It’s great hotel to stay nearby shopping and restaurant and popular library. It’s great breakfast many varieties food to choose. Great staffs.

Comfortable and convenient hotel

Best location for Gangnam area, family friendly and spacious rooms. Attached to coex mall which has tons of eating and shopping options, and the famed starfield library. Great breakfast buffet.

It is conveniently located on the edge of Gangnam with a subway station attached to the hotel and enormous, famous mall. Our room was not big but we loved being able to check in after getting in at 7am on our flight from the US. The mostly English speaking staff is super supportive and we really appreciate the support from the concierge - Jake Seo. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to see and do most of the things we had planned in Seoul.

During my recent check-in at the hotel, the Service Manager and Front Desk staff demonstrated an excellent and professional attitude. Even though I hadn’t made an advance reservation for access to the Executive Lounge, they kindly offered me complimentary breakfast throughout my stay. Thank you all for making my trip memorable, and kudos for your outstanding service !

It is a nice property which is very conveniently located!

This place is located in Samsung station. That place is really awesome.

I had to take an important meeting since my wife was asleep in the room. I quickly found an open spot in an empty restaurant that was closed. In the middle of the meeting I was told to leave. I said it was a very important meeting and asked if I could finish. They made me leave but offered no suggestions of where I could take my meeting. Later at the pool I wanted to do a quick 2 laps to video myself doing butterfly (a routine I do on vacations). I was told I needed to spend 20,000 KRW to buy a swim cap. Washing my hair was not sufficient. They could not loan me one for less than 5 minutes. Men don't wear caps in the US so buying one would be an un-necessary waste for me.

Really convenient, full service and excellent for a family with older kids. Something for everyone with an outstanding breakfast buffet. Felt modern and super helpful staff!

The room was spectacular and it was a very comfortable stay. We loved that the bathroom amenities were Byredo. Overall service was great but there aren’t enough staff at the lobby (ex. Bellboys, reception)

Shower was horrible. Why would you have a *high* bath tub and a shower head in the bath tub not even long enough. This is silly and dangerrous.

The hotel redeemed itself and allowed me to use the club lounge. All good now. Thank you.

Disappointing front desk attitude/system

This hotel is conveniently located for shopping, as it connects to both the Hyundai Department Store and Coex Mall. However, I faced two disappointing issues during my stay: First, I chose a room with two double beds, but upon entering, I noticed a large beam positioned directly above one of the beds. This is considered unlucky in some cultures. I spoke to the front desk to see if I could switch to another room, but they informed me that all the two double bed rooms have the same layout. The only option they offered was to upgrade to a suite at my own expense, but that room only has one king bed, meaning I would need to pay for a rollaway bed as well. They won't even cover the rollaway bed cost. Second, I inquired about a tax refund, but the front desk said, “We cannot offer you a tax refund as you booked through a third party.” I pointed out that I had stayed at another hotel, Signiel, just days earlier and received a tax refund despite booking through Hotels.com. The front desk replied, “Only some hotels can process tax refunds.” It felt as if they were assigning blame to me rather than properly addressing the situation.

Convenience, traffic,etc. They charged more. the initial price was $2,493, but they charged $2,625.. The front desk staff said only Diamond member could use the big reception room and I, platinum member used small tiny desk in the corner. It needs to be explained.

It was very clean and updated. All staffs are very kind and professional. Excellent service and great location! It was very satisfied stay for 6 days! It is one of the best hotel in KangNam area in Seoul Korea. I recommend for all travelers in Seoul Korea.

An excellent stay in an excellent hotel very conveniently located in Gangnam. The breakfast and dinner buffets have overwhelming choices. Over-eating a real risk. I return to Seoul regularly and have stayed at the Four Seasons twice previously. On my next trip will stay at the Intercontinental. It was that enjoyable.

Wonderful with everything

Everything was so nice to stay.

Very convenient location

the property stated kids under 150cm should be accompanied by an adult if go into the pool, however, they basically not allowed any kids to the pool even adults are with kids. And during the conversation, stuffs admitted the hotel is not kids friendly. There was also wine cork on the floor while we checked in to our room.

Wife and I booked for a convention and the staff was accommodating and helpful. Great location with plenty of things to do nearby. Hotel conditions were well kept. Room had everything you would need during a stay. Would book again for sure.

we were there during fitness club reno so we didn't get to use the facility as much. we checked out renovated facility and it looked great! sad that we missed it but highly recommend for other to use.

Nice hotel in a good location

Nice hotel and great location next to the Coex mall. But rooms are a little dated. Less amenities provided in comparison to other hotels like the St. Regis, Peninsula or Sheraton.

Exceeded my expectations!

I stayed in a classic king room on a high floor and my teenage kids stayed in junior suite. The rooms were elegant and very clean. Plush bedding. Fantastic location - the Coex Mall is underneath the hotel and you can walk to Bongeunsa and Jamsil to attend a baseball game. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great Stay

I had a wonderful stay. This hotel is highly recommended. The location was great, the staff was excellent and the facility was modern and in great condition. The staff were all very polite, professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the stay was. I would specifically like give the concierge team a big thumbs up. I asked for advice and assistance numerous times and each time I was given top notch attention and care. My next Seoul trip I plan to stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and very roomy, the service was an awesome and staffs are doing outstanding job. Very good location and the bus station to airport next to the building and subway is in the basement floor. Great breakfast.

Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.

Grand Parnas Seoul

This is a favorite hotel of mine in Seoul. Very grand and the breakfast and lunch buffet is next to none. There's even a shopping mall attached to the hotel. A little pricy (C$20 for a cup of coffee), but other than that worth the stay.

Clean, professional, good location

The facility is clean and in excellent condition. Interior is luxurious and modern. All the staff are professional and goes out of their way to give you a 5star service. Location is near good food, shopping, and entertainment.

It was a good hotel, but the floor of our room was very uneven with some cracked tiles underneath the carpet. Also, their business center was under renovation and a lot of road constructions near the hotel property.

Our stay was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Property was very clean. They were going through some renovation in the hotel and a lot of construction outside of the hotel but we didn’t hear a lot of noise. The convenience of this hotel, being apart of the Coex mall was extremely convenient. It really was a GRAND hotel. I would recommend it highly.

Not customer first hotel

Stayed here for business for a couple or nights. Hotel policies very stringent and not all customer first. I had two seperate booking and where one night had breakfast. Since I had an early check out on last day, I requested to move the breakfast to the previous night charge and they refused after checking with the manager Did not appreciate this as this is something that was paid for. In hospitality you should think about the customers comfort first if they have paid, and not just your policies
