The staff was amazing. Tony and the restaurant was great. Carlos the manager made me feel extremely special and Liz our housekeeper was the kindest sweetest lady. Great job. I will return always.

Secure place, clean rooms and inside the lobby. I would suggest back of the parking lot to be clean.

Clean and friendly stay!!

Room was clean and very cool. Bathroom was nicely furnished and well maintained. No issues. Beds were slightly plush/medium feel which was perfect for us. And the internet was solid. Overall very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay there again.

A very good experience

Good hotel

The hotel itself was good and everything was comfortable. Could maybe deep clean a little better. The food is also good and during Covid their menu options are limited but still good. The area doesn’t seem noisy and I didn’t have issues catching a cab as there was always one on the parking lot or passing by the main avenue. I would stay here again. Check in was a breeze and they make sure everything is sanitize.

Such an amazing stay! Clean room, comfortable bed and attentive rice staff at the front desk! Would definitely stay here again!

Difficulty communicating with some of staff. Their youth & lack of experience with tourist type Estadunidences del Norte was obvious. They were sincere in their efforts , and were able to get support from the more knowledgeable co workers.

Exceeded my expectations. I would recommend to all my associates.

Excellent service, location and cleaning conditions, we got a room at the 4th floor where you can access to a free coffee , tea and water station. Great location between Tuxpan and el Tajin. Unfortunately we can use the pool due to the weather and because the water was really cold. We'll back for sure !!!

Leaving aside the location (as the facility is close to a market) the hotel is clean, well maintained and counts with excellent service. It is a good choice for a family or business trip.

Best Hotel Choice in Poza Rica

Leaving the neighborhood aside as the Central de Abasto is close by, this hotel offers a well balanced choice of price, location and comfort. Excellent option for a short trip in this town. The option to hire a hotel shuttle to and from the airport is a plus.

Very nice but hard to find

Other than struggling to locate the hotel from the information on hotels.com, etc., it was a very nice hotel, onsite restaurant had great food. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Excellent roadside hotel

We needed a hotel near the airport in Poza Rica. This hotel was very nice, the staff were great and the food was good. The town is not scenic and the hotel is on a highway, so this is definitely not a destination hotel, but is good if you need to be in the area.

Great hotel

The hotel was the best thing to do in poza rica, well and the tajin ruins. The restaurant has a buffet that is good, and the staff is kind, the only bad thing is that the pool is small, but nothing to worry about.

The service is good, so in some cases the English language is the problem, no all service speaks well, so in term of steady is good, the rooms are carefully clean, and the restaurant has excellent buffet menu, in my personal opinion, just the pool is very small. I granted a good qualification

La confirmación no se respetó

A pesar de tener email de confirmación de la reservación, el hotel dijo que no estaba confirmada, que yo estaba en lista de espera y me culpó por no haber llamado para confirmar.

Está un poco retirado de la zona de restaurantes de Pozarica pero para el lugar donde yo tenía que ir fue muy conveniente .

Estaba dormido en la habitación 229 y ala 3.12 de la madrugada empezaron como con un taladro y a golpear y me despertó y batallé a dormir no supe a qué hora dormí de nuevo y alas 4.50 otra vez el ruido

Hotel Fiesta Inn Poza Rica con toda la calidad de la marca, el restaurante muy rico y el servicio excelente, las habitaciones cuentan con lo necesario para estar cómodo y las instalaciones tienen una linda alberca.

Si están haciendo una instalación del cableado, lo ideal seria que nos den en otro piso, siendo que el hotel no estaba lleno. Falta de criterio del personal, si estamos 4 en una habitación, los cuales los 4 pagamos por la estancia, por que razón solo hay 2 botellas de agua, y dos toallas, y NADA de amenities en la habitación. Cuándo se solicitaron mas botellas de agua, solo nos dieron dos mas... Es muy molesto que hagan eso y tener que pedir toallas..

Unico detalle sentimos la cama matrimonial mas chica de lo normal pero las almohadas espectaculares.

PESIMO SERVICIO DE TV SOLO SE VEN 4 CANALES Y NOS TUVIERON QUE CAMBIAR DE HABITACIÓN PORQUE NO SERVIA LA TV DEL PRIMER CUARTO

Buena ubicación

Servicio y comida muy buenos, cuando una propiedad es vieja nesesita mantenimiento.

Mantenimiento deficiente, elevador fuera de servicio. Lo peor es que no transfieren llamadas SIN preguntar al huésped

Todo excelente, el bufet muy rico aunque nos hubiera gustado que desde el primer día nos avisaran de la opción de bufet de dama. El olor del sanitizante en la habitación un tanto incòmodo (sin llegar a desagradable). El agua de a regadera no calentaba lo suficiente. Por lo demás, estancia espectacular !!

1) En primer lugar mi reserva fue por 2 habitaciones con 2 camas matrimoniales cada una. Sin embargo al hacer checkin le dieron una recámara con 1 sola cama a uno de mis familiares, ambas habitaciones fueron pagadas por adelantado. 2) La primera noche de mi estancia le asignaron el mismo cuarto a otro huésped, quien trató de ingresar a las 12 de la noche cuando yo me encontraba durmiendo. De no haber sido por el seguro de la puerta habrían ingresado hasta donde me encontraba durmiendo antes de percatarse que esta habitación ya estaba asignada. Pésimo servicio, me hablaron 10 minutos después de la recepción, para despertarme nuevamente y preguntar "cuál era mi nombre" ya que ni eso tenían registrado en su sistema.

Estuvo bien en general, aunque el servicio a cuarto ligeramente tardado. Al principio no funcionaba el aire acondicionado pero mantenimiento llegó rápido y lo solucionó.

El único tema que vi es que no se mencionan las restricciones de la alberca por pandemia y eso reduce el aprovechamiento que podemos hacer de las instalaciones en estos viajes tan cortos

Sucio el Fiesta Inn Poza Rica

La limpieza de las habitaciones es pésima, en plena pandemia ofrecen algo que no es verdad, encontramos unas zapatillas debajo de la cama, tickets y botellas de plástico de los huéspedes anteriores. Y cuando iba a acostar a mi hijo, las almohadas tenias cabellos de los huéspedes anteriores, era evidente que no hicieron limpieza BIEN HECHA para que ocupáramos la habitación. La comida es malísima y cara, tardaron más de hora y media en servirnos y éramos los únicos en el restaurante del hotel.

Excelente servicio por parte de Ramses, muy atento y con una calidad de servicio pocas ocaciones vista.

El establecimiento estuvo bien. El personal del Hotel nos informó que Expedia hizo tres reservaciones y tres cancelaciones y el Hotel nos cobró la estancia y luego descubrimos que también Expedia nos cobró la estancia. ¡Hubo doble cobro!!! Solicito a Expedia la devolución del cargo por $1,123.15

El hotel huele un poco a humedad que hace que pique la nariz y el restaurante tiene un mal servicio

Las medidas de seguridad en el acceso al hotel, muy bien, te toman la temperatura y te proporcionan gel. Lo incomodó fue en el restaurant que la mesa, no se sanitizó y para ser honestos, se veía sucia.

Excelente experiencia

El check-in es muy sencillo y rapidísimo, desde que uno llega, todo el personal es muy amable y atento. La habitación siempre impecable y muy confortable, cada que viajo a Poza Rica sigo eligiéndolos para mi hospedaje y el de mi familia.
