Property was close to my sisters home and easy to get to. Property is next to Hwy 290 and is loud at night. Above all about average

We never got any housekeeping services from the hotel staff during our stay. We checked in on the 20th of February. The next day I went to the front desk to ask if we could get a housekeeper to clean our room the staff at the front desk told me it would be the next day and I said okay. The next day one of the housekeeper lady came to my room and I was still in bed sleeping and I told her can u please come back I’m still sleeping, the lady said she doesn’t speak English and I said okay. Please come back later once again. I couldn’t go back to sleep so I left the room in case she comes back to clean the room. I came back to my room 4am in the morning my room wasn’t clean and it was the same way I left it. Nobody came to take out the trash the whole time I stayed at that hotel. And me being in a suite I thought it would make a difference, but it didn’t. I had to be putting my trash in plastic bags I took from my friend house. On Sunday I went to the front desk to talk to one of the staff that was there at the time which was the 23th of February. She was very unprofessional after I told her I haven’t gotten any housekeeper since I been here, and if she can send somebody to my roof to clean it and change my sheets. She told me the have a group coming in so they’ll be busy. So I told her I pay $970 for the room I’m in so what come the group that is coming in better than me? She lied and told me she will send somebody to my room and nobody went to my room.I don’t recommend the hotel

Functional for business travel.

Stayed at the hotel for two days without hot water. Management made no effort to communicate the situation.

Could have been a little cleaner, but not a bad place. Staff was friendly.

No Housekeeping.

Rita was amazing. She loves her patrons. when i checked in I was asked if i needed house keeping???? I am staying 5 days and nights yes please.i was told they come every other day and that was fine. when they were supposed to come i went to my room and the only thing done was i got a new set of towels. i called the front desk and asked and was told oh they only do a refresh nothing else and was told they would be there on day 3. nothing and the phone call was made and was told they only come every other day. needless to say i got a new towel 1 time and no room service like trash removal or vaccum or anything. i had to go get toilet paper and what not myself.

I stayed in the hotel for three nights and asked for a light for my bathroom vanity and not a single person came to fix it. When I asked to just be switched to another room, they lied to me and said that they were sold out. Terrible service. On top of that, they never served breakfast one day. I won't stay again!!

This hotel is pretty new. The property is well kept and the staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also great.

No power no res no room no hotel.com

Hotel cancelled reservation due to no power. Reservation transferred to another hotel by Hotel.com. On arrival that hotel had been without power for days. What a mess! Called on my own to find rooms for my family. Made reservations at a hotel that was actually open for business with power.

Hotel was understaffed but excellent.

Had to change rooms. The toilet did not work in our room. Was very upset I was charged an extra 50.00 for each room on top of my booking charge for incidentals. Total of extra 100.00 in undisclosed fees.

Great experience!! Loved the convenience of this hotel location while simultaneously feeling private and safe. Lots of great parking lot lighting.

Great value for the money

Looks better in person. Very nice & quiet. Rooms had a very humid feel to them, we were new to Texas so it was not expected but overall stay was great! Breakfast was simple but good!

The staff was very nice and helpful. When we first entered the room, it looked nice and spacious, including the bathroom. But the ac/heat had a foul smell when we turned it on and didn't go away. Luckily we were able to crack the window and it had a screen. A plug in the ceiling and wall was falling out. And unfortunately, my daughter saw a roach in the bathroom on the evening of the second night. We had to check out early.

Great place to stay!

The stay was great! I would book this hotel again. The staff was extra nice, the hotel is new and clean, good amenities, big screen tv, good space in rooms, nice basic breakfast. More like a 3* instead of a 2* hotel! Awesome!

This is a very nice property at a very fair price. I returned from Vegas sick as heck and needed to hole up for a few days so as not to expose my family. I needed a clean quiet property and this fit the bill. My ONLY complaint: the bed could be firmer. As I spent 48 hours in it, I had a sore back as the mattress was too soft. Otherwise, a very nice property.

The hotel was nice and clean ..

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Nice to know they offered oatmilk fot those that cannot tolerate dairy. Overall, everything was great.

This hotel was conveniently located near my sisters house. I appreciate that there's an ice machine on each floor. The included breakfast was quiet good with lots of variety. The desk clerk was very pleasant and thoughtful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is super nice an descent, it feels modern and clean too. The breakfast was also fenomenal.

The property was nice, clean, and up to date. I would have preferred more breakfast options. We stayed over the weekend and it was the same breakfast meun both days. The staff was very friendly (front desk and the guy working the kitchen area). The hotel is not to far from downtown. It took us about 20 mins to get downtown without too much traffic. I would stay again.

