the other hand, hotel and its facilities were fine.

awful stay

It was an awful stay. Although I had booked a 42 sqm. business room, the was much smaller than it was promoted. The floor which I also had my room was were very noisy in the morning. I could hear when the guest staying at the room next to mine was flushing, taking a shower, etc. On the other hand, the bathroom was incredibly dirty. There were pieces of dried mucus on the walls and used empty, half full bottles of shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. The towel has

It was an amazing hotel, right next to Maltepe metro station. A very clean room, a very comfortable bed, a very good breakfast -if not perfect.

J'ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel Bien que situé sur une grande avenue,c'est plutôt calme.La suite est correcte,mais rien d'exceptionnel.Par contre j'ai été agréablement surpris par la salle du petit déjeuner au dernier étage.Tres lumineuse,belle décoration.La vue est superbe.Le personnel est courtois et attentif.Je conseille de déjeuner ou dîner au restaurant attenant à l'hôtel.Tres belle carte ,belle déco et service impeccable.Il n'y a rien de bien aux alentours.

Tek gece konakladığımız tesis merkezi bir konumdaydı bulmakta zorlanmadık. Odalar kesinlikle temiz değil halı ve yorgan kılıfı kirli ve lekeli, dolapta ise kadın saçı vardı. Geç giriş yaptığımız için uğraşmak istemedik ve uyuduk. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Personel iyiydi. Temizliğe daha fazla önem verilirse güzel bir tesis.

odalar, tuvalet temiz ve genişti, çalışan herkes çok kibardı. Dus sınavı için bir gece konakladım. üniversitelerin de bir çoğu ve metro istasyonuna yakındı sınav için geleceklere kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Bu yıl 2 kere sınav için geldim ilkinde rastgele yorumlardan bakarak rezarvasyon yaptırmıştım ama çok memnun kaldım. İkincisinde özellikle burayı tercih ettim.Resepsiyondakilerin tavrı,temizliği, kahvaltısı ve özellikle kahvaltının Anıtkabir manzarasında olması mükemmel.Yer olarak da merkezi olduğu için ulaşım rahat. Otoparkı da var bildiğim kadarıyla.Bu sefer benim için tek eksi yanı temizliğin kötü olmasıydı.Odanın olduğu koridora tepside yemek artıkları bırakılmıştı ve 1 gün asansörün yanında durdu o tepsi,sonrasında alındı mı bilmiyorum.O güne özel bir durum olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü önceki gelişimde temizlikle ilgili sıkıntı görmedim. Onun dışında gayet güzel konaklanabilecek bir otel.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und saubere Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, sie haben uns herzlich empfangen. Vom Hotel bis zum Anitkabir Kontrolleingang sind es ca 6 Gehminuten. Sehr zentrales Hotel für die Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Otel merkezi bir konuma sahip. Sabah kahvaltisini mukemmel Ankara manzarasi eşliğinde yapmak çok güzeldi. Otapark hizmeti gayet guzeldi. Personel guler yuzlu ve yardimci oluyor. Cok memnun kaldim. Tek eksikleri sabah kahvaltisinda patates kizartmasinin olmamasiydi. :)

Tavsiye etmiyorum bir daha gitmem

İlk girdiğimizde odanın içinde ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı. Odanın içinde duramadık. Daha sonra gece yan odadaki bütün sesler bizim odamızın içinde yankılandı. Uyuyamadık desem yeridir. İzolasyon yok desem yeridir. Havalandırıp öyle girdik. Vale arabamı park edeceğini söyleyip arabamın anahtarını almıştı arabam park ettiği yerde 3 gün aynı yerinde durdu arkasında da çöp konteynırı vardı geri geri arabamın tamponunu vurmuş sonradan farkettim uğraşmak istemedim. Kahvaltı olarak çok vasat 3 yıldız otelde çok daha iyi kahvaltılar gördüm.

Personelin ilgisi, güler yüzü harikaydı. Genel temizliği fena değil diyebilirim. Lokasyonu mükemmel, tren garının dibinde olması tam olarak işimi gördü. Market, yemek vb imkanlara yürüme mesafesinde (maks 10-15dk) Odaya girdiğimde oda soğuktu, kalorifer vanasını kapatmışlar, klimanın kış modu çalışmıyordu, odanın ısınması ertesi günü bulduğu için gece bir miktar üşüyerek geçti. Rezervasyon yaptırırken bunun kontrol edilmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Odanızın sessiz olmasını istiyorsanız çevresinde dolu oda olmayan bir oda isteyebilirsiniz, özellikle hafta sonu kalıyorsanız, eğlence mekanları yakında olduğundan, misafirler odalarına gürültülü dönüyorlar ve oda kapıları sesi kesmiyor. Odadaki su ısıtıcıyı kullanmak istediğimde içine atılmış ve unutulmuş bir demleme çay poşeti vardı, küflenmişti. Resepsiyon hemen yenisini yolladı. Yani kimsenin aklına misafirin kettle içine çay poşeti atacağını düşünmeyeceğini anlayabilirim ama maalesef otellerde A'dan Z'ye oda kontrolü elzem. O çay poşeti bana odada yapılan temizliği sorgulattı, dürüst olmalıyım. Bunu da rezervasyon yaparken kontrol ettirebilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Genel olarak oteli tavsiye ederim. Özellikle personelin tutumundan ve hızlı çözüm sunmalarından, c-in ve c-out hızından çok memnunum. Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel. Teşekkürler.

Gittiğim her yerde ev konforunu arayan biri olarak Güvenay rahat ettiğim nadir otellerden biri oldu.Rahatlık,temizlik,kahvaltı çok iyiydi.Kahvaltı manzarasını söyiemiyorum bile.Fotoğrafta göreceğiniz gibi mükemmel manzara eşliğinde mükemmel bir kahvaltı.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, Personal sehr freundlich. Gut ist auch, dass sich zwei U-Bahn Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet. Das einzige, was uns hier gestört hat, ist, dass noch ein paar Sachen in Plastik verpackt sind. Bei so einem riesigen Angebot muss das doch nicht sein. Auch Pappbecher im Zimmer wären durch Tassen ersetzbar.

Otelin konumu, temizliği, personelin yardımseverliği, güzler yüzü, kahvaltı kısaca her şey mükemmeldi. Beklediğimin çok ötesinde bir kalite ile karşılaştım. Teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar Ankara ziyaretim olduğunda tereddütsüz bir şekilde kalacağım yer belli.

Leider wurde es pünktlich laut, wenn ich mich hingelegt habe. Irgendein Generator oder Maschine fing an. Auch der Lärm der Nachbarzimmern war laut hörbar. Da ich recht lärmempfindlich bin hat es mich gestört. Sonst war alles gut. Die Lage des Hotels war Top.

useful business hotel

If you have business in the Tandogan area of Ankara, the hotel is located conveniently. For other purposes it is just 100 m away from the Anadolu subway station. The room was clean, even had a large terrace/balcony. Wifi access at times were cumbersome. The breakfast buffet is reach in traditional Turkish items.
