Friendly staff, and great amenities. Service was great.

Home sweet home

Have been staying there for many many years. There is no other option for me.

The property was situated nicely into the granite rocks along the shoreline.

I reserve for 2 rooms, and the side of the rooms that they gave me the view was half of street. I think I made a reasonable payment.

Good place to stay, clean and safe.

the poos were great and accest the beach were the best part.

The package was sold with a pool being taken out of service. There was also construction to repair a pool and build a pool. I allready paid for the trip and didn’t have enough funds to book a second trip. So I went hoping for the best. The beach is tiny and is there are gangs running an unsafe seafood experience. They rented a seafood to me without the plug in it hoping I would sink it it took on water and thankfully I am a mechanic and have been on the ocean my whole life I was able to beach the seafood before it sank. In Mexico if you sink it you end up in jail until you pay for it. There were also massive rocks outside the hotel with large rocks if I had sunk outside the hotel a life could have been lost. The hotel staff had known that there were problems with these guys outside of there hotel and still let them do business there. I would not book an experience or package in Acapulco again on Expedia they don’t vet the hotels or businesses and somebody could lose a life. I want a refund.

Everything was excellent except the bar next to the hotel was SUPER LOUD from 10 pm to 5 am. Friday, Saturday and Sunday it was horrible 😞

Some people here are nice but when I checking, they didn’t advise that the charges were going to be made in pesos so I paid with an American CC and at checkout they made me pay the difference of the rate exchange and they did it because that day the value of the Mexican peso went down so the total charge was higher that day. NOT Fair nor professional ether specially because they didn’t advise me of this procedure. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend this hotel.

This was my fourth experience in this hotel which was unfortunately very unpleasant, the quality has dropped a lot. The hotel is undergoing renovations and therefore the recreation areas are very noisy all day drilling without much place to relax, the beach without much place either, we wanted to relax in the beach chairs and he put us tables less than a meter away from a restaurant next door blocking the view and with giant speakers with people already very drunk. In the room a terrible smell of humidity and we could not open the windows because of the drilling from 10 am to 7 pm. On top of that, I felt harassed for attending their timeshare meetings. I spend most of my holidays going to other beaches.

Our experience was amazing! We were offered amazing customer service. The owner offered us free food twice! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was old and not in the best condition. The beach is really crowded because the locals rent chairs just in front of the hotel beach area. Not worth the price.

Love this place. Totally recommend it very clean and services it’s quick to come when you need it .

We had a fantastic stay. The only problem was the main pool being closed but otherwise everything was perfect. In particular the hotel staff was so helpful and kind. They made excellent recommendations for activities to do. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the staff are amazing. They are all super polite and really seem genuinely happy to meet your needs. The view from our 3 bedroom suite was to die for! We spent most of our time at the beach which was amazing. We were able to spend all day there due to having everything we needed, food/drinks/facilities. The only thing that I didn’t like was that when we checked in they tried to get us to do a “presentation” for their membership. The lady was extra pushy and would not let up. I had no idea this was even a thing we would be approached with. I eventually told them to call me the next day to set it up but my phone directs unknown numbers to voicemail so I never actually ended up doing it. That would be the ONLY negative. Everything else about our stay was great!

Buen servicio por parte del personal de alberca, club de playa y camaristas, muy amables y serviciales. Pésima atención por parte del personal de ventas y del lobby en general. Durante nuestros 4 días de estancia tuvimos problema de ruido en las madrugadas proveniente de la habitación de a lado. Al momento de realizar la reservación, no fuimos informados acerca del no funcionamiento de la alberca principal, lo cual fue incomodo debido a la aglomeración de personas en la única alberca disponible para adultos. En cuanto declinamos la oferta para atender la invitación al desayuno para conocer la membresía, fuimos totalmente ignorados por el personal, incluso una de las vendedoras fue bastante grosera. Y por último, mi esposa realizó una reserva en el SPA, la cual no fue respetada (no la registraron) y no le otorgaron el servicio. Sin duda no volvería a este hotel y no lo recomendaría con familiares ni amigos.

The temperature control was not working and I reported it, was not fixed. I had to turn it on and off at night, because I would freeze. leave said in the administration.

