Nice room for the price but some flaws The shower was not working well, joint went out The gym is bad, rusty equipment and some broken stuff

The hotel was great, beautiful view! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the roof top pool.

Property location and view is awesome. One must do improvement for them is to add shower curtains as the whole bathroom is gets totally wet and you will find water on the floor all the time.

Nice hotel slightly away from the crowds. We booked 2 rooms with balconies and had amazing views over the river, bridges and further afield. The rooftop pool was a wonderful respite from the hot humid weather and had stunning views. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Stayed 4 nights and would happily stay again.

Da Nang delight

Loved our stay at the Fivitel. Place is a little dated but so comfortable, nicely priced and easy walk to river, bridges or beach.

Good room, great service

The room was good and thw staff were friendly and polite. The view from the pool was nice and the gym was equipped well wnough for a small room in a hotel. The only issue was the breakfast. It was not authentic, there were few dishes with no labels and only few vegan/vegeterian options. The served egg was great, as you coukd get it fresh as you like it.

Fast check in and friendly service

Superb location with stunning view

The location is superb. Being the only tall building in the vicinity, you could overlooked 360° around Da Nang. The bed is comfortable and the room with stunning city view. The balcony is not cleaned, where the previous tenant's leftover dirty bottle are there for my entire 3 days stay. Another setback is the bathtub is too high with no shower screen. So after a shower, the floor will be wet and coming out from the bathtub is very slippery. Not ideal for old people.

Staff was great and it was a great location. Very clean with a great breakfast.

The 360 rooftop view is wonderful accept i 've walknup 2 floor wherelse the elevator stop at level 24 moreover swimming pool & restaurant was at level 25 the stair were pretty steep not suitable for elderly and children. I hope the property management will extend the elevator.

hotel not located at the busy areas

The View was amazing!!! Its worth staying here. Staff also are always polite, friendly and courteous. Only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof and we can actually hear noises coming from the street and in the other rooms. Wish they can soundproof the rooms.

Nice view from hotel. Staff are helpful especially Tammy and Sophia are real asset to the establishment. If ground staff able to speak english will be perfect. Overall comfortable stay, well done.

Good for the price

The staff were excellent and the room was beautiful with our own balcony and very comfy beds. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk or £1.50 taxi ride away from restaurants. Some minor negatives are the fact that the shower water never gets particularly hot so we had luke warm showers all week, the swimming pool and gym are on the 26th floor and the lift only goes to floor 24th and the rest is via a steep dingy staircase.

Short 4 day trip staying at the Fivitel. Great hotel with quirky decor, great views and VERY comfy bed. Staff are amazing - helped with EVERYTHING - exchange, trips, advice...just great! To be picky...breakfast is too early finishing at 09.30 - extensive buffet but the fruit and cereals selection is quite poor (the fruit in this country is fantastic - so why just a bit of melon and a few small grapes!?). But I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

Bicycle rental free. a small but wonderful Infinity Roof Tower Pool, beautiful Riverview, friendly staff, free airport pick-up, a nearby seven-night market, and more. It's wonderful!

The river view was awesome!!! I couldn't expect amazing pool on the roof. And I was moved by the dinner at roof top restaurant. The sunset was beautiful.

The view of the bridge is fantastic!!!The receptionist and bellman is good and very helpful. The buffet breakfast have lot of choices but the period can be extend longer like 10am. The pool water is too cold. The center part of the bed was sunk!!!

두군데 숙박한 곳 중에 최고였고 뷰와 수영장이 정말 환상적임. 내가 있던 1708호에서 바라보는 경치는 1709호보다 더 좋은것 같음. 전에 갔던 호텔이나 다른 일행이 있었던 호텔보다 좋음. 한번은 물을 채워놓지 않아서 따졌더니 물 4개를 주고 유료인 물도 무료로 사용함. 오전에 외출했다가 1시쯤 돌아왔는데 청소가 안돼있어 또 따졌더니 청소시간이 2시까지라고함. 그런데 다음날부터 8시부터 청소하고있음.ㅋㅋㅋ 조식은 3층에서 하는데 사람많으면 4층에서 해도됨. 종류가 조금 모자라지만 한가하게 즐길수 있음.

The hotel is very near to the Bridge and the view of this hotel was excellent. The room was big and spacious the toilet as well. Breakfast spread was reasonable. Walking distance to many areas nearby.

