Very nice hotel!

Very nice hotel, employees are very friendly, we have a problem with the a/c but they fixed (one guy argument us that we are our fault in not a good way, however they fixed, and on our side we just turned on and off) We recommend to buy new towels, and discard the ones with a hole.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena, habitaciones muy cómodas y modernas, el staff es muy educado y amable, y los alrededores son muy seguros y bien cuidados. El único problema que encontré, precisamente porque fui a vacacionar y descansar es que al parecer la habitación que me tocó no tienen aislamiento del ruido y puede llegar a ser un poco molestoso el ruido de los vehículos o cuando están hablando en el pasillo del hotel. Lo demás 10/10. Definitivamente volvería.

Being close to CES University, it provided an ideal location for my work with colleagues on campus. It had excellent staff welling to serve in all hours of the day. The breakfast options were excellent.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Especially Mr. Luis! Only downside, far located no stores or restaurants whitin walking distance.

Spacious rooms, with everything needed for a short stay. Modern and neat. The street is a bit noisy so if you have a light sleep you might not enjoy it that much.

Way too noisy, the hotel is on a very busy street and all rooms face the busy street. They need to change all the windows to double or triple pane glass.

The drainage was not working propertly in the shower. Room N3 But everything else was outstanding :)

Good, basic hotel with modern look.

The hotel is clean, comfy and basic with a solid breakfast and made to order eggs, fresh fruit, etc. The staff was fantastic and so helpful with info and calling taxis. And you will need taxis; it's a bit out of the hub of the downtown, but it does make it a breath of fresh air as Medellin is amazingly busy and crowded (and fantastic). You can cut taxi costs and time by taking taxi to the nearest Metro (15 min) and taking Metro 4 stops to the heart of the city. Next door is a bigger, swankier hotel (Binn) where you can get a drink and nice meal. Next to that is a good, but inexpensive pizza shop.

Service was great, but at night we couldn't sleep there was a noise like a fire alarm every night

Very clean. The staff was great. The noise from the street was very loud, making it hard to sleep.

The room was great, good size, good bathroom. It lacks closet space and the room didn’t have a phone to contact reception. The tv didn’t work properly but not to get discourage for that. Total recommend it

Fantastic modern, minimalistic hotel in the upscale neighborhood of El Poblado. Service was fantastic, attentive and thorough staff. Good, hot breakfast with customized meals. Overall great experience, only thing to consider might be the distance to some of the downtown attractions.

Clean, comfortable place..location a but far from restaurants if you want to walk but taxis are readily available.

It was clean, modern, spacious and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. The location was close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping plazas. The only thing missing was a pool, but we still enjoyed our stay!

Nice room and bed, private parking, pleasant location, even though it is on the top of a hill, so walking around is a bit hard. Decent breakfast, good staff.

Buen hotel, pequeño pero de habitaciónes espaciosas y comodas, tranquilo y pues basico pero muy bueno.

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. El desayuno rico. Lo único es que es cerca a una calle principal y se escuchan pasar los carros.

Hotel muy moderno, habitación muy cómoda; lo único negativo la misma persona de recepción es la que se encarga de servir el desayuno entonces muchas veces andaba muy ocupado, deberían de añadir a otra persona encargada de el área de cocina. Y en general viajeros, si se van a hospedar en el hotel para salir y llegar a el siempre tendrán que pagar un Uber o Taxi ya que se encuentra alejado de las estaciones del Metro y no hay mucho a sus alrededores.
