Will be back soon
A somewhat quirky, small hotel very convenient to 30th st station. We had a suite, which was very opulent and comfortable. Restaurant and amenities were good.
Great area next to a lot of good food places walkable and drivable
Beautiful Hotel w/ Great Amenities
I have stayed here two times and had a great experience both times. My husband choose to stay here now every time we are in the area. The amenities are top notch and the hotel itself is so aesthetically pleasing. Great service always!
Unique accommodations. Would stay again
Great place to stay at overall but i was pretty annoyed i had to pay 60 dollars for parking as a guest who was residing at the hotel.
awesome place
Used the Gym & spa facilities. excellent work out facilities, and good healthy breakfast.
Simply exquisite
Exquisite
This is such a unique, comfortable place to stay. We would love to stay again!
AMAZING!
It was amazing! the front desk employees were so nice an accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again.
Modern Vampire Vibes
What a cool spot! It's kinda dark in there. Feels like a modern vampire's business class hotel meets finance bro gym meets social club. Lots of compelling art on the walls. Very nice staff. Great coffee machines.
Outstanding, gorgeous, engaging
Outstanding, gorgeous, engaging - The Fitler Club has it all. The staff were so gracious, leaving a special treat in the room for our anniversary. The property is exceptional, offering co-working space; a two-level gym and a pool; casual, bar, and restaurant dining; a screening room; and so much more. And the artwork is beautiful, diverse, and modern. Could not have been better!
Loved the style of the hotel, cleanliness, all the amenities. Amazing and convenient. Slightly loud as there seems to be parties nearby but not that bad but just being aware you’ll hear some music up until around midnight
Ama was very kind and helpful!
Such a beautiful spot! Love the vibe and the rooms are stunning. Definitely will be staying here next time I visit Philly
Great warehouse location
Very unique spot, you feel like the hotel aspect is only a small piece. Local businesses & civic / social causes mixed with local art. A diamond inn Philly
Unique—boutique hotel space inside an urban club. great facilities open to hotel guests with spacious rooms and cheerful staff. would stay here again.
This place is a bit of a fortress to access, but it is a private club, and its exclusivity is what makes it unique. Access to a private bars and restaurants, wellness facilities, and bowling lanes are a definite plus. The shared spaces are filled with art and I was pleasantly surprised to find a rather large Rashid Johnson piece in the secondary reception area. There are only 14 rooms from my understanding, so it’s definitely a boutique experience, but it exists in an area with a lot of new construction, so noise may be an issue for some right now if you’re sensitive to that (not to mention the Armory space across the street). It’s in a great location with direct access to the river and trails, and is quite central to Rittenhouse and other attractions. Public transit access is easy to get you around the city on the cheap and quite efficiently. Overall, a very lovely stay. Thanks to Maggie and Lu for being so friendly and hospitable.

Never have we ever stayed in such a unique property. From the beginning, the hotel staff was very accommodating. As a matter of fact, I went to retrieve coffee on my first morning there, and a hotel employee encountered me and started asking questions about my stay and visit. Maybe we should’ve had this treatment when we first arrived, but she practically took my hand and gave me a complete tour of the facilities. Not only was I impressed with her, but also with what the Fitler Club had to offer. The rooms were extremely unique, something we’ve never seen before, very clean and comfortable. We decided to have dinner there our first night, the views were amazing! All said and done, we were very pleased with our stay. A couple things we weren’t impressed with our stay was: parking was way overpriced (nevertheless, it was disclosed in our Online booking), and our room backs up to an extremely noisy alley, weren’t able to sleep in much. Overall, thank you for the unique and wonderful experience, very memorable!
The amenities at the property were amazing! We would stay here again, but the parking is a little pricey.
The worst customer service.
The service was terrible. I even spoke with management. The valet service is run by a different company, in fact none of the different areas of the club / hotel seem to know what the other is doing. I sat in th street in the rain because the valet (which is run by someone other than the hotel, even though the hotel charge you for it with your stay) said it was for member only and not hotel guests. Meanwhile the club is located in a back alley. I had to walk back and forth several time to finally get my car into the valet. It was ridiculous. There is never anybody at the hotel desk. The only people doing their job and with any type of hospitality were at the merchandise desk on the bottom floor. The bathtub was full of hair when I got into my room. I will never stay here again. It’s a very poor attempt at a Soho House. Mostly for older white suit and tie business men who want to feel young and have bro business lunches. Several other people were complaining during my short stay. And a woman guest who overheard me talking to the manager, followed me out to say she agreed that the customer service was terrible.
Fabulous all around!
Wonderful amenities
Very cool, unique place with an incredible array of amenities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and stellar service. Had it not been a beautiful day outside, we might not have left the hotel!
Simply amazing! Staff were INCREDIBLE, I cannot wait to visit again.
Better the second time
I found getting into the hotel confusing, and parking in the area impossible. There is a garage but valet parking ended at 10 pm and I arrived late. However once I found the front desk everyone was super helpful and my room was luxurious and comfortable. But the overall layout of the building was confusing. On the other hand they have the best hotel pool I've ever seen. Now that I know my way around I will be back.
