Great location
Thus hotek is not as good as it used to be, i stayed before. The service is worse , the food is worse. Im not impressed 😕
This resort was a drive from the Old Town in Zadar, but it was a very beautiful spot on the sea with beaches and cliffs for swimming. The rooms were excellent.
The Falkensteiner Ladera was a good stay. Not going to say great because that would be a stretch. The room was nice and bed was comfortable and my ocean view was to die for. The area surrounding was nice as there is like a 1km walk around the property that is so nice. The areas that they need to improve on is general property maintenance and the half board meal service. The lawn area for some reason looked like it had just seen a hurricane as the lounge chairs were scattered and the umbrellas were very hastily just thrown down all over and it wasn’t the scene that you expect from a property like this. There was some blue tarp covering something that was unsightly for a luxury spa. The carpet in the hallways is getting tattered and showed stains in some areas and there was a place in my room that the floor was repaired in a very subpar way. The half board food service was ok. Not a great atmosphere although they did have live music once. The service getting your drinks is slow and the food was cold on day 1. I arrived at 7:!5 and the buffet didn’t even open until 7 and my tuna steak and pasta were both cold. Not the greatest. All in all - ok but was underwhelmed. It could be so much more with some love and attention.
Nice hotel
Average property with reasonable service
The resort was very nice and the views were amazing. But it was a bit inaccessible to the town and any area outside of the resort.
Great facilities and food
Šime is the best manager. Helped us so much💪☝
I liked everything about this hotel. Great resort for relaxation
What a beautiful resort. Everything from check-in to checkout was amazing. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Pia, the receptionist and Jelena the waitress left a positive impression with us. The resort ground was impeccable and our room was excellent with uplifting and welcoming decorations. The beach was exactly what we were looking for with crystal clear water and plenty of shade under pine trees. The food was delicious as well. I do not understand the few negative reviews that have been left but assume that the beauty of this resort and its surrounding was simply not appreciated. I would definitely come back!
Amazing spa, but you will have to be naked.
This was meant to be a treat for tired, sore back travelers, advertised as a luxury spa resort. It failed. The booking made on Expedia website clearly stated 2 separate beds. The hotel claimed they did not receive the exact information. They tried to be somewhat accommodating and made a bed out of 2 couches. The arrangement did not work well as the couches moved at night and were uncomfortable. If you cannot sleep well, relaxation is gone. The spa was mostly nude and for unaccompanied women, quite uncomfortable. It has saunas, cooling and warming small pools. No real hot tub or jets. Had a massage session at US hotel prices. The masseuse was good , however did not ask about any medical conditions or precautions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The pizza place provided an undercooked crust average pie. The other restaurants were good, not excellent. The indoor/outdoor pools are nice. The beach is just a shoreline, not the most picturesque or particularly well maintained. Can do much better in other areas of Croatia. The property is isolated. Some neglected lots are in the vicinity as well as some ugly, hopefully administrative buildings. Not much else to do nearby. Overall, I’d say it is a 3-4 star resort ( 3 for poor sleeping arrangements), overpriced for Croatia and service provided. Does not give you the flavor of that Country, nor is it the luxury resort it claims to be. Ok for a short conference if you don’t care about the location and don’t need the not bed sofa!
Remote
Very nice - a relaxing stay
Our visit was mid September. The landscaping on the run up to the hotel was worryingly poor and the buildings that we passed looked like they were from the Soviet era. However, once you get into the hotel, all of that is forgotten. Parking is quite expensive. The restaurants are good. Room decor has a few bumps and scratches but overall good. One fantastic feature is that there are loungers positioned on the private beach that are readily available, many in shady spots under the trees. And in the two shoreline restaurants you can eat literally 20 feet from the ocean. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return. However, the hotel would be wise to improve its landscaping towards its vehicular entrance. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.