Property was in a GREAT location to where we could see some sea turtles & manta rays every morning and every evening. We were at the 10th floor which was a great view of the coast and the night life!! Just close the slide windows because the party people will party until 5am. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful hands down you will not be disappointed! Sun block is highly recommended.

Staff is really good and well-trained; overall the hotel is a good value. Acapulco has better and more friendly staff than Cancun. The room had an incredible view of Acapulco's bay. The restaurant served minestrone soup (upon 1st ordering was amazing) although the second time it had way too many onions and no white beans. It's unfortunate that around the hotel, there are a lot of closed businesses and graffiti on the other side of the main highway and across from the hotel. I prefer to stay in one spot and walk around where the hotel is located.

Property dirty rooms are nasty, pool dirty. Food nasty. They only want to sale like a time share at all times. I want to cance my date for June 5, 2023 I need help

Good hotel

Loved everything about this place. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting Acapulco. Was worried about the noise around the hotel since I had read many reviews stating it was very noisy at night but I didn’t hear a single sound from my room on the 5 floor. Employees were very kind and helpful and attentive to my needs.

Pools were great. Access to the beach convenient. Views of Acapulco Bay amazing.

Hotel bien ubicado, limpio, habitaciones espaciosas. La alberca es pequeña para la cabtidad de gente que admite el hotel, solo hay un lugar para enjuagarse despues de nadar lo cual es muy inconveniente. Es imposible conseguir camastros ya q siempre estan apartados y el personal del hotel no hace nada para remediar la situacion

really easy parking / friendly valets in a busy area- beautiful views, friendly staff, super clean room- possibly tell people up front when they rent here breakfast is free only if they want to purchase a club membership- make it way clearer up front when you rent a room here - they told us when we checked in breakfast was free, then made us leave the breakfast after we didn't want to purchase a club membership (with our work schedules, it just isn't financially viable/ possible for my husband and I to purchase a membership) they basically refused to understand we couldn't buy the membership/ it doesn't make sense for us- it got weird

Excellent Hotel

I stay every year at the Fiesta. My only advice for improvement is to get ride of the Jacuzzi style bath tub/shower. I always risk injury trying to get into and out of for a shower.

Property was dated but clean. Staff was exceptional.

Very centrally located with a fantastic beach. Not all on-site restaurants were open but the one we ate at had good food and decent sized portions. The only slight downfall is the noise volume coming from all the surrounding nightclubs till very early hours into the morning, however staff did move us to a somewhat quieter room after a few days, which we really appreciated.

Pros: Nice hotel with great views, staff, and grounds. Plenty of pool space (3? pools), great beachclub, very nice staff. Views from the balcony were awesome. Right in the center of the Condesa, lots of restaurants/stores/etc within walking distance. Cons: Very big issue is the noise. Street noise is very loud from 6:30 am to around 10:30 pm; but it's probably unavoidable on the main drag anywhere in Acapulco. So it's quite noisy on the balconies (like strong white noise) but not an issue in the rooms. But the disco and bar noise is the worst. They start 6:00 - 8:00 pm and run until 4:00 - 6:00 am, and are all open-aired. The balconies are basically unusable, and in the rooms you can hear and feel the thump-thump-thump at night off and on. If it weren't for the noise, this would be a "4". I'm not sure if I would stay there again.

The Hotel is ok. Staff service is the best. What is not ok is located right in an Acapulco spot where there night life is noisy. The beach is not clean and crowed with local commerce. That is disappointed for a good Hotel.

my stay in this hotel was amazing i was there for 5 days with my family i totally going to return everyone there make you feel like home and the views are amazing

An excellent hotel in all respects except one important thing. There is apparently no communication between the hotel and its corporate office. I contacted “the hotel” via Expedia regarding what beds the two Master Suites included. The response was beyond my expectations and I shared the good news with the group of eight I was traveling with. Upon arrival, I found that none of that information was correct and the rooms were much sparser than the information that “the hotel” sent me via Expedia. This caused one our team members to leave the group and go home rather than having to share a bed with another team member. I share this so you will not depend on any communication coming from “the hotel” when you book this reservation. Just imagine that you are getting a fairly normal hotel room and you’ll be okay.

