Convient location right off the main road. I stayed for a night so didnt experiece anything else. There was also a very distinct smell around the entire building. I didn't really mind it but i know others may look down upon it. Other than that it was a great place for the price. They off appliances like fridge, microwave and stove top. Cleanliness of the beds are always my main concern and they seemed very clean and new.

Very comfortable and clean bed, besides that, the appliances are really old and not well-maintained, sink needs repair (water spill around the faucet during use), toilet flushing mechanism needs repair (water won’t stop flowing into the reservoir after flushing, must be stopped manually), mildew smell inside the room, visible cracks with termites infestation in some spots along the bottom walls.

Cockroaches in the room.

The website said absolutely no this about a deposit that was more then the actual room. Plus the deposit was not returned and they said it would come back in 24hrs. They told me if I choose not to pay the outrageous deposit,that they did not have to refund my money at all. We call this here "highway robbery"

The area had very much strange activity and strange people walking around at night. Also our first night in the room seemed nice and clean but the very next day there were roaches in our room popping up from almost all areas of the room. We tried to get our room switched but they had nothing else available. Definitely would’ve gone somewhere else if I had the money and time to do so.

Upon arrival I noticed loitering around the property. The lady at the counter was very nice and supportive. After checking in and entered the hallway I noticed a strong presence of cigarette smoke. I entered my room and went to shower. I went to pull the lever at the bottom spout and noticed it was loose from the wall, shower head leaked from the threads spilling water out the shower, tub drain dirty and clogged, one towel had a brown stain (disgusting)… desk light didn’t work and tv didn’t work. I continually worried about my vehicles safety.

Think twice before booking here.

I was charged an incidental fee that was outrageous. Also told the incidental fee was to be paid in cash but would be refunded to the card I had on file to make the reservation which sounded shady. Online 1st got one price got there to check and was charged 3 times the rate I made the reservation for. The front desk worker was very unprofessional arguing with someone on their cellphone while ignoring that I was trying to check in for over 20 minutes until I left and went somewhere else

This place is absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches in my room, the heater smell made the fire alarm go off and it’s in a very unsafe area. On top of that - you have to pay a refundable incidental fee that is twice the price of the room. There are no incidentals in these rooms - bare basics. I asked the front desk person when I would receive that money back and he said the very next day it would be credited. That did not happen so I just called over there and the person that picked up the phone said it would be anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. I have never heard of anything like this before. Do not stay at this property!

After booking the hotel and paying, I get a phone call from the property stating that they are completely sold out and that I need to seek reimbursement. After no resolution, and no refund, however, was assured that it would happen, and it was just all extremely inconvenient that I had to find another hotel, and that the issue is still not resolved and outstanding.

Tre, the front desk clerk did all he could BUT he had to run to 6 different rooms to find out which one had 2 beds which I had reserved. He seriously RAN to them. He came back and said he found it and all he had to do was wash the floors. HE HAD TO WASH THE FLOOR??? The owners, and managers need to step up! The front desk clerk cannot do everything by himself. Thank you Tre for trying so hard and working so hard. This place does not deserve to have you as an employee. Needless to say, I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

For the price to stay for 1 night it was extremely low quality room and hotel. The hotel smelled pretty bad in the hallways and the sheets in the room smelled too. Everything in the room also made a lot of noise. The bathroom (drips coming from the bathroom air vent), AC unit coming on and off every 10 mins to cool down the room, the walls are paper thin and the floors are hardwoods so you can hear everything and everyone inside the hotel)

The toilet stopped working because they had some kind of automatic limit thing that was supposed to allow so much water. The floors were grossly sticky. For an “extended stay” it came with no cooking supplies. I.e. pots, pans, cook ware.

We will not stay here again. I knew that we would be arriving late at night so I called ahead earlier in the afternoon to let the front desk know. They said the late arrival around 2-3am would be fine and they would note it on our reservation. We arrived at 2:30am to find that the front desk had us listed as a no show and had already charged me for the room. They also did not have another double room available as I had booked and paid for. After fumbling around with papers on the desk, the clerk check the registration in their system and found the note left earlier in the day that clearly stated when we would be arriving. After questioning how the problem occurred, the front desk admitted that they did have another double room available but it would take 30 mins or more to clean. It was already late and we had to get an early start so anymore wasted time was unacceptable. Eventually, the front desk agreed to move a sleeper sofa into a single room. When we finally made it to the room, the sofa took up what little bit of floor space was available to move in the room, the sofa did not have a mattress on it and the frame was dirty. This place is in serious need of repairs and management.

