Very good location and staff was very helpful and friendly

The front desk management team we’re extremely non responsive in helping to solve several problems we incurred during our signing into the hotel. The normal help people were polite. When you sign up make sure you check the breakfast preferences because they won’t let you switch. Also their parking was not available we had to park in a field where we had to move a gate each time.

Suggest you advise Guests of need to insert room key to turn on electricity in Room. We were Not advised of this and we thought the power was out.

Property could be cleaner, room with not so good smell. Breakfast average, vegetables dry, looks like from the yesterday. staff in reception no so polite.

Great location, cool place! One and only issue: breakfast starts at 08;00, which is quite late for people who have places to get to... Why not start at 07;00? But other than that: well done, will certainly consider going back!

Hotel is very well located, modern and convenient room. Breakfast is good and breakfast team very friendly unlike as reception team that seems very arrogant. Wifi was fast. A good adress in Palanga even if it is a but overpriced

Location is great, breakfast and room was very good. Pity there is no gym facilities and reception staff was a bit arrogant. Breakfast staff was very nice.

Very good hotel

Great location, clean but overpriced

Was perfect location for a few days of exploring Palanga. Hotel and room fresh and clean, but lingering smell of fish in the halls of the building we were in was a negative. Staff friendly and helpful. Could improve security a bit as close to busy tourist Street and anyone can just walk into the buildings. Was slightly overprised but otherwise great and would recommend.

A truly wonderful place to stay in Palanga!

The hotel was conveniently located near the main thoroughfare but it was very quiet on this street. The room was very new, neat and clean. The breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and have recommended it to friends and relatives in Lithuania. Thank you!

This property was not worth the 100€ a night. It looks nice but we had many issues with the room. In the bathroom we found a broken toilet roll holder, a part fell off the shower head, drain was badly blocked, ac didn’t work and all that noise from the walking street right next to the building was terrible and it continued way past the midnight. The buffet breakfast was a bit too basic too.

It turned out I was a solo traveler and a partial refund was due from every stop I prepaid. I am still waiting on that. Electricity in the room requires a code card. Street fair closes cross street to pier, only pedestrian traffic allowed. My request for a reserved parking space was ignored. Parking garage full. Lot across street 20 Euro overnight.

Location of property is perfect for access to main St and beach. Property was nice. Lovely bathrooms. Carpeting on floors was a little stained. Staff were attentive. Breakfast was good. Underground parking was nice.

Good location, quiet street. Super helpful staff. Comfy rooms. The only challenge is limited hot water supply. With a nice big tub in the bathroom there was only enough water to fill it 1/5 in. Then had to wait forever for the heater to heat up some more hot water. Do not take baths there... lol

Unlikely that I will use this Hotel again.

Hotel is more or less good. However we book family room and it appears that there are two rooms connected with common door between, not really what we expected. In the booking were stated 2 bedrooms... Hotel parking located underground and extremely small and full. We been redirected for Parking across the street for 1st night and next day put car in the parking. There was a car placed on the driving lane of the underground garage making us almost impossible to drive out. Breakfast is good with variety of choice, however personnel at the buffet slow and need to be asked to clean table for us as all there were occupied. One girl from Hotel staff get into the lift before us and gone not waiting for us or offer us to be the first to use the lift. I am traveling a lot and would say this is very unusual for the Hotels of similar levels. Staff to be trained there definitely.

Nice hotel in prime location

We stayed for just one night on our way to Vilnius, after taking a ferry from Germany. This hotel’s central location next to the walking street leading to the sea and the pier was its biggest advantage. Perhaps due to Easter, breakfast buffet kept running out of food items and coffee machines kept breaking. Not critical but a bit disappointing.

Very central location of the hotel, close to the main J. Basanavičius street, just 600 meters from the beach (Palanga bridge) and 800 meters from the Palanga Botanical Park. Rooms with kitchenette and fridge. Good breakfast, free underground parking. The hotel has a restaurant.

The location is in a great location, straight off the main boulevard and a five minute walk from Palanga beach. The hotel is very smart and clean, with a good breakfast and free underground parking

Room was very nice. Perfect location for holiday makers. Bed 🛏 bit hard, but maybe it’s just for me. I will definitely going back.

OK - would stay again as very convenient

Air conditioning and safety deposit were not working. To be fair, the hotel did offer us another room. Free underground parking and location were a plus. Breakfast was adequate. €3 service fee if you wanted to take drinks, bought in the hotel bar, to your room!

Very good location

I booked the hotel for weekend stay. Everything was lovely, especially location and breakfast. This hotel is just few minutes away from the beach and Palanga Pier (Palangos Tiltas).

Super short break

Had a little mix up when allocated a bedroom when I had booked and paid for a deluxe suite. Had difficulty in getting it sorted due to language difficulties. However excellent English speaking receptionist sorted it in the end. She was also extremely helpful with advice on things to do.

very nice breakfast and the staff is great! The rooms are in need of an upgrade soon. The beds ar not very good. If you dont like hard beds, ofcourse. Very nice location near everything. I guess i will come back next time i am in Palanga

Room could have had better curtains to block out light. Difficult to sleep with light seeping in. And a fire alarm emitted light beeps every 30 seconds.

Dejligt sted

Morgenmaden var sparsom men fin. Der var ikke den store rengøring dagligt, tydede på det afhang af, hvilken stuepige der var på arbejde. Men dejligt sted og kan sagtens anbefales.

The familyroom was nice and clean. It had everything we need. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but something for everybody. Location is great, the sea, beach and restaurants are near.

Viskas buvo puiku, bet tikrai pritrūko administratorių bendravimo ir bendro supažindinimo su viešbučio pasiūlymu. Taip ir liko neaišku, kas buvo įskaičiuota į kainą, kas ne. Iki išsiregistravimo net nebuvo aišku kada reikia patraukti automobilį iš parkingo, kol pati to nepaklausiau. Einant kiekvieną dieną pro administratores nei viena net nepasisveikindavo/neatsisveikindavo/nepakeldavo akių. Nepaisant to, likau patenkinta atostogomis, bet antrą kartą šio viešbučio nesirinkčiau ir kitiems nerekomenduočiau. :)
