Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly , the receptionist Julian was very polite and we enjoyed everything about the services . The SPA was wonderful , to pass an amazing weekend with that price was amazing .

The hotel provides exceptional value and quality. Staff are always polite and very helpful. Dining options are fantastic and both buffet and a la carte offer great choices.

Very nice property, well mantained and staffed. REally good spa and indoor pool, only thing to improve is the road just before the hotel is not paved and looks like a construction site

The only thing we didn’t like it was because people were working everywhere around the hotel the food was good and some of the staff were really nice people, everything else was good and clean

Travelled from Scotland. Hotel spotlessly clean! Rooms fantastic! Great beach location. Staff very helpful & friendly. One of the best places we have visited! We didn't eat in restaurant but Al a cart food is excellent! Spa wonderful. Julian & all the staff made our stay very special. Will definitely return to Albania! Five stars!

The staff is wonderful at Grand Blue Fafa 💙 The spa, beachfront access and indoor pool were all amazing. I would definitely come back. We traveled to 4 countries on our trip and this was my son's favorite place!

There was poor transport link, no public transport. The taxi charges about 40euro to go to Tirana city. The room was nice we had a sea view but the other side was supposed to be pool view but the pool was empty and under renovations. There was hardly WI-FI in the rooms, you had to go downstairs to be able to have a good connection. the streets surrounding the hotel looks like a deserted and abandoned places , old unused buildings, some under renovations. The food from the restaurant was always cold even if you go early.

This was my 16 night at hotels in April:) I want to say, great hotel With bad parking too small, i was driving and waiting around 45minutes to find a spot. Then at hotel was night party and it was so lought that really i paid for good looking place. In reception but they didn’t pick up phone. ( matbe they were on this party ) Hotel looks great, it’s by the beach but not for car trip. Geneealy it’s realy hard to park in Dures.

Mediocre Stay

The hotel itself was amazing. The experience with the front desk lobby was not. The staff was not friendly, nor pleasant and unorganized. It felt like a bother when I asked simple questions. There is no 24 lobby service either. Lights were out by midnight. A shortage of beach towels happened on a daily. My bedroom linen had stains on them. The towels also had stains on them. I do recommend the scrub massage and 50 min massage super cheap. It cost about $30-40 US dollars. Food is also super cheap outside of the hotel and they serve large portions. After 7pm vendors are out selling beautiful jewelry and other gifts worth buying.

This was a wonderful resort with great amenities--pools, sauna, relax room, etc--right on the water. The rooms were comfortable and luxorious. It's one of the best options in the area.

Lovely room, lovely view.

The room was absolutly lovely (A block) with a gorgeous sea and pool view. The room was a very good size with a large balcony which caught the afternoon sun and the bathroom was very large with a walk in rainfall shower. We had water left in our room on the first day, but this, along with the tea and coffee is not replenished. However, if you ask at the reception they will bring drinks up. The breakfast was nice, served in the restaurant with a lovely sea view. The staff were very friendly and English was well spoken. The hotel is in the Golem area, about 2000lek in a taxi from Central Durrës, there is also a bus from the road at the rear of the hotel which costs 40lek. There are plenty of bars and cafés within walking distance and the beach was clean soft sand with a beach side promenade which was lovely for wandering along in the sun.

Ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel Am Strand sehr viele streunende und aggressive Hunde, lautes Bellen ab 04:30 bis 07:00 Uhr durchgehend, diese Hunde haben am Strand nichts zu suchen, TV hat kein deutschsprachiges Programm,

les chambres très vastes, luxueuses et bien exposées.

La habitación era muy bonita, con unas vistas espectaculares. Al ser fuera de temporada había muy pocas opciones para comer. Nosotros teníamos que trabajar 2 días desde el hotel, pero uno de ellos falló el wifi y tuvimos media mañana de desconexión.

Un séjour moyen très bruyant a l'accueil sur 5 personnes il y en a qu'un qui est bien qui vous accueille comme il faut. Le restaurant payer 60€ pour ne rien manger c'est grave pas trops de choix.

God værdi for pengene

Venligt personale- dog ikke dem alle der taler engelsk. Nydeligt hotel med formidabel beliggenhed i forhold til stranden. Der mangler små finish detaljer for at gøre det til er fuld 5 stjernet oplevelse, men det er småting. Manglede en pool hvor vanddybden er under 150 cm uden at være en baby pool.

Wir waren in der Nebensaison, daher sehr leer und ruhig. Frühstück sehr lecker und große Auswahl. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Meerblick. Es standen sogar schon Liegen am Strand. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Ich fange mal ganz positive an.und das war unser Deluxe Zimmer mit super Meerblick und jakuzi was wir gar nicht wussten.Unser Zimmer wurde im 6.Stock hervorragend täglich geputzt.Zum negativen war die bedienung.so schlechte Bedienung habe ich nicht oft gesehen wo wir schon überall waren.Und das Essen jeden Tag das gleiche und geschmacklich hatte man nach 3 Tagen keine Lust mehr drauf.Wir hatten Gott sei Dank nur mit Frühstück.In großen und ganzen für 1 mal fafa gut um es erlebt zu haben aber leider für uns nicht mehr dort nochmal zu buchen

Stort all-ink.hotel ved stranden med lille pool

Meget stort all-inklusive-hotel med begrænset kapacitet ved poolen. Morgenmad reelt kaos med virkelig mange mennesker og mad uden den store kvalitet - omend i stort udvalg. Vi havde en fantastisk og stor balkon mod havet men underholdningen/musikken fra både hotellet og nærliggende barer er så høj, at den reelt først kan bruges efter midnat - eller i løbet af dagen (hvor det var for varmt til at være der med omkring 37 grader i vores ferie i start juli).

,das Hotel ist sehr schön bis auf das Personal. Man muss sehr lange auf die Bestellung und die Zahlung warten.

As soon as we arrived there is a mess with the parking car in the front of the hotel. A guy who is taking care for the parkings said to me go around and try to find a parking. That sounds strange because he didnt explain more. After 15 minutes i arrived to find a parking. The parking is the worst i have ever seen, dust and plastics everywhere. With the bad feeling we go to the front desk but they were really warm and very friendly. The staff was friendly and helpfully in restaurants and bars too. The room was spacious and clean. Tha bathroom was larhe and ckean. In the evening we go to the pool and ordersmth to eat. There were 2 kind of musics one kive music and in the beach another one withDJ. We founded ourselves in the middle of this situation and didn't enjoy at least one of them. The breakfast was bery good with a large variety of choices. The deserts and the fruits were delicious
