Family friendly resort

Four seasons properties are always amazing but what sets them apart is the service which was unfortunately not up to the standard at this property. Service was slow and not attentive. However, after we pointed this out, we saw an improvement. We will be visiting again in the coming year so hopefully will see some positive change. Otherwise, the property is amazing the amenities are great and very family friendly!

5 stars! Absolutely amazing experience! My family and I had the best time. We can’t wait to come back to see more of Tunisia! The four seasons catered to our every need! Our room was so spacious and stunning. The pool was unbelievable with spectacular views. The beach was beautiful and the food was delicious!

Very beautiful hotel. Clean beautiful rooms. The only issues i had was the doors were not sound proof i could here it every time the room next to me opened the door or was cleaned, the other being that the phones in room were not working and i had to order from bathroom phone. I told them, but nobody fixed it.

Recharge and Reset

Amazing two day recharge staycation. Staff is incredible and friendly. Kudos to the front staff for allowing an early check in and complementary room upgrade. We will always keep coming back again and again.

It is like a dream, we really enjoyed our stay with the family. Quiet and great pool and beach, staff is sooo friendly and professional. Not to forget the Blu Restaurant, ask the Italian chef (sorry I forgot his name) to make you a tasting (family style), it’s the best meal we had in the whole trip, We will be back in our vacation stay in Tunisia.

It's a very disappointing stay. It cannot be a four season hotel. They have unprofesional and untrained personal and staff. We had 3 rooms and one suite in total and all of them had an issue either, AC, fridge and /or bathrooms. The hallways are not air conditioned. It is a horrible experience.

Fantastic property with lots of options. Asked the concierge to provide your guide recommendations and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Construction and no beach access

While the rooms are beautiful and the staff wonderful, there’s construction that prohibits entry to the beach and the pool cafe is also closed and under construction. This is not mentioned on hotels.com, although there are photos of a guest on the beach. It’s deceitful. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known that. All I can do is see the beach, not even walk on it. I feel like a prisoner here.

Beautiful property

The lobby is breathtaking, I haven’t seen nothing that nice in a long time. Staff is very attentive to detail and very nice. The best hotel I’ve seen in Tunisia during my stays, One of only three hotels I would go to in Tunisia, The Four Seasons being the best one by far.

It was amazing. Place smelled amazing. Room was very clean. Pool was one of the prettiest I’ve seen. All the design choices seem too notch

Excellent service overall, fridge in the room made some noise overnight and they didn’t load the pods for the coffee machine, that’s minor issue for me as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I had a massage and a hammam and used the Spa and the pool ! You can’t fault this hotel and will certainly go back !

The best hotel I have stayed at. The room was amazing.Hela went the extra bit to arrange flowers and cake for my wife’s birthday. I can’t compliment the staff at the hotel enough. It was the last hotel we stayed at in Tunisia after traveling around the country. It was great to stay and relax a couple of days at the resort prior flying home to Colorado

Great Staff, wonderful hotel with fantastic facilities. Room was large and spacious. It's definitely worth booking a sea view room. Ours was on the side of the hotel - there can be quite a bit of noise from the near by football / tennis courts.

Great stay

It was a great stay and thank you for the honeymoon cake and decoration. The only problem was the security alarm that was triggered and had to leave the room on a run which ended up being a false alarm. One of the security staff was rude with a family member as they prioritised an ambassador entrance.

Best service and hotel in all of Tunis. The only place will ever stay in moving forward.

Extremely relaxing

Tremendous luxury hotel with friendly staff, right on the beach. Great for kids, hUGe infinity pool, lovely afternoon teas available. While the hotel's website states that there are no restaurants on the beach after September, they really should consider having food options down there when the weather is still so lovely. Terrible pillows. Lovely bathroom.

The cleanliness, shower (bathroom), room furniture and the breakfast.

Check in staff were very nice. Hotel is fantastic. Seems new. Rooms are very generous in size. And there in lies the problem. While the rooms were fantastic it seemed as though the AC in the rooms were just not enough to cool the room down. I was unable to sleep due to the incredible heat that day and the AC really did very very little to help the situation. Adding to this the shower was very dirty which further dampened my mood the next day after a sleepless night.

BLU, A four seasons restaurant with no AC !! And the outdoor area has no fans and yet gets recommended by concierge for dinner and watching the game !!! Room AC can’t condition a car’s weather as well !!!!

