Breakfast was ok not a lot of choices and room was older

We left an electric in the room and the receptionist was kind enough to let us go back up for it. The breakfast was a little sad. The front sign being out made it a little hard to see the turn off from the frontage road.

Very dirty in general

They couldn’t find anything far as our reservations we had to show proof of receipt , rooms was okay the bathroom tub was very dirty , shower head dirty …at check out someone Switched names with our room when it was time for check out

More safe, good customer service, quiet and best place to stay with family

Best part of stay was front desk “Michelle”! She tried her best to accommodate needs even though she had nothing to work with! Everything is broken in hotel from the room to the lobby! Breakfast was a mess due to the fridge not working in lobby..Pull out couch was covered in old food! Nun of the sockets worked! It was all around just a mess but please give Michelle a raise!!!!!!

Overbooked we didn't get the room we were expecting, but it worked out in the end.

I only stayed one day because brown water coming out of sink and shower

staff is friendly/helpful. The place is a little run down but the rooms itself are very clean. You can’t beat the price. You get what you pay for so I would stay here again if I was on a budget.

Didn’t get to stay here was fully booked

Everything was great as far as the room itself. My problem was with the desk girl. I had this room booked for awhile. I called & she said they fully book regardless of my reservation. So I went in & she said the exact same thing & said she can get me a room at another one of their locations, but then she finally checked the computer which she should’ve done in the first place & saw that my room in fact was actually open. Other than that it was great room was amazing & the maids always come by for any & all needs.

My room was switched 3 times, the first 2 times being due to having roaches in them. The first room was so bad that it needs exterminating. Racist person at front desk tried to have me sleep in the room with the roaches overnight because he didn’t want to switch my room before he got off work. Issue was quickly fixed with another employee in all of 2 minutes. Had another room with no heat in 30 degree weather which contributed to why I’m sick now. Voiced all these issues to upper management for them to send a script & say they don’t do refunds. They don’t properly clean the only thing they do is spray faboloso. Almost all of the front desk is rude. I will never stay at another one of these properties.

Check in was fairly easy. Room was clean, but the bathroom was quite outdated and needed am overhaul.

This Hotel was what i expected for the price. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I thought the breakfast could've been better, but over it was a great place to stay.

The receptionist is an amazing person. I came today, Friday, February 21, 2025, at 7 PM, and this guy should definitely be considered for the position of General Manager of the region.

It was convenient to where we wanted to be. The staff who checked us in were not on the friendly side. Answering questions seemed a bother. The lady who checked us out was extremely nice, though. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain. The rooms were clean, but wont be staying here again.

I arrived and was told they overbooked my room type. Then proceed to give me a downgraded room. And want to charge me more. Stood at the checkin counter for 45 minutes to verify room rate from Expedia.

I like the indoor pool and that it was open 24 hours

Not very welcoming . They are pressed about the $100 deposit . Just very greedy about it. Like damn I understand. It makes you skeptical. It looks like someone bout it out and making it their own.

When we arrived there was no front desk help. Stood there for 30 mins waiting. Room wasn't anything special. Over powering disinfectant smell.

Value hotel - potential for improvement

Charged full amount upfront instead of just getting authorization. Told me to contact Hotels.com for refund due to checkout two days sooner. Breakfast items were few and often run out without replenishment. Cleaning service was skipping room when I was out for work. On positive side, I was upgraded to a better room. The management needs to improve. Value hotel - could be better.

Nice Hotel at an affordable price

Very nice hotel for a great price. Former Marriott hotel (Fairfield Inn) so it has good bones. Comfortable room, good location.

I had a bedroom with two beds, and both had hair between the sheets and blood stains.

Breakfast is a shame. No protein at all

Breakfast is a little be decent during weekend, the entire week, is a joke.

Room smelled like smoke. Leaving AC on entire time helped with smell. I was told every room had a microwave, but mine didn’t. Was told they would get me one but never saw one. TV missing remote, they didn’t have any extra. It’s good I didn’t have time to watch tv anyways. For the price I paid, room was fine. It was clean. I needed inexpensive price for 4 nights and I got what I paid for. Lots of food choices around hotel also, which is a nice bonus.

I slept very good. The beds were comfortable . The hotel was clean. Water was hot and tv had many channels available. The rate was only 48.00, which may be why alot of amenities were tagged as out of service. The laundry room , the business center, and even the ice machine were tagged out of service. Still a 2 nights Peaceful rest.

The remotes didnt work, tv blinked in and out. I instantly checked back out and they refused to give a refund.

Room service never cleaned my room in three days and the hot water would surge got and cold during a shower.

