Love this hotel, all staff were very helpful and polite.

The hotel has a great location, but it is an old hotel and no renovations have been done. The room is quite large with plenty of space, but the entire facility is old and unmaintained. Old wood, blankets with a storage smell, dusty walls, towels worn out from continuous use. When you go up to the terrace it is an old area with no facilities, the dirty pool is full of mold, the supposed bar is a chair with a table and a small mini bar with no attendants.

Bathroom was in poor condition- door was warped and wouldn’t close, toilet seat was broken. Shower head was broken. Front door to room didn’t close properly and hall noise could be heard. On our last day, there was TREMENDOUS construction noise in the room next door. It made me sick. This is at BEST a 2 * hotel. Restaurant was good.

The reception staff were helpful, friendly, and nothing was a problem. Great ambasators for Argentina.

Wonderful pre-cruise hotel

What can i say but we really enjoyed our stay ar Feirs hotel. From the minute we arrived via taxi cab when they were right there to take our luggage, the restaurant on site and the large, clean, comfortable room. Our bathroom was also a good size unlike some of the reviews i saw. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there 2 nights pre-cruise but they had cleaning service every day. As other reviews said grocery store right across the street. Our room seems to have been renovated recently. Breakfast buffet was good. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage for 2 days while we left on a tour. They gave us a take away breakfast because we had to leave early. Approximately 4 hrs into our staff they called to make sure everything was okay. We would highly recommend them!

The amenities (pool, gym, rooftop, sauna) were all closed. I picked this hotel and paid more because of the amenities. I should receive a refund from Expedia for this mistake.

When I asked about the VIP they didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. Even showed them the reward on the booking and they didn’t know anything about it. Room description said it slept 4- that’s a lie. Unless you want to sleep 4 in 1 bed. Pictures showed a kitchenette, and there wasn’t one. Pictures also showed nicer furniture. Unwilling to accommodate a later checkout, but said they could hold our bags.

Great place arrived early due to overnight flight and though no rooms available that early staff was very accommdating and helpful. Spent the day sightseeing. Great location Good choice of hotel to stay at

Excellent hotel

We had a lovely overnight stop. We arrived early from cruise ship and they happily stored bags for us. High standard of English for Argentina which allowed them to advise us easily. It’s well placed and you can walk to many tourist places. We had a stunning meal in the restraunt in the evening. Breakfast was also good. Room was big for price. Would readily stay again

Staff were very helpful and their recommendations were excellent.

Any room facing ESMERALDA Street is very noisy at any time of day as it is a ONE WAY street with honking cars and squealing bus brakes. Strange enough rooms have blinds, but they do not release due to poor maintenance. The breakfast is outstanding, however the coffee tastes like instant coffee. I would not stay again at this hotel for a longer duration in Buenos Aires.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires.

This hotel has a great location. It is right across the street from a grocery store. It is only a three block walk to the hop on hop off bus stop. Convenient to shopping, walking distance. The staff are very helpful. Their English was excellent. They suggested places to see and where to exchange currency. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent food. The breakfast was more than we expected. Certainly got good valued for the cot of the stay. Especially the friendly staff. Room was much bigger than we thought it would be.

Our room had a terrace, which was nice. The room was large and the housekeeping was efficient. There was a nice breakfast, and the staff was courteous and accommodating.

Great location, comfortable stay

Smokiness in toilet from downstairs smokers...other than that it was great. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs bacon sausage fried potatoes cereals fruit breads and pastries. Also near a hidden speakeasy on Arroyo!

Wifi connection in my room was very poor. Could hardly get connected.

Buenos Aires

The hotel was great, the shuttle company they arranged to pick us up wasn't at the airport right away and it was very confusing, another lady from a different service was very nice and called the hotel for me and spoke to them in Spanish to find out where they were. The shuttle leaving the hotel was perfect, right on time.

Conveniently located on quaint side street immediately across from medium size food and wine store. Excellent restaurant. Spacious rooms but need updating.

Pleasant stay in Buenos Aires

Although the property is in dire need of renovation, the location was right where we wanted to be, close to San Martin, subte and across the street from a good supermarket. We stayed in a spacious studio, had much of what we needed however the walls are so thin you could hear TV next door. We are also below a conference floor so could hear furniture noise, probably from setting up of room. Our stay came with breakfast which was decent - eggs, meat, yogurt, assorted breads, cereal, fruit. The rooftop was nice just too windy while we were there. Mauro at Reception was awesome, very kind, polite and helpful. We like the Esmeralda area, close to the main street with lots of shops and restaurants.

Large clean rooms and very convenient location for local airport and downtown Buenos Aires. Breakfast is very good and early so you don't waste a day waiting.

Beautiful rooftop and spacious room. The pool hours should be extended so that you can see sunset and sunrise.

Overpriced and overrated property. Staff great

Uncomfortable and unsanitary

The staff was very helpful. They provided us with adapters to connect our cellphones and printed our boarding passes. They had a full breakfast that was provided with the fee. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were large and clean.