The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly. She even changed our room when our room tv could not get basic channels. We would return.

The facilities are well kept, outstanding staff, quiet and comfortable stay. There are areas that could be improved but overall it is a great option when working around the area.

No housekepping service—-bad experience

This hotel do not have housekepping service, yes! it was a terrible experience. This is our first time and last one. So think twice if you will book Fairfield Inn. We requested to the manager the service and woww big surprise, he told us that they do not offer housekepping service :-(

Disappointing

During our four day stay, the one working elevator was never cleaned. There were dirty handprints/streaks and dripping food? stains all over the walls. The carpet was never vacuumed. The fitness room floor was filthy. I took one look at the floor and decided to skip my workout. The breakfast area was spotless. I’m not sure why other areas were so dirty. I hope management sees this review and fixes the problem.

Very nice hotel.

Hotel seemed new and was very clean. Quiet facility. Beds were comfy. Only issue was we wished the breakfast had protein (bacon/sausage) to go with the eggs. Wasn’t a big deal.

Great hotel, affordable price!!

While not perfect it was good. Little out of the way but for the price not bad. Never used the pool wish I would have. Good hotel. Well maintained. Very good staff.

I really like this hotel. The room was very clean although it smelled a little musty probably due to heat and humidity but overall 10/10 - will definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very nice definitely 2.5 star. Had to wait till someone came from out back office to check in could hear them laughing and talking in the back; perhaps maybe a bell or something to let your staff know when someone at the front desk. Also 5 vehicles were broken into overnight maybe think about hiring some type security to walk the ground overnight

The hotel was clean and staff is super friendly. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent as well. We had a really pleasant stay.

Room 120 is next to the food prep area for breakfast... not great if you are a late sleeper. Breakfast was very good though. The man keeping that area nice, was very polite. My room had a bigground floor window that was 100% unlocked... so check your windows before you retire for the evening. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

Clean, feels new! Continental breakfast!!

Stay was okay. But we were there for three days and the there was no housekeeping done. Which was a bit frustrating. But the property itself was clean.

I had a great experience while staying at this Fairfield Inn. It was clean (appears to be a newer building); excellent customer service, great selection for breakfast. I only wish more restaurants were within walking distance; however, there are a few around the corner. Overall, I had a great stay!

We were in a King suite, this is a great room with 2 Large modern TVs, one next to bed and one next to couch. Room was clean and well maintained. Was quiet during our stay. Breakfast was usual fare of eggs and sausage with waffles, etc.. Best option in the area with lots of good restaurants close by (IHop just a block away).

Rooms were clean, staff was nice and very helpful.

That was a decent hotel. It looked new, so not much to add to it. Convenient, easy to find location; friendly staff; versatile breakfast.

This was one of the nicest places i have stayed. I will be staying at one of these again. Very clean.

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was great. The only issues we had were that the room wasn't ready when we checked in, at 5pm, and the pullout couch bed was tiny. Definitely not a queen size bed. We also had to go down and get sheets and blankets for the pullout bed. Overall, it was clean, safe, and nice for the price.

Wonderful clean hotel. My only complaint is the room was freezing when I entered. But luckily it’s a walk themostat. So I was able to warm the room up quickly.

I liked how flat and smooth the concrete was in the nearby wells fargo, it was perfect for a night skate sesh. Excellent friendly staff who were all very pleasant to deal with

I liked the breakfast selection. The room furniture was really nice as well. I loved the bluetooth radio. I Also liked the fact there was a television in the sitting area as well as near the bed!

The room wasn’t the cleanest.

We stayed here for a couple of days and the staff were great, the hotel was clean, and the food was good too. We will definitely be coming back. It’s a really good price for the quality of stay we had. Better than some more expensive hotels we’ve been to.

The front desk lady was so rude and literally needs to find another profession. The front desk guy was nice and needs to find a better hotel to work at. The room was dirty with hair everywhere and even a used wash cloth with hair hanging from shower curtain. I would never stay here again.

I have stayed many times at this hotel. But i noticed many changes of lower quality in this hotel. Lobby and hall ways no AC and warm, Bfast was old bananas were badly browned and apples old and sitting ( need fresh fuit) Bfast bar was unappealing. I asked for full room service when i checked for my 3rd day, being a wednesday but no service was done. when i spoke to same gentalman who checked me in no empathy "i will let them know". Over all not a good place to stay and after many time staying at this hotel i will no longer be staying here.
