It was clean and staff were very nice to me. I can understand if a foreigner arrives and feels entitled, I get a sense they may not have the same great experience I had. The lock to the hotel door is not complicated if you listen to the instructions carefully. I read a comment that someone kept having troubles but I now see it was likely the fault of the guest for not listening because it’s an unusual but very safe door lock. Loved the free water. Not much to tell, it’s a great smaller hotel. Newer, with a good breakfast and great staff!

It was OK. The shower leaked very badly as well. The room was not clean. However, the reckless was good as a three star rating.

A great hidden gem in Medellin!

I’ve stayed in this hotel in the past and my second stay was just as good! The staff, Luis and others are top notch. The room is clean and perfect!

The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. The bed was clean and comfortable. Few outlets for phone charging. Wi fi is slow and complicated. An extra chair would be nice. There’s a lamp on the desk, not connected to an outlet. Breakfast is acceptable, but Oscar was very helpful.

I didn’t like that the sinks had only cold water. Plus the WiFi was extremely bad

Coffee shop owner next door is a complete jerk stay away and don’t buy anything from that little bacteria shop.

Great hotel in a quiet area in Medellin. There are not many dinning options near, but you can walk some minutes to find some. The staff was AMAZING and the room was very comfortable. Will definitely go back if in Medellin again

El alojamiento es nuevo, tiene un lobby hermoso con un area para el desayuno, actualmente no cuenta con restaurante. Las habitaciones amplias y muy comodas. La ubicacion es perfecta a pasos del Primer Parque de Laureles, con buenas opciones gastronomicas. El personal diligente y muy amable. Volveremos muy pronto, 100% recomendado.

Loved the hotel. They need to not pretend to clean and really clean the rooms!

We had heard about Laureles being a noisy area, but for us the hotel itself was quiet enough to get a good rest. The staff was friendly, and the area was clean and safe. The only issue I had was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, by the second day my back was hurting.

I spent 14 days at this property. The staff was excellent! Clean. Comfortable. The breakfast and gym were the highlights of my visit. Unfortunately, for me (which is not a deal breaker) the wifi was hit or miss.

Pleasant stay

Good location. Plenty of restaurants a short walk from hotel. Hotel seems to have been built or remodeled recently. Room and breakfast area as well as the gym were spotless. The only drawback were the motion activated hallway lights. Hallways are a bit too dimly lit until the sensors are activated. Staff members are highly visible and always willing to assist. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a small bar that serves alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, snacks, sandwiches, lasagna and other items. The staff will take food to your room if you wish. There’s also a small shop selling baked goods attached to the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price but is fairly basic. Eggs, some type of rice, cereal and milk as well as packaged breads, coffee, juice, etc. I plan to stay there again when I return to Medellin.
