This was the first time that we stayed at The Graduate and it was very nice!! So unique and the staff was very friendly and helped so much with suggestions of local restaurants and attractions! Would definitely recommend!!
Great experience!
Michele and Keisha were great. Only negative was no free coffee in the lobby...seems unheard of these days!
Would stay again!
We came for an appt at CCH for a 3 year old. In the room we had no refrigerator, ice bucket or container in which to get ice. We went to the front desk to ask about milk and were sent to the bar. When we asked about milk the bartender was rude and displayed an attitude about getting the milk. While pouring it she told me there was a gas station down the road. We were 4 hours away from home and not familiar with the area. Yesterday morning my daughter went again to get milk for the baby. At the restaurant she was charged $4.00 ea for 2 medium cups of milk!! We had no way to keep it cold. CCH has the Graduate on the list of preferred hotels so we chose it. There was also a shower chair in the closet that had wet dirty towels on it. Very negative experience for a stay that cost $250.00
Great stay, comfortable beds!
Friendly, clean, pleasant!
Next to VA Hospital across the street. Near University Hospital and Medical arts Building and UCGNI
Staff was amazing ! Food was delicious. Peaceful night of sleep. Well done!
Beautiful decorative and many options
Bathroom could use some cleaning…especially the vent. Didn’t have hand soap or bar soap for sink.
It was great!
Adjacent to trauma center.
We were there for a medical emergency at the major hospital up the street. Great location!
Stayed two nights the second night water and coffee not refreshed
Quirky decor but charming hotel. We loved it. Very comfortable. Especially liked the breakfasts at the coffee bar and the surprisingly good dinner menu at the bar.
It was Fabulous!!! Especially Lawrence!
My husband and I travel a lot for work and we generally try to avoid the boring, generic, corporate environment that most hotels offer. BUT the *GRADUATE* was such a refreshing and playful change. Lawrence was the most awesome host, he made us feel like family.
Very unique decor and friendly staff
Room was fun and funky. Noisy until early morning. We didn’t sleep very well.
It’s fine. Location is good.
We never really have an amazing stay with The Graduate - we come back to this hotel because of the location. This trip Mr. Lawrence at the front desk was wonderful and welcoming. Other than him, that’s where the “experience” ends. Our mirror was dirty and the conditioner bottle was empty. Because it wasn’t really attached, we removed it and left it out for housekeeping to fill while we were out - they did not fill it. The fire alarm went off around 7am and everyone had to evacuate, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but about an hour after we got back in, housekeeping knocked on the door and woke the room back up - this was hours before checkout.
Clean and great location
Elevator issue
I always have a great stay at this hotel, but the elevator was out. It would have been nice if they notified us and options to get down. Housekeeping shared the service elevator which never came. Had to take stairs with all luggage.
Very well stay. The room was great. Staff was friendly. Definitely will stay here again!
It was very close to work during this scary winter storm. I was able to safely go to work !!! And have a safe comfortable place to stay. !!
Great Weekend
It was an amazing stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again.
You can tell the staff doesn’t want to talk to customers.
Great
My favorite place to stay, very close to everything.
Clean room and nice staff!
This hotel was a pleasant surprise! From arrival to checkout, all the staff was so nice and pleasant. The decor is so colorful, and the hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Cincinnati.
Friendly staff, easy check in and out, neat, fun vibe.
All good! I recommend it
Feels comfortable. Helpful staff. Great breakfast/coffee shop
Interesting concept
This is a very colorful and fun hotel! The place is clean and amenities were great. During dinner I could spread out along a table with easy access to outlets for working on my computer. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. I plan to stay there again and highly recommend.
