The rooms, the common areas, and the breakfast area in the restaurant are well maintained and comfortable. The rooftop terrace has amazing views over the whole city. The most important thing is the easy access from the highway (no need to navigate the old town traffic) and very easy to get into parking right in the basement. Parking spaces are wide (unlike everything I have seen so far in other cities in Spain).

If you want to spend all vacation money on the hotel, then this is your hotel. Water was at a cost, parking we had to pay almost $40/night, then on top of that to use pool and sauna, there was additional $40 per night. The hotel is 5 star, and yet there was a nasty smell on the washroom. You would hope hotel would provide some things as we paid over $250/night.

Great hotel only downside is the the entry to the spa on which there is an extra charge. This should be complementary for hotel guests like in many other hotels.

Beautiful

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are super spacious and the views are amazing. Staff are extremely attentive and there’s a gorgeous smell throughout.

The room was beatuiful and even though the air was not working when we got there it was quickly rectified! Pablo was very helpful at the front desk as well as the waiters in the bar on the 37th floor. The veiw was amazing.

Traditional 5 star business hotel in a verh good condition, full stop. Large rooms, good design, clean ... it is, however void of any atmoaphere.

Excellent hotel

Very good customer service - was allowed an early check in and received a complete breakdown of the amenities available and upon check out was asked if I required assistance with a taxi. Both were efficient processes with lovely staff members. The room itself was tidy and clean however there were some minor stains on the walls and the one of the blinds seem broken - this did not affect my stay however so was not too bad.

The property is clean and the rooms are quite spacious. Staff are helpful and pleasant . Gym lacks good equipment would be the only downside for me .

Beautiful property with great views overlooking the river. Good breakfast spread and easy access to shopping. Only downside (a very small one) was that you had to drive it take a taxi to almost everything you wanted to do for sightseeing or dining given its location, but otherwise a great property. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful hotel, situated in the highest building in Seville. You see it from everywhere. It is also linked to a shopping centre with food options. Loved the roof top bar , with 360 views of the city. It was a little trek from town so had to use taxis particularly at night. About 20-30 min walk. However it’s still central depending where you are going.

This is a 5 stars hotel. Quality of service is poor. Facilites at not bad but shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel.

We couldn't reach the country because of airspace closure contacted them as early as we knew, the airspace in the middle east was closed but they did not care about anything, Oh! No lets be fair they cared about taking the money ONLY!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It is excellent value for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is very modern and is located in the tallest building in Seville. The staff was very kind and offered free parking. The room was extremely large and had a fantastic view overlooking Seville. A memorable highlight was the free welcome drinks on the rooftop bar during sunset. The hotel also sits on a top of a large shopping center so it is one minute away from the supermarket. The only downside is that the hotel is far from the city center and the attractions. This was not a problem for us as we drove but may be an issue for those who plan to walk.

Good location for driving

The location of the property was good , the view was amazing . I was surprised there wasn’t a coffee machine in room and for a hotel with lots of international tourists it wasn’t an outlet to charge phone or computer.

Nice Hotel, Difficult location

Nice hotel, great views, location a bit difficult for morning cafe breakfasts and the like -- it's on the business side of town, not the quaint Seville that you came here for. The savings grace is that Seville has Uber which will take you anywhere and everywhere -- plan on $50 a day extra for the Ubers.

Unique property, the tallest building for miles in Seville. They have a rooftop bar whose views are to die for. Our family room was amazing - two complete rooms on one of the top floors with perfect city views. The room had very good furnishing and very clean. Staff was also very friendly. Also this is next to the mall and the riverfront which makes it very convenient.

Absolutely great hotel! Loved it!

We found the Eurostar and decided to stay there because it was close to everything but not in the middle of everything. The perfect location! Tons of stuff right there. Grocery store, starbucks, good quick serve restaurants all within 5 minute walk. The view was absolutely incredible! The bar and restaurant were absolutely stunning! The view from the suite (which was priced incredibly aggressively) was like something from Vegas (although i hate vegas). and the electric blackout blinds were the chefs kiss! The staff was lovely. The location is perfect. The building is new. And the bed was as comfortable as you are going to get in Europe. I don’t know why. But, they love a firm mattress in Europe. The bed here was not a total brick..

Amazing views

We had the family suite. Beautiful hotel and amazing views. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, slept like a baby. The breakfast buffet was good but could be improved, more options and the service could be more on top of replenishing without have the customers requesting it, expected more from a 5 star hotel. Overall, would come back again.

