It was for a large conference at BKC. Found all hotels pricey, including Ginger - very pricey !!! The Room is dingy, humid, and they were spraying something through the ventillators and all my baggage started to smell for several days ! The staff is amazing, and very helpful

The property was expensive in comparison to most of the hotels available nearby which were at the same or a higher level, but with the same pricing. The room is not appropriately stocked, definitely not worth the price and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with the front desk too. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, close to the airport but not worth the price.

Poor Food Service

We have opted for dinner and breakfast buffet, but unfortunately the service and options were so poor. It was like I was sitting in a road side restaurant with fixed few things to eat.

Decent property. Decent sized rooms. Food options are okay. Not too good, not too bad.

Starting from the front desk to the reservation team, breakfast was attended. they need training in all the areas- not at all happy with customer service. nothing gets answered in one phone call, they keep on transferring and holding. did not see any efforts in listening or helping guest.

Perfect for an overnight stay for a quick get away the next days from the airport, as its less than 30mins by taxi. Not sure why there was only one towel in the bathroom, and had to call down for a second towel as reception seemed to ignore the request. Its clean, its convenient for the airport, hence practical. Lots of good places to eat, within a short walking distance, however treacherous roads to croaa.

super small room, got charged $175 for a one night stay that has all problems where one can say they should not be in hotel business. noisy airconditioner, no toilet papers, horrible bathroom and list goes on. Never again!!

Great service, comfortable beds and very close proximity to the airport.

Food was average but the service was too slow. It seemed like no one care about what you want. Their reception is also not concerned about providing best service. Given the price I paid I am not expecting 5 star service but was expecting decent service and staff. Will not book or recommend.

Great stay at Ginger

Everything was good. Only couple of things I noticed - 1. Room floor wasn’t mopped properly, 2. Shower drainage was slow. This could be improved. Rest was faultless.

The location of hotel just next to T-1 CST airport Mumbai gives comfort of easy access to property.The property is recently renovated. Room sizes are just enough for a person. Food quality and varities are commendable.Overall stay is good.

Very close to terminal 1 , one can walk down to the hotel. Rooms are decent but small. Value for money. Dining options are also reasonable .

Pathetic service. Irresponsive & irresponsible staff. No in-room hair dryer, no pressing / laundry service when required. Over priced rooms. Clean but small rooms.

Good hotel, the rooms could have been a bit bigger

Good hotel. Priced okay. But should have been a little more spacious. The rooms are kind of compact. Staff is very courteous.

Best Transit hotel

Convenient and comfortable for transit through Mumbai specially when the next flight is from T1. Great breakfast too.

Brilliant hotel and staff

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff bar and a brilliant manager (lady) i cant remember her name. It was a good stay. Good breakfast, just adequate choice. Big thank you to the bar staff for the suport when my female partner was being harrassed by a fellow guest. Still renovation going on so a little noise from construction work, nothing that bothered me once i played some music. Thank you.

It was an amazing experience as best hospitality from Each and every section of hotels . Chef Rishikesh and chef Sonam were taking care everyone’s food requests at best level . Even General manager , front manager , F &B managers were outstanding.

Unexpected pleasant stay with very helpful and courteous staff. We liked almost everything, especially the reception and the excellent food at the restaurant, Great service. Bravo 👏👏👏

Improvement neede

The staff customer service excellent. Very friendly staff. Great food. The Hotel is fairly new and was under construction. Preparing for their grand opening made the place very noisy. Banging of doors. They worked late nights. I did not get one single relaxed night. No wake-up call even though I requested every day. Car service great. I would want to stay there again provided I make sure they have finished the building work. Thank you.

Overall a wonderfully experience. Only concern would be need more trained staff for customer service .