The property was lovely, food was okay for a half board option. One watch out is that it’s on. Resort with the other hotels in the group which allows people to move between the hotels. Parking is also not included
Best
It’s a beautiful resort with amazing facilities. The gyms are really great! The vistas are unbelievable and it was easy to park and drive to visit locations around us The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable or informative. We had to discover many of the amenities on our own. Highly recommend this resort overall
Good hotel with bad beds
Location is amazing, hotel and staff is nice. I was at this hotel few years after opening, at that time it was one of the best hotels in Croatia, sadly they didn’t update the equipment. TV is newish, very small and has no app support, syncing between TV and Mobile only as Mirrorcast for Android, no Apple TV+, or Chromecast. Biggest problem are beds, both beds in our room are worn out. Bed is no firm anymore and has a U form….not worthy the 5star rating of this hotel.
Location, spa excellent
Excellent
All was great, only thing which is strange is paid parking - as this is seaparate area for hotel guests and there are lot of spacies, I dont understand why we should pay for parking.
Incredible experience, all of your wishes for mental wellness and escape into an unimaginable life journey. One caveat is the night life is very limited.
Extremely recommended, crazy views well maintained, great amenities, best in town for sure
Overall had a great stay here!
great vacation property
Perfect stat
An excellent hotel with the best facilities and probably one of the finest breakfasts anywhere. Perfectly clean and no money saved on proper claening of the hotel in general. We recommend this hotel.
A luxurious and relaxing hotel
A comfortable and relaxing hotel in a large resort style environment. Facilities were excellent, the staff were generally attentive and the ambience was warm and welcoming. The dining options were good and the Tian Vegetarian restaurant was superb. The spas were beautiful, the gardens well kept and the beach was peaceful.
V nice resort. Excellent facilities and location. I had minor issues like leaky toilet, cold tap that wouldn’t turn off easily, locker that wouldn’t lock in the spa ( which irritated me somewhat )and my front room door opening every time I open the balcony door. Getting my spa booking completely wrong on my last day after changing late check out on the last day short notice makes me see the level of staff competency in their roles and command of English various from great to poor. That’s got to improve when you are punching at 5 star level.
Very nice
Amazing hotel, definitely recommend it.
Falkensteiner was absolutely amazing! The hotel had amazing services, the spa was exceptional. The hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner were delicious. I will be back
All very good, location, staff and hotel
Air con hopeless on hot days. Had to have a fan in room. Curtains torn and don’t close fully. Staff and food at pizza/grill were excellent.
It was just amazing.
This was by far the best hotel I stayed, EVER!!! Room was amazing, comfy, super clean. Veey nice shower and bath, very spacious. Breakfast was exceptional. Spa services were heavenly. This is my top hotel to return to and most likely visit Croatia to explore more Zadar and stay at this beautiful and most awesome hotel.
Relaxing and friendly, with random food
We loved the Falkensteiner. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The spa is fantastic. We stayed half board including evening dinner, which was essential as it was off season and the hotel is a long way from most places. Wine was a bit pricie. The food was also a bit random - one night duck was served with a donut and a sauce that was simply jam all on one plate. But the meat and ingredients were all good quality. It was also cheeky that they wanted to charge 10Euros a day for car parking. On a site so out of town it’s a bit off to charge parking. We were allowed to park on the edge of the site I’m assuming where staff park. Overall very good. Food a bit random. Some annoying extra costs added on.
This property was an amazing retreat at the end of our vacation. Highly recommended. The restaurants were great and the spa was wonderful. Only issue, is in the middle of nowhere.
This is a fantastic property to relax and rejuvenated. Stunning scenery, fantastic architecture and a really wonderful spa .
Truly a world class spa!
Faboulous location, comfortable room and the best spa in the world. The hotel doesn’t emphasize just how sophisticated the options are and the number of possible treatments and indoor and outdoor pools. Very impressive.
Beautiful location, but would not go back
Overall it was fair, it was very not welcoming, as our room was next to an active construction site that was noisy at 7 am pounding and hammering. Tried to use the hot tub at 9:05 pm after a long day at the national park only to be told it was closed. I felt more in the way than a guest.
