Rooms showing in the pictures are different than the actual one , we were 3 adults and had to ask for a seperate bed , while in pictures showed and written was 1 single bed and and 1 queen bed

The hotel rooms are dire need of renovation. The condition is worse than our last stay.

Odd check in

Wasn’t a huge fan that the staff used a cell phone to take pictures of our passports. Room was pretty outdated and rough looking. Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were great.

Best Property to stay in indore

Guests’ reviews I read before booking the hotels were mixed. Nevertheless, I went ahead and booked. I was not wrong in my decision. Room service was quick and prompt. Over all, I had a pleasant stay for two days. Thank you Fairfield!

Run down property with small rooms and bathrooms. However, food is good and is reasonably priced.

Stay was good and comfortable, helping staff.

Bonvoy has lost the customer centricity. I have had much better experiences at other chain hotels to day at the least this year. They have become much more rigid and un-serving. The loyalty program and recognition has also lost the glory it once had.

Reception staff was excellent. Stand out was Amit the manager..extremely helpful. Room was decent for what we paid. Area is off the highway so a little noisy but very conveniently located. Restaurant food was excellent , both breakfast and adhoc lunches , buffet, room service. Restaurant service was slow. So many staff members but not well coordinated. They always forgot to bring stuff we asked and needed to be reminded several times. However room service was very good. Cleaning staff was also responsive.

Unsatisfactory on many counts.

Several issues, but will name only three : 1: There was a problem with the cots in the room (and the hotel also accepted that there is a problem) and we had to change room twice before we finally setteled down. 2: I gave a trouser for laundry and they charged me Rs 325 !! From Indore I went to Goa where I stayed in Taj Vivanta, a far higher rated property, where they charged me only 160 for one trouser. Rs 325 for just simple laundry of one trouser, is atrocious. 3: I was surprised that a Mariott doesn't have a swimming pool.

Cleanliness and towels

Hospitality of restaurant staff.. very polite and quick service. Just to name few Kumkum, Sakshi and Prateek, chef Ranjan, Angshu n Prakash. Maintenance staff given good service in short time

Welcoming staff. Dinning staff were very pleasant, chef Rajan and Saloni were exceptional.

The overall service at the hotel was good. The rooms could be cleaner. There were stains on the bed sheets along with towels.

Good hotel for quick trip

It is a good hotel, but amenities are less compared to its bigger sister Marriott Indore.

Buffetts were very ordinary. Taste was average only,spread choice was not up to the mark. Housekeeping slack.

Great stay during business trip

Overall stay was excellent, peaceful & memorable in terms of service excellence. Great breakfast spread, superb dinner spread, nice to see clealiness & housekeeping. Timely service by housekeeping. Definately prefer to stay during next business trip.

Property was good, and great breakfast and dinner. One thing which wasn't good was the washroom on the reception, it was not in proper working state and wasn't clean.

Business Trip Traveller

Food was amazing with many verities. Staff was quite good in mannerism, taking care of guest needs. Room provided to me was corner room with smaller size with low head clearance. I didn't bring it to hotel management though, as I was on business trip and didn't care much about the room. Downside was, that driver room was not available for the guest driver. So travelers arriving on business trip by road may have to face some issues.

Great location, 20-30 minutes car ride from the airport. High speed internet, well appointed rooms with all necessary amenities. Good soundproofing and generous room size. Most importantly, the staff there were very courteous and accommodative. This would definitely be my first pick for my next visit.

9th Time Visit - Maintain Fairfield Standards

This is the 9th time I am staying in this hotel, one word I can say is Fairfield is maintaining their standards and comforts to stay for its repeated guests.

Best hotel Good for business as well as family trips

Poor Experience.

The Condition of the room was poor. The bathroom sink kept dripping. No Hand Towel. Very poor amenities. Tissues is bathroom finished after 2 uses.

We have stayed at Fairfield Marriot Hotel a few timws in different cities but Fairfield Indore does not live upto the mark. The rooms are tiny with basic amenities like bathrobes, slippers, dental kit and even an extra toilet roll were missing. We stayed with an infant and requested for an extra bed at the time of booking which we didnt get until midnight. Also there were people arguing and talking loudly upstairs until 3am. Overall a very disappointing stay and we would not be returning here.

Well placed from my work, the Hotel is well located with all good malls and other hotels nearby. The staff is courteous and well groomed. The food preparation is good.

Indore stay at Fairfield

Right from check in I was overwhelmed with the hospitality of the staff at the hotel including the people at the Cava The rooms and the house keeping were of very high standards. The variety of food in the buffet spread was excellent. We had a good time at the Cava with Arnab, Amit, Jitendra, etc. who took very good care of us. Overall it was very homely. My next stay at Indore will be at Fairfield only.

We came here for a religious festival and we had 3 rooms for 10 days for our full family. This hotel is excellent and staff went out of their way to accommodate our need while it was running on full occupancy.
