This is my favorite hotel to rest up at the day before flying out. Very nice and modern plus really close to the airport. Good food, nice gym.

Great service and very attentive staff. Room and amenities were impecable. Very friendly staff. We felt like home every moment of our stay.

Overall a very good hotel. Close to the airport with complimentary airport shuttle every 5min. Well staffed and very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and nice rooms with complimentary coffee, tea. A very good gym for being a hotel gym (and I'm picky ;-). Tried the roof top restaurant for a snack (samosas) which were good. And dinner buffet in the ground floor restaurant was very good and fresh too. And the service again very attentive and friendly. I liked the signs in the room telling "this is a smoke free hotel" and that smokers will be fined if found smoking in the rooms. What I did not like was that smoking seemed to be allowed around the pool. I could not enjoy myself with a polluting chimney next to me. Next! There was fairly loud music playing in the pool area, more like coming to a teenager beach club than a place to relax your mind and enjoy the view over the greenery. A well composed playlist with softer ambiant music on lower volume would have been better, then you'd been able to read a book or listen to a podcast. If it would not have been for the smoke and music I would have given the hotel a solid 4.7+

Must stay for you yrip to Nairobi

I'm a solo traveler and this was a perfect stay. It started out as just one night but I enjoyed it so much that I extended it to 3 days. The location is very secure and the offer a free airport shuttle. The restaurant in the hotel is open 24hrs and the food is delicious Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. For someone who rarely writes reviews, I can't say enough great things about this hotel! I will definitely be back.

All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional. The transfers to and from the hotel and airport were very convenient. The room was well kept and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Very happy with our stay at this hotel.

The food was amazing, the service was even better. Very comfy bed, a nice gym and steam room, and rooftop restaurant and pool. Best airport hotel I've been to. But of all the great things about it, it's the staff - they go above and beyond, and are the most friendly people.

Room was not clean and the pillows were a flat as a pancake. The hotel is over priced compared to others near the airport and in better condition.

The hotel’s website indicates that check-in begins at 3:00 pm. I arrived at 10:30 pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. I didn’t get my room until almost midnight. Sure they comp’ed my dinner (which was actually really good), but I sure would have loved my room ready when I arrived after 26 hours of travel.

I was stuck in Nairobi due to the Airport strike after checking out and the hotel shuffle picked me back up and brought me to the hotel. The staff were very kind upon check-in and made me feel safe and comfortable -exceptional service. Nairobi hotels are great!

Very easy to get to from Jomo Kenyatta Int’l Airport, and a super comfortable stay. (Really good breakfast buffet too.)

Very convenient to the airport. I was greeted at the airport by a friendly driver, and my entire stay was perfect. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I wanted a quiet and relaxing place to stay for a few days. The room was spacious, the food was great, and I would highly recommend.

The hotel es really beautiful and the facilities are great. The pool area is beautiful and the view as well. The only thing is that there is nothing in the sorounding so you are forced to eat there. Besides that is a prefect choice.

As an Interior Designer I would like to say that the design of interior is impressive. What really caught my attention was the professional and extremely courteous service at the Reception desk when i arrived. The breakfast meal and assortment is filling. Service all through is amazing.

Arrived in the rain and dark so not seen the property outside but inside lovely and great care taken to make us feel welcome

Drivers were waiting outside immigration and everything was incredibly efficient and friendly. Perfect.

As far as Airport hotels goes, this property ticks all the boxes and offers more. the property is fresh and extremely well managed. The plus is the rooftop restaurant. the room sizes are good for the weary traveller that needs comfort. The airport pick up and shuttle to the airport 24/7 was reliable. This is very important when you arrive late and need to catch an early flight. I will stay here again if the need arises.

Short stay accomodate to serve the breakfast 4:00 am

This is my second time visiting four points. I love how convenient it is. After a 20 hour flight the bed was so comfortable. I felt well rested in the morning. The breakfast buffet has so much variety, fresh and delicious. The staff are all excellent from the free shuttle pick up to the staff at the buffet. The only issue which was quickly resolved was empty soap in the shower and hand towels.

Really good experience with Four Points. They picked us up from the airport and were waiting with a name board even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Outstanding breakfast too and lovely staff all round. I’d definitely transit through this hotel again!

The hotel staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is within the airport and they have a shuttle service to and from JKIA. It has a relaxing rooftop bar, restaurant and pool. For the early risers breakfast starts at 5am every day of the week.

After a long flight, I always appreciate the shuttle service provided by the hotel and the 5 minute drive that it takes to arrive at the hotel. The hotel itself is super clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly, and the rooms and food are excellent. The 5th floor pool area is beautiful.

Property is old and needs renovation. The Crown Plaza is a much better option for travelers.

High quality cookie-cutter airport hotel

Obviously,proximity to airport is the draw here. My plane was met as expected, and there is a shuttle going to the airport every 5 minutes. Lots of airline employees use this, which may be why it feels so cold and impersonal, compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Nairobi. Room was small-ish but adequate. Nice bathroom and great shower. Good breakfast buffet, nice restaurant, pretty swimming pool.

Wonderful Staff but Noisy Construction

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. However, they were doing construction during my visit and there was a great deal of noise disturbance overnight.

Nice hotel. Very convenient proximity to airport. When we arrived to check in close to midnight, our rooms were not available yet to occupy.

I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel. It was a stopover in between gorilla trekking in Rwanda and a safari in Masai Mara. The food was incredible and the staff were super attentive. The property itself has much more of a high end boutique hotel vibe. Highly recommended it!

For a hotel near an airport I was hoping for a bit more fiexibility. I checked in at 4am but was refused a late check out.

Poor and rude service! Mini bar not checked before my stay and front desk kept asking about a wine bottle I had never seen. Definitely not a 4 star hotel - would give them a zero star.

Every time I visit Kenya, I need to stay near the airport. I always choose the Four Points. They bend over backwards to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. On this inbound trip my flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until 3am. They were still at the airport to pick me up and the welcome at the hotel was warm and friendly.

This hotel makes me feel like I am home. The staff goes out of their way to take care of your needs. The food was also excellent.

Closest hotel to the nairobi airport. Is very clean in fresh and new. Friendly and helpful staff.

For anyone transiting through NBO, Four Points is a LOT closer to the airport than virtually any other hotel. It is very clean. The rooms are comfortable, with a terrific shower and good internet. Staff is helpful and friendly. A great place for an overnight stop.