It was supposed to be a pool table but it was not everything else that was supposed to be there was accreted I enjoy my one night I would recommend anyone to this hotel and I will be back again also I thought some of the rooms would come with a microwave but that also was a issue and not being able to get assets to get ice I didn’t like we have to go to the kitchen to receive it otherwise I enjoy the one night thanks to all the staff that was very helpful.
The hotel and club are amazing, since it’s a members only club but you get full member privileges while staying. The entire staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. Only complaint was one employee although helpful in doing their job I kinda felt like they were a little reluctant to offer us services ahead of actual club members. Other than that I’d definitely return and recommend the Fitler Club.
New, trendy, good location
The Gym
Beautiful Club Atmosphere
This is a fitness club that just happens to have 14 hotel rooms. The hotel is dramatically decorated and has magnificent facilities that hotel guests can use. Unfortunately finding out what you can do is complicated because you aren’t officially a member. We had construction and drilling at 6:30 in the morning and when we called the front desk we were told that “Fitler is just a tenant of Aramark and we can’t do anything about the noise” In other words as a guest you are merely a tenant of a tenant. Someone was supposed to call me at 10:00 to explain further. No call came. When you arrive there is absolutely no place to park while you unload or check in and the parking options are dismal. I asked if I could park beside the entrance as we unloaded at 10:15PM and was told “you will definitely get towed” The restaurant and bar had excellent food and a great vibe each night. Overall a beautiful property but shows the challenges of customer support of both members and guests.
Everything was great except for when the check-in attendant took my card for incidentals and charged over $400 dollars on my card, which didn’t disappear until a month later. My bank (regions) had to dispute the charge to get it off of my card. My room had already been paid through Expedia, so they essentially charged nearly $1000 on my card for one night. It has been a hassle I didn’t need.
Overall, great!
The hotel was amazing in so many way, with a lot to do without leaving building. Food, gym, art, etc. Such a cool spot.
Excellent customer service. Comfortable beds. Nice bar. Fantastic location.
I wish I lived in Philly
Beautiful stay, excellent staff, great food great vibes, you can walk any direction and find something great to eat. The bed, bathroom, and room were comfortable and clean. The Fitler is an excellent secret I wish I lived in Philly I would definitely become a member. The art here is inspiring
Fitler club
Love the Fitler club. Only complain are the pillows on the bed. They are huge. And I know hotel use them so the made bed looks good. But they r so fat it’s very difficult to sleep with. But I love the hotel the location bar restaurant and staff
Great stay and very friendly staff
Amazing!
This place is amazing. The room was like a studio apartment with a huge bed. The snacks and non alcoholic beverages were complimentary. The amenities included an arcade, a Photo Booth, bowling, indoor pool, terrace, and more. This place is huge! It’s beautiful and the staff is top tier…especially the bartender. I can’t wait to stay here again.
The property itself is amazing. The surrounding area is a bit more desolate at night compared to Rittenhouse but the facilities are outstanding.
The club itself is wonderful and generally the staff were awesome. There was quite a bit of confusion with billing, and some confusion regarding the property itself but I think that was related to new employees who were still learning. Restaurant is pretty good too. We had a dish that was not edible but the bartenders took care of us immediately. This place is trying to do a lot at once and overall, it’s lovely.
Room issues
The only negative was my room was #2, and it was right outside a service door and sometimes that would open and slam shut and was loud. Scared me the first time because I thought someone was coming in to my room. The shower handle piece also dripped and made an annoying noise my stay. Otherwise really enjoyed my experience.
Beautiful rooms and in a neat part of town.. Dinner in bar was fine. Food was average but service slow.
I loved my stay here the staff was very helpful I’ll admit if I could remember their names I would say them but there reception staff there was all helpful would definitely go back
Great weekend at the Filter
Many things to do at the Fitler Club. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Excellent dining. Great place for workouts and for play. And great location.
A trendy high tech private club with dining and bar facilities, meeting rooms, multi lane lap pool, spa, gym, and training facilities, filled with tech bros (and girls) tapping away on laptops, sipping Lattes or Kombucha. Think Equinox meets the Virgin Atlantic Lounge at Heathrow, with a dozen or so extremely spacious, ultra modern rooms for overnight guests. Hotel guests enjoy all Club facilities.
Fitler Club is an exceptional and unique experience with great amenities
One of a kind hotel experience
Fitler Club is a shockingly unique and one of kind experience. The amenities available to the customer while staying in the rooms was invaluable. There is so much packed into a small area. The intial entry doesnt make it look like much, but when you walk through the doors, you are in awe. I stayed for 2 days, and didnt have to leave the club. The only down side is that the amenties close at 10 PM if you are a night owl.
Described as Soho House meets Equinox meets WeWork, and having been a member of all three, the Fitler Club exceeds expectations. I recently stayed two nights in room 7 - the rooms are spacious and well appointed. What I did not like was the staff yelling from one end of the hallway to the other for hours during the day. It made it difficult to work or rest in the room. The only other critique is that there is not a consistent presence at the check in counter so when it was time to leave I just assumed the checkout time and left. Very strange.
