The place was terrible no hygiene the bedsheets were dirty with blood stains pillows were with yellow marks some lights in the room were not working after complaining still never got repaired. The was not clean or sheets were not changed.Hardly anyone could speak english.
OK hotel
The hotel was ok, staff was very friendly and helpful, However the hotel was not that great, i stayed in many different hotels but this the lowest rated hotel for me.
Its a 3 star hotel.
It was a nice experience, the hotel was good for the price and the service was excellent, friendly staff and helpful. However the hotel itself was not that much comfortable but like they say "you get what you pay for"
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They don't give you any extra blankets, although their covers are light and they tell you not to turn on the air conditioner, either you choke on the heat or get sick of the cold. Breakfast is bad and bad. If you lose the key to the door, you pay five dollars instead of the new one. When I got out of the hotel, they asked me to pay for the sheets and blankets just because they got dirty and could have been washed easily. Be ware of booking at this hotel
I’ve never seen bad hotel with bad service as I seen in Grand Pamir. -the room service kept talking bad about us when they were clean the room, while we are setting in the room. The problem is they though we don’t understand Turkish, but we got their insults clearly. The booming shock when they asked us 300 Turkish liras because the blankets were dirty. They said they will not been clean so you have to pay their values. What a humiliating way to get money?? However we were aware about this and we took the blankets with us so they will really have to buy new ones, because we believe 100% they would wash them and take the money for them. The hotel doesn’t deserve any penny we paid for it it’s surrounded by dozens of other hotels which are located in same good location.
Only best thing about this hotel was its location as it is near to Sultanahmet square. Service is terrible, no sense of service and they even charge for water. Staff and even manager don’t speak English fluently so it’s hard to communicate and enquire about how to go around. Breakfast wasn’t good either. They also charge you extra if paying my card.
Excellent hotel and staff!!! Breakfast very good. Room clean and comfort. Thank you very much
nice and confit
the hotel is at the end of a quite little road ,, the rooms a quite big and reasonably comfortable, staff was nice but its the location that made it great because almost everything is at walking distance
nice hotel
convenient location, near transport, clean, quiet and cozy
Satisfied with my stay at the grand pamir hotel.
Centrally located , helpfull staff, nice breakfast would certainly recommend
Very nice and modern hotel run by lovely people
Just returned back to the UK after staying at this hotel for three nights in February 2017. We caught the Metro train (M1A) from the airport to Aksaray. We did not change to the tram (T1). It turned out to be a short 10 minutes walk and was pleasant and safe, despite being around 10:30/11:00pm! As we arrived, the staff saw us and came out to help carry our baggage up the few stairs at the entrance. This was very nice and although I insisted that I will help carry the bags, the staff (super quickly) arranged for additional staff to help. As we walked in, they immediately offered us a seat and Tea or Coffee. Keeping in mind it was almost 11pm and we had planned to go out for dinner, I kindly refused but they still brought us water which was much appreciated at the time. Check-in was smooth and the welcome was amazing, but it took around 10/15 mins so make sure you consider this in your intinary. The rooms were modern and par with any reputable hotel in the UK. The bed was very comfortable with fresh sheets. Ample towels were provided with soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The TV had a handful of International channels and we could also control the temperature in our room. The rooms looked just like the pics. Breakfast was very good. Buffet but a good combination of Turkish and European foods, both hot and cold. I personally loved their hot chocolate! Excellent location with metro connectivity to Sultanamet and Taksim. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Not as it shows in the pictures at all. It was dirty with very poor service. Chewinggum on the floor, dirty used towels, yellow toilet paper, bed linnen was full of black spots and funges. Dirty floor, broken seeling and the list is long. Spa is not included, and is featered with cameras. Staff do not speak english. There are no cups or teabags, and they do not provide anything even if asked. After long discussion we where upgraded to deluxe rooms, but the cleanliness was as poor as standard rooms. See the pictures Ruined our 4 nights stay in istanbul.
A éviter !
There was no room service and they never changed the seats Or Gave toilet paper
