The entire staff I met went put of their way to make us feel at home! From kristen at the counter, to Xotchil the bartender and Sylvia the head of cleaning! Everyone was so welcoming, and kind! Our room was cleaned everyday. They left special notes and chocolates for my daughter! She loved coming in the room everyday to see what they had left her! Food is great! The area is quiet, but close to I-drive. We stayed for 7 nights and would definitely come back!

This hotel is somewhat dated in terms of room quality, corridor etc. We got a room with a broken shower door. The glass sliding door was not in its rail and was dangerously dangling. We reported on our first day but it wasn't fixed until the 4th day (we stayed for 5 nights). Thanks to Sylvia, the Maintenance Manager who helped getting it fixed. But ideally it should've been taken seriously and fixed in the first day.

Staff were great, very friendly and professional. The computers decided to reboot during my check in so that took a few extra minutes to do. But overall, a very nice place.

Atleast it’s clean.

Just a quick over night. Shower door won’t stay closed. Our suite just simply lacked proper maintenance. Felt over priced for what it is. But the main thing is, it’s clean and that’s what matters the most to us.

Terrible! (Except for some staff members)

First, some of the staff are great! There are two ladies who went above and beyond. They usually work afternoons to evening. The gentleman who works in the morning is terrible. Doesn’t fill up the coffee nor really pay attention. He is always on his personal cellphone. Short, glasses. The room smelled like mold. The bathroom shower leaked and was so small you can barely close the door. Flooded a few times! Not enough towels. The elevator broke more than once and has silly putty keeping it together. They need an upgrade or at least a remodel of the elevators. The housekeeping staff was excellent!

We had a terrible experience. Two out of the three rooms had major issues. One room had cockroaches all over the place all over the walls everywhere. And the other room had bed bugs. Service counter did not help us at all. Having money refunded.

The check in was a breeze and the front desk Lady was very nice and helpful. We had 5 of us and had the queen suite. It was nice to have the bedroom privacy from the living room as we had a Small children and we put them to bed and could stillhang outin the livng room.

This hotel was very clean and affordable. The location was great and the staff was very friendly. We stayed during hurricane Milton and the staff was very helpful throughout the hurricane.

Hidden gem in Orlando

I love everything about this hotel. The staff is great. The location is excellent. The cleanliness is impeccable. The decor is wonderful and the pool / pool area is stunning. This is my favorite spot to stay while in Orlando.

The check in was an easy and quick process, the rooms was nice besides the bed being broken and seeing a roach on the roof. We liked that there was free parking and the breakfast was only 5 a person, their prices are nice but definitely need to make sure their room are in better condition. One other thing the room felt very very damp, form beds to carpet not sure why

To begin with my checkin/out was quick & went great .We only stayed one night but there were a few things that were a little "off" with OUR room. It was on the first floor - i had requested (through the app) it to be a higher floor. 1.Our hallway was quite noisy / busy as it was near the pool and elevators and the door seemed thin and had a gap under it. 2.The BDrm AC wasnt working - they sent someone to fix it but yet it wouldnt cool the room unless you put it on Highfan & 62° 3.We were 3 and a toddler in the room and ran out of Bodywash. 5. No microwave (looked like there was a space for on) 6.BathRm door placement was werid -it opened inward so the matt would get stuck. 7.The carpet/flor felt sticky under your feet. 8.Lastly, the beds were comfy but seemed smaller than queen sized.. The staff were all ever pleasant and i would stay there again. I wouldve asked for a different room if i was staying more than the one night.

We booked this room because of price and we just needed a place to sleep for the night. In the morning we got up and tried to take a shower and the water would only go on strictly hot and would not turn off.Needless to say we could take a shower nor could we stay in the room before maintainence arrived where they had to take the shower apart effectively making us have to check out earlier than what we wanted without being about to shower for our planned day

Second stay here! Perfect location to go to any of the big theme parks or even events in the Convention center

The staff were professional and very nice. The you lady that work on the Saturday evening's I arrived was super sweet and welcoming. Sochi as a great personality and smiles a lot. Shayahra was very helpful, she suggested a nice Restaurant that we check out .. the food was good.great stuff , I would stay again because of the excellent customer service.

First time staying here, now my favorite place to stay. The king suite was fantastic, the room layout , the furniture, the cleanliness, two big screen TVs, and the price point was incredible for a room of this quality. Excellent job Four Points !!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. Checking in late at night was a breeze; the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful. They efficiently guided me through the parking process, providing me with a pass to ensure my car was properly authorized to be on the property. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The hallways were spotless, and upon entering my room, I was immediately amazed by how spacious and well-maintained it was. The beds were comfortable and neatly made, with plenty of pillows. There were no signs of bedbugs (Which it is always good to check no matter the hotel you are staying at), which was a relief. The bathroom was thoroughly clean, stocked with many towels, and had basic essentials. The room also featured a safe, a closet, and a TV that worked perfectly. The fast Wi-Fi was a big plus, making it easy to stay connected. The view from my room overlooked the pool, which was a pleasant sight. Despite people enjoying the pool, the area remained surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're planning to visit the nearby Disney or Universal theme parks or the Convention center and even exploring the local area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return.

I did not like the front desk staff and they were rude and did not allow us to use our membership

The staff were very kind and helpful at any hour of the day.

The hotel was great, it is near a bus stop and a trolly stop. But the public bus stop is overlooked by many of the drivers. I was here for a week and I couldn’t get the drivers to use the stop, they would bypass the road completely. It’s not a bad walk, 12 minutes, to the next stop. Just frustrating.

