Our room was comfortable. It has a 3 way bathroom, ie a separate shower, toilet and vanity - love that. Unfortunately, the room was too stuffy without the air conditioning on but the air conditioning leaked and ran in to the toilet so that the floor was covered in water. We didn’t know what was causing the wet floor and I reported it to the front desk. A handy man was promptly sent to our room to check. We also loved the location. On arrival, we walked in one direction - it appears it was probably the tourist end of town. That evening, we walked in the opposite direction and we appeared to be the only tourists. Short walks to different worlds and experiences.

A warm welcome from reception staff on arrival and when returning each day. Room spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite distant from sea front ( taxi ride) but close to river attractions including dragon bridge

The property is as classified: a 3-star. The staff service is exemplary, especially Miss Nhung. I stay here because of the service received and the location. Walkable to eats and dragon bridge🐉 🌉 We have choices, Gold hotel is a highly recommended choice.

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it's great. The staff are helpful, the rooms are perfect and the location is ideal for a few days in Da Nang. Close to food and sights and easy to find. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. I would stay here again!

Incredible views and clean room

The room huge and the layout of it was great. Very clean room and the view from the 9th floor is fantastic at all times of the day, you can see Dragon bridge from up there. Location was great, easy to get to and close to the beach and the airport and also close to loads of eateries. The staff are very friendly and helpful and arranged a car service for us. I would recommend this great hotel to anyone who would go to Da Nang.

Good hotel in the city center. It’s near Dragon Bridge and many convenience stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. I check in at mightnight and they still support me. The room is clean and has a river view.

泊まるべきホテルではないです。 虫があちこちに居て、とても汚いし、 豪雨になると、部屋に雨水が入ってきて、水浸しになります。 なぜ星1以上がついているのか、不思議です。

Beautiful hotel which is near the city center, marts, restaurants, etc. Good room cleaning service! Staff can communicate in English. They gave me information about tourist destinations and some suggestions.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, thuận tiện cho việc đi lại. Xung quanh khách sạn có nhiều quán ăn. Có thể nhờ các bạn nhân viên thuê xe máy giúp nữa. Mình nhất định sẽ quay lại khách sạn và giới thiệu bạn bè.

Khách sạn gần trung tâm thành phố, lại vừa đẹp và sạch sẽ. Xung quanh khách sạn có rất nhiều quán ăn ngon. Các bạn nhân viên cũng siêu nhiệt tình, các bạn hỗ trợ mình rất nhiều trong chuyến đi vừa rồi. Mình cực kì hài lòng với trải nghiệm ở đây, nhất định mình sẽ quay lại Gold vào dịp đến.

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm thành phố nên đi đâu cũng tiện. Phòng thoáng sạch sẽ hợp giá tiền
