We've stayed at many Four Seasons but this was the best thus far. The rooms themselves might have been the best of any hotel we've stayed in and we're not casual travelers. Super spacious, views you can stare at for weeks, and a staff that you can't compare to any other hotel.

Absolutely stunning resort and the villas are amazing! Unfortunately we were originally located next to a private residence which had ongoing building work which was quite disruptive, but the management team were great and they managed to move us to another villa away from the noise. They also compensated us generously for the inconvenience and delay in moving us, which we very much appreciated. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel in the middle of paradise

This hotel is simply the best in Seychelles.. I have stayed in most 5* hotels there and this is simply the nicest with the warmest staff. Everything was just perfect..

The Four Seasons really lived up to their name to the best in Seychelles. I was completely shocked by how attentive the service is (everyone remembers your name), the decor for the villa, and the wonderful in-room dining experience. Props to all the staffs, even a buggy guy was so attentive and helped us double check every corner and closet of the villa during check out in case we forgot something. We also would like to address the attentive sensitivity for hotel guests equality that four seasons Seychelles gave. We’ve stayed in so many five stars hotels as a gay couple and Four Seasons was the first and the only one throughout our last five years (including all the other top-notch five stars hotel names one can name of) that got our names and genders correctly on the welcome letter. Extremely highly recommended especially since we had stayed other five stars in Mahe which were not up to the bar.

Honeymooning at Petit Anse!

The hotel has one of the most beautiful beaches at Mahe Island. The breakfast and service quality is above standards. The hotel manager greeted us and made sure we are happy with everything during our stay. The bathroom tub is fenomenal with the infinity pool and sea view in front! Using the Four Seasons app during our stay was an amazing experience. So convenient and innovative Few downsides were that I was surprised to be dropped off with a Lexus car after being charged 150 EUR for airport transfers. I was expecting (and specifically asked for a proper luxury car as the price we are asked to pay is double the average) and the driver was booked for 1 hr later than we requested! There was not many restaurant options only 2 (Zez and Kannel and KOI was closed) Zez was amazing for breakfast but the dinner portions was very small and pricey for that portions. if we had known we would have dined at Kannel every night or at our room. The rooms are renovated and in very good condition yet it is clear that the hotel is aging. Waiting for buggies for min 15 min every time was frustrating. During our stay some of the buggies broke down and clearly they were not able manage the requests of the guests.

Paradise

The rooms are great for a family needing a little extra space. It’s on a hill and requires buggy transportation if you in a high room. The private beach is really a great asset for the resort and everything is done to a 5 star standard

Wonderful attention to detail. Very apparent at beach, spa and gym.

Everything was outstanding. The property was immaculate and perfectly maintained. I loved beach it was perfect soft white sand pictures do not do it justice. The snorkeling was was ok lots of dead coral but the variety of fish was vast and the water was clear so it was super enjoyable. My wife and I had massages and honestly it was the top three massages we have ever had. Staff was wonderful and super friendly and attentive. By far this is one of the best four seasons properties I have stayed at.

Unforgettable Stay

The Service at the four seasons Seychelles was perfect we were very well received as soon as we came out of the airport, the staff were extremely friendly there were absolutely no delays for any requests that was asked for the stay was absolutely comfortable. And the staff they really go the extra mile to better serve the customer. Check -in went very smoothly until they asked for a 2000euro deposit for security which we were not notified about before but other than that it was fine. We also needed a late check out at 6pm and we were given a room until that time which we really appreciated. As for our stay the room was always kept clean room service came in the morning and at night to arrange the room. the room It had an amazing private pool overlooking the ocean and yet very secluded. A very big terrace. The food was really good especially at kannel restaurant by the beach. They were some cocktail evenings organized by the staff which was nice to meet other people at the hotel. Finally at check out there was the bill that had a charge on it for the mini bar which was a bottle of whisky however we did not consume that and we told them at the front desk and as soon as we said it they removed it from the bill right away no questions that was a good experience. But overall the experience was amazing I would still give it a solid 10/10. They were so many friendly staff I wish I remember their names so I can mention them but honestly all the staff were amazing

