It served its purpose but was put off that they wanted to charge 50 euros for a shuttle to the airport.

The staf is professional and Helpful. The hotel is clean and I always felt safe. The area has lots of places to purchase groceries and other needed items for your stay. The subway station is also nearby for getting to your preferred destinations. I will stay there again for my next vacation.

I had an amazing stay at the Eurostar Hotel in Lisbon! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the atmosphere made for a fantastic day. The area felt very safe, which allowed me to fully enjoy walking around, visiting the nearby mall, and exploring the Christmas tree area. The staff was welcoming and made me feel right at home. I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely visit again and stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Sauna and steam room area very nice Towels very nice Staff amazing Did not like side tables next to bed were too small. Did not like no heated pool and or hot tub. Wish there was a machine to dispense free filtered water Wish there was free 24 hour Cappuccino/coffee machine Hotel breakfast too expensive

Wonderful experience. The staff are outstanding, so helpful, they go beyond to make sure you have whatever you need. The hotel is so clean and modern. The food is really good. The breakfast is so good. Large selection of items, each one delicious.

For being a VIP member of Expedia, I got a free bottle of wine. I had my do not disturb sign on my door when they try to deliver the wine. They decided to call to see if I want to be served for the wine. I waited an hour after that And they did not deliver the wine. I put the do not disturb sign on my door again to go to bed. I got a phone call at 11 o’clock at night and a knock on my door to deliver the wine. I hope that they will next time do not disturb sign.

Second time staying with them… great place to stay!

The property is super clean and has an incredible staff. We enjoyed our time here, however we found dining options to be limited. The area was very quiet.

Lovely hotel, really Close to the river and oceanarium, close to the business district and a hotel was clean, well managed, had great service and comfortable room

Such a great experience. The young men at the desk- Diego, Thiago and Digho, were so kind and accommodating. I would return here again and again when I'm Lisbon.

Conveniently located for Web Summit.

Very average hotel, expected better considering 5*

I arrived with electric car, and in advance I asked if they do have charger and if I would be able to charge. They confirmed that yes, there's a charger which is available. Upon my arrival, the charger was not working. "Some issue with the connection between the charger and the station" they said. Come on, if you offer it — make sure it works! My bed was creaky and pillows not very comfortable. The room and the bathroom was clean. However I had to ask twice for the shower head to be fixed/replaced in my room as it was broken. Minibar refilled only once during my stay. Breakfast was good however. Quick and good selection. Coffee is bad. Also I was trying to shorter my stay by 1 night, a month in advance, but they refused. A bit soulless hotel. Maybe good for shorter business trips.

Excellent hotel experience

It was an excellent hotel experience nice service friendly staff and excellent location for our stay close to airport and train station. Bed was fantastic conferrable and sturdy would most defiantly stay again.

I love the way that i never mentioned my birthday and i came back to the room to a bottle of wine and cake!! They realky take care of tge people staying there.

Great hotel with good transport links

Fantastic stay in Lisbon, very convenient to Oriente Station and MEO arena. We got the 728 bus from right outside the hotel into the main part of Lisbon. Room was good size, modern and clean, free water replenished each day and huge big bed making it a very comfortable stay.

Great location, close enough to uber from airport, walkable to restaurants and shopping. Great customer service, getting us into a room way before check in.

The hotel staff was very helpful!

Great place to stay centrally located however A bit noisy stayed on the 13th floor and could hear construction and all the traffic down at street level. Light sleeper here, so this was an issue. Now property is nice but attention to detail and follow-up lacking. Used the gym in a daily basis, No water cooler was empty, no towels large or small to dry off or wipe equipment. But know there we towels available since the hamper was full. Floors were soaking wet. Not a deal braker but know this may be an issue. Amazing front desk young ladies extremely helpful at check in.

Nice hotel - not sure I would rebook

Lovely hotel, great rooftop pool/bar but disappointed as rooftop bar closed in the evening. May be weather related as late in the season. Room very noisy and relatively small, despite paying over £200 p/n. Train track behind, crane next to the window and airport runway approx 3 km away but planes constantly passing by and I could hear them land. Breakfast great! Didn’t eat any other meals there. Had to get the bus in to Lisbon town centre. Easy to do (728), and takes 20 mins).

excellent customer service and location

This hotel is where the modern and young Lisbon local live. Close to train station and shopping mall. We had a good couple days staying in the area. The upstair pool is pretty small and can become pretty packed easily. Did not use it but still looks pretty cool.

Noisy

We were able to checkin early which was an unexpected bonus but our room was in a corner and felt small. Additionally it was the closest side to the railway tracks and the claims of a soundproof room were far from accurate.

Luxurious, super convenient to airport and train

Great location for pre flight night en route home after taking the train from Faro. Was able to walk from the train station and in the AM a 8 euro/10 minute Uber to the airport. Staff is extremely attentive, VIP treatment all the way. Location has a lot of dinner options within walking. Felt very safe walking solo. Along the water was very pretty.

This hotel and staff exceeded all my expectations. Not only its centre to anything you want to do in the area but, the level and greatness of the service is beyond any other hotels I have been in. I can guarantee that you simply can’t ask for anymore. The staff is really helpful, professional, kind… I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a luxurious place with 10 stars service. Loved it.

Just a very nice place to stay for business

Everything was perfect, very noce hotel with excellent Staff. Breakfast was excellent too.

First time staying here - will be back. Great location. First class hotel. Only gripe if there is one: bar needs a bit more variety of whiskeys and menu could be expanded. Rooftop is beautiful but seems to have always been booked for a private event during my three day stay so only had a brief chance to experience it (got politely told to leave due to an event). Overall a 10/10 stay.

It was quiet and very clean and beautiful. The price was good for the quality. When we came to check in we were told that our room was ready but we couldn’t check in. So we headed to the rooftop pool. It was beautiful, highly recommend. However they were supposed to tell us when our room was ready and no one came. It was a very frustrating check in process as we had luggage and couldn’t get settled into our room.

Lovely hotel, enjoyed our stay here

I liked my 5 day stay in almost every way. But the room cleaning was VERY SLOE. I came back to my room in the afternoon 3 times and it had yet to be cleaned. But on telling Reception it was dealt with immediately.

Newnest and clean with hreat staff! Rspecialy Fabio, Luisa, snd Joanna at front desk. Breakfast outstanding!