Oveall we had a good stay. The sea view is wonderful! The staff, in the main, were very polite and very attentive with just the odd exception. Breakfast was huge and very good quality AND served until 11am which was very nice. We tried ALL the restuarants en-site and although pretty expensive the food was good. The spa 'was/is' basically naked...although you can cover yourself up with towels which are supplied..the outside pool in that spa area is naked as are the showers and the sunbathing area too BUT in truth is is all very low key and, for those germ-o-phobes out there...like my wife... EVERYONE was very diliigent with showering before and after saunas etc and in the steam room everyone I saw washed the area they were sat in with the shower when finishing. 'Naked' is not for everyone but for my wife to do it believe me...it's not that bad or intimidating. The treatments we had we wonderful - although pretty pricey. I think the only slight anoyance for use was the outside bistro, around the pool. The staff there were brilliant but there needed to be more of them...several times our orders were forgotten or never arrived at all and this was purely that they were running around constantly and when you are that over-stratched mistakes will inevitably get made. They were always very, very apologetic but we were left actually feeling sorry for them as we could clearly see how hard they were working. SO..it's a note to the hotel management: GET SOME MORE BISTRO STAFF!
The property was breathtaking. Loved the infinity pools, the private beach spots on the ocean and the spectacular spa. Room, food, drinks and service were outstanding. Loved our stay. Will definitely come back.
The Falkensteiner is a well appointed hotel, in beautiful surroundings if you want a relaxing, away-from-it-all holiday. The staff are very friendly, professional and yes there are things that could be improved but this hotel pleased us in many ways. Spectacular spa facilites, free towels, comfortable beach loungers all add to the feeling of relaxation. As vegetarians, we found the food to be ok, but dinners were on occasions a little bland/unimaginative. Croatia, we found, is much easier and better for food, than Spain/Canary Islands where even in 5 star places, they are years behind in catering for non-meat eaters. Would we give this hotel 5 stars? Probably not. There were no free tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Check-in was a little underwhelming for an establishment of this calibre but that didn't spoil the overall experience we've had here and we will definitely come back.
One of best hotels on Croatian cost, fabulous and relaxing holiday
Great spa, spacious rooms but maintenance is bad. Upkeep of outside furniture and inventory is very low for a 5 star hotel. Some areas look like they are not finished and sloppy. Needs work over winter and it looks like several winters no one was maintaining. Outside is area has nice views and plenty of room for guests. In door fine dining restaurant position is inappropriate and more suitable as a shop to sell clothes. Staff is professional and friendly.
One night stay
The resort wasn't bad..the pools were were excellent. The layout of the rooms was odd and the shower placement was weird. However, it's very pretty
Excellent service and grea facilities
Plenty of space in the pool area. Good food, but remember to reserve a table at one of the restaurants. The gym is a bit small, but they are building a new one. What impressed us the most was the extraordinary service all of the staff provided, which made the stay really pleasant.
Relaxing family vacation
The resort was GORGEOUS! We were welcomed with refreshing, cool towels at check-in. We ate on property for dinner (La Veranda) and everything was delicious. The pools and grounds were immaculate, as were the guest rooms.
Generally we were pleased with our stay. There were a couple of issues - because the evenings were cold, our air conditioning wouldn't work. So after a hot shower the room became warm and it couldn't be cooled unless we opened the door all night (wouldn't be a problem in the summer). The al a carte restaurant menu was very limited - however, the steakhouse restaurant was amazing together with its staff. The 'black spa' area was not advertised but was a complete bonus for us and (as the weather wasn't great) we spent a great deal of relaxation time there (no children allowed). Another 'plus' was a 'proper' hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was just what you would expect from this standard of hotel - pretty much everything you would want. Staff were always helpful and polite.
Fabulous hotel and super helpful staff. My only negative was there weren’t any vegan options on the menu. I’m not a vegan but am dairy & egg intolerant, so it’s easier to follow and there was a very limited menu to choose from and although the hotel did their best to accommodate it made meal times hard work. Also restaurant choice was limited for an evening meal, in the main restaurant there was only the option of a set menu for €45 each or Al a carte neither of which we wanted. There were bar snacks available but we felt segregated as we had to sit in the bar area on our own. Would’ve been nicer to have been able to sit in the restaurant and be offered the same choices. Not many restaurants outside of the hotel that we found either. Prices were high for food & drink generally £4 for a bottle of water! We found a supermarket close by which helped us budget our trip. If money is no object then you’ll have the most amazing stay.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Fantastic food!! To spend New Years here was just awesome! The only recommendation for the future would be that the pool water could be warmer. Amazing stay thou!
