I’ve stayed several times in the garden rooms at the front, which are large , lovely view and comfortable

The motel was ok. The internet and TV were unusable, slow and kept losing signal. Overall just an average motel.

Right across from the golf club where Kangaroos hang out , we got to visit with them! Good room amenities. Friendly staff, though they weren't always available (easy checkout anyway). Pool looked a bit green, but we didn't swim anyway. Beds were nice and it was quiet so could have the window open even though right onthe highway.close to northern Beowa park.

Excellent Choice

As a motor inn this place is very good. Well maintained. The only thing I’d probably mention is how sound travels easily between rooms. For the average guest, it just means hearing others’ water tap running. But for us young family, it means hard work keeping the kids’ noise low as we got complained by the guest next door. Just something to consider, otherwise a decent stay.

Great location if you have a car, close to everything. Very spacious room & clean. Not modern or updated inside but neat & clean. Small swimming pool for kids. BBQ facilities are very old though.

Very misleading/deceiving advertising

Advertised as 'premium bedding' & 'pillowtop mattress' - The mattress on the king bed (superior spa suite) was as good as sleeping on the floor, so hard, and not a pillowtop mattress. Mattress looked 15-20yrs old, sagged on either side, raised in centre where the two bed bases met. Asked owners for a mattress topper (after 20yrs in the business, didn't know what this was) could only supply a doona to try and add a little comfort to the bed, unfortunately didn't help, and my wife and I hardly slept for 2 nights, constantly waking in pain. Our 7 yr old son slept on the sofa bed, on night 1, he said he could feel the springs in the mattress, I added the spare banket underneath for comfort. On day 2, I also added another doona, but didn't help a bad mattress. On the way home, he commented that he would rather sleep in the car, as the chair is more comfortable than the bed. I doubt the owners have had a 'guest experience' and stayed in one of the rooms themselves. Property facilities - Advertised as having many on-site facilities, such as 2 restaurants, bar/lounge, 2 coffee/cafe, private pool for each room, golf course, golf driving range, clubhouse, airport transfers, room service, snack bar, pillow menu. None of this is available onsite, maybe nearby. The golf course is a separate business almost across the road. There is no dining options onsite, and room service is only for breakfast. Seems like they falsified information to increase the number of bookings.

It is always a pleasure to stay at Fairway Motor Inn. The premises and surroundings are clean comfortable, with lots of trees and birds around. It just back from the roadside, but once the day is done is so quiet and peaceful. Occasionally one can hear a light aircraft take off or land off, but it is never loud enough to be troublesome. Golfers can just walk across the road to a 27 hole course and of course, it is just a very short walk along the roadside to Wheelers wonderful seafood restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to the room (put the order in before 8pm) and each time we have stayed, the hot food is still hot, the portions generously just right and the deliverer has a smiling face...what's not to like.

The living space was clean relaxed, roomy and peaceful, with friendly service.

Room 18 upstairs. Large room. It was between Merimbula and Pambula so a short drive to either place. Starting to show its age.

Room was large and well appointed. TV could have been bigger, but no problems with the one provided. Did not like the notice about cleaning the kitchen area. Thought a bit over the top.

Everything was good enough to stay with children, the Lady was nice and friendly and room was nice and clean and big enough for my family. I loved outside the room with lots of beautiful trees

Great location and grounds

For exploring the whole area it is an excellent location. Walkable to Merimbula, short drive to Pambula Beach and Eden. Our room had kitchen lounge and bathroom with bedroom away. Very pleasant. Although a bit dated, it was perfectly comfortable and very spacious - great for a few days.

Lovely gardens - great rooms, blockout curtains, plenty of space. Was a great place - we extended for a day it was so nice.

Hidden costs involved.. misleading information in the website and charged me additional money where I booked for 4 people sleeps but still they charged me additional... there was no bed sheets on third bed... terrible service.. never recommended

Nice cosy place, clean and tidy very comfortable, had everything we needed. Able to hang up clothes, big ironing board and mini bar.

The stay was very good - it was two days and in hot weather. The room was large, comfortable and as I was tired from a long drive I have able to sleep well. On arrival, the keys were waiting for me (I was later than anticipated). My only challenge was to find the place.

It's a lovely place to say when on the road, not recommended if you're looking for a relaxing holiday next to the beach which is about 5 min drive. The room was great - very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent well appointed accommodation. Ideal for golfers and all facilities of the Golf Club are available including charge-back to your room. The only drawback is the unreliable wi-fi.

Convenient overnight stop on Princes Highway

We were looking for a convenient overnight stop whilst travelling from Melbourne to Sydney going the scenic route on the Princes Highway. The Fairway Motor Inn offered a spacious and clean room with some cooking facilities or the choices of immediately adjacent Wheeler's and the Golf Club eateries. The managers were very polite and obliging with inquiries and requests for early check outs. Although the property is aging, the rooms are very well maintained. Only criticisms are the bed was on the firmer side of comfortable and TV way too small for room.

BW Fairway, Pambula - Excellent

The only real question to ask is "Would I stay there again?" We definitely would! The hotel is in a quiet location, with the rooms well back from the road, so they are very quiet. The check-in was quick and easy, and very welcoming. The room was large, clean, and well-appointed with amenities.

Lovely big rooms, excellent staff, next door to a wonderful restaurant, across the road from Merimbula Golf Club. This property is actually on a main road, but set back so it feels as though there is bush all round.

Good frontage signage ensured that the motel was easy to find. Staff were available for my Sunday check-in. Given clear directions to my room and parking spot. Upper storey room provided which was easily assessed via comfortable flight of stairs. Spacious, clean room with everything a weary traveler could ever need.

Very nice hotel in a bush setting

First time stayed in Pambula. Very nice accommodation set in the bush complete with tennis court and pool. Close to Pambula Beach which has the whitest sand. Indoor pool and small coffee shops are a short drive away. Definitely need a car to get around and explore this beautiful part of Australia! Short drive to Merimbula for more shopping and restaurants.

Coastal comfort

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Fairway. The room was really big, nice and clean and had everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and even had an electric blanket. Nice area and only a short drive to town. We didn't get a chance to try the pool and tennis court but they looked great. We will definitely come and stay again.

the staff member charged us extra fee for my son, we booked with 3 beds and paid on line, we got what we booked, only to find out that we had to pay extra when we got there, not very professional, not staying here again.

Overall ok

The staff was nice but the water supply in the hotel was a problem in the morning during check out also the crockery was not cleaned properly even though the room were non smoking but the people were smoking in balcony of the hotel.

Good 2 night stay!

Had a good 2 night stay here whilst on business in the area. Room was spacious, king bed great, clean enough, nice spa. The tennis court was also great! Kitchen utensils weren't clean enough to my liking however that was the only downfall. Staff were friendly and welcoming, I will most likely return here next time I'm in the area!

Well-situated hotel short drive to both Pambula Beach & Merimbula. Across from golf course. A little older and needs updating but has all the basic amenities.
