Great hotel and town

Big comfortable room, good bed, front desk lady was very helpful, good breakfast is free in the very pleasant hotel restaurant. All in all great stay. Make sure to visit the amazing Astra park (15 from hotel by car) - fantastic collection of old houses, windmills, water mills and churches around a lake. Really unique place.

Very nice experience

A little out of historical center, so parking would be easier. It's about 10 minutes uphill walk to all attractions. 4-star is a stretch, otherwise it's a nice hotel

Amazing breakfast buffet in a gorgeous dining room. Spacious rooms with nice features. Big Friday night party underway when we arrived. They shut things down around 11pm. If you’re not young at heart, probably not the best fit. Our room was hellaciously hot for the winter. This is common in Romania, but room temp is centrally controlled by the receptionist. And we couldn’t get the room to cool even after they reduced our room temp for us. Off street parking that’s only a five minute walk to Sibiu Old town. Excellent tourist location. I recommend this hotel. Breakfast had everything and really made our stay a good value.

Services are excellent. Staff is very helpful and goes extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Neat, clean and tidy.

stylish rooms within walking distance from centre

This hotel has the highest standard of rooms that I have stayed in Romania and some of the best /largest in Europe: it is very modern and stylish, immaculate and within easy walking distance from the centre and also well located for the airport. It has a a good choice of buffet breakfast and is near a children playground. Initially I was put off by its unusual name and colourful, slightly kitsch facade appearance on the internet, but please don't be and select this lovely little hotel - you will have a great stay!

Comfortable and well furnished room. Parking available. Quite disconnected from old town, but reachable by taxi or 15 minutes walk. Modest breakfast provided

A perfect getaway

It sas a very nice experiențe, the hotel is quite new, for about 3 years, and this is reflected in everything: furniture, carpets , towels, everything looks new, clean, of good quality. The hotel is situated a few minutes from the city centre, it takes you about 10 minutes walking, or you can take the cab, it will cost you about 10 lei, means 2,2 €. The staff is very polite, kindly, friendly. I will also recommand its restaurant, the food is good, affordable, with a lot of choices, romanian as well as italian. As I said before, this hotel was a more than a pleasant surprise , we'll definitely stay there in the future.

Very good hotel in Sibiu

Hotel rooms were very well appointed, and very clean. Hotel was well located for visiting the old town, with parking on-site. Staff were very helpful.

Just Fine

Parking was excellent with a few spots out the front but a large area for cars around the back. Meals were good and staff helpful. Handy to the old city.

Perfect hotel if you are travelling with a car

Clean rooms, standart breakfast, friendly staff and always willing to help. Parking is outside, but private and safe. Easy to get to the hotel fromthe motorway, and then very easy to walk to the old town. You can reach Old Town within 5 min walk. So I would definitely recomend this place.

modern hotel

The hotel is new and modern. It is located only few minutes walk from old town. The staff is very friendly, breakast is good. I would definetly stay again.

Nice and close to downtown Sibiu!

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and spoke English! The housekeeping staff were great! The only issues I have is with some of the items in the room that did not work. The door handle to the bathroom door came off and I had to work to get it back in. The towel heater did not work and the shower, though just absolutely wonderful (love the rain shower head), the floors became very wet quickly! There was no ventilation in the bathroom as well. Also, occasionally change the batteries in the remote control and put a clock radio in the room. The only issue we've had with other guests were that they were noisy (expected) and one group thought my room was theirs and tried opening it. That was it. Overall, wonderful stay and great staff!!!

Very good 4-star hotel located within 10 minutes' walk from old town. The room was big enough, with comfortable beds and very good air conditioning. Bathroom was a bit on the small side, but nice and with good water pressure. Breakfast was ok, as well as the parking place directly under our window. Cleanliness of the room was maybe the only negative aspect: our carpet had a slightly unpleasant smell. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with modern room

Very nice stay! The room was stylish, modern and very comfortable. There's a 24 hours mini market just across the road and old town is within short walking distance. It's a little far from the main train station though.

Hotel near old city centre

This is a decent hotel near the old city centre. It's about a 10 minute walk. The breakfast included was pretty good. The room was clean and the hotel is new. The bed was not very comfortable as the mattress was too soft.

Convenient to airport, and walkable to Center

Cosy and quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Staff were helpful with recommendations and accommodating my requests. Complimentary breakfast was fine, no complaints. Hotel is very new, and clean.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern schöne helle große Zimmer sehr viele Fernsehprogramme die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sprechen mehrere Sprachen negativ wäre das Parkplatz Angebot wenig Parkplätze und ziemlich schwierig das ein und ausparken habe zur Ankunftszeit auch keine freien Parkplatz musste warten bis jemand weg gefahren ist ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen Stadt nah alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar und der Flughafen ist in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr leicht erreichbar

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter la ville. Très belle chambre et très bon petit déjeuner. Restaurant d'excellente qualité également. Que du positif !

Zimmer, Restaurant und Frühstück waren sehr gut, auch den vorhandenen Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Einzig die Lage direkt an der Ausfallstraße war ein Manko, das bei längeren Aufenthalten sicher nervig ist.

Reception efficientissima grazie a Stefania e Anna che hanno rimediato ai disastri di Alina che prima ha tentato di farci pagare la notte aggiuntiva di più, poi ha dimenticato di rinnovare la tessera della stanza per la notte aggiuntiva e ci ha lasciato fuori stanza Poi ha dimenticato di dire alla collega Stefania( che tanto si era prodigata per noi, )di bloccare la macchina presa in affitto, e la abbiamo persa solo grazie ad Anna la abbiamo riavuta

Hotel foarte bun

Hotel foarte bun si ca raport calitate/pret in Sibiu. Camerele sint decorate cu gust, serviciul este foarte bun si micul dejun variat si se poate lua chiar pe o mica terasa afara ;) Hotelul este aproape de centrul vechi, la 5-10 minute de mers, zona este calma. Noi sintem din Belgia si am fost agrabil surprinsi de acest hotel. Il recomandam cu drag.

Gute Lage und gut zu Fuß erreichbar vom Markt und Altstadt.

War das erste und letzte Mal.

Das Zimmer war Okey. Das Bad könnte Mal renoviert werden, war aber im allgemeinen Okey. Im Restaurant wird man weitestgehend komplett alleine gelassen, der Kellner sitzt mit seinem Kumpel 2 Tische weiter und spielt Videos von seinem Handy. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und hat sich mühe gegeben alle meine Fragen zu beantworten. Später am Abend wird man dann von einem anderen Mitarbeiter(oder Besitzer) noch beleidigt nur weil er glaubt man könnte ihn wegen der Aufgesetzten kopfhöhrer(waren nicht eingeschaltet) nicht hören. Zu dumm das man ihn doch gut höhren könnte und durch die Reflektion in der Tür auch gut sehen konnte....

Leider nur mangelhafte Reinigung im Zimmer, Balkon wurde mit Sicherheit wochenlang nicht geputzt! Service im Restaurant gelangweilt, Gäste scheinen lästig zu sein. Frühstücksbuffet um 7Uhr im Dunkeln, Gäste sind mit teilweise mit Taschenlampen unterwegs. Keine 4*, mit viel Wohlwollen 3*

Απλά Υπέροχο!

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης (7 λεπτά με τα πόδια) Καθαρό μεγάλο δωμάτιο καινούριο, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ ωραίο και πλούσιο πρωινό και αφού ο καιρός το επέτρεπε έξω στην αυλή μιας και είναι δίπλα σε πάρκο!
