Need improvemnt
Great service from the staff, they surely put in a lot of effort to please their guests. Only thing I could say is, the exterior of the property needs to be washed. Noise from the exterior motorist, dogs that are 24/7 in the cage next door barks a lot. I feel sorry for them. I just know that the hotel has no control over the noise. Overall, the staff did a great job!!!!
We weren't informed that the hotel is a quarantine facility. The pictures were also kind of misleading like what the rooms would look like. There were also cockcroaches. But I commend the receptionists' hospitality.
Very to close to my family
It is convenient because it is close to shopping centers and bus terminal s.
All the staff are friendly but the amenities are terrible. No running hot water, no microwave oven, not enough parking space inside the building and not even street parking.
The place is cozy and the hotel staff are corteous. The breafast food are superb.
Fersal Hotel Manila
It was a hotel closest to a hospital we had to be. The room was standard, but quite spacy. When we arrived, they put us in a room without window. We requested to change to a room with window and they were able to accommodate and were happy to do so. Service with a smile. The room was clean but it was very outdated, just like the bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was low. They did have a water heater so at least there was warm water. The room was very noisy due to being at an incredibly busy street. Insulation is not there. Breakfast was basic and made upon order. It's not the best place we've stayed but also not the worst. As said, we needed to be close to the hospital.
I love their breakfast. The personnel are courteous. The room is ok. The issues - a) a flying cockroach somehow get into the bathroom at night. I engaged to one on the first night in the bedroom, killed it. Since then I always close the bathroom door at night. b). the bathroom tissue is so thin that it's gone for a day. As I don't need a daily room clean up, I will have to ask tissue everyday. I ended up buying my own tissue. Recommend to put extra tissue every clean up and change it to a better quality.
perfect
Thumbs up
Relaxing, value for money, convenient location and good customer service. Staffs are all accommodating and helpful.
Accessible
I like the location of the property which within walk
Inconsiderate hotel policy and deceiving bed size
They are very strict with early check in. Paid in full but they still asked for incidentals which i have to walk far away just to withdraw. Very inconsiderate!. Paid for a queen bed but their Queen bed is just less than a double size bed.
Hotel meets my need at the time. It's closer to transportation and in prime location. Recommend to change their linens, esp the cover.
Nothing special
The upgraded rooms that border the road are too noisy to stay in so I had them move me to their other rooms which are extremely small. The place is old and not very well maintained. The best thing going for them is they have a restaurant to eat breakfast in. Staff is friendly.
Needs improvement in services/systems/facilities
I and my wife billeted this place because of proximity to where we need to however we're getting what we paid for. The room is just enough but the smell coming from the aircon is disgusting. It smells like molds as the aircon needs cleaning long time ago. The bathroom is too small too and smelling awful as well. Worst, the our parking space is blocked by irresponsible guest that the hotel staff should have control of. It took as around 40 minutes just to get out of the parking, bothering another guest's car and maneuvering in literally tight spaces as the owner of car blocking our path is nowhere to be found. We're supposed to leave at 10 but was able to get out 40 minutes after leaving us late. Never again in a place like this. Be warned.
It's just not what I expected for a 3 star hotel the room is dirty and has insects
Basic & Clean
Basic & clean amenities in a desired location. Free breakfast was a plus.
Friendly staff and the location is good for us.
It is always a pleasure to stay at Ferzal in Andalusia branch. The staff are friendly and honest. I have been staying with Ferzal everytime I go back home to visit my family.
Been using fersal for a year now...booked for an overnight stay several times.
Good hotel for family
Nice, good and quiet hotel you can really relax. Staffs are cooperative and prompt
Reasonable and affordable
Good A/C. OK wifi. Helpful staff. Reasonably clean and comfortable at a good price.
Good Hotel
Pleasant Stay
Cheap hotel...
Only stayed to wait our trip to ilocos...
Disappointing , bad customer service , noisy room
Nice hotel near UST university
Staff very nice & helpful. Very near to UST university, only half hour to intramuros & Barbara restaurant (evening show) room clean & tidy, great value stay, highly recommended
So so, only advantage is accessibility to places i need to go to. Room size, facilities, cleanliness and staff is below ordinary.
Good for what I needed.
As you know, you get what you pay for. I was looking for a place near a training center where I was taking a course for work. The hotel is clean, in a fairly safe area (located near a university, so there are a lot of students around). There are many fast food restaurants in the area. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not the best. They did not have items at times, the hours were not kept, and at times they just closed. But for what I wanted and needed for the time I was there, I made it work. Maintenance was also good as they replaced the a/c unit when it stopped working.