Staffs need more training. Gave me one card key when three people are checking in. Also they told me different prices for the breakfast buffet. There was a stain(?) on a toilet so i had to clean it out. One the drinks was taken out from the fridge when we first got into the room. Overall its okay, but i dont think i would visit again.

The room was ready early and the staff said was ok to go in room . We had been traveling for many days and that was such a blessing . Also the view and the staff were always there to help

The view was amazing, all 360 degrees on the 37th floor. However, the rooms look tired and seem like very little maintenance was done to keep it a 5 Star hotel. When we arrived, the room that was provided at 2501 had 3 issues: Remote blinds did not close properly, the TV remote was the wrong one for that room and finally only 2 English channels with both not working until the maintenance man came to repair both. With a renown international hotel design by a world class Architect and only 9 years old, we expected a lot more. The manager did upgrade us after we had requested a move after settling in. The # of TV channels and signal issues remain the same. We will have see an improvement before returning as Sevilla is beautiful and vibrant city that we would like to visit again.

The property had everything we would have expected

First room has no hot water. After switch to a different room, no light and vent in the toilet section, smells. Too tired to change room again. None of my requests was met by the stuff. Worst hotel service during my trip to Spain.

The hotel is fantastic. Great location. Awesome views 360 around. Nice rooms. However, the check-in was slow. The bathroom had a little smell of humidity. The AC made a buzzing sound. We reported that to staff. This is why I do not give them a 5/5.

Top 15 floors of the 600 feet Torre Sevilla, so spectacular views. Rooms big and well equipped. Underground car park, book a rate which includes parking. Car park huge but easy to find hotel spaces. Lots of places to eat in adjacent shopping mall.

The property itself is beautiful and well located close enough to many places and attractions. A shopping center mall and food court nearby. For a property that makes millions of dollars everyday I was disappointed with the fact that there was no A/C or ventilation system in any parts of the hotel, the rooms smelled because of the stinky drains from the showers and bathrooms because again there is no ventilation system installed in the bathrooms, except for the bedroom area it had an A/C unit. So it smelled everywhere in the hallways, in the lobby and the rooms plus because it’s all glass the beaming sun just makes it very hot and unbearable to hang out anywhere but in your room or the open air terrace. The staff who work there most of them are clueless when asked the simplest questions, most of the time the concierges are out of their desk so there is no one to help when needed. The cleaning lady we had in the 24th floor did not do her job at all, she leaves us dirty stained towels, the sheets have yellow stains and the pillow cover. There is dust everywhere in the closet and the nightstand tables. She does not clean the bathroom at all and never refills what needs to be refilled like hand wash liquid gel, tissue box, toilet paper, towels, shower caps. Bathroom was hot, humid.The breakfast waiters especially the girls are very rude and unprofessional and roll their eyes when you ask them. No one comes to pick up the piling dishes on the table.They require more training!!

True 5 stars hotel short walk to Centro

Such a great comfortable hotel. Hotel is a short walk to triana and some major landmarks. 20 mins walk to Centro but with lots of shops and cafe along the route. Shopping mall right next to the hotel. As in the room, water pressure was great in the shower, has a water kettle and mini fridge, large king size bed, moterized blinds, and gorgeous view. We were on 26floor. Would definitely come back to stay here again. True 5 stars with friendly helpful staff at reception!

Seville for 2 nights

Staff was very helpful, especially adrien. Hotel is in the tallest round building in Seville, although on the other side of the river. Parking was underground which was a little tricky to figure out. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel and fantastic staff

We had to check in the hotel after our first one turned out to be a disaster because of excessive noise. the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and put myself and my partner at ease. They took us to the room, explained how to work everything and if we needed anything to contact them at any time. The room was perfect, and had a great view over the city day and night, and extremely quiet for a peaceful night sleep in a very comfy bed, the bathroom is great with a Waterfall shower and separate bath. The staff truly put us at ease which made the stay even more enjoyable than it was for us already.

My favourite Hotel in Seville

I LOVE this hotel and is now my go-to when I stay in Seville. So handy for everything..Isla Màgica, Seville Outlet, Airport and only 20 minute walk into the city centre (took me 30 minutes just to find a city centre parking space, so much easier walking from the hotel. Great rooms (ask for a room without a central pillar, for fully unobstructed views). Amazing Spa (surcharge) and free 24hr gym. Staff are so friendly and helpful. If I have to find negatives..Shower base is very slippery when wet, be careful. Housekeeping, please remember to restock shower gel and tea/coffee supplies. Maybe a bit of modernising of the roof terrace bar...but these are all minor issues that didn't impact an amazing stay
