From the pic published was nice, but when I arrived the fridge was broken. The property wasn’t look after. There was a hole next to the bed. I won’t come again until they renovate the hotel.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful! The room was smaller than I thought and I hit my head on the ceiling a few times. Thick dust that hadn't been cleaned in years in some corners and edges. But house keeping cleaned everyday and were always very curtious.

Hotel is different from what it shows in the pics

Room needs lot of maintenance, bathroom shower,taps full of hard scale, no proper ventilation, windows shut sealed, lot of mosquitoes in bed room, insects at the kitchen, upstairs bedroom window net is broken, room smelled of tobacco, entire apartment floor had a tilt, evident from shower drain, had to leave the hotel after 1 night stay. 1 night money was refunded

We only stayed one night and I’m so thankful. First off, the ENTIRE room was slanted, all three floors. At times it felt like I was walking downhill from one side of the room to the next. The bottom level was very small, I am 5’10ft and there was maybe one inch in between my head and the ceiling. Secondly, everything was dirty, it seems that the only cleaning they do is fixed the bed and Changed the trash bags. Definitely not up to normal standards of cleaning. Our bed mosquito net had insect droppings on the top, not a great view when you’re trying to sleep. Everything was dusty, the ceilings and walls had moth casings and dead insects on them. The bathrooms were awful… I can’t even. Thirdly, do not come here without bug spray! When we came in everything seemed fine, as soon as we started to make ourselves at home about 30 mosquitoes came from everywhere. We had bug spray so we were able to quickly kill them, but we discovered there is a window broken and open but covered with the curtains. Of course bugs will get in that way. Lastly, the design just felt poor. The lobby is outside, not ideal in a hot congested area, even all the staff was sweating. There was no path to our room so we had to carry and drag our luggage over rocks and a broken, grassy pathway. Also no signs for the entrance and then a huge step that was also troubling with our luggage. That being said, staff were great and very accommodating. If it was more than a night, most issues could’ve been fixed.

Nice hotel

Very nine experience. Big rooms, very good service. Shop and restaurants near by. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Staff were so lovely, breakfast was fantastic and the greenery was beautiful. 10/10 service staff are beautiful

It was a terrible experience during my stay here. There were mosquitoes, later the hotel got flooded overnight and I had to escape by swimming as there were no any rescue team or anyone to help out.I would never recommend anyone to stay here

I would like to review 0 stars but that is not possible so i review it with one star. I dont advise any one to stay in there.

What you would expect for the price

staff were very friendly but when entering the hotel room it smelt musty. The tv didn't work and we could only connect to the internet when outside. The sheets hadnt been changed and the bathroom wasnt cleaned. However We were given cold drinks on arrival and the staff were very helpful with calling taxis. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. Not fancy but definitely worth the price.

Basic and tired

Overnight airport stay only - pretty basic and tired by western standards. Would not have booked if staying longer and would have moved on.

I couldn’t find any good things to that hotel everything is messy & smiling the service is very very poor

Nice hotel, pool was the highlight

The Ganga hotel has very friendly staff, our room had a good aircon and a powerful shower.

Blood and fecal stains on wall. Mouldy bathroom. Checked out after one night. Staff told us they couldn’t refund remaining time themselves as it was an online booking and we had to go through wotif to refund. Contacted wotif and are being told the hotel is refusing a refund. Not as advertised at all, very unclean and dodgy. Avoid.

its ok for its price. A bit old apartment. But we enjoyed our holiday.

Awful staying

I decided to stay at this hotel only because it was cheap. It was lucky that I stayed only 2 days. Next time I would prefer to pay double rather than stay at Ganga hotel. -It was really hard to communicate with them given that nobody speak English. -The hotel is very shady, so you cannot really enjoy the pool area. Anyway there are ONLY 2 sun bed - At night I could never sleep because there was a guy praying from 5am till midnight (I was really angry) -Wifi in the room is not great -I asked them to organize the transfer for me to go to the airport but at the end I had to organize it by myself Trust me, if you are planning on going to Bali, DON'T stay at this hotel. You can definitely have something better for only a few dollars more.

Very impressed, really nice hotel with fabulous staff

Outstanding for the price!!

Great hotel and accommodation. Clean and well kept. Quiet area, though the hotel is far from places of interest so if you're in Bali for the nightlife this could be an issue. Very friendly staff and great little restaurant. I absolutely recommend it!!

Nice hotel, far out of the way though.

The hotel was nice, food wasn't very good and the hotel was very far away from Kuta and Seminyak took 1 hour Taxi ride to get to from Hotel to Kuta

Great value

Tucked away this hotel has created it's own oasis in the madness of Denpasar. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff are very helpful and very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel
