TravellerThe Four Seasons has a reputation for a reason. It surpasses all expectations. My mom and I stayed here during our visit to Kuwait and couldn't have been treated any better. The staff made us feel like family. They also went out of their way for us including having a slice of birthday cake ready when we entered our room for the first time in celebration of my mother's birthday, as well as surprising is with another slice of cake during breakfast the next day, among many other moments. I highly recommend staying here.

It was lovely to see how helpful the staff always were. There was a slight issue with breakfast and put us off but the manager and chef came out immediately to apologise so was a nice touch. The spa and pool are just wow. Definitely recommend and will visit again soon

His genuine care and attention is one reason we feel so comfortable at the hotel. It’s a fantastic place to host meetings too. Flawless!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Four Seasons Kuwait. The last stay was amazing but this exceeded it: -Airport pickup was flawless and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. - Check-in was very efficient, welcoming and polite. -The room and the hotel itself is beyond 5 star. The online photos are incredible but it’s even better in reality. -The room housekeeping demonstrated possibly the highest level of care and attention I’ve ever seen. The same person looked after our room each day and his level of standard is incredible; eg- placing medicine boxes by our vitamin tablets and folding each mobile/laptop wire each day. These are just a few small things which went the extra mile. The Four Seasons are lucky this man works with them. - Food all round is exceptional. - The staff in all areas of this hotel are next level. I’ve travelled a lot and never experienced this level of care, respect and genuine love for a job. The hotel is faultless.

TravellerPerhaps the best luxury hotel in Kuwait. Facilities are well maintained and decorated and the staff is well trained. Hotel is walking distance from the beautiful Al-Shaheed park. Found their sushi menu over priced (one roll of sushi should not cost ~36 usd), even if this is a luxury hotel. 15-24 usd I would understand, but 40 is just exaggerated. Other than the prices on the menu, hotel was great.