Four seasons Seychelles is everything I imagined about staying at the four seasons - beautiful, personal and expensive. On arriving at the resort we were a couple of hours early and we knew that - we were fine knowing we would have to wait a bit but were a bit disappointed considering everyone else that checked in early got their villa straight away. We were sent to the beach where we sat to have “lunch” but realised we couldn’t afford much so had a snack... after this she said it was free because we don’t have our room yet. A nice gesture but I wish we’d ordered an actual lunch! Can’t complain though. We got our room 2 hours late, no explanation but the chat app they have is useful as I asked on there and they told me when it was ready and sent a buggy to take us to the villa. The villa itself was beautiful, but a little tired considering the price tag and the hotels rating. Things like dead bugs trapped in the glass on the coffee table, and the outside window glass was very dirty - especially the glass looking out from the bath to the pool. I was also a bit disappointed considering the photos on the website that our “hilltop ocean view villa” which had photos of the pool overlooking the ocean, when in reality half our view was blocked by trees and in turn there were a lot of bugs around there and the pool was in the shade most of the day making the water cold. Perfect ending for our honeymoon

Great choice to finish our honeymoon. The service was relly impressive with a lot of attention to detail. We were upgraded to an Ocean view villa on arrival and there are a lot of activities to enjoy while you are there. Every day they left a special gift in our room (champagne, cake, cookies...) and few nights they had theme dinners to enjoy if you want. We attended the Asian cuisine dinner with food from all around Asia and the Creole night with local dancers. Food was delicious and the breakfast is incredible. A must-go in Seychelles.

Our stay at Four Seasons significantly exceeded our expectations. The Villa was wonderful, with your own private infinity pool and a stunning view of forest and ocean. The resort beach was amazing, with such a beautiful blue water and white sand. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, the resort is paradise on earth. This was our first stay in the Seychelles and just left with the certainty we will be back soon!

A must if staying in Mahe

This was our second hotel on our trip to the Seychelles and the beach and the views were truly stunning! We found the resort very large but no issue as the buggy service was quick to get from each point. The staff was extremely friendly, especially at the beach bar, where they remembered our drink orders and had some laughs with them! The only negative I would say, is the resort is a little dated, however, the views and the staff make it worth it! If you are staying on Mahe, the Four Seasons is a must!

It was the best getaway vacation for my family celebrating my birthday with beautiful luxury ocean villa full of bedding and toilet amenities. The crews/employees from the moment we arrived to check in, buggy services, housekeeping, room services, kannel restaurant, beach shack, kids club, water activities till checked out showed sincere kindness and attentive services to meet our needs and accommodate all requests with so many things complimentary especially when it came for my 1.5 old twin daughters. This is the ultimate hospitality and we enjoyed every single moment of our 3 night stay.

Magnificent stay in Paradise

Our Stay at Four Seasons Seychelles was truly a magnificent experience thanks to General Manager Adrian Messerli and his entire staff. From the moment that we arrived at the beautiful Resort we were graciously welcomed by Front Office Manager Aaruni and Charles, the Director of Food and Beverage. Charles inquired about any special requests and needs that we may have, and wanted to ensure that our stay was most enjoyable and made reservations for our first night arrival dinner as well as had a wonderful selection of treats waiting for us back at our villa which included a bottle of champagne which was most appreciated. Aaruni personally gave us a buggy tour of the resort and escorted us to the villa that he personally selected knowing our desire for outstanding views and privacy. Needless to say, our villa was outstanding! throughout the stay we were so impressed with the friendly, focused and personalized service that the entire staff at Four Seasons Seychelles demonstrated. From Housekeeping, to Room Service, the Staff at the Spa, Drivers of the Buggies, Wait Staff and Pool and Beach team, every employee warmly greeted us by name with a sincere smile and made us feel at home and appreciated. We are regular and loyal clients of Four Seasons, specifically based on the incredible service that we have always enjoyed at the numerous Four Seasons that we have stayed around the globe, and Four Seasons Seychelles held up to the high reputation. They could not have made our stay more amazing

Resort is on best beach on island, Petite Anse. The hilltop views from our hilltop villa looking down or from the ocean looking up was out of this world, a true paradise. To top that, the staff was amazing, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was most enjoyable. Even on our last day, when we had a very late flight, the manager accommodated us in another villa so we can enjoy the hotel beach and amenities on out last day with a very late check out. Just amazing and I would go back.