Excellent service and tasty food
Clean, nice and convenient. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Will go there again
Interesting property. If you like a large hotel with many pool options this is a place for you.
Very nice if you are looking for a resort. About half hour from downtown. Would have preferred to stay closer to town. If you want a resort, than I would recommend this hotel.
Unforgettable experience
Excellent
Not a 5 stars hotel. No shuttle service to nearby village of Petrcane . No taxi station at the hotel;to get a taxi it took 1 hour from calling. To change 100 EUR was very difficult : front desk computer not working in the evening ; no cash available next morning. Not possible to choose a table for the dinner ; had to accept last table at the entrance for all the week of my stay.
Sea View is the ripoff.
The SPA is outstanding. However I have payed for the Deluxe Room with the Sea View but I got the direct view of my neighbors. Room number 1330. If you want to see the Sea you have to go to the balcony and look to the side. Complete ripoff. Not worth the money. My suggestion is to get the simple room and spend as much time outside as possible.
6 out of 5!
Absolutely outstanding hotel. The exceptionally high quality of the styling, the location, the views of the mountains across the sea, the food, the sunsets, the value for money, the luxurious spa, the outstanding service, the friendliness, the facilities.... all of it. Absolutely remarkable.
Exceptional place; you will never want to leave
This is heaven on earth! Iadera is so impressive, from the moment you walk into the calm oasis of the hotel. Everything is exceptionally thought out; the layout, the grounds, the facilities, the room (oh my the room!!!). We had a junior suite/deluxe room booked. it was incredible; massive balcony and 180 degree views of the sea, and the 3 outdoor infinity pools and gardens. There is a lovely small beach (small pebbles) and a long pathway to walk miles around the coast with amazing views all the way. The spa is interesting; a lot of it is nude; you either go for it or miss out on exceptional spa rooms (lots of saunas and steam room and relation rooms, the hammam). The hotel grounds/pool areas are massive and we were never sat close to anyone else; you do not need to put your towel down here to fight for a seat. it is hard to describe how heavenly this place is; perhaps it will help to tell you we were planning on island hopping for 2 days of our 4 night stay but ditched that idea as we could not leave this space! We did go to Zadar (use Uber)The hotel food is expensive; there is a village you can easily walk to round the coast (about 30 mins walk) with several reasonable restaurants. otherwise, room service was great and a decent price. Breakfast was included in our package and was fantastic; in fact it kept us going all day until dinner! The sea breeze is beautiful, the grounds and pools are wonderful, the room was incredible and I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!
Amazing setting on the beach, wonderful sunset, impressive spa, super friendly staff, who were always helpful. Really good quality food in the restaurants. It is out of Zadar though so won’t appeal to everyone. Cab into town is about 20mins.
Resort hotel
Resort hotel with beautiful pools, seaside accessibility. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and clean room with balcony. Many of the 'Sea View' rooms are only partial view or balcony view.
Nice resort
The only problem is you can’t control the A/C condition from your room !!! At night the weather is hot and the only way to cool your room is opening balcony door !!! Housekeeping through my contact lenses chamber when they clean the room !!!!!
Ultimate leisure hotel
The ultimate environment in which to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries. Beautiful ensuite rooms all with balconies and stunning views. Superb staff, superb food and the most amazing spa. This was our third year visiting and we are already booked again for next year!!!
Perfection
Everything about this hotel was perfect. From check in to check out we were extremely well treated. All staffs were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel itself is top notch - heated pools, amazing sea view on one side and mountain view on the other. Everything indoor was nicely decorated and breakfast was wonderful.
Staffs are more than friendly & helpful. Nice location & a great places to enjoy a relaxing & peace holiday.
Heaven on the Adriatic coast
We had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous property! Amazing breakfast, big and comfortable rooms with views over the sea and the most charming staff. The White and adult only black spa were out of this world and was kept spotless at all times. A special thank you to the manager Felix who accommodated us from the moment we checked in, and made us feel so welcome and special! The only downside was having to leave but we are already planning a return!
This place has everything.
Best value for the money. Recommend half board. Spa was wonderful. Private beach. Food was fantastic. better than photos. Service outstanding.
Great spa
A cab ride from the old town, but worth it! The pool and beach are stunning. And the food quite good too.