I don't often write hotel reviews but for Fivitel hotel, I am making an exception. First, the hotel advertises free airport shuttle bus service. Thus, we booked this 4-star hotel. But when we arrived at Da Nang airport and called the hotel for our complimentary bus to the hotel, we were promptly denied as we were told that we had to call the hotel a day ahead of time, which negates the benefit of having a shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport. Then when we arrived at the hotel, we were astonished that the hotel is situated at a not so great surrounding area. It is not exactly 4-star environment as construction and trash makes the surrounding area looks less than stellar. Then we walked into the lobby. Oh my! Don't expect welcome drinks or a cheerful lobby as the front-desk staff looks un-enthusiastic and tired. The only upside is that our room, both during the day and night, looks out to the fantastically 2 beautiful bridges. Breakfast was just okay, but the breakfast room was nice and the staff there was a bit more cheerful and helpful. Overall, this Fivitel hotel is definitely not a 4-star establishment, so for the price charged, one can look elsewhere for better treatment and a relaxing stay. If not for the upper-level rooms' nice views of the Dragon Bridge and the main bridge, Fivitel is only a 2 -or 3-star hotel, pretending to be a 4-star. This hotel is not recommended due to price , location, and lack of professional service.

Comfortable hotel with a balcony. Awesome breakfast buffet! Staff is very attentive and proactive. Nice location, easy to get around by walking or taking a Grab. Short ride back and forth from the airport.

This spot is a little South of the main strip, but I really loved it. Breakfast was tasty. Staff speaks reasonably good English. They offer bicycles for free to explore the area or go to the beach. Views are wonderful. I would give it a shot.

I found the location near the river and Dragon Bridge good as I like walking - about 3kms to the beach (40k taxi ride back). Staff generally friendly and obliging but I’m consistently finding Vietnamese a little quirky I.e on the first day I asked for a beach towel at the pool area with no issues On Day 2, it took 15 minutes (and seemed to be a big issue) to accomodate the same request. Also note the maintenance of gym equipment is non existent (same thing at Hanoi hotel)

The hotel is very clean with very nice view .The staffs are always very attentive and polite. They are very helpful trying to understand what you need each time u requested .Would go back to stay in Fivitel Hotel next time when we are there .

The room has stunning view at high floor with round the corner balcony. Ms Jane is most helpful in arranging grab taxi, recommending food and buying souvenir. She is a great asset to the hotel. Her English is very good. On the down side, the breakfast is a little disappointed; the housekeeper would take away your room key and something which she thought is rubbish without even telling me. This made me scared. The hotel is located quite isolated and you need a taxi to anywhere.

First we have booked for five days.and the hotel has the one way shuttle to , or from the airport. But please contact the hotel at least 24 hours before the day of your arrival, the driver will have your name , at the arrival will be will be greeting with the welcome drink and half hour free spa the staff extremely friendly English is limited but they do their best, My wife birthday I ask if any thing they can do Next day at about 9:00 pm they bring the birthday cake right to our room, highly recommended

The room has very nice view of Han River and the service is superb. I enjoyed my stay.

Room was right outside elevator so people came in late night and it was loud

The staff at the hotel are genuinely lovely people extremely helpful and courteous. We were given a room on the 17th floor which had an enormous picture window, offering the most amazing views of the dragon bridge and river. At night the view was stunning. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was an interesting mix of eastern and western food. The only downside to this hotel is the room could use a little more sound proofing as could be a little noisy at times.

Awesome Hotel and Staff. Great Value!

We were welcomed to the Fivitel by very friendly and courteous staff. We were presented with a welcoming drink. The staff were very friendly and some spoke English. The hotel is very well cared for, the King bed in our room was very soft and comfortable. The AirCon worked well and the room was quite and peaceful We had an Awesome view of the dragon bridge from the 17th floor. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and it was good. The Breakfast buffet was extensive with the best coffee! There were many hot dishes (Asian) and made to order eggs available. The food varied from corn flakes to tropical fruits galore. We booked a tour to the Linh Ung Pagoda and Marble Mountains through the hotel and it was a great experience! All of the staff were so very friendly, 2 of them that we specifically remember were Jane and Phuong Thao. There were so many staff to look after our needs we can't remember them all. We felt like royalty at the Fivitel. We used he pool and there are only 4 lounge chairs at the pool side. Lucky for us it was not very busy that day. The roof top terrace is beautiful with a great view. Our chick in and check out went very smoothly and the staff at the Fivitel were all very friendly, courteous and professional. We would definitely stay there again. It is a very short trip by cab or Grab (like Uber) to downtown tourist area.

Staff were very nice. The hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere, although a short cab ride to the market or museum.

