Very helpful staff especially in the dining area

What didn't like is you pick a airport type trolley and take your bags yourself. No one to help you. They give you the room key and that's it. The breakfast staff are good.

I didn't like check in part. No one to help you. No bell boys. Even i was struggling with bags no one helped. They gave me the key to room. And that's it. I had to take trolley by self.

Dirty

This place was not clean, dust on all items in the room, dirt and stains on bed sheets and pillows. Unclean air from vents and bad smell throughout.

Great stay over before flying out of Mumbai airpor

It is a great spot for quick stay over. Before you need to sly out of Mumbai airport. The rooms are relatively small. Bathroom tiny but the service restaurant and bar are great.

Convenient hotel

The hotel is very convenient and informal. Very good for short stay. Most amenities are there. Check in and check out was quick. Restaurant decent.most important it’s close to the airport.

Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast had many options. Very modern. Large gym.

Hotels in India have excellent, warm service. They usually can’t do enough for you The service was average, very impersonal. Good in the restaurant was good but again service was meh. Other than that hotel is good if you need a place close to the airport.

Good stay

Good location and good clean rooms

Stay was good and enjoyable once past the check-in process. Check-in was not smooth, unfriendly, and with minimal attention. Only one card was given for access and it did not work after reaching the 6th floor. Room was clean and fully functional utilities. The ‘real hot’ water shower was quite relieving after being out all day with 100% humidity and scorching sun. Helped sleep sound. Restaurant was good and the young girls there were smiling very nice and friendly.

More efficiency required during check in

The experience at the Reception Counter was terrible - they were a confused lot and mixed up the room numbers for my guests, gave wrong keys and as a result it was a horrible start for a couple of them into Ginger.

easy access to airport

It was everything we needed for one night stop over we were picked up at the airport staff at the hotel were excellent the food was very very good. No complaints would highly recommend.

Great Stay Overall, But Noise Disturbance at Night I had a pleasant stay at Ginger and appreciated the cleanliness, staff friendliness, amenities. However, I encountered some issues with noise during the night, which disrupted my sleep. The loud chat was particularly noticeable around midnight, making it difficult to relax. While I understand that some noise is unavoidable, better soundproofing or measures to address the issue would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and hope to see improvements in this area for an even more comfortable visit in the future.

Short one night stay for a morning flight out

Clean property. Chic vibes. Close to airport T1 but not walkable if you have to lug a suitcase. Excellent condition but minor irritant like slow clearing drain in the shower, missing stirrer with the coffee maker, etc.

Fantastic hotel & location

Really great staff and really nice room. Only thing is bathrooms are too small. Otherwise no brainer, I would stay here again and again!

Road is not developed outside the hotel which is very risky if old people walk through those roads. Risk of tripping for anyone.

It was for a large conference at BKC. Found all hotels pricey, including Ginger - very pricey !!! The Room is dingy, humid, and they were spraying something through the ventillators and all my baggage started to smell for several days ! The staff is amazing, and very helpful

The property was expensive in comparison to most of the hotels available nearby which were at the same or a higher level, but with the same pricing. The room is not appropriately stocked, definitely not worth the price and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with the front desk too. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, close to the airport but not worth the price.

Poor Food Service

We have opted for dinner and breakfast buffet, but unfortunately the service and options were so poor. It was like I was sitting in a road side restaurant with fixed few things to eat.

Decent property. Decent sized rooms. Food options are okay. Not too good, not too bad.

Starting from the front desk to the reservation team, breakfast was attended. they need training in all the areas- not at all happy with customer service. nothing gets answered in one phone call, they keep on transferring and holding. did not see any efforts in listening or helping guest.

Perfect for an overnight stay for a quick get away the next days from the airport, as its less than 30mins by taxi. Not sure why there was only one towel in the bathroom, and had to call down for a second towel as reception seemed to ignore the request. Its clean, its convenient for the airport, hence practical. Lots of good places to eat, within a short walking distance, however treacherous roads to croaa.
