Very small room and washroom

Toilet was not flushing. Body shop bottle was empty in shower. No amenities were provided in the room. Wi-Fi was not stable. Room was not upto Marriott standard and expectations.

I enjoyed my stay at this Faifield Marriott so very much. Staff was beyond excellent. The food was the best

Exceptional all the way. Checking in was quick. Ms.R at the front desk was very helpful, she even let me borrow her iPhone charger. Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. Room service was very good. The room service menu was very detailed, easy to understand. Even accommodated late check out time. I will go back again and I would recommend it.

I had a pleasant stay with Fairfield. Chef Shakti in the kitchen made us feel more welcome and the food was delicious. He was friendly and made us feel at home. I had left my phone charger in the lobby and the team were happy to ship it to me as well. Unfortunately one of our colleagues booking was lost in the system and the front desk staff seemed unapologetic, but the rest of us had very nice stay. The front desk staff can be trained better to show empathy.

Was disappointed about not having a bath tub.

We came in late at night so we really just want to take a bath and rest but even if we booked ahead of time that it’s for 2 people, the toiletries are only for one, including the slippers. The lights were flickering, seem grounded. Tissue paper was almost out.

Great location for quick travel if needing to fly on and fly out

Excellent transit hotel near airport. Very good Indian style restaurant. Staff very attentive, friendly and competent. Clean, modern facility. Bit of a distance from central shopping. A business, not really a tourist, hotel. Had a pleasant two night stay.

Service is excellent, staff are polite. Food options were plenty. Same size rooms throughout the hotel, even for 3 person occupancy. It’s too cramped.

Perfect location

Just needed an airport hotel and in terms of location. Fairfield is perfect They were also quite flexible with my travel plans and have a positive attitude which made me feel at home. I booked for 2 nights but was only able to stay for 1 night. I didn’t try the food.

Shredda at the front desk was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

Indian hotels know how it's done. Everyone is very hospitable and polite, the food is amazing, and everything is very clean. It's also super close to the airport.

The advantage of the vicinity to the a/port is the disadvantage of the distancde to the city, especially during rush hours. The traffic is enormous. However, there is hope as a flyover is being under construction.

Great Stay

Everything was amazing. Few thoughts / suggestions. 1. The entrance walkway could be redone to look attractive. It's bumpy and rain water stagnates. 2. Since Coimbatore is prone to House Flies and Mosquitoes, it may be a good option to install an Air Curtain at the entrance. 3. The single sofa in front of the Lift could be replaced.

Had a great stay. The Break Fast was excellent and sumptuous. Great spread. Suggestion: The outside landscape on both sides of the entrance could be cleaned and well maintained.

The people and their attitude to provide service and assistance.

General Manager Mr Menon personally enquired about our stay and ensured everything was comfortable. The outstanding service starts with him and goes diwn the chain of command. There was a minor issue with the bathroom bidet that was resolved in under an hour. Food was great and staff were smiling and courteous. I would definitely stay here when back in town.

Above my expectations!!!

They really went above and beyond for me. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are very friendly and accommodating. it's clean and everyone smiles and has excellent service skills. They asked me how my breakfast was and I have high standards with good quality and I just mentioned that the eggs are not local farm fresh eggs so it's not as good as I'm used to next day they had farm fresh eggs for me. Tastes great. The food over all was great. Specially the butter chicken I couldn't try other Indian food I had to keep getting the butter chicken I may be an amateur with Indian food in India but for my standards it was the best. also they allowed me to stay until 6 pm on my last day without charge because I was flying out in the evening. Outstanding service 5 stars is not enough.