You Get What You Pay For
The room was really small. I booked a twin bed room and there was barely any room to move around. The air conditioning was bad. The temperature was bordering decent to warm. The bathroom is also really small. I could barely move around in the shower. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in when we checked in; had to plug it in myself. Still, it's pretty cheap. The location is okay. Jeepneys and Taxi's often pass by the area. The free breakfast was decent.
It's nice hotel....It's convenient that it's close to Sm San Lazaro and UST...my complain is the free breakfast came super late that my daughter didn't even get to it before taking NMAT exam in UST when we stayed this weekend.
Noise may be a problem
It's probably my 5th time to stay here. Last time was not comfortable at all. Was given a room facing the street. Ambulance sirens woke me up 4 times. Management would do well to soundproof rooms facing street. Get rooms near the back. These are smaller but you'll sleep better there. Also, eat breakfast elsewhere.
I rated this hotel as 2 star only.
I rated this hotel as 2 star only. Their Make Up Room service is only up to 5pm. They don't serve request like changing bed sheets and pillow cases after 5pm.Foods intended for breakfast are too long to wait even as ordered the day before. You need to follow up from time to time. Poor service crew.
No comment but satisfied
Hope you'll improve
There are better hotels which offers the same room rate.
Small room for the price!!!
The rooms has no windows, low ceiling and it feels claustrophobic. The bathrooms are also dated and small.
Small hotel, nice people!!
The hotel itself is pretty small. Not safe to walk after dusk. Room is small. Not much offered in room. Food was not good. But people who work there are very nice, friendly, and helpful. That compensate with what it offered.
Overall winner
I paid 1100 pesos for a ride from the airport around midnight (our flight from Shaghai was late), which turns out to be quite a lot more than what it would have cost on a metered taxi, which would be about 400 pesos to get to. I said that the Fersal ad stated a taxi ride for 900 pesos which I used as a starting point, and gave them 200 extra because I was tired. Bargain the drivers at the airport down then give them a tip is what I would suggest. The Fersal which is slightly further than the main touristy bit of Manila. This can have its advantages as the are is a lot nicer (no beggars or people hassling you), and it seems relatively safe to walk around, and there's a big mall (SM San Lazaro) nearby which is good for changing money. The staff at the Fersal are very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit pokey but the air-conditioning was great and a happily slept off my jet lag whilst flicking through the multitude of channels on tv. The bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast which I ordered from the set menu was tasty - no problems with belly aches or the like. I couldn't help but leave them a nice tip for Christmas.
cheap but out of the way
Decent hotel for the money, but the location isn't great.
room was acceptable
I liked the room service and brekfast. However, room was like small and the view was not good.
close to relatives and getting where i had to go
i enjoyed my pancakes breakfast .. serve with eggs can go along way ... but what you pay for is way you get .... great access to wifi connection
need longer cafe hour......
But then that was tested before .....nice staff.and polite rebooked it for another 3nights...
Friendly Staff - Good Budget Hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient location if you want to go somewhere other than the normal tourist filled suburbs and get out and see real pinoys living.
Fersal Hotel Manila
Very convenient to UST Hospital. Small but clean and comfortable. Polite staff and met our needs for location and price. Free internet with a good connection and speed. Modern TV with HD channels. LRT 1 (train) is 4 blocks away.
Great hotel service.
The hotel was in a decent neighborhood where there was a university near by. There was plenty of places to go eat within walking distance and also a pharmacy. There was a few convenience stores so you can buy alcohol fairly cheap. The hotel was a small but quiet stay with free Wi-fi and breakfast. The Inn Cafe service was great along with the workers there. The hotel staff at the front desk were great and helped me with anything I needed. The security guards got taxi for me whenever I needed to go somewhere far and they wrote down the plates as a safety precaution. The hotel cleaners were friendly and cleaned up the room every time I asked and made the bed just as if I first arrived. The room was decent size though if your a well built person or a big person better off getting the jr.suite to satisfy your space needs. The room over all was big enough to move around and do things, though the bathroom was a little small for me including the shower cause like I said if your a well built person, tall or big your better off getting the Jr.Suite. The only thing I wished they had were microwaves in the deluxe single room otherwise its a small charge to heat up food you bring to the hotel.

Hotel propre
niezbyt fajny hotel, miejsce też raczej nieszczególne, obsługa trochę upierdliwa i mało pomocna. Śniadania typowe jednak brak możliwości wyboru. Jeden zestaw.