Property is under a different name then listed making it difficult to locate. Given a room that was not cleaned trash on the floor, dirty sheets, and dirty blankets. Were given a different room and the second room had no towels and moldy tub. Advised front desk and were told there were no towels and to figure it out on my own. I was given a room key for an unused room and told to go check if there were towels there. Front desk was not helpful and overall stay was unpleasant

This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I asked the receptionist for cutlery I was told there was none. Only for the morning to come and I see spoons and fork everywhere. The room smells so bad. The iron was not working. Please avoid this hotel if you're looking for a place to enjoy. Breakfast is disgusting and cheap. I couldn't wait to check out of the hote. Just shot end down the hotel at this point.

This hotel was not as the pictures on the internet. the hotel had a no sign outside the building and foul odor upon entering the lobby. The hotel rooms were more of a 1980's feel. The initial room that I was issued the heat did not work and there was no phone in the room. After issuing me another room, one of the lamps in the room didn't work, there was no iron, and the bed frame was shaky. I WOULD NOT stay here again or advise anyone to stay here. Because of the pictures it is very deceptive.

I booked a room for 3 people. We got into the room and saw we only had one towel. Went back down to the front desk and they said they had no more towels to hand out. Maybe they would have some after 7am. We were leaving before 7am. So we were inconvenienced on that because we couldn't shower unless we wanted to share one towel. No thanks. Also, our room smelled like cigarettes.

I walked in was not greeted told that I could register in, but I had to pay $100 deposit. I will get it back at the end of the day. Also, I checked into the room no remote for the TV and went back downstairs and asked for remote they said they didn’t have any cause I had to wait for the next day for room for maid at 8 o’clock. I waited for 8 o’clock and never got a remote. I went back downstairs again and I asked for remote. They said they didn’t have anymore and they said that was not my they said there was not their problem that I could get up and change the channel myself. I did not receive room service at all no fresh towels not my bed made. on the website it said I have full complete breakfast. The only breakfast I had was toast gallon of milk with a cup of coffee, still brown bananas, brown apples, and smashed oranges. They had the bread was so stale hard even though I toasted it, but it was still hard.

Terrible service. I did the preservation before and when I arrived I was not there. I waited for more than 30 minutes to finish the key. My room door would not open. I had to go get another one.

Close to freeway so expectedly noisy

The breakfast is cereal. This was disappointing for my kids. They look forward to hotel breakfast. They also have $100 deposit you have to pay. It is not a hold on your card. It’s a deposit. If you pay with cash you get it back after check out. If you use a card you will get it back within 5 business days.

Woman at front counter was rude. No water for the shower. When we tried to tell front desk in the morning she said no speak English.

The hotel had water supply problems (we can't take a shower before leave the property. Check In take more than 3 h. Due a problem with the Expedia Credit Card ,

It was in central location so we picked it but horrible staff, rooms were not cleaned even after telling them repeatedly. Worst breakfast. First room had a horrible smell so they gave me another better than the first one, but i would never go again to this property. This hotel should be removed from expedia.

I was unable to check in as my reservation wasn’t showing up. I walked in and was told it was the incorrect location although the address was correct 15111 Katy Freeway. I ended up staying at Motel6 because I was unable to use my reservation. I’ve tried calling the hotel to as Expedia says I have to contact the property.. I would definitely not book here again.

The receptions have no idea what is going on in the hotel. Despite having asked for room service multiple times, our rooms weren’t cleaned and we weren’t given towels (apparently the hotel doesn’t have enough towels. Asked for cream for the coffee and receptionist says the cream is locked away and she doesn’t have the key. Neither the washer nor the dryer work. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else for just a little more

Not A Great Stay

I was immediately thrown off at the fact that we had to pay a $60 deposit after we had already paid for the room. Like, we had to lay this separate on top of the room fee. They had a set up for coffee inside the room but the basket for the coffee was gone so we couldn't make coffee in the room. I'm just glad they gage us the deposit back when we left. We will not return.

The door keys would not work and 3 guests including myself waited for an hour before the wonderful employee ( she was new 1st day at work and tried her best to help us - no one was around other than someone on the phone that was no helpful to her).

Liked the silence/privacy, the bed and staff from receptionist to the maids they greet you and respectful and also I loved the coffee. Didnt like I couldn't connect the WIFI to my laptop and from my week only one day there was breakfast, not just coffee but... glad the coffee made my mornings go greater. The AC filter may need some replacement because sometimes smell like humidity/dirt.

Run down, run away!

The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The fan in the window a/c unit, squeaked all the time! The traffic noise was so loud, we thought the window was open and it was actually closed! No remote for the TV, and when we asked the front desk for a remote, they said we had to wait until the next day for maintenance to fix it! The next day, with a different person on the front desk, that person immediately brought us one! Overall, it wasn’t very clean and I wouldn’t recommend staying in this place.

With in five minutes of my check in the fire alarm started going off and it keep going for about 30-45 mins. When they finally were able to turn off the alarm the light was still going for about an hour. Sadly this was a horrible experience.

the front reception was rude and stole my security deposit. when i addressed the situation he ignored me and called the police