Fantastic General Manager
The general manager Felix (we called him Felix Fixit Fox) was a true cut above the rest. He was always on his feet walking around attending to things personally, adding all the small details that made our stay perfect. Very hands on, never asking staff to do anything he wouldn't do himself. His management style inspired the staff who were always friendly and helpful. Fantastic stay, thank you very much.
Nice hotel with Spa
Falkensteiner is an amazing hotel. Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and professional, in particular Antonia & a waiter (male) who was also on site during our visit, but couldn't catch his name and also matej at the reception desk. Thankyou for a great stay.
Fantastic relaxing hotel!
Great hotel perfect for relaxing in the spa and taking in the views! Great room with big bath and shower with amazing views of the sea and the hotel grounds.
Almost worth it
Odd hotel design in a gated area which is strange since the area feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. The internal design of the hotel and hallways (think spaceship) has an unwelcoming lighting package and overall cold/sterile aesthetic. The pool area is spacious (indoor/outdoor) and they claim they are heated, but it didn't feel like it. The lounge area by the pool felt like heaven's waiting room and it would be perfect for a scene in Cocoon if that was to ever be remade. They say "Welcome Home" which felt forced to me when you check in. Thought the area was closer to Zadar than it actually was. Not much to explore nearby so make sure you have a rental car to get off the property to explore. This hotel is mainly good for relaxing on the property if that is your thing. Views from the hotel were amazing though and nice to wake up to. If staying here, make sure you have a sea view. The staff was friendly, but for a "luxury hotel" it lacked overall luxury appeal. The spa was great and a big plus was that it was complimentary as a guest of the hotel. They did a great job on the spa accommodations & design! The main restaurant suddenly closed the evening of dinner due to a fly problem and the dinner buffet offered up by the staff as an alternative was terrible. The F&B manager was gracious enough to comp this as paying for it would have been unfair. They did make up for it w/ the lavish breakfast buffet though. Proceed w/ caution if looking to stay here.
Pool area is unreal!
We only stayed for one night at Falkensteiner, but our impression was that it was a nice hotel. The pool area was magnificent with 3 separate pools and ample deck chairs. We spent the day soaking up the sun by the outdoor pool. It seemed super kid friendly, which as a childless couple doesn't excite me much, but there was plenty of space for them and us! It was not very close to Zadar, so may not be the best place to stay if exploring Zadar is your reason for being there. The breakfast was quite good.
Excellent staff, very friendly, big rooms, excellent breakfast
Wonderful hotel!!
Picked this hotel from others reviews. It is in a nice area outside of town. Only 15 minute drive in to town and we were able to find parking easy. Very happy with our seaview room! Beautiful view of the sea and well appointed room. The staff was helpful and kind from first contact to last. The pools are fabulous. Highly recommend the spa, facilities are first rate! The breakfast buffet is everything anyone could want. Only bad part was leaving, had we known how nice this place was we would of booked another night!
We love the design
After a month of traveling, this is the best hotel by far
Nice Getaway
Wonderful Spa, Indoor pools and sea view. A lovely resort for a getaway
What a great place!
We went for a short break and had the best time. We had looked at the site online, but the beauty is even better in reality. The hotel is beautifully clean and smells lovely. The staff were all very nice. Especially Mate who works on the downstairs bar, the girls who work at breakfast & Mladen who works in the Spa (make sure you get a tour of the Hamam by him, and don't forget to attend the Earth Suana at 4.30...he'll tell you why). We're already looking for next year!
Beautiful Spot
Enjoyed our stay here (in spite of the weak wi-fi). Breakfasts were fabulous. Infinity pools were amazing!!
Save your money go somewhere else
We recently stayed at the resort. Upon arrival front desk was very nice and attentive. The location is not central but we enjoyed the quietness of it. Rooms were well kept. Serving staff was awful. Dinner serves were rude and laughed at us numerous times and told us the resort water is not safe to drink and we would have to purchase bottles. Staff acted as though we were an inconvenience to them when ever we asked for water. We are not drinkers and we're actually ignored at dinner two nights because they knew we were not drinking alcohol. Save your money and go to a place that actually appreciates your business and treats you like a human. Truly disappointed in this stay. Spa services were also awful and very awkward. I have sambas plenty of massages and this was the worst experience. They do not keep you covered and have no skills. Would never go back and really wish I could get a refund.