I didnt expect much. Just a clean room for the night. It was clean but walking down hall was overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke on a none smoking wing (not sure if smoking allowed in any rooms). We will never stay here again. There was no bathroom other than our room, the roaches were smeared on the walls all over, they crawled the walls and floors, our heater in the room wasn't fully functioning and the smell of cigarettes and weed was strong. We called the help line and we addressed our issues with the front desk. They said they would change our room and new room for bugs. Once we got back from our event that day all the staff was gone home. We never got any help. This place is terrible.

This was a last minute booking. This hotel was the only reasonable rate at the time of booking. I had to sleep with the window open to be able to breathe because the room contain too much smoke. I wiped everything down with Lysol wipes there was dirt on the surface of the table, nightstand, and etc. This is a place for a company to rent for their worker to stay when they are in town to do a job. This is not a place to stay for a weekend getaway or a vacation.

This hotel was the worse hotel I have stayed at. The outside had prositute hooking up with guest. The hotel say masks were required but nobody working there had masks on. THE WORST HOTEL

This place has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was the closest one to the job site that we had. Upon arrival there were 2 junkies trying to check in and the receptionist said that they’re system was down. Next was our turn and she told us the same thing and started winking saying I’m sorry I have to do this. When we got into the room I promise it smelled like straight dumpster!!!’ Around 12 am the room next to us started fighting in their room and came out to the hallway where COPS showed up and took one lady to jail which I have video recorded. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN NOR BUSINESS. Please stay away from this garbage hotel. The outside is nice but the inside is COMPLETELY different. Beware, if your a family on vacation this is not the spot. I promise

The cleanliness of the room wasn’t to bad but the sheets had something black on them. My husband and I left to get supper and when we returned I saw several needles in the parking lot. You have to purchase dishes and pans those don’t come with the room. The staff were very nice and helpful. My biggest complaint is they have a bad roach problem! They had an exterminator come in the first day of our stay and after that it was like they were coming out of the wood work. Don’t do it!!!

Roaches. broken sink, nonsmoking room smells like smoke, limited front desk access, not even the most standard amenities available. Located in a sketchy area and did not feel safe. Horrible experience!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, we checked in our room, went to get dinner, came back, and when we were sitting in the room watching tv and just relaxing , we saw a baby ROACH, then another, and another, and we saw atleast a dozen baby and adult ROACHES. Definitely do not recommend, the cheaper price is not worth the savings at all. We went 5 mins down the road to another hotel at 12:30am Bc we couldn’t stand to even turn the light off in the room. The “NON-SMOKING” hotel also reeked of CIGARETTE and WEED smells.

I personally went to this property to pay for my daughter's room and was told I did not have a room reserved . I spoke with front desk clerk Kendra Souther , General Manager as she called other properties in the area and no reservation was found in my name . But my bank card was charged $113.99 on 7/14/2021. This charge will be disputed . I am not happy

Hotel from hell

My stay wasn't the best, to put it mildly or politely. I went into a den of homeless people, drug addicts and frightening looking people. This is not a hotel you should go to unless it is your last hope. I left with a cough because there was smoke coming into my room through the vents. People were allowed to smoke inside their rooms so the hallways were all smelling. There were roaches everywhere.

Limpieza muy pobre me cambiaron de habitación y la otra habitación estaba peor…no tenía puesta las toallas en su lugar ni la cortina de la bañera estaba todo encima de la cama,las sábanas de la cama estaban sucias,microondas,bañera,piso de la habitación y habían cucarachas

For $100 a night this place is FAR from what you expect. The room was TINY, no visible insects but there was a nice big spider web, the tub leaked and the toilet didn’t flush properly. My husband and I both barley slept at all with all the slamming doors and noisy people outside our window at 3 am. You may as well stay at a motel 6, they’re nicer.

Terrible stay. Use any other woodsprings.. maybe.

They had roach bugs. The lady at the front desk had no service skills. She was incredibly rude. And they over charge you for everything on account of covid.

I travel for business often and I always try to stay at Woodbridge Suites, they are always just right for me. However, I did find a few baby roaches this time, I just bought some insecticide and the rest of my stay was bug free.

Hey for a cheap hotel it is what it is. Can’t complain for the money at all. But be prepared to be close to the hood but they did have a security guard at night that’s good. And it’s not to far from the mall but the price is right and it serves it’s purpose.
