Hotel was clean. Our room was very clean, and comfortable. We stayed for three days because it was clean. Great breakfast options. In parts like the edges of the dining area the carpet was ripped and the hotel is a bit on the older side. Needs more maintenance. But otherwise our room was clean and enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel overall

Rooms were really clean and overall ambience was great. For a four star hotel at the given price, it's a really good deal. The staffs can only carry out basic communication in English, though. Wifi needs improvement; it is strong in the foyer, but virtually non-existent a few steps into the room.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst attending an Expo. Staff wonderful, hotel fine, good choice of food.

Near by Upgrade

The hotel is very near the airport (JOG) but not so near that you would even know it was there. I am used to staying in similarly priced hotels in the US and this was DEFINITELY an upgrade over that!

Great value for the price

I have stayed at this hotel before. As always, the service was wonderful, the room was very nice, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. My wife and I will definitely stay at the Grand Quality Yogyakarta again.

I wish we could have stayed longer to experience the full amenities but we had a very nice experience and would surely recommend it to anyone who plans to come to Yogya.

An ok deal for the budget conscious traveler

The hotel is close to the airport and a bus line which is convenient, and the building is nice, but it's out of the way and far from the city center, which during traffic is all but in reachable. It is a convenient route to prambanan temple, but out of the way for everything else. If asked about bus lines the people working there will try to get you to hire a car and driver, so not very helpful. Everyone is super polite and smiling though (it's Indonesia after all!). Restaurants are good but overpriced. The hotel seems like a luxurious palace which shows it's twenty plus years of age. Things are fine but almost always just a little bit off. Oh and the pool closes at seven which is way too early and the hot tub is cold.

Closely located to airport. Free shuttle service to airport and nearby shopping places. Excellent service and wide range of restaurants and facilities within the hotel.

Convenient for early flight

I stayed one night with my 3 years child before the early flight at 6 a.m. They have transportation service to the airport and the driver was gentle. Although some facilities were under renovation, there were swimming pools and playground for kids. Mini bar was free at that time.

Hotel location and amenities are fine. But I could not access internet in hotel room. Internet thru wifi also in hotel main lobby not connected. After complain they just said sorry. Otherwise all services are OK

Keep up the Quality ?

We are every yeare in Indonesia some times 2x and spend many day's in a hotel, senggigi beach hotel (kila hotel now) sheraton yogyakarta, GQ hotel yogyakarta and see the Quality going back, and the price go up, onze day I get a email form Sheraton that they shee us ass apart of the familie !? I even repaird severel times the toilet my zelf, zo old daye are! Thuis is no good for Familie! Hoop hou do some with this, Greetings Dirk Ent

大堂经理很热心 帮助我咨询各景点的交通问题 在我已经check out 后一天 从景点返回到酒店取行李，依然给我安排了免费的机场巴士送我离开 很感谢！

昔は一流だったかも？ですが・・・。

とにかく、ホテルが古かった為、バスカーテンもかびていたり、なんとなくにおったりしていた。タオルが必要枚数なかったり、サービスのコーヒーは初日以来ありませんでした。朝食は、早い時間に行くと良いです！

建物のコーナー

建物が古いことは承知しているが、エアーコンの調節、シャワーの温度調節に問題がある。 スタッフの（特にルームクリーニング）訓練が必要か。

空港に直近で、快適なホテル

空港に近く（タクシーで１０分）、早朝早い時間での送迎（午前５時半）でも対応してくれた。バスタブも深くゆったりつかれた。レストランの食事もおいしかった。

早朝便に便利なホテルです

シャトルサービスは時刻表とは関係なく、好きな時間にお願いできます。かなり頻繁に往復しているようです。早朝便には便利でした。 また近くにカルフールがあり、夜10時まで開いており、ちょっとした買物も可能です。

空港には近いがお風呂に入れなかったホテル

日本食レストランの料理はまずまずの及第点でした。問題は部屋のお風呂。汚れが付いていて、水は黄色く、シャワーは錆びている。換気扇はほこりまみれでとても入る気にはなりませんでした。

그냥 무난한 호텔입니다.