Best Hotel in Seychelles

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at, excellent beach and service, many free goodies (e.g. kayak at the beach), and a room that is secluded and extremely impressive.

Superb

Minor problems often happen even at the best hotels in the world. Here, the hot water failed twice but the way the staff fixed the problem immediately and sought to appease us with generous compensation really sets this hotel apart from the competition. Superb all round experience and the location is heavenly.

Unbelievable Villa and View !

Everything was beautiful, excellent , wonderful ,almost perfect. when you book in Four seasons hotel, Money Should not be matter to you because everything is expensive and overpriced. We REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME in serenity villa for 3 Days that we stayed in. Except of one incident when we were swimming in OUR PRIVATE POOL .. one of the staff came directly to the pool without any notice and even though the DO NOT DISTURB LIGHT IS ON and violated our privacy, therefore we did not feel private anymore. Breakfast is fair enough but I've seen better (need more variant of food) The Dinner in Zez restaurant was not good and overpriced, next day we ordered dinner in our villa it was fast delivery and the food was ok. Finally because of the one incident I would rate it 8/10 unfortunately.

Although our villa was gorgeous and well-kept, it was very noisy even in the middle of the night. We also had a few issues scheduling activities via the hotel. Think they're used to people not leaving the property.

We had an amazing 11 nights here. Luxurious and beautiful surroundings with lots of flora, fish and fruit bats! The staff were attentive and service was second to none. Karina, Olivier, Hansel, Stephen and the Wise Oceans Crew all made us feel very special and looked after us very well. We made friends here. :) Food and facilities were also excellent. If you come you must make the time to go snorkelling as much as possible. We saw eagle rays nearly every day! It's also well worth sponsoring a coral and taking in the sunset from the roof of the Sp with a glass of prosecco. While here we took two days out of a deliberately not very busy schedule to visit Victoria, La Digue and Praslin. You must do this if you come as the other islands feel very different. We used Creole tours for the other islands and despite it being a very long day we were very happy with the day trip. Recommended, but see if you can get private transfer to and from the ferry. Budget well in advance for the Seychelles, especially with exchange as it is, however it is well worth it to see such beautiful islands and friendly people. Thanks! Stayed August 2017

Best villa I have ever stayed in

Pros: We stayed in a serenity villa and it was so incredible that our jaws dropped when we saw the view! The beach is the best in mahe in my view Breakfasts were delicious Staff are insanely good, they really go above and beyond Cons: Food and drink prices are higher than some other island locations but in line with what I was expecting For me the biggest premium is for helicopter and boat excursions, I found hotel prices to me significantly higher than for other islands I have visited but I am aware seychelles prices in general are higher than a number of other islands Weather: dispersed cloud cover, with a shower every few days. It tended to rain overnight. For those looking to take the ferry to praslin there is a risk of sea sickness I'm told

My wife and I are fairly well seasoned travelers and we both agree that this is at the very top of our experiences. First, this property has the feel of a first class boutique. While the property is large, it has a small scale feel and the staff makes it a point to know your name and preferences. Our second morning the staff knew my wife preferred tomato juice. Every where we went the staff referred to us by name, recalled the details of the previous days conversations and endeavored to think ahead for us in terms of reservations and booking all details for excursions or transfers. We were able to put our minds on to total relax mode as the staff anticipated everything for us. There were countless example of the exceedingly high level of service: - Coconut dessert delivered to our room the following day after my wife declared how delicious they were the previous night at dinner - Pre-arranging a villa for us to use at the end of the day of the morning we checked out and having our luggage there so we could shower and ready ourselves for our departure - arranging all of the transportation (on-site and off-site) and meal reservations for a trip offsite, immediately following our spa massages....sounds simple, but it would have taken a number of steps to accomplish and this was all done automatically and communicated to us. - A nice note left in our room from one of the assistant managers after having a very nice conversation with her at the managers reception the night be
