10/10 stay, pools were amazing and balcony room
Gorgeous hotel, looks brand new. Multiple pools so there’s a place for families who have children and then an adult pool. Nice bar outside which serves cocktails. Room was clean and modern, nice sea view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with bookings and recommendations. Sometimes bathrooms of a hotel this size are outdated but this was modern and looked recently refurbished. It is about €10 taxi for a trip in to town. The breakfast was superb, 5* in such an idyllic setting.
The Pool 🏊 area still in the same bad shape as a few years ago. The tiles need to be replaced from missing pieces or broken pieces. The staff was great and friendly.
Excellent peaceful location.
Best one in the area
The views and area around the property is excellent. The pool area particularly is a nice place to hang out . The room we were in had a fantastic view of the sea and golf course. What was annoying was the long walk from the elevator to ouf room . It’s a dated property.
Staff was great! No cost shuttle to beach and town center! Fun destination!
Friendly and helpful staff but cleanliness in the rooms need an improvement
Absolutely nothing to do
The staff is really wonderful! Ask about the shuttle service to the beach from the hotel and you can walk to the Sitges Rail Station from there.
A very nice stay. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable
Over priced for what it is
Since the name change, some of the hotel's free offerings are gone. The breakfast selection has worsened, and now there's a charge of £6 for a one-litre bottle of water in the rooms. Additionally, access to the indoor pool and sauna now costs £18 per person per night, whereas it used to be complimentary. However, I must commend the check-in receptionist for doing a great job.
Stay was excellent
Amazing staff and an amazing modern well appointed positive atmosphere location. Little far from Sitges center and reachable via taxi for around e15 each way.
Great Experience
Staff were incredible, room was spectacular, and we would visit again.
Nice stay
Great hotel. Unfortunately after multiple conversations with reception about the missing hotels.com silver VIP sparkling wine being missing and a call to hotels.com nothing appeared which defeats the point of using hotels.com Hotel itself was nice but located quite a distance from town and taxis were often an issue. Clean and friendly staff.
A good four star hotel.
A massive hotel. One had to walk miles. Conference orientated. Pools a little disappointing. Views from sea facing side, excellent. Breakfasts good. Staff very nice.
I would not stay again
I informed staff 3x our hot tub was not hot and it wasn't until the last evening I contacted Expedia that they finally sent maintenance to fix the problem, so we had ONE NIGHT in our hot tub out of 5. The hotel was also too far from everything. The hallways smelled bad. The carpet in the hallways was nasty. Breakfast was the same every day and not very good. The coffee was awful. The maid left our patio door wide open one day and unlocked another day. You had to have a door key in for the AC to work and we left one of ours in so the room was cool when we returned but she would remove it. All the signs says Spa was open until 9pm but they would close at 7pm.
Great property. Nice beds and amenities. Enjoyed the restaurant for dinner.
It’s a great resort. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel. The rooms need an update. If you like big resorts it might be for you.
Hotel and staff excellent but remote from Sitges town although hotel mini bus available during the day but not evenings. Good hotel for short stay but not longer vacation
Dated rooms and bathrooms. Constant bad cover music playing from every corner all day long. Pools cold. Extra fee to use indoor heated pool. Food awful - 3 bouts of food poisoning in our group of 4 (on different nights), no vegetarian options at all for those on half board. Dead vibe. Not Dolce Sitges as it used to be. Won’t be returning sadly. Sitges however is lovely.
My stay at Eurostars Sitges was really enjoyable abd comfortable. The resort has excellent customer service, clean and spacious rooms, wonderful amenities and superb views. The only area of improvement would be some of the carpets and decor, which were showing visible signs of wear and tear. On balance I am happy to recommend it to anyone visiting the Sitges area though.
Great hotel in amazing location
Great hotel in amazing location. Views from the rooms are stunning. Pool areas are relaxing and well spaced out. Great choice of food for breakfast. Modern decor throughout. We used the spa which was excellent and was included in the price as we booked before the hotel became a Eurostars hotel. Otherwise its €18 per person which i dont think it worth it. You should not have to pay to use the facilities of the hotel you are staying at. The bar area lacked atmosphere in the evenings but easy to drive into Sitges in the evenings instead. Water was a rip off at €4 per 500ml carton at the bar. Rooms are big and spacious with very comfly beds. Desipte the small negatives i would stay at the hotel again.