Nice place to be.
Very nice resort and spa.
outstanding!
incredibly beautiful hotel - well maintained; clean; friendly staff. The infinity pools and vast park-like grounds were stunning. The pillow menu in the rooms was a nice perk!
Good hotel worth visiting.
Beautiful hotel beside the sea with great pool and spa facilities.
Perfect in all
I wish I knew How good it is and I would have stayed one more night. Paradise.
Best in Croatia!
Few days off with my wife. All in all it's perfect, unbelievable, just hope to come back!
Excellent Hotel & Staff!
We wanted a relaxing break and when looking we kept referring to our previous experience and so it was a no-brainer we had to return! This hotel offers excellent quality and value for money with fantastic staff who care about your stay! The quality of the rooms and the food are excellent and this place has such a relaxed atmosphere and ambiance it really does allow you to re-charge your batteries!
Great place to relax and enjoy peaceful surrounds
Wonderful stay!
We had a quick, but wonderful stay at the Falkensteiner! The staff was super friendly, accommodations were comfortable and the location was incredible.
Greatness at its best
This place highly exceeded my expection as soon as I walked in. The staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The room was amazing and the sea view is great. The breakfast was top class and the steakhouse next to the hotel is also really good. To top it all off the spa is the highlight of this hotel in my opinion. Everything here is great for someone who wants to get away and relax. The location is great to escape for the world but not if you want to tour Zadar as its about 20 minutes from the center.
Fabulous SPA hotel overlooking the sea
We had a wonderful week enjoying all the facilities on offer from this beautiful hotel
The best spa resort in Adriatic
Amazing experience; we were greeted at the door and the doorman knew our names; they made sure that we had very quick check in. Food is amazing Spa is excellent
Amazing hotel with a matching staff!
Simply amazing! Great hotel and very professional staff!!
Relaxing, September break
Enjoyed a 7 night stay at the faulkensteiner. Weather could have been better. (Although it was September) had a couple of days by the pool, bar staff great. Always attentive and friendly. Breakfast was buffet, didn't pay the extra for half board. ( which was good for us,) as we'd hired a car. Zakar had many places to eat. ( far cheaper) hotel had no atmosphere in the evening. A little entertainment needed.
Excellent service and great experience. Unspoilt!!
From check-in to check-out, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms with excellent views and plenty of fresh food choices at breakfast. This hotel does not boast luxury, it is unassuming quite clearly anticipate the needs of their customers. Beach/bath robes, beach bag and flip flops are provided.
Great bounds and views poor hotel and restaurant
The hotel and structure feel like an aquatic city for adult. The spa the grounds and views are great but the hotel in general , room, restaurant , hotel corridors comfort and service are far from a 5 stars hotel. We didn't t like, the shower in the bedroom the toilet in the closet f the bedroom , the air conditioning wasn't working, the hotel corridors were so dark. The restaurant is a buffet and you feel like unimpressed by the the whole idea of the acquatica city. We will not come back.
Amazing hotel, one of the best yet
The spa was spectacular, my room absolutely amazing with incredible views. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I mean all the staff not just the front desk personnel. I will absolutely come back again. Best birthday gift to myself ever.
beautiful quiet location
the hotel was peaceful, the spa and haman were fantastic and so clean. I loved the place and will be returning for two weeks so we can take advantage of the area and do a couple of trips. apart from the hotel there is nothing else really around to walk or cycle to, you probably will need a car or go on trips. the staff were very friendly and no fighting over sunbeds which was fab !
Excellent Hotel & Staff
Rooms spotless! Staff Friendly and extremely helpful! Pools and gardens are beautiful with great views. Beach accessible, Beach Path to two restaurants very romantic for evening stroll! Felt comfortable and totally safe at all times. Advise Sea Slippers and don't forget Snorkel & Mask as sea is beautiful and clear ideal for snorkeling!
Air conditioner did not do much. Never cooled down in our room. You couldn't set the temperature but only the fan speed. Not what you would expect from a 5 star rated property. The shower was a tub wth a half window.