Million dollar view

Excellent choice. Nice new hotel, the room was very comfortable and in very good condition. The pool and gym were great. Breakfast was good and housekeeping twice a day with an evening snack was a treat. We slept with the curtains open because the view was so amazing. I will never forget it. The area is under developed, hopefully that will improve. In the meantime it was walkable and Grab was super easy and cheap.

Great hotel

Great price, comfortable room, GREAT infinity pool with fantastic views! Excellent staff, they were very happy to introduce local areas and helped us book various restaurants and spas, and organised a private car for us to go to Hoi An. Breakfast has great variety.

A little far from city center but amazing facilities and view from the top in the pool or the garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel staff were very accommodating from suggesting places to eat, explore and calling us a taxi whenever we needed it. The room that we got was nice and intimate. The rooftop was with an infinite pool overlooking a gorgeous view of the city.

Nice Hotel

The staff at the front desk was very helpful, the airline misplaced my suitcase and the lady and the gentleman called the airline to reconfirm that my suitcase would be forwarded to my next destination, very nice of them as I was staying just for one day and also after dropping me off, the taxi driver tried to get more money out of me and they resolved the issue.Thanks Guys!! If you want to see the beautiful view of the bridge and the Ferry Wheel at night and scenic view of the city, that's the hotel to book, make sure to select a room with a balcony, mine was on the 21st floor, room number 2102 and the view was stunning at night. Nice hotel, close to the airport, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool was very nice overlooking the city. The only thing is that the hotel is across the bridge and not near Da Nang beach. Breakfast was a buffet of Asian and Western dishes. I would recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel but Bad Chinese Guests

Employees were outstanding specially, people working at the front lobby. However, so many low class of Chinese guests were damaged the upscale hotel, they disturbed the peaceful and comfortable environment. I will not recommended to others due to this reason.

Wonderful property for the price! The hotel may look dated from the outside, but the interior of the room was lovely! There was a great view from the room as well facing the river, which gets illuminated by the bridges at night. Good service from the hotel staff was well who saw to every of my needs. Will definitely stay here again when back.

Wouldn’t stay again

Found the greeting very rude upon arrival, we did arrive early a room wasn’t ready so we did have to pay an extra charge but just the general service wasn’t the best, we was just mostly being told about a cave tour they wanted to sell and nothing on the local area slightly disappointing as the area around the hotel is actually nice and it is close to everything ... rooms was dirty and bed isn’t comfy

Hotel is very nice, pool and view are amazing also the bed is so comfy! Very friendly staff, However the location of the hotel isn’t that great and unfortunately this is where staff let us down as struggled with English and unable to help where to go

Stunning view, nice room, great service

Surrounded with gorgeous Ha`n river, bridges, city, and ocean views, this new hotel also provided nice room and good food/drinks/spa. The swimming pool provided a stunning view that one could see everything about Da Nang city. It takes about 5 minutes or less and costs little to get a taxi to the beach. Kudos to FO team for exceptional job. Strongly recommended anyone who enjoys day & night city/river/bridge view.

Amazing views from hotel

The staff are amazing and always willing to help! The views from the balcony, pool and roof top garden are stunning! The breakfast buffet was the best I had in Vietnam! Only downfall is that it is far from the main city area but they let you ride bikes for free! Would definitely come back in the future!

Awesome view and staff!

The two of us have been travelling around Southeast Asia and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Honestly, this was the best hotel we have encountered so far with clean rooms (best view ever!) and super friendly staff. Special shout out to the F.O. team who greeted us with charm everyday and provided anything and everything we needed! They have become our friends over the five days and they are the people we will miss the most about DaNang :) We actually coincidentally met them in DaNang and took a picture together. Thank you for a great stay Katy, Sun, Vuong, and the rest of the team!! Just a note: the view from the hotel is just amazing, they have a really nice pool and a really nice roof top bar/cafe right above the pool that literally no one knows about - we only found out on the last day too! If the hotel advertised their rooftop better, I definitely think that it will attract more customers and even be the second Sky36 of DaNang. (* the picture attach is the view from our room)

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. We booked a room with a bath tub and emailed as well to let them know we would like a bathtub etc as we were staying for my birthday. Didn't receive the room I booked nor the extras I requested. Upon check in I was given a free 30 min spa voucher, I had a massage which was lovely but after was told I have to pay a tip and to make sure I came back with the money! I questioned reception staff about this and was told I didn't have to pay. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay but not worth the money you pay for the room.

Nice new hotel next to river.

Hotel was new and clean. Staff is very attentative. Hotel food is ok since my son got sick from the chocolate milk shake that he drank from the roof top bar. I think some thing got spoiled but luckily he was ok after an hour. It was close to the beach which we enjoy walking around. April was a bit hot but the beach was very pleasant.