World class quality

Absolutely world class! I had been to 2 other 5-star hotels in Tunisia during this 8 day trip, both of which were excellent by Tunisian standards. However, the Four Seasons is in a class of its own. Everything was impeccable, and rivaled/beat the best Four Seasons we have been to around the world. The modern design infused with a traditional twist is breathtaking. The rooms and showers are large, comfortable, spotlessly clean, inviting, etc... I read some dated reviews about the staff. However, we were extremely impressed with every single staff member we interacted with. Also very kid friendly. We arrived before the official check in time, expecting to drop off our luggage, sightsee, and then return to our rooms. However, not only were we accommodated immediately, but the rooms were ready for our 3 kids with childrens’ toothbrushes and toothpastes, mini slippers, small bathrobes, Tunisian t-shirts, and probably more items I am forgetting to mention. We loved the previous hotel we stayed at down the road, and wanted to return every year when in Tunis going forward, but the Four Seasons made that very difficult to do after our experience there... we cannot not go to, what we now consider, the hands down best hotel in Tunisia. And possibly one of the best hotels in Africa. Something to consider, but should not be held against the hotel itself: the location/area is still under development, and its not where we would go if the sole purpose of our trip is for the beach.

This property is absolutely stunning! So many intricate details throughout, you feel like your are living like royalty. The staff are the NICEST people I have ever been around in any hotel and so helpful. The concierge was amazing with helping us, especially Fatia. Overall an amazing experience and can’t wait to go back!

Friendly Staff, great nice quiet rooms, they could do a bit more better with their breakfast.

Staff where great. Bed fantastic, food very good. Problem was the bath leaked all over the toilet floor and more annoying there seemed to be a strange sound almost like it was coming from the pipes all night.

the was a bad smell coming from the bathroom . they gave me a fan to help with the smell but I could not sleep from the noise . they didn't change the room or compensate me. there was also a bad bug so I had my leg and face were swollen .

The breakfast buffe is excellent and the hotel views in general are very nice. We got in late at night and ordered room service. When ordering a club sandwich and a cheeseburger where told that the machine was damaged and could not make either a sandwich or a burger. When I asked what special machine this was did not get a proper answer.

Great and amazing hotel. The best hotel in all of Tunisia.

The property itself is wonderful. The staff very nice and accommodating. The reason for my iffy review is that I got sick from the food. I didn't eat a morsel of food or water not provided by the hotel and yet, 30 hours into my stay, the bathroom explosively became my best friend. Part of the reason for this is the hotel's food program and menus. The first night I ordered something I thought was cooked from the description (it was a salad with nearly raw meat that I feared would make me sick while eating it - my fault for not sending it back, but I figured "Four Seasons"). The second night, the tapas restaurant has a thing where most items seem to be only cooked to lukewarm. Also had what I assumed was a hot tomato soup with crisp ham that was actually chilled. On the upside, once I was sick, the hotel did send a car to pick up medicine for me. But I warn any first world traveler not to assume the Four Seasons is a guard against food safety issues encountered by street food vendors. Everything roaring hot, nothing raw and only bottled water. It's also worth nothing the hotel can feel like a beautiful prison. A mirror is waved under cars before passing the solid gate into the property - to check for explosives. Baggage is run through X-ray. The beach has a police hut. I don't want to know how many security cameras. The whole Gammarth area is in a remote area of Tunis that feels isolated with one gated hotel after another.

Was such a treat to stay at this hotel. The staff, Melissa and Fatan in particular, were outstanding! The gyms and pools were some of the best I’ve seen and the food at all the restaurants was superbe! I would return in a heartbeat.

Great resort

The resort itself is amazing. It has a Tunisian design yet it’s modern. The spa is very nice. The staff is very nice and friendly and they try to do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. My only take is that the staff need a lot more experience and training including the concierge, housekeeping, spa personnel etc

By the beach

This hotel is new and the decoration is beautiful look like Roman style. Have indoor heaters pool and also outdoor pool excellent view to the the Mediterranean Sea from my room. The restaurant have excellent food and wine. From desk staff, Bellman, housekeeper, lobby staff have excellent customer services. Staffs spoke very good English. Love this place.

First Class Luxury Hotel in Tunis

I was fortunate to stay here on the second day after its opening and of course it was flawless. The service was outstanding and the room size and amenities were 5 stars. Four Seasons must be bullish on Tunisia because it seems they spared no expense with the materials and location. The food was outstanding as well.

Très agréable séjour

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles. Le spa est magnifique, les restaurants sont très agréables avec une très bonne cuisine. Probablement parmi les meilleurs tables de Tunis. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit très confortable. Petit bémol la propreté de la chambre (poussière derrière la tv), la pauvreté des échantillons dans la salle de bain (le stricte minumum et en petite quantité), l'absence de plage devant l'hôtel, l'absence des housses en éponge sur les transats de notre terrasse alors que les deux autres chambres du même étage les avaient. Enfin le Spa a oublié ma réservation du 1er jour (prise de rendez-vous deux semaines avant l'arrivée) donc ils m'ont proposé un rendez-vous le lendemain. Les équipes ont bien rattrapé le coup mais ça reste décevant au regard de ce type d'établissement.

Schöne Architektur und große Zimmer. Service allerdings nicht Fpur Seasons Standard. Im Restaurant Blue wo wir drei Abende waren und dem Pool ist guter Service. Die Rezeption und beim Frühstück ist dringender Handlungsbedarf erforderlich. Der schwarze Schimmel in der Dusche ist für ein solches Haus nicht akzeptabel.