Good location, easy walk to shopping malls, restaurants and across the road from a small supermarket. Rooms are large with huge bed. Other furniture in the room is quite old fashioned. All staff were very helpful. The included Breakfasts, unfortunately, were not great.

Nice hotel close to shops and port.

The hotel is positioned on a fairly quiet street. The staff were very welcoming, the reception staff spoke good English so there were no communication problems. The lobby was clean and modern but the elevators, while being very modern, were very small. The limit of 4 people could not be exceeded if you tried. The rooms are also clean and modern with a safe and a mini bar. The only negative was that the shower did not work very well, plenty of hot water but the shower controls did not work very well, even to the point of coming apart.

Ok, I guess

This place was just a little confusing to me. The lobby area is very nice, the staff were as helpful and pleasant as could be. The room though, was just a little tired. The bathroom could have used some updating, and the main part of the room the furniture was a little old and not in great condition. Not to mention a few burned out lightbulbs in fixtures that I had to note to the front desk. Not to pile on, but the wifi wasn't great, either. I will say it's in a great location, close to a subte stop, close to the train and bus stations, etc. and in this neighborhood I guess the price might be a steal, but I was just left wanting a little more from this place.

Good choice for a business stay

I used this hotel during a business trip because of its location and price. It is in walking distance from the main bus station (Retiro) and 5 minutes on a taxi from Puerto Madero, Obelisco, Florida St. Price was reasonable ($70 per night). The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I noticed the bathroom had not been clean thoroughly so they moved me to a different room. The room did not had an iron but they found one quickly and brought it over. Same with an electrical convertor from 110 to 220 volts. I would stay there again.

Comfortable hotel near downtown

This is a well kept, traditionally furnished hotel with large rooms and helpful service. Good value for money.

Nice hotel, great service and location

A very nice hotel with great service and a great rooftop pool view. The staff was extremely helpful and the location is walking distance to everything. The only downside was the bed and pillows were too hard for me.

Very nice hotel at a good price in a good location

Lovely small hotel. Our sole complaint is that our room face the street and was noisy. On the other hand, it was large and comfortable. Staff were very nice and were attentive. We would certainly stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay in BA. The hotel was convenient to a number of restaurants and sights. The price included breakfast. The hotel is just across from a grocery store that is handy for water, snacks, etc. We walked to many of the sights.

It is an older hotel, but very well kept. I liked the spacious room with a balcony and wooden floor. Bathroom was somewhat small. Almost all rooms have a balcony which is good, go for top floors for some view. Perfect location - just between Recoleta and Florida street. Would stay again.

huge rooms with carpets that are not being cleanes

The rooms are huge, more like an apartment. location not bad, few minutes walk to both the Northern end of Florida as well as the lovely Madero-Waterfront with many (expensive) Resto's. breakfast was rather modest, but they are renovating their actual Resto at the moment, so maybe after they move back from that temporary function room to their actual Resto, there will be a little more variety. one BIG BIG MINUS though: they claim to be 5-star (it is a solid 4-star but not more), but do not vacuum the carpets ? are you for real ? there was some small debris on the floor of my room, plus many many foot nails of a former guest next to the bed. EEEKS ! those foot nails were still there when i checked out after 3 days. so there is no cleaning of the carpets at all. disgusting!

In need of renovation

Room The room that we stayed in was old and in need of renovation. The wallpaper looked like something out of the 70's and the room generally was always pretty dark even during the day so we had to keep the lights on most of the time. Location The location of the hotel is very convenient located near Retiro and walking distance to pretty much everything. Service The service was basic. The check in staff spoke very good english but the service overall was not outstanding. Extras We had wi-fi and breakfast included in our package. The internet speed was quite good for basic surfing. Breakfast was basic hot (eggs, bacon and sausages) and continental breakfast. On some days they even did a Japanese breakfast which was actually very good.

This hotel charges for tea bags (first time to experience). There is no kettle, only a coffee maker, water is only maintained at warm. No bath gel is provided. It rates itself as 5-star, but I do not agree. Room is tidy and clean.

A Good Deal

The Fier's Park Hotel is well located, on a quiet street just off the busy Avenida del Liberatador. Mu suite was generously sized and well-furnished. The hotel dining room offers a good selection for dinner at a reasonable price--and with very fine service. I enjoyed my stay.

Feirs Park Hotel - Loved the stay

We have had a very pleasant experience at the Feirs Park hotel during our 8 day stay. The location is great, in Retiro, close to Recoletta. Close by are many Art Galleries and beautiful Restaurants. The staff is exceptionally helpful, accommodating, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is tasty, plenty and fresh. The hotel offered us a free 4 hours guided city tour in a minivan. Overall our stay was an exceptional experience.

Great Loacation

For me on a quick trip to Buenos Aires, this was the perfect place to stay and to walk from. I wanted to see Retiro and Recoleta and be close to places to eat and enjy the scenery of BA. It was perfect for this. Room was big and comfortable and had a big business center where I was able to quickly print, sign and scan some things needed to be done.