Disappointing Experience at The Graduate by Hilton While the room itself was fine, the overall experience was far from it. Communication and navigation at this hotel are a mess. The parking lot is poorly signed and confusing, leaving not just me but others lost as well—clearly an ongoing issue. The bigger problem was my reservation. I booked two nights through Expedia but couldn’t make it the first night due to a massive snowstorm. Despite notifying Expedia and attempting to contact the hotel (unsuccessfully), they still gave my room away. I was charged for the night I couldn’t use and then had to rebook when I arrived. To make matters worse, my original king room wasn’t available, and I was stuck with a room with double beds, which was not comfortable. The front desk staff promised a manager would contact me, but no one ever followed up. If you’re looking for smooth booking, good communication, and decent service, I wouldn’t recommend The Graduate.
The gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The only negative would be the thin toilet paper.
Comfy beds. Great towels. Loved the bartenders Kathy and Michelle. They were great and very personable.
The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Also Michelle at the bar was amazing!!!
Very very hospitable… Excellent customer service. Very clean property.
The decor was very unique. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
It’s nice, unique in color, the rooms are very comfortable. It’s just different from other hotels and that makes it special.
All went excellent
The fact that it is the closest hotel to Cincinnati Childrens Hospital, was the key for us. The only negative was the shower size and pressure, other than that, the room was great.
Fun decor & atmosphere
Amazingly cute and well thought out hotel.
We normally get a Airbnb but because this was a last min. trip we booked Graduate. This was the best experience I have had at a hotel chain. Free garage parking, clean, trendy and the room were super spacious. I have to give a BIG shout out for Laurence; his customer service and beautiful energy made our check/hotel experience feel like coming home. Please treat and pay him accordingly because he is a treasure:)
Great space in a convenient area of town
Wonderful stay!
Wonderful trip! Mr. Lawrence helped us tremendously at check in and was very friendly! Fiona's had delicious food and drinks, and we felt comfortable bringing our kids (if you have kids, you know some hotels/restaurants aren't super kid friendly). Room was clean and the kids loved the bunk beds. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back.
Check in was great, extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Eclectic decor
Nice rooms. Eclectic furnishings
Quirky and cool! Loved staying here.
Only concern was that there were napkins behind the TV-from a restaurant we did not dine
Just ok
It was an ok stay for the price tgey have no pool a d the room was decorated cool but it wasnt as nice as they are charging for it. W
Graduate Cinci never disappoints!
Fun decor
The property didn’t honor our group rate for a room months in advance & then raised the price on me twice while attempting to book. I had to book through Expedia to avoid $500/night. The staff running the coffee shop turned me away as the last person in line @ 1:04 after taking the three people ahead of me. I will recommending our organization not utilize the facility again.
Nice property and very friendly staff. Accommodating for my oversized vehicle parking that wouldn’t fit in the garage! Room seemed clean and very quiet stay! Would recommend and return.
Very quirky pop art decor but with a consistnet theme based upon Cincinnati memorabilia. Large rooms, spotlessly clean.
If you’re wondering about this unique property, rest assured it is amazing. Eclectic enough to be fun. Safe and cleqn
Great location by UC. Front desk staff is always pleasant. Bar is nice. Parking should be free.
Very convenient walking distance to University of Cincinnati campus. We were allowed to keep our car in the hotel parking garage for several hours after checkout. The front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Nice views from the 8th floor.
The design is INCREDIBLE. If you're an art lover, you need to stay here. The one little piece of feedback I would give -- is they need better toilet paper. Lol. It's a very nice hotel, and that was literally the worst toilet paper I've ever used in my whole entire life.
Came for a football game and perfect place to do so. Staff were very nice and clean property.
Great location for the business I had. Everything looks a bit old, threadbare and damaged to some degree. Not worth 200.00 a night
Great place to stay
Very fun, clean, and convenient place to stay. Safe area to stay with kids with parking on site. Hotel was very colorful and lots of things to see. Beds seemed sorter than normal if you are tall, but otherwise wonderful. Would highly recommend.
I loved the Graduate Cincinnati. Will definitely stay here again! The decor was the best and the front desk person and the bartender were great.
Graduate is a refreshing change to regular hotels at this price. Lively upbeat and very conveniently located.