Great Hotel, but a bit far from Action
We had a great time at the Hotel, very clean, friendly staff, great service. The only issue was they had limited shuttle services to the Beach and downtown area, between 11am-6pm only, with 2 hours siesta break. First shuttle started at 11 should've been 9, last shuttle back was 6:15 pm, should've been 9:15 pm.
Staff were not friendly. I am not sure the hotel is an international one, most of the staff doesn’t speak English. I didn’t feel welcome at all. The first day, we went to the snacks bar next to the pool, there was a staff hitting on the POS because the system wasn’t working so well. That’s ruin my holiday mood and I didn’t think that motion was necessary. Few days after, one of my friend made a comment in the front desk regarding the bottle of water refill daily. There was 3 staff were laughing and speaking Spanish after my friend’s complaint. I felt shock and absolutely not respectful. I am not sure how it work as a luxury hospitality. Only Alex (front desk) and the shuttle bus driver (experienced gentleman) I did appreciated. Their service were absolutely amazing.
We loved the facility. It was decorated beautifully. Great views - All the food was terrific. Great value regarding the price. The staff was extremely helpful in setting up day trips and other activities. Rooms all very nice This was nothing we did not like
This by far has been one of my favorite hotels EVER! so clean and the view is so beautiful! Everyone was so great and helpful especially Christina, the bar tender- SHE WAS GREAT!
Beautiful hotel with nice facilities and staff
The Euro stars is a beautiful high-end hotel with very nice rooms and great facilities, all of the staff (*) were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is excellent and the views are spectacular Some small criticisms The hotel is quite far out of town.. and the free shuttle only runs 11am-6pm, so no evening service and at busy times like weekends- taxis can be hard to find (with no Uber operating in Sitges) The walls of the rooms can be quite thin, so conversations in adjoining rooms can often be heard clearly 99% of the staff we encountered were wonderful- with one exception, HEIDY in the deli-cafe, who after we returned a sandwich as the bread was hard, decided to argue with us that it was fine and did not want to give a replacement or refund u til we complained to her manager
I loved the location of this property and the spectacular views ftom the balcony. I wish the bathroom in our room was better so I woud have liked the olace even more. The sink wasn't draining and we weren't able to use it at all.
Not a fan
Extremely boring hotel away from everything. Clean and quiet but Basic overall
Good hotel, but some standards slipping
This is our fourth visit, 2 pre-covid and 2 post covid. All in all this is a very nice hotel still, but not quite as good as it used to be in some respects. Reception and client services staff are still very good indeed and couldn't be more helpful. All are good, Ivan and Sonia outstanding. The pool area is still very pleasant, the rooms are clean and spacious and the balconies large and relaxing. Some things have slipped a bit though. For example, the individual bottles of toiletries in the bathrooms have been replaced by large refillable bottles in the name of eco awareness. Fair enough in principle, but he replacements are far inferior - do the management really believe that returning customers don't notice these things? Also the toilet paper is of such a poor standard that you literally wouldn't be able to buy such poor quality in the UK (Tesco value is on a higher level altogether). The carpets leading to the bedrooms have become a bit worn and stained. The number of items at breakfast has been reduced. And the food generally and bar service just has a feel of complacency about it - for example I suggested adding strawberries, baked beans and some sort of cooked sausage to the breakfast choices - the manager listened attentively and said all the right things, and then did absolutely nothing. It just feels that maximising profit is now ahead of customer experience. Finally, as others have said, introducing a charge for the indoor pool is just plain counter productive.
It's a nice property, the outside pools however are not heated. breakfast was good I would visit again definitely
Beautiful venue! Just avoid mediocre bar food tho!
Hotel condition is really nice but there wasn't enough staff to cover the evening shift at the bar - leading to long waits. Restaurant bar food quality was no better than a regular American diner; you'd expect better than this for a hotel of this standing. Breakfast buffet was much better value for money though.