There was a cockroach in room. The room was musty, the air conditioner did not work well as the room was humid and the room was out dated.

Clean and comfortable

The lady at the front desk was rude. I arrived a little early for check-in and she told me it would be 2:30 before any room was cleaned. I left my phone number in case a room came open. I came back around 2:00 p.m. and she was checking other people into their room and didn't even bother calling us. Then around 4:00 in the morning the fire alarm went off in the hotel scaring us and ruining our sleep for the following day. Very disappointing

We had 1 issue with our floor smelling like marijuana. We advised the front desk and after that we had no issues. I was very pleased with the way it was handled and how attentive the staff was.

The stay was fine but the room amenities could have been better. There needs to be a second night stand in the bedroom, there should have been a floor mat, and the pillows needed to be replaced they were too soft and flat.

Towel is a bit yellow. Building a bit old. We have to buy new towel during our stay but everything else is good.

Great stay

Booked a last min trip and I’m so glad I chose this hotel! First off the room was ready as as I got there, staff was amazing from the moment I walked in! Manager and staff were amazing! And the bar is a must the food was better than what I thought and the bartender was awesome! She was kind and very pleasant to deal with!

Ridden with ants

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. Just wish they had a hot tub- Orbitz says they do but they do not.

We had an amazing stay here! The front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and bar/restaurant employees were all top notch! After having a nightmare of an airport/travel day, they were incredibly considerate and welcoming!

We throughly enjoyed staying here but every morning for our stay the fire alarm went off at 6:30am. We were not able to get adequate rest and every time when asked, staff gave a different answer to why it went off.

I liked everything except the breakfast. The toast was not toasted. I asked for regular tea and got Black Tea. However Mary Jo/Jane was very helpful. The rest of the staff (housekeeping) etc. were very courteous, helpful and pleasant.

Everything was so nice

This was a really nice property. When you walk in it smells really good. The concierge at front desk was friendly. Stayed 3 nights, no complaints with the property. The pool was nice and quiet (could use some cleaning, lots of little flowers in there). Bartender and chef were awesome! Great drinks and dinner!

Property is old.... the first room i checked in - lights were not functioning. Parking is towards the side & rear of the building - after parking it is going to be a bit of a walk to reach your room as there are only 2 additional entrance beyond the main entrance to enter the hotel. Rooms were clean - Staff were very professional. If you are not going to spend a lot of time in your room then it is a decent option.

The carpet in my room is very dirty and it feels wet . If you can plan to change the room carpet then it will look great and modern . Quiet location , good price . Just need a deep cleaning on the carpet or change it completely as I feel a bit scared , borderline freak out to put my bare feet on the carpet . It is the only thing I dint like about the room .

The hotel is quite and clean. Personal are very nice and friendly. Room is clean But pool and hot tab are dirty. Food is okay in dunning restaurant.

Service was friendly, the workers at the bar and kitchen, front desk and some cleaning guys. Overall very clean. Some things were malfunctioning though. Shower had cracks on the floor, letting water leak out. Shower handle was loose. Hot water stinks. TV had terrible signal.

Lack of lighting in bathroom/entryway. Luckily i dont worry about makeup because both mirror areas had no access to lights. There was a bathroom switch that did nothing, no light or fan. To make coffee i had to unplug light to plug in coffee machine. Also tv turned on but could not get access to actual channels- some roofing was being done staff said multiple people mentioned this and they thought this might be the reason. Good things. Staff were excellent and beds were excellent/comfy. Food in restaurant was also good.

The property was nice and quiet. The suite was pretty big. Both of the TVs did not work. Called for maintenance to fix it and still had a problem when he left. That was very frustrating.

Amazing Staff

Absolutely amazing staff. Kirstin was so amazing with my daughter. I really can't rate her high enough and she is a massive asset to the hotel. We loved our stay there. Small hotel but personal touches. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Underwhelming is kind

The barn door style shower kept rolling open mid-shower; the “crime scene-like” stain on the tile floor was a bit off putting; the pillows smelled like the last guest marinated in cologne; every other night I was awoken by the overwhelming smell of feces (and it wasn’t me!!) and there is no shelf in the shower to put your own toiletries. Not thrilled with having my bottles swim in my shower water. Oh and the toilet ran all night long.

I was upgraded to a suite which I guess would be nice but I only slept there so unnecessary. The room was right next to expressway so hard to sleep. Then a fire alarm or some other type of alarm went off at 3am, so it was hard to fall back asleep.

Nice lobby area, check in quick and convenient. Free parking, nice hot shower, good to be have quick access to Netflix. Overall great hotel for the price I paid

Hotel is close to the convention center which is nice. Staff was nice as usual. Check in was a mess couldnt find one of our rooms that we reserved, but finally found it. Bathroom probably should be renovated, bath tub facet falling off the wall, area where the tub and the floor meets needs something.

Staff was very friendly and provided outstanding service. The hotel is undergoing renovations and needs some work. 1 of the elevators broke down the first day, the staff did their best to try and get it working again and apologized for the additional distance to the other elevator. I also noted that the lighting in the room was rather dim. The only light in the bathroom was the heat lamp above the shower. There is a chair that appears to set aside for reading but no lamp, and the main light switches do not appear to be attached to anything. Kudos to the staff. Once the renovations are completed this will be a 5 star hotel!!!

Room is not up to date. Peeling paint Nd stained and cracked showers hallway floors are disgusting. Breakfast was expensive and sub-par. Some personnel were great and others very rude...overcharged us for our room when we extended through them.