The beds were terrible and the sheets were like sleeping with school grade Kraft paper towels. I think sleeping on the floor with a bath towel would have been more enjoyable.
Loved everything. Employees, decor, cleanliness…
Beautiful hotel! Clean. Very fun & unique decor. Great gym. Great customer service. They upgraded my room, because I have high status with Hilton.
Really great hotel! Special thanks to Lawrence at the front desk who was so charming and helpful. Comfortable beds and maybe the best water pressure I’ve ever had haha. Thank you so much!
Very walkable to UC which is what we needed. Convenient parking garage.
The property is beautiful, but I was very disappointed with the service. Front desk was extremely slow. Always felt like they were understaffed. Whether I was at Poindexter or Fiona’s… felt like no one had enough help..
Reserved a standard king and got put in the family room with bunk beds. Not quiet the romantic get away we were hoping for. Hotel had no other rooms to put us in and did not tell us when we checked in that we were being put in a children's room.
nothing in specific
Very fun and unique property
The staff was great! We loved that they had a billiards table and coffee shop at the facility. The decor was fun and very colorful.Would definitely stay here again.
The Graduate properties are always top tier.
Staff was very attentive. We had a leak on our drain and they were able to fix it right away. Overall would stay again when we visit the city again.
Love the staff at the Graduate. They were recently bought by Hilton - seems Hilton doesn’t honor the free parking perks. Luckily the staff member still honored this. Hoping Hilton doesn’t ruin such a great property.
Attached garage made it convenient for parking! Very close to the zoo. Wish bathroom had more counter space for hair appliances/toiletries
Wouldn't let us inside the building due to a "buy out" situation. Yold we could check in at 6pm. Even though why i was in Cincinnati to start with started at 5:30. Had to change clothes at McDonald's doen the road. Ended up canceling room and driving home.
This is my favorite hotel! Always my first pick if traveling to that area.
They did not clean the rooms very well trash was left and dirty sheets
hotel theme is unique and fun
Lawrence & King are 5 stars!
The Graduate Hotels are a great choice. Now owned by Hilton Hotels.
The front desk attendant was fabulous!
We usually stay at The Graduate when we come to town. We like the area in which it is located.
This is the most unique place I have ever stayed!
A nice clean spot
A great hotel if you're looking for an easy place to park and a very comfortable room. The vibe is a bit Cincinnati-themed, but the furnishings are very nice. The nearby walking area isn't much, but parking is easy.
I stayed one night for an event. Upon arriving back to my room after the event ~10 pm, there was a note on the door asking me to return to the front desk. I returned to the desk and was told i was put in the wrong room and was asked to wait to the side. I waited 15 minutes and then security came and took me to my room (same room i was already in). He let me in and I then asked about keys. He said I wasn't getting keys and could prop my door with the lock if I needed to leave the room. Luckily I was just there to sleep so I didn't need to leave, but I thought it was strange. The next morning I looked at my credit card activity and saw I had a pending charge from the hotel, but I had prepaid through expedia. I asked about the charge at checkout and was told it would drop off. A couple days later the charge was no longer pending and was active so I called the hotel. I was transferred to accounting and left a message for Debbie (I think that was the name). I never received a call back and have now had to dispute with my credit card company. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this
.
Cockroach
I was very unimpressed with this hotel. There was a cockroach on the 8th floor where we stayed and when we told staff and manager about it, “he said they happen and they can’t do anything about it.” I was very surprised by this response and he got upset with me when I brought up this awful situation in a hotel. It was very sad considering the high price paid for the hotel and then to have to more at the hotel for parking and dog to stay there. This is a travesty and completely not worth money. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Amazing property, big rooms,
Fun and awesome hotel.
Charming hotel with fun decorations, lively artwork, and excellent themes. Room was huge, clean, and well appointed. I stay in some of the best hotels around the world a dozen nights a month and have to say this one ranks near the top. Loved it.
We always enjoy our time at Graduate hotels!
Lawrence was exceptionally friendly and professional! Location was perfect for touring UC. Decor was modern and fun.