This is a lovely hotel if you want stay in a resort. But it’s inconveniently placed away from the city. You’ll need a 10euro cab ride to the city. The pool area is really nice, however 2 of the 5 days I was there the pool bar was closed, probably due to lack of guests. The hotel seems very family friendly so expect children screaming around the pools and don’t take a lounger under the infinity pool because it’s a splash zone. Overall great if you’re coming with family, but don’t take it if you’re in sitges for one of the festivals.
Stay in Dolce hotel was SWEET
Everything was amazing-hotel, service, weather, staff….wines and foods
Excellent location and brilliant staff and service. Couldn’t wish for more
the staff really make the place here, not quite the star rating it claims but really nice and excellent staff that really can't do enough for you.
Excellent Staff; Cosmetics need attention
We had a lovely stay however there is room for improvement. The staff were absolutely fantastic however the hotel is in need of some cosmetic repairs. Our initial room, requested as a twin, was lovely but as there was a dirty worn sock attached and covering the smoke detector we were upgraded to a sea view room on the 5th floor. Again lovely room but this was a king room so we had to share a bed, which we specifically wished to avoid. The room was pleasant, and clean, but the bathroom was not cleaned to a standard you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. There were hairs in the bath, and splash marks of what looks like coffee on the glass partition between the toilet and sink. The plug within the bathroom was also loose and hanging out of the wall, not safe directly above water. Door facings were swollen at the floor, I presume through water damage and these cosmetic matters were evident within the corridors/hallways of our floor. Carpets in the hallways/corridors were also stained, quite significantly, throughout out floor with raised sections which could cause trips and falls. There was also a blind hanging off one the windows on our floor. Overall I cannot fault the staff or the reception areas of the hotel but cosmetically hallways need improvement and electrics of our room certainly needed attention.
I don’t know why they don’t ask for your car plate number when you check in. So that when people park crazy they know what room they are in and can call to move car. So many times cars blocking you in a parking spot. When it rained the water leaked next to our room in the hall. And the swimming pool needs some maintenance with tills fixed cleaning and pool vents. Maybe if your there for a few days you don’t notice much, but we had 19 days.
Amazing hotel!
Great hotel with amazing sea view. The pools and the pool bar is very nice. It's a real oasis 10 minutes away by car from the city center. Great spa and services, I recommend this 5 stars hotel very much!
Excellent hotel you won’t be disappointed
We would highly recommend this hotel. The staff team, reception, bar, restaurant, maintenance, housekeeping and Spa were all friendly efficient and welcoming. The breakfast had a good selection of quality food. We decided to attend the Italian theme night and the food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The sea view incredible. The design of the building can mean a long walk to some of the rooms from the reception/car park.
The Dolce is a lovely hotel, with friendly staff and great facilities. The pools cater for different age groups and everywhere is nice and clean.
Recommended
Lovely hotel. Just bear in mind it's outside the tiwn.
Very far to walk
Our room was so far away from the car park. It was on the other side of the hotel and we had tk take 2 lofts and walk for 15 minutes just to get back to our room! No where in the hotel Sells millshakes’ and no one knows what a hot chocolate is. The hotel was absolutely perfect other than thag.
V beautiful property, food wasn't great
Sitges Modern Hotel with Ocean Views
Modern Hotel with clean pools and easy access to Sitges downtown and beach. Would make a beautiful venue for wedding or party.
An absolutely stunning hotel in a beautiful location. If you want to relax by the pool, there are four to choose from, but just remember off peak the bar in the pool area may not be open. At the weekend, the deli did get a bit chaotic, but otherwise we always had excellent hospitality from all of the staff. The rooms are bright, modern and well equipped. I would definitely visit again.
nice hotel, disappointing spa, plentiful breakfast
Hotel is quite airy and light and the rooms are nice - but the spa looks nothing like the pictures - windows are dirty and the lounge chairs were all over the place, Changing rooms were run down. Not what is expected from a 4* hotel. breakfast was very good and plentiful and lounge area very well decorated. The hotel is quite a distance from downtown Sitges
Ex
Hotel with lovely views
The hotel and its location are great. It's clean and comfortable. Great pools and outdoor spaces. Lovely people and service. I can´t comment on the spa or indoor pool as they were closed due to works. Feedback: The bathrooms need improvement to match the standard of the rooms and hotel. I would also love to see a part of the restaurant and bars allowing dogs as the hotel is dog-friendly. At the moment the can only stay in the room.
