Family friendly hotel

The overall rating for my stay would be around 6.5 out of 10. While the property is clean and has a nice atmosphere, it’s evident that it’s in need of renovation. The décor, including the dark brown color of the furniture, the bed style, and the shower, all feel quite dated. Unless the rooms undergo some updates, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and likely won’t plan to return.

This is the 2nd time I stay in the hotel and again, me and my family loved it. I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were OK .. Need renovation to be honest. Staff were very friendly and helpful all the times. Swimming pool is nice and the jacuzzi next to it is OK. There is also a kids pool available. All are outdoors and on the 7th floor. The view is nice whether its in the morning or evening. There is no longer breakfast available in the hotel which is OK for me. I went to Seef Mall everyday. I had breakfasts in different cafes in the morning. Talking about Seef mall, hotel is connected to it. There is an access to it from hotel's lobby. You can go and enjoy shopping or dining there anytime. My kids enjoyed going to the mall freely anytime. Overall, I enjoyed the stay again and I recommend it for families.

Worth a visit

Well designed, maintained and serviced facility with very warm and eager to serve staff .All at a very reasonable price.

It’s old and need some renovation especially the bathroom and the bath tub had lots of mold.

I will be going there again

The hotel is 5 stars and live to that standard, I booked a one bedroom apprtment with a kitchen that yoy can use for samll cookign or just heating leftovers like i did. The satff arw super super friendly, i know that you might thing that is true for allot of hotels but for me the staff of this hotel as a whole are the second best staff from all the hotel i stayed in. the location is great next to a small mall that has the necessary things you might need.

This property is attached to a very modern mall. This mall has an amazing number of excellent eating opportunities. This is very convenient. The suite includes the standard items, but also includes a washer/dryer.

The stay was short but fine. One major note was the cigarette smell all over the room and rest room although we booked and stayed in a non-smoking room. Faculty helpful

very nice hotel. The suite was fantastic. My family of 4 kids enjoyed it. 2 rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were OK. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is very nice. Great accommodation for family. However there are some issues: No 24/7 room service No mini bar No late check-out flexibility The valet staff are friendly and fast.

Nice Hotel Close to City and Seef Shopping Mall

Excellent stay. Stayed 6 nights. Last 2 nights spoilt by some noisy arrivals, in the rooms next to me, who didn’t seem to care about other guests trying to sleep.

Great location & next to a good Mall

this hotel is very well located in the Seef area of Bahrain. Also has a mall attached which is handy for shops. Rooms are clean and bright. Only complaint is the breakfast wasn't particularly fresh and the quality wasn't great.

Amazing location and very comfortable

No respect for customers time

The check in time at this hotel is at 2pm . I arrive at 4pm only to findout that my room is not ready yet and it will take 25 mins to be ready what the receptionest said . Didn't recieve the room until 5pm with a verbal apology and a smile. They didn't respect my time.

Janitors Service

Acceptable. However, I noted that there are only two Janitors who can't accommodate meeting clients request in the form of luggages picking up during the check in or check out. Also, a noticeable delay in getting the cars from the parking areas.

I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Excellent room service. Great view. Cool facilities. Loved the free wifi. Connected to Seef Mall and close to City Center Mall and ther districts

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was beatiful, clan and very modern design. Perfect location, from the 18th floor beautiful view o seef fort, the beach and residential area. I highly recommend it!

My booking was for 4 persons, they asked SAR 180 for the additional bed while it was clearly mentioned in Expedia booking during the reservation stage, however Expedia email didn't show that I am coming with 2 kids!!!

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel, it was basically a full size one bedroom apartment with livingroom and kitchen. will 100% stay here again.

Spacious and clean and well equipped, but slightly far away from the main city district.

It could have Perfect But....

The hotel and facilities are amazing and honestly it was one of the best hotels I have been in. The Mall is downstairs and there are plenty of free car parking in the parking plaza. On the other hand I agreed with the reception agent at the check-in that I would like to checkout late and he said it is OK to checkout at 2PM instead of 12PM so I did my plans accordingly so I can sleep late and wake up late. Next day at 11AM the phone rang and I was asked to checkout early because the other family had arrived early and they are using the facility in 7th floor! I tried to explained that I had an agreement but the lady over the phone insisted that they cannot fulfill their promise and I have to checkout on time and that is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 5 where they should get it because all other services are fantastic.

It is so convenient to have a comfortable room to go back to after shopping.

the good issues: 1- the hotel is inside the seef mall so no need for a car 2- the furnish was good for 5 stars hotel 3- the entry and exitry procedures were smooth 4- the outdoor pool was nice the bad issues 1- the room hadn't see veiw as written in Expedia site 2- the resturant wasn't 5 stars ( 3 or 4 stars only) 3- with the same price you can get better hotel 4- if you don't call room service your room wouldn't be cleaned 5- the rate of the bathroom is 4 stars not 5 stars in comparable to the 5 stars hotels

Ideal for the family

Inside was nice and spacious. Ideal for the family, and conveniently connected to the mall. Parking lot however got fairly congested along unsafe drivers during the weekend. Took time to drive around the neighborhood on the one way street.

Lovely Aparthotel within Seef Mall.

Excellent location. We literally parked our car and stayed in the hotel in mall vicinity for 3 days. Lots to do- movie theatre, restaurants, swimming pool, gym, etc. Rooms very spacious, modern and comfortable. Price about steep but love the convenience of not having to leave facility.

the room service food was awful, everything else was good

Happy - bit just one thing...

Excellent - just seemed to be able to hear noise from in the halls quite easily. Not sure of people were just being noisy or slamming dorrs or what. Wasnt too bad but woke up a few times.

Definitely worth the stay for an extended period

This place was recommended by a friend. I found the room very clean and well stocked with amenities. Kitchen had everything you needed. The only drawback was that you had a kitchen microwave and convection microwave to use. Hence, no real oven. Nevertheless, it requires creativity to cook. The bed is quite comfortable and you have wonderful views of the ocean and the city. Seef Mall is attached so you can walk there for coffee or a meal. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Very good hotel and great rooms. We were not getting a separate bed for our kid and Labanese manager was very rude and didn't want to accommodate us.

A great family stay

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It had all of the space and conveniences that we needed....except for a good coffee maker. The staff were very responsive, accommodating and friendly. The room finishes and decor were very nice. The additional amenities provided were adequate. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price charged.

Nice hotel for families

This was our first stay and we chose it because of it's location to Seef Mall, which was very convenient. The room was very nice and clean. Would only recommend better bathroom lighting. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout drapes worked very well. The gym was nicely equipped and not very busy, however there were children in there that should not have been. The pool is beautiful but it was too cold to swim. Room service menu is very limited and what we did order was not very good. We did not try the buffet breakfast. The internet was a bit slow, but it was included in our price so I can't really complain. My only major complaint was that everytime someone opened/closed doors on our floor, it was VERY loud as the sound really carries. Also, the room directly across from ours had 5 children under the age of 13 left unattended and they were running up and down the hallway, yelling, screaming and slamming the door. We spoke to them directly and also to the hotel staff, who took care of the matter quite quickly. This is not a good hotel for singles wanting a quiet, romantic time. There was no bar or alcohol on the premises so if you want night-life, this isn't the place for you. This is more a family-friendly hotel, so if you have kids, it's perfect for you.

Good for your family

As an Arab and specially GCC big families, I took 3 apartments, The Apartments has large area, This hotel is close to Alseef Mall, one of the bigest malls in Manama City.