족자카르타에 대한 정보가 전혀 없이 갔기 때문에 우선 공항에서 가까운 호텔을 선택한 곳이 이 호텔입니다. 사진으로 봤을 때 이국적이고 훌륭한 느낌이면서 저렴해서 예약했는데, 실제적으로 본 느낌은 약간 낡은 느낌이더라구요. 공항에선 가깝지만, 다운타운과는 거리가 꽤 멀어서 택시비가 좀 많이 나왔어요. 원래 다운타운으로 태워다 주는 셔틀버스가 있었는데, 자기들이 만들어 놓은 시간표도 지키지 않더라구요. 저희가 운행시간 10분 전에 문의했는데, 취소되었다고 하면서 택시 타고 가라고 하더라구요. 조식은 이용하지 않고 일찍 체크아웃해서 평가할 수가 없었고요. 그냥 무난한 호텔입니다. 사진발이 좀 있고요.

翌日早朝便利用の為の宿泊でしたが　時間に余裕もあるので　空港送迎とプールの２点で選びましたが　町までの シャトルも利用でき　今回の旅は”夜の賑やか？なマリオボロ通り”も楽しむ事ができ　とてもお得感がありました。 室内も清潔でバスタブもあり快適、ホテルの方も皆親切で感じが良かったです。

まず、部屋が非常に広く快適です。空港からも近く、観光地へのアクセスも良いので観光でもビジネスでも使い勝手は大変良いでしょう。周辺はホテル街で手頃なものから5つ星まで簡単に見つかりますが、コストパフォーマンスとして当ホテルは非常にお勧めできる物件です。朝食ビュッフェもローカル・洋食どちらも楽しめ質も高いので、どなたにも一定以上の満足が提供されると思います。

Pada tanggal 7 Agustus 2013 saya reservasi melalui Website Hotels.com : 2 deluxe room untuk tgl.10 & 11 Agustus melalui Website Hotels.com, karena dekat dengan bandara. Prosesnya mudah dan pelayanan ketika di Hotel Grand Qualitypun cepat (dg menyerahkan bukti email balasan dari Hotels.com), kami langsung bisa segera beristirahat di kamar yang bersih dan nyaman. Menu breakfastnya variatif dan anak-anak pun menyukainya. Swimpoolnya bersih, mungkin fasilitas yang belum ada dan perlu ditambah playground for kids. Secara keseluruhan kami sekeluarga senang menginap dan suatu hari nanti pasti akan kembali menginap di Hotel Grand Quality lagi... :)

Bonne option pour un vol tôt le matin. Hôtel vieillissant mais bien entretenu. Chambre confortable, excellente literie. Mention au restaurant chinois de l'hôtel avec un excellent menu dim sum à prix très raisonnable.

Buen lugar y economico

El hotel es hermoso, muy bien ambientado, la atencion tambien lo es... Se ve limpio y agradable... Los restorant del Hotel son variados y a un buen precio... El pub que esta dentro tiene buena musica pero los tragos son un poco mas caros...la ubicacion no es la ideal, ya que no se puede caminar cerca pero en yogya estas 2 dias y recorres en taxi loa lugares mas caracteristicos... Lo recomiendo lejos

空港近く

デラックス、エグゼクティブに宿泊しましたが部屋は普通のビジネスホテルといった感じ。 空港への無料送迎がありますので、短期の滞在には便利かと思います。 スタッフの対応に満足できず、評価を下げさせて頂きました。

空港近く、送迎あり便利

空港へのアクセスの便利さで宿泊。デラックスルームに泊まりました。部屋は若干くたびれておりましたが特に問題ありませんでした。フロントの対応も丁寧でチェックインアウトスムーズでした。ただ周辺にはコンビニ以外何もなくさびしいこと、前の道路の交通量が多く信号が無いため対面に渡るのが一苦労。空港出入りの際のみ利用のホテルとしては適当です。

ビジネスホテルのプール付

例えるのであれば、ビジネスホテルのプール付って感じでしょうか？ 空港やタウンまでの無料送迎があったので何度か利用しました（予約要） トランスジョグジャ（市内を走るバス）のカルフール停留所まで歩いて行けるのと、そこに行くまでの路沿いにあるお店や屋台などが美味しかったので良かったです。

空港に近いホテル

朝早くのフライトのため、前日にこのホテルを利用しました。空港まで無料の送迎もしてくれ（１０分ほどで到着）便利でした。ホテルの方の対応やホテル、客室内は十分きれいでした。ただし、街までは遠いので通常の観光利用にはちょっと不便かと思います（１日３便はマリボロ通りまでのホテルバスが出ているようです）