Check your sheets
The sheets were dirty. Dried baby poop.
Pool was a bit crowded and hard to access. Great staff and very polite and helpful. Food was excellent.
Spiders and bugs
Very very nice hotel. But the rooms had bugs. I would also recommend putting more shower gel. There are a couple staying then one gel is not enough
Nice design good service
Very nicely designed hotel. Great bar lobby. Fantastic view of the coast and Sitges town from our balcony on 6th floor. Leandro, Abdul and Celia in the bar were outstanding. Nice spa - Angels and Olga managed well. Esther and Jorge gave good massages. Restaurant offered nice dinners good food and excellent wine list Israel and Sergio were very attentive. Would recommend highly
Amazing hotel. We had issues with the keys that didn’t work several times. The brown hallway carpet is dirty, lots of spots.
A solid relaxed stay at Dolce Sitges
Generally our stay here was really good. The hotel is massive and has great facilities with spacious rooms, the pool area is particularly great along with the restaurant terrace so this is perfect if you're looking for a chilled holiday. It's very easy to get into Sitges with taxis - taxis here are more expensive than Barcelona....especially if you're going to the airport with toll roads - €70 between Sitges and airport. The only thing to let this hotel down was one of the staff members who seemed a bit off toward us which we did mention to reception, but I don't think it's fair to hold that against the hotel or other good staff members.

Top shelf Hotel
Nice Stay
Very nice stay. Cleanest and comfort top notch
Great place
Great place, nice swimming pools, good restaurant. The only thing might be the noise of the train when windows open.
I love staying at the Dulce . It feels like a self contained luxurious resort but it is just a short drive to the city center . The staff is super and the ocean front rooms are a real treat .
It’s a good hotel but not great
This is one of the best hotels in Sitges!!! And the best staff... thank you for all your help during this crisis with coronavirus.
A Nice Place to Stay
Overall our stay was nice. Rooms were clean and staff was polite, though at check-in we later learned there was a lot of details we were not given about the services that could have helped our experience. Our only real criticism was around dinner time we went down to the restaurant where we were told that for our “casual” appearance we should go eat at the bar. (It’s a nice restaurant but we dressed up for it) but at the bar we were served by Abdul and Leandro who were both awesome and provided excellent service.
Excellent Stay
Very enjoyable stay. Efficient and very friendly staff. Beautiful complex but a little detached from Sitges . Look forward to our next visit.
Enjoyable stay at Dolce.
This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful part of Spain. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The facilities at the resort are top tier. The view of the ocean from this resort is spectacular. I will look to make future reservations for this resort in the near future.
Nice Resort, Far From Perfect
The hotel is nice, the rooms were large & the beds were comfy, but the hallway noise was very disruptive when inside the room. NOTHING was complimentary or cheap; the only breakfast option was a 22 Euro buffet which was open for 2 hours; I forgot my travel adaptor and instead of loaning me one like every other hotel I've stayed it, they made me buy one from them. It is a shuttle/bus/taxi ride if you want to go anywhere outside the resort.
Overall really much but Wish the pool was open later.
The hotel is far from the town. Everything is very expensive in the hotel. You will be tickled and dimed.
Terrible stay
Terrible experience. Staff so rude to me on this occasion. I will not want to return.
The hotel was excellent, pool are was stunning and we had a lovely part sea view where we could watch the sunrise. All staff were attentive and polite, one morning we returned from a run and the staff offered us a bottle of water as we walked through reception. We will stay here again if it Sitges.
very nice and clean Hotel. Great Gym and spa area, big room, nice pools,.. Food was a bit expensive for what it was
Old old old place... no insulation. Everything is outdated.. has it’s charm but could be significantly improved having it had investors
The property was a short Taxi from the town, it was lovely and peaceful, with beautiful views and pools. The bed was very comfortable and the room kept very clean every day, staff were nice and helpful would definitely recommend.
Lovely hotel, great staff and good value for money
The whole experience was wonderful and I got to have a good rest. Would definitely recomend.
Lovely stay at Dolce. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday.
Excellent in every way.
Spacious, lovely view of golf course, sea, with railway track. Beautiful view to wake up to. Lovely pools.Helpful staff. Uri at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.
