It is a great place for vacation and there is a lot of procedures that you can do.

Best place to stay in Jermuk, service is very good. Improvement Point: Staff can be more polite in their conduct

Absolutely wonderful stay! Dinner and breakfast are included and they are definitely some of the best I’ve had anywhere when traveling, with the buffet menu changing every day and full of various vegetarian as well as meat entrees. The rooms are more than adequate in terms of size and cleanliness. Also the spa options are wonderful and very affordable. Would stay again!

Weekend at Jermuk

We stayed for the weekend at the hotel and I have to say the overall service, friendliness and availability of the staff was really exceptional. Our 3 year daughter had also a small accident and needed a few stitches. The staff went with us to the clinic and helped us all the way until everything was fine. This was especially helpful as we don't speak the language. A big thanks to Davit for all his help. We will sure go back to Jermuk and the hotel

Nice staying overall

It was a nice stay overall, i suggest it for a short stay and for the spa and treatments. Unfortunately English is really poor so i wasn't able to understand most of the treatments offered, a real pity.

Very good rooms and very comfortable stay. We had inter connecting rooms which made it easier with kids

Delightfully relaxing

A great place to get away and just relax. Very comfortable rooms in a quiet town up in the mountains with fresh air. Good wifi too. Pool, hot-tub sauna and gym were in good condition and clean.

Relaxing break from touring around

Spacious & comfortable rooms with fresh mountain air in serene surroundings. I ended up extending my stay for a few days to catch up on some work and just to relax. It's a very small town up in the mountains (there was still a little snow on the ground in April). Since there isn't much traffic it was nice to have some clean smog-free air to breathe for a few days. Beds are VERY comfortable. Rooms are big with great amenities. Breakfast is good. The only "gotcha" is that the name of this place has a different location on Google Maps, and that other location is NOT open and in fact it's a very bad road. So make sure you navigate to the correct place otherwise you'll be in for a surprise.

The location and view is wonderful. Very nice place and to relax. But I think when I heard the brand name “Hyatt” I would have expected more. But generally satisfied.

Nice hotel in the center of jermuk

Great location

Hyatt Place Rooms were so clean and comfy. Bed sheets were super soft and clean. The pull out bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on, felt just like a regular bed. Breakfast buffet was great with so many options. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Will definitely go back whenever we visited Jermuk again.

Everything was very nice and the staff was helpful. The only problem we had was that the room was very hot the air conditioner wasn’t working at night. We did get it fixed in the morning except we weren’t in the room after that.

Horrible Service

Unprofessional and uneducated service. First, charged extra for the second person to stay in a room with King bed. Spa is listed to open at 9:00am but was told to go no earlier than 9:15... in actuality they opened at 9:35am Restaurant: limited food at ridiculous prices. Burnt toast is a standard. Wine list - have 5 listed. Have only 2. One is a $9 garbage vinegar water (that is displayed everywhere in the hotel, probably the managers brother sells this garbage), the other one is a $27 garbage. Get a clue on how to serve people properly. Have some normal wine, Armenia has plenty awesome ones.

Exceptional place

Great hotel in many ways, love the location, very helpful staff. Used the mineral baths at the hotel and it was wonderful experience, excellent breakfast .We booked two nights but we had to cancel the 2nd night as my husband had a problem breathing due to the height altitude. The manger Vahe Hakobyan helped and refunded that night. I recommend this hotel strongly.

We loved this hotel. Breakfast excellent; staff great and helpful; facilities excellent - loved the pool, sauna, Jacuzzi; beautiful room.

Nice weekend getaway

After a 3 hrs drive you find yourself at the heart of the mountains in a calm and refreshing environment. Enjoy the waterfall, lake, mountain views and dam.

Nice hotel, but no AC!

The hotel is brand new, but it already has serious issues. First, the AC in the room does not work -this made it very difficult to sleep, as the room got very hot. Could not open the door because of the noise outside. Second, the service is severely lacking. Staff were very polite, but unfortunately incompetent in many ways. Finally, there's just not that much to do in Jermuk, so come prepared with a long book!

מלון נפלא! מיקום מעולה בלב בעיר, נקי ומסודר. צוות מסביר פנים ואיכותי, ארוחת אוכל מצויינת בסיגנון בופה. מומלץ!

Релакс в горах

Отель отличный, вид из номера если на озеро и галерею, то вообще релакс , другая сторона с французскими балконами и выходит на парковку, вид на горы тоже есть , но и машины ездят. Брали полный пансион , но питание на завтрак понравилось больше всего, обед и ужин было все пересолено и зажарено в масле, за редким исключением . Удивительно с учётом специализации на лечении жкт, хотя конечно, это не санаторий. Практически сразу у выхода минеральные источники и все развлечения . Очень удобно. В целом, все очень понравилось. С удовольствием вернёмся снова.

Snabb incheckning och stora, rena rum. Tyvärr var varmrätter och efterrätter fullständigt smaklösa och av råvaror med dålig kvalitet. Knappt värdiga matsalsmat. Frukosten var också smaklös, men bestod av godkänd mängd alternativ. TV:n erbjuder inga alternativ utöver nyheter och dubbade filmer. Sammanhängande var hotellet mediokert.