A Good Choice

Fier's Park did a great job. Service was good and they upgraded my room before I arrived. The only drawback is that the restaurant in the hotel is only so so and there isn't much activity at the hotel in the evening, so you have to go somewhere else for a good meal and entertainment.

Feirs Park Hotel in Buenos Aires - Perfect Place

The best place to stay in Buenos Aires. Want to feel at home, relaxed and yet able to go sightseeing with no trouble. Located very close to most places of interest. Taxi available as soon as you step out of the hotel. Convenient shops stone-throw away. The staff speaks fluent English, the rooms are comfortable (I was with other friends) theplace is spanking clean, there is a fitness room, a pool ect. and at breakfast which is included, the selection is unbelievable. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone plans to visit. Public transportation is also excellent.

Feirs Hotel in Buenos Aires is OK

Although a little bit pricey for what I've expected, it is a good hotel. Clean, with a good service. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was also good with tons of towels. There's a supermarket right acroos the street. The only drawback I've found was that it looks a little bit old.

Nice hotel in a great location

Nice hotel in a great location with lots of free extras like city tour, transfer to antiques market, gym, business center. Standard rooms are plenty big for two people and the street-facing side of the hotel is actually quieter as the back faces all the airconditioning equipment of the neighbouring buildings.

It is an excellent hotel. Rooms very comfortable with a very good attention from the staff.

Great Location, Specious Room.

This hotel was recommended by local. First of all, the room was very spacious and felt like I rented a apartment room. It might be old but has its own traditional taste. There is a supermarket called "DISCO" right in front of the hotel and I was able to purchase water, snacks and very tasteful wine at local cost. There is a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. Had a nice walk to Recoreta, Parks and Central Station. Very quiet at night. Free WiFi and complementary breakfast. Recommend to all occasion except honeymoon (Maybe.)

Old school charm in Recoleta

The Feirs Park is a nice hotel which feels like it is from another era, but still relevant. The rooms are enormous, with seperate lounge area and free internet, which is a big plus for me. Service was good although not sure about the level of English - think it was okay. The hotel is in recoleta and close to the old centre, train station (in the unlikely event that you would use it) and close taxi ride to Puerto Madero, and ferries to Uruguay. In saying that need to be a little careful at night, especially when down near the railway tracks. There is a fantastic supermarket directly across the road or self catering. And some reasonable eating and drinking options in the surrounding streets, although better to head to Palermo in a cab or San Telmo for best concentration of restaurants. good value with a discount rate. Recommended

Noisy and old fashioned

Good part of the hotel is that it is close to a major train station. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is o.k. The wireless connection is very good and complimentary. I would not recommend this hotel however because: Very noise environment. Lousy isolation from the main road (Esmeralda) makes you notice all the heavy traffic. Room furniture made me feel I am visiting my grand parents. Services asked to the reception where not implemented. If you book this hotel ask for a room on the backside.

Worst travel experience ever.

The blatent disrespect of young staff members was overwhelming. Even a simple request such as an envelope to seal a message for the general manager was just laughed at . The attitiude to a single woman travelling alone was of total disrespect. A frenchwoman I met at the same hotel said the same thing. She had transferred to Feir Park after her conference at the Sheraton had finished. It did not reflect the five star rating it was given.

Good hotel for the money

Rooms need an update but it wasn't too bad. The lobby was nice, restaurant clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I had a separate living room and bedroom area which made the room feel nice and big. Gym was what you expect in a hotel but the new treadmills were the highlight. I would stay there again.

A new level in service and quality

I am very impressed with this hotel and the amenities. the location is perfect, it is a short walk to the main attractions, but you don't have tourists on top of you. The staff is so professional and courteous. The speed and caliber of the housekeeping staff is top notch. It has a good business center, a couple of the computers were not usable, but overall a good one. The pool is very romantic perched atop the roof with multiple sitting areas overlooking the cityscape. Free breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh and local items. The staff speaks english well, or well enough i would say. My only knock on the place is that the building is pretty old and some of the interiors show it. the insulation of sound is not very good by the elevators either. They do cut some corners on little things that i still noticed like shower liners, and tvs, but really...who's gonna be watching tv in Buenos Aires. Thanks for the excellent stay Feirs Park. I will be back and tell my friends.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent service and location. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, and their English was better than my Spanish. The hotel also provides some free activities (tours, wine tasting) on several days every week. Nice breakfast included.

Hotel muito bem lo alizado e com amplas e confortáveis areas comuns. Quarto espaçoso. Banheiro minúsculo e desconfortável. Box de banho ridículo, pequeno e com cortina de plastico. Café da manha bem modesto para o padrão de preços do hotel custo/beneficio da hospedagem bem incinveniente

Gute Lage nahe zur Metro, Bus oder Bahn. Zimmer guter Schallschutz zur Strasse, Frühstück sehr gut
