Pool, reception, entrance, security, clean, quiet and private yet close to town proper. Transportation to town proper is easy to get and is only 10mins away by tricycle. I would stay here again if I have a chance.

love our room accommodation, clean and spacious, good a/c , nice and comfortable bed and pillows; different selection of food daily for breakfast buffet, adequate warm/cool water supply, beautiful swimming pool, polite and friendly staff, complimentary bottled water , will consider to use it again if I come back to Coron someday.....

I enjoyed that the property was a little outside the main part of town. It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff was really exceptional. I had some travel issues with weather related boat excursion, and I was grateful to be able to extend my stay for another day.

Great hotel, excellent service, breakfast like buffet with enough food, big swimming pool, the hotel is much better than the pictures!!! And it’s not too far from town

The room itself was good. We had a room overlooking the pool which had a large balcony. Reception staff were very helpful, however, the lunch and dinner staff hid away all the time and seemed to try and make it difficult for anyone to order anything. They used to have a pool bar, which is now closed and they used to have call buttons by the pool loungers, which have also been removed, so you have to go looking for staff to get food or drink. Staff do not come around and ask if anyone wants anything at any point. They leave the chairs over the tables as if the restaurant is closed all the time. When we went for dinner one night the staff were standing on their phones and then sat on seats behind the bar on their phones so they couldnt be seen. The pizza was good, but the pork adobo had chunks of pig skin, whoch is nice when bbq'd but not when cooked in another way, so it was very rubbery and not very nice. I would not recommend getting this dish. The hotel is an hour's walk outside of the main town and you can easily get a trike to town for PHP 40 per person and expect to pay PHP 50 each on the way back. The airport shuttle was very convenient both ways. The pool is very nice but they struggle with leaves due to the amount of trees and other foliage around the pools.

Such an all around lovely stay! Gorgeous pool area, great breakfast, 10/10 staff, accommodating services.

No service phone in the room. No other restaurant as alternative place. No safety vault that is working both the 2 rooms where we stayed. But service is excellent, the staff are all nice and prompt. We also love the taste of their sisig and pizza.

Our stay overall was good - clean room and bathroom, really enjoyed the pool, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful in calling a tricycle to town (40pp during the day and we paid 50pp back to hotel at night).

Didn't like the rooms is devoted when you booked it. Too small. Hot water food not work in the first room then they transferred us to a second room which took them a long time to fix the hot water too.

Liked- great pool, lovely to just spend a day relaxing at the hotel. Big room. Food to order pretty good. Although they were constantly sweeping the grounds I never saw anyone wiping the tables by the pools and they were dirty

We are super thankful to the lively staff of Fernvale! No request was too hard for them and they made our stay enjoyable. The resort exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay again when we come back to Coron! Thank you again for having us!

It’s decent and not too pricey. Really nice pool. It’s 40PHP per person to the center of Coron.

Everything looks good. The only thing the stairs are narrow, no mirror up stairs. You have to go downstairs to used the mirror. Besides that everything is good.

Great hotel for visiting Coron

Great hotel away from the hustle and bustle in a lush tropical setting. Fantastic swimming pool with lots of water features.

The loft style family suite is very spacious making it perfect for our group of 6. Nice pool, excellent breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like is the location. It’s not in town this it costs a lot to go to town 40/person one way- it does add up especially if you are in a group. But I highly recommend this hotel

Not too far from the town proper. Transportation is easily available. The staff are very helpful, and friendly. Really nice people! There were 4 of us in one room with two queen size bed and the room has plenty of room for the 4 of us! We had the second floor overlooking the pool! Very clean and neat! Oh the pool is amazing and huge with shallow and deep and corners with seating! Just beautiful and really relaxing! They also serve breakfast with our stay and the food was delicious! Everything about this place just perfect! I would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you very much!

Excellent service

This was a nice place to stay. The pool is definitely a highlight. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. I would suggest strategically placed fans for the all the outdoor amenities.

Very nice property but need to improve how to get away the mosquitos especially during dinner time .

This resort is the best! 5/5 stars! The unlimited breakfast buffet alone is worth it. Super delicious selections! In addition, the swimming pool is impressive. Its pristine and spacious. The staff cleans out the leaves throughout the day. The wifi works everywhere. Lastly, they help you obtain tricycles and water acitivities tour.

Nice and polite staff.Quiet place as it’s located at the outskirt of Coron town. Clean and 2 big swimming pool. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much.The complimentary breakfast was really good.The staff are amazing and very helpful. I left a tip for housekeeper on the bed and she didn’t take it and I asked her why, she said they don’t take the tip unless the guest clearly indicates it that’s for them( talk about honest staff) . Highly recommended. Thank you Fernvale for making my family’s stay in Coron the best vacation ever.

Enjoyed our stay here. It’s out of Coron Town Proper but is only a short tricycle ride. Our room was big & had a balcony that over looked the huge pool. Will definitely stay again. Coron town looks very busy. So was glad we were out of the town.

Our stay was good, this Resort is good with children. They have Big room but very narrow stairs

Great property and a lovely relaxing base to launch from for trips to Coron. Rooms were clean and comfy, the pool fabulous and massive and the breakfast and restaurant both very good. Breakfast was varied every day and the restaurant and drinks well priced and good value. A few menu shortages and things unavailable but generally, the place was great for the 4 days we stayed. Juliet at reception was very helpful to organise tours and boats. Marielle always good with restaurant service and Vanessa also very helpful. Overall, highly recommended

The room is spacious and atmosphere is great . Everything is nice but the downside is the internet connection.

Quiet enclave in busy Coron

Nice hotel with clean rooms and green environment.

The property is 15 minute trike ride away from the town proper which makes it really ideal for me. I love that it was quiet and serene. The property is surrounded with plants and trees, but I didn’t experience mosquito or insect bites. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous, helpful, and hospitable. They always greet you with their beautiful smiles. The hotel is generous with their complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water, just ask the front desk. I love and appreciate their complimentary transportation pick up and drop off service, from and to the airport. Front desk staff also assist in arranging island tours. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends and will come back when I visit Coron again.