Everyone was very friendly

Such a beautiful experience. The only down side is the fact that the pool was being renovated. Also the fact that a very unfriendly staff told us that the beach was closed at 8:00 pm. Who does that ? We’re used to stay at hotels where you can go to the beach whenever you want. I guess now we know for next time.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms were renovated, great for families with kids.

The room was ok but the emenities they provide was horrible , especially towels were so old I have to keep asking for new towels everyday . The staff were ok not attentive at all . Plus they don’t speak English makes everything so much harder . The process of checking in and checking out was very slow I was getting very impatient with them .

It is an OK hotel, I was expecting more "mexican traditional" food in the menu, but there were plenty of options around the hotel, ask your taxi driver (airport shuttle) for the best places to eat proper mexican food, they are more than happy to help you.

This hotel was amazing it has everything the staff is amazing and helpful they accommodated us with a room asap since our flight got their at 6 am all 3 pools are great and just in general it’s a must stay hotel !!

We stayed here 12 years ago & decided to return because it is convenient. It was just as remembered as far as staff friendliness, attentiveness, and cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay because the hotel is in the middle, it is safe, & they make sure you are taken care of.

The room was ok with a beautiful ocean view. Unfortunately the room was a bit loud because of the music next door; however, being on the beach in a tourist area, this is to be expected. The only issue with this is that the receptionist told us that the room would be very quiet without any noise. It was nice that they refunded us the parking cost due to me being an Expedia preferred VIP. The room was very damp (wet pillows and sheets even) due to high humidity, but this too is to be expected due to the location. Sadly, because of the dampness, the room also had an odor. Thank you for the opportunity to leave this review.

Excellent room and staff service, the front desk and pool service were great. I am leaving with a great impression! The trash on the beach could be managed a bit better, perhaps a trash can or two, may help prevent people polluting the ocean.

Great location, beach is beautiful, but byilding is outdated and old, needs a lot of remodeling.

This place was immaculately clean. All of the areas of the hotel I visited were so clean and polished. The 3 bedroom villa was beautiful with gorgeous views. The balcony area is so large, our party of 8 fit comfortably during morning coffee. It was my first time visiting Acapulco, although I’ve heard there is a newer, nicer area in Acapulco, I felt this costera part was so convenient. There are taxi services available but the bus that takes you through the main avenue has a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Close shopping and tons of food options everywhere. I tried the hotel buffet, which i thought was good not great. However, in all, I think this hotel is a great option. Large pools and beach access a plus.

Excellent hotel Righton the beach. Very well maintained with great amenities. Pool water was always at a great temperature. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant buffet was the greatest. Definitely will go back.

Food is bad

Be aware that the area of the beach is NOT how it looks in the website. The hotel beach area where the lounge chairs are located are blocked by patio tables and chairs that are being rented to locals, so they completely blocked the view and the access to the beach. These patio tables are served by the restaurant next door. When I was there it took over an hour to get service, and when I finally got my meal, I left because of the loud music coming from the table in front of me. I went to the Chula Vista Restaurant for breakfast and the service was much to be desired, if you don’t eat from the buffet, none noticed my presence. I saw the waitresses passing me by without stopping to see if I had been looked after. Overall, I feel greatly disappointed and I will not be returning to this hotel.

The pool is a mess the paint is missing all over the place from the top of the building looks awful. The price for the breakfast is way too expensive I went to check completely empty nobody pays for this very disappointed about this hotel .The attention from the staff was the only thing good everything else didn't like I pay more than 100 dollars for one night is not worthy

Great Value. Good Beach Access. Food was good. Service was good. Rooms were slightly outdated but nice and clean and useable. Deck Views were amazing, although the rail was low and it wierded me out. Pool was good.

Love the remodeling that was done to the lobby area and the addition of the bar. Hopefully soon the rooms can be remodeled as well.

They charged abusive service charges to make a brief collect call to Canada. Initially over $500 MXN, negotiated down to half but still excessive as it was a collect call and the charge was simply to connect me from my room

Our stay at the Fiesta Americana was amazing. The view from our deluxe room was postcard worthy. The staff was friendly, the location is excellent. It was only 2 nights but it was magical.

Everything but the 1 Ply toilet paper.