Beautiful location, stunning views. Facilities, rooms, pools, spa, etc really good. Buffet meals all very varied and fresh.
It is a beautiful high class resort hotel. Two things to criticise: the cost of food and drinks in the hotel restaurants and buffet was expensive. €12 for a baguette in the poolside cafe is crazy. €39 for the buffet is alot dearer than other hotels I've stayed at. While we were staying there the hallways were being repainted. Why do this during the summer vacation time?! The free taxi drop off to the town from the hotel is great. The staff on reception and in the restaurants are lovely. So helpful and friendly.
Beautiful setting with great views. The rooms were spacious immaculate. All staff were friendly and professional.
Free car parking good view
Resort hotel perfect for couple
4 star hotel with 5 star service. Rooms outdated, ours had mould in the bathroom not what you expect from 5 star establishment.
Amazing view from the room
Our room was a little far from the entrance and other main areas, we had to walk a lot. You cannot find an elevator everywhere, that is weird. SPA pool was very little, no need to use it. Apart from these, everything was perfect. Car parking is nice. Rooms are nice. The view from the big terrace room was amazing (best I have ever seen). 10 min to Sitges center. Pools are suitable for both kids and adults.
It was a beautiful property. Great views, friendly staff, and numerous amenities.
Great location, large and airy rooms. Easy to get to from Barcelona airport and a short ride away from Sitges' beaches and nightlife. Beautiful grounds and very convenient for golf fans given the proximity to the historic golf course of Terramar.
Disappointing
The hotel is in great condition but the location is poor, prices are high and many of the room amenities were not working (hair dryer and iron were not fully functional). On check out they had incorrectly charged us twice (in one day!) for breakfast - it was rectified quickly however. They also checked us in to the furthest room on the property, it literally takes 10 minutes to get to and from it. We were also given twin beds instead of a requested double, which wasn't ideal for a romantic getaway.
Overall this is an attractive hotel , particularly as a conference venue. For those wishing a beach - type holiday , however , the hotel is not well located, being a 30 minute walk to one of the nearest beaches and 45 minutes to local restaurants and shops. There are no regular bus services to the hotel and no nearby shops for buying water , fruit etc .
Very comfortable resort, nice area and view, we had a pleasant stay there. Clean, spacious room with carpet, comfortable bed. Very good covered parking. 10 minutes drive to Sitges for food and shopping. 50 minutes drive to Barcelona, a great escape from the tourist areas!
Amazing all areas were fantastic and the service received excellent
Clean , comfortable , nice hotel. Pretty isolated - taxi journey to town which aren’t easy to come by. Food is quite poor a overly expensive.
Excellent resort with fantastic view, spa, and free parking. The room is large and comfortable which is hard to find in Europe.
This hotel is pretty much better than it looks lin in its pictures compared with other hotels in Barcelona area. We stayed in 9 different four/five stars hotels in Barcelona. It is just far away from city; almost 40 minutes driving.
Excellent stay
Great hotel and facilities
Sitges
Wonderful resort with amazing ocean views. Only complaint, and it is very minor, is the pillows are flat.
Lovely hotel. Could be a bit greener ... use of plastics etc.
Really enjoyed our stay in Dolce Sitges, was in October so the restaurants were cut back a bit and facilities weren't as readily available but the beds were lovely and comfy, the staff were all so lovely and welcoming, the food was nice and just a nice atmosphere around. Would definitely recommend, we're hoping to go back some time in the high season.
Excellent stay
I slept to the sounds of the ocean. We arrived at night and left before dawn, so we didn't get the opportunity to see the views but I bet it was incredible. The room was modern and comfortable and the chocolates delicious.
Mirror, mirror on the wall
Lovely secluded hotel. Beautiful setting. Spacious room. But as usual, poor light in the bathroom and no mirror in the main room. Ladies, take a large hand held mirror to ensure that you can apply make up without looking like coco the clown.
Nice property but outside center of city. Exceptionally difficult to get transportation. There’s no Uber. Taxis are extremely limited. Wait could be as long as an hour. Sometimes they don’t show up. Hotel shuttle is too infrequent and limited stops. If you just want to stay at the hotel, it’s a good choice. If you want to explore the city, not so good. Good luck getting a taxi back to the hotel after the clubs close.
