Without the managers, the staff(specifically front desk staff) run rogue, quoting different prices for the same room and coming up with stay rules on the fly. Disappointing to say the least. Horrible customer service , mediocre food and terrible rooms. The air conditioning did not work and the hot water was spotty. The rooms have no outdoor facing windows. Windows face indoor corridor. Horrible. I would not recommend this hotel.

TravellerCheck in was slow. It took me over 30min to check in. The property is great and a good place to relax. However, the pool is at the conference area and one might not enjoy the swim if there is a meeting in progress, which means swimming is limited to evenings after most meetings are done