Epic pool.

Great room and the infinite pool and bar was amazing. The only real criticism was the area it was quite a way away from the CBD and the beach. But only a cheap taxi so not the end of the world.

Exceeded expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fivitel, exceptional staff always trying to take care of all our needs. Comfortable rooms with fantastic views, easy to get anywhere in Da nang.

All the staff were friendly, professional and supportive.It was a little difficult to control temperature of shower but the room was clean enough. In total, I was happy to stay with them.

4성급 호텔인데 매우 저렴한 가격에 지낼 수 있었고 시내와 가까워서 택시로 거의 모든 방문지를 쉽게 다닐 수 있어서 좋았다. 직원들도 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 조식 뷔페가 아주 맛있었다.

초럭셔리는 아니지만 가성비로 까지면 다낭 최고입니다.

3泊しました。高級ホテルを手配した認識なかったので、ドアボーイがいて部屋まで荷物運んでもらえて少し嬉しかったです。フロントは英語が通じます。廊下やロビーも空調は効いてます。部屋は小洒落ていて眺めが良かったです。冷凍庫つき冷蔵庫があります。水は有料なので注意が必要です。近所のコンビニで半値以下で買えます。シャワーは見た目は良いですが、隙間だらけでよほど気をつけないと洗面所に漏れて水浸しになります。お湯の出は問題ないです。テレビはNHKワールドが見れます。 タイミング悪く韓国人ツアー団体とかちあったので、朝食は混んでて満足に食べられない日がありました。繁華街は近くにないです。

저희는 새벽3시에 도착해서 0.5박으로 가게된 슥소인데 걍 호이안 갈 생각으로 2박했어요. 다른건 아주 만족스럽고 샤워기가 한국사람들이 필터사용해서 그런지 물이 새드라고요. 그건 별로긴했지만... 조식이..수박 맛집이더라고요. 태어나서 일케 맛난 수박 첨이었고, 커피가 너무 맛났어요. 원두 바로 머신으로 로시팅된게 나오는거 아니었는데도 고소하고 초쿌릿향에 커피 최고였어요. 한번에 3잔이상 마셨어요. 참고로 스타벅스외 일반 한국커피 다 마시는 커피마니아 입니다. 사람이 많이 없어서 좀 걱정이었으나 생각보다 조식 맛났어요. ^^ 이번엔 4인가족으로 여행다녀오게 됐어요. 이불은 꿉꿉하지 않고 깨끗한느낌이었어요. 다만 시설이 연식이 있어 보이긴했어요. 참고하세요 전 피비텔2박, 하얏트2박,시실리아2박입니다. 다른 후기도 작성할께오ㅓ~

마지막 날 숙소로 예약했는데 직원분들이 다 친절하십니다. 호텔은 좀 오래된 느낌은 있지만, 수영장 뷰랑 룸에서 보는 리버뷰가 진짜 멋져요~

Mycket fint rum med en otroligt skön säng. Stort badkar. Fantastiskt fin utsikt mot staden och floden. En lite liten balkong men istället en mycket fin pool på 25:e våningen. Ligger en bit från dom centrala delarna och beachen. 6 minuter med motorcykel. Mycket prisvärt hotell

객실은 깨끗하고 직원분들은 친절합니다. 특히나 주변풍경이나 야경이 뛰어나고 라운지에서 보는 야경은 훌륭합니다 조금 아쉬운 점이 있다면 라운지에서의 음식이나 조식은 그럭저럭이네요

Muutenkin koko henkilökunta oli avulista ja mukavaa väkeä.Suosittelen paikka ja itsekin menen taas syksyllä takaisin.

Nice staffs, good views and reasonable prices

We stayed 2days here and it was an awesome choice for us. The staffs were really kind and coorperative. They prepared for us a gift which was a lovely calender of 2021. There was a bit distance from both My Khe beach( 15mins) and Da Nang Cathedral(30mins) by walking but it was manageable since we like walking when traveling. The view here especially night one was absolutely awesome we enjoyed much. We booked here because of the view here to watch the fire works on the New Year. Unfortunately, it was canceled a few days before our planned stay due to the third wave in Covid 19 in Vietnam. However, we really enjoyed our stay and would like to recommend.

It is bit far from the city but it was comfortable and quiet .. i really enjoy the river side view I stayed 4 times in a law... swimming pool is not really great but it is also okey i had no problems with it if you want for the exercise i think thats enough All the staffs were nice I would love to stay again .
