Small hotel in great location. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, parque de la 93, Andino mall, etc.

The attention is excellent, but the hotel is not outstanding. I had a few issues (including funny smells in the room) that they tried to fix. Not sure it is worth it.

Location is great. Step out of the hotel and you are in the midst of a very happening place - several great restaurants; shopping; walk around; lots of security officers regularly patrol this neighborhood. Cabs are easily available and the hotel also provides reliable and clean private transportation. This hotel property is an old building in the middle of the town and is beautifully maintained. It is clean; staff is excellent; guest services managers Catalina and Maria are super helpful. We had an excellent experience while staying at this hotel during our visit to Bogota. I highly recommend!

Just a beautiful hotel in a safe and quiet street. There are restaurants very near by and the hotel’s food is very good. There are shops, malls, and other restaurants, etc walking distance. The staff is stupendous! Very professional, attentive, welcoming,and friendly staff who make your stay special .

Enjoyed our three nights stay at a suite at the FOUR SEASONS. Area around the hotel is super walkable for dining, shopping, etc.. breakfast buffet, added bonus. Staff all around the hotel, including the front desk and concierge are super friendly and helpful and helped us arrange wonderful tours of an arrival. Heard Zona Rosa was the best place to stay in Bogotá and I can confirm that. Everything in the area is pricey, but is well worth it and it’s super safe.

The staff at the Four Seasons Bogota could not have been lovelier. From check in to check out my experience was made wonderful by the people at the front desk, in the spa, the restaurant, etc. I will for sure come back when I am in Bogota next.

There is a bomb that makes noise during the day behind our room window

In the bedroom the ceiling is very low, and the bathroom is the most unpractical bathroom I ever stayed in.

The staff are exceptional. They went above and beyond to be of assistance.

A Great King Suite with Four Seasons impeccable service. The property has an unassuming facade and low key public spaces in a great area. Some of Bogotá’s best restaurants in the same block as the hotel.

Great service - needs to be more modern and cozy

Jannet the manager and Alejandro in the reception did a great job to make our stay as happy as possible. The four seasons team is kind and always willing to help. They were very kind to allow us late check out since our flight back to London was in the evening and we had a baby. Something we very much appreciated. The hotel is superb well located. Imposible to be in a better area. The hotel needs updating and getting more modern and cozy. The massage at the spa have prices that are beyond reasonable. We decided to go in front instead for a 1/4 of the price. The rooms are very 90s.

Great staff and perfect location!

Although the lobby of this FS doesn't look as luxurious as other FS properties, the staff of the hotel makes up for the most wonderful stay. Big thanks to Daniel, Diana, Nicolas, Pedro and Janeth for a wonderful stay. This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Zona Rosa restaurant and entertainment district. The room was quiet and relaxing, away from any noise from hectic Bogota.

Great location with high quality bedding. Slept so well. Service was great. Smiles every time, gym was small but perfect covering everything you could need for a good work out, including heavy dumbbells. Stream room was a nice treat. Rooms a little small, but still well presented. Still need to think about their environment impact as toiletries are still single use plastic and no water filling machine in the gym meaning single use plastic bottles. I would rebook

Hotel has a great location next to Bogota's night life and great restaurants. The service was amazing and the library/bar staff was great always helpful and with a smile. The room was extra clean, the bed was supper comfortable and the bathroom area was specious. During my next visit to Bogota this Hotel will be my first choice always. The staff at the front desk always had the answer or would help us with any needs.

Superb service at this great hotel. The front desk staff couldn’t be more accommodating. . Superb gym and steam room too. Rooms are spacious and the vicinity is super cool.

The Four Seasons in Bogota is a very nice hotel. It’s located in the entertainment district of Bogota, walking distance from a number of restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters, bars, and more. The staff was very attentive.

I asked for a high floor room and it was not granted.

Amazing but just wet toilet.

The hotel is small but very chic. The room is beautiful! Sadly the shower/toilet room is very flawed. Every shower we took all the water comes out from the shower area and into the toilet. And when you are done taking shower, its all just wet and damp. If you are ok with that then it’s fine. But we are used to dry toilet area. So it makes it uncomfortable to go to the toilet after the shower

The front desk with Alexis and Fernanda and the rest of the staff are truly exceptionally friendly and Alexis a bit of a magical worker. I can not praise them enough for all the help and problem solving. Rooms are good, breakfast exceptional. Location perfect.

Amazingly friendly and top notch SPA quiet rooms. Love it, more comfortable than Casa Medina - but for weekends Casa Medina is a nice retreat.

You must stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Bogota!

The Four Seasons Hotel Bogota is a 5 star in every facet. Everything from check in to check out, and everything in between could not have been better. We arranged pick-up from the airport, the driver was pleasantly aggressive and got us to the hotel as quicker than I thought possible in traffic. Room service was quick, friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet selections were plentiful and delicious. Great selections and service at the bar. Nemo Restaurant is not to be missed for it is truly a world class experience. The price of the hotel is high by Bogota standards, but very affordable compared to any other 5 star properties elsewhere in the world. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The room was very small and the room service options aren't great, but the location is fantastic and the staff are as usual incredibly friendly and helpful. Great for a quick business trip.

Fourseason service and boutique hotel feel

The hotel provides the best The Four Seasons has to offer combined with a boutique hotel feel. Because it is relatively small, the staff really get to know your needs and is very accommodating. But it still the four seasons. There is a great gym and spa and the rooms are very well furnished. The neighborhood is awesome and I strongly recommend this place

Incredible week in Four Seasons Bogota!

The best location, in the heart of an infinite amount of gourmet restaurants, the Four Seasons Bogota is a serene getaway. The Spa, food, and hotel service was inpeccable.. Enjoyed the smiley face in my cappuccino and the extremely friendly staff; they really took care of us!

Hotel was a smaller boutique version of typical Four Seasons. Rooms were very nice with large, elegant bathrooms. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Restaurnt Nemo there is fabulous.

hotel was very small, elevator only for 2 people, deluxe room very small and not confortable, my view was to a parking lot and next door building was under construction very noisy at 8am staff did not do anything to help it or Expedia they put me on hold for ever and i never got a solution and decided to stay. was only 3 nights very upset
