Excelente Hotel, muy limpio y seguro
location, services, walkable
Beautiful, clean, excellently located hotel with easy walking access to everything. Bathroom & Shower was the best we have had on our entire tour around multiple cities in Spain. Lobby is beautiful and relaxing. WARNING: This hotel is located in the historic area with cobblestone streets and very very narrow passageways so do not try to drive directly to the hotel. Use one of the nearby parking garages first. We witnessed even local people driving small cars trying to negotiate the narrow alleyways …and it wasn’t pretty!
What an amazing Hotel. A bit difficult to get to it specially if you carry a bit of luggage. But the Hotel is exquisite and beautiful
Location was amazing, room was comfortable, the staff and front desk were friendly and attentive.
Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely comfortable, clean and stylish hotel which has an excellent location to the old town. Only let down was bar was only open 4 days a week. Wonderful!
It was conveniently located to the major sites in the area and has convenient eateries near by. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed
The staff was amazing and helped us get around. The location is great, very close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar and very close (walkable distance) to Triana neighborhood, Plaza del España and many other attractions. If I'm back to Seville I will very likely stay there again.
Excellent location. Our room had significant outside construction noise every day at 7am on the hour. Suboptimal. No restaurant. A/C not great but not hot. Steps from the cathedral.
Nice, clean & large rooms but can hear all noise from the street. Bar terrace was not open in the evening but in the heart of the cry si lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Would recommend
We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The location was unbelievable!
The hotel is located near all the city activities and historical sites. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. If you are driving please contact hotel first.
It was conveniently located near a lot of bars and restaurants, walkable distance from the most tourist places. The staff was so nice and kind.
We really enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. It's do central & convenient & the rooftop terrace is great.
Really wonderful hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Rooftop view is nice. Definitely recommend this hotel!
Great stay in Seville, hotel is in a great spot near to all restaurants, shops and sights
Good
Great location. Very good option for a short stay.
Lovely hotel in an excellent location - about 5 mins walk from the Cathedral and the Real Alcázar with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The interior of the hotel was really nice and the room was very comfortable. The staff were excellent, especially on the reception, they were incredibly helpful in arranging an early morning transfer to the airport.
The staff was so friendly and I would like to mention in special Marta and Dolores that treat us so good. The room was perfect and the hotel and the swimming pool was so good. I definitely will come back next time!
Hotel was amazing! Close to Sevilla cathedral and many bars and restaurants around. Parking however is like 6 - 10 min away and if you have a heavy luggage it seems too far but once you see the location you won’t care about that. I would stay again and travel lighter.
hotel was full of mold very bad condition i got sick alergy due to the mild
It is amazing. So close to the Cathedral.
The WC was draining water and we advice the hotel and they did not care! NO PARKING and the surrandings were smelly
Not suitable for people with disability. No direct access to roof. Breakfast limited.
Lovely hotel in a brilliant location
Fantastic location with great facilities. Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very well appointed. Bathroom was also extremely clean and a lovely size. Coffee machine was a bonus! We didn’t have breakfast as it was €20 each which I think is a bit much, especially as there’s lots of restaurants and cafes nearby offering a good (albeit simple) breakfast for €20 all in. Cons: other than breakfast - none.
Wonderful Staff, wonderful Location
From the beginning, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff were also helpful and prepared special orders when asked. The location of this hotel is amazing. It's in walking distance to everything any tourist would want to visit in Sevilla.
Great place, amazing roof top bar. Pool is a good size but no sun most of the day - nice area / relaxing Rooms are big and modern, shower is electric but very good none the less, and bed massive and very comfy
Great hotel near to everything, staff very helpful. Only issue rooftop bar not open every night
Spent two nights here before a cruise. Perfect location for walking to see the sights, and eating at local tapas joints. Wonderful breakfast.
Fabulous! Particularly enjoyed the fact that it’s a child free zone… Blissful
Right in the middle of the old town, cathedral, Alcazar. Staff was amazing with recommendations and reservations.
Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Superb breakfasts. Highly recommended
Great central location, very clean hotel and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Our first room 101 just off reception was very spacious but very loud so asked to be moved after a couple of nights, which was very lucky because the next night they held a party in a room off reception. Second room was equally as nice on the third floor just a lot smaller. There is not a lot going on in the hotel since everyone is out and about exploring the beautiful city of Seville. Brilliant trip!
Excellent location, amazing staff, felt very welcomed, safe, clean and the breakfast was excellent
Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Positioned just out of the way from the main strip but very accessible to the main attractions, bars and restaurants. Pool available but unfortunately in the shade most of the day. Rooftop terrace has a great view of the cathedral and is great to use for a bit of relaxation but furniture looks very tired and could do with be replaced! Overall would recommend if you just want to use for a base.
Excellent location
The location was excellent. The cathedral was just 2 min walking distance. Plenty of restaurants around in the area. Staff was friendly. Room itself was clean and bed was very comfy.
Everything was excellent. Location is a quiet hidden pocket close to everything you want to see. The views of the Cathedral from the roof were spectacular. Nice quiet pool and terrace. I would definitely stay again! The one inconvenience in the room were no outlets by nightstand. Everything else was amazing.
This hotel is in the middle of the city, surrounded by cute shops and restaurants. Perfect location. The downside is that parking is a little bit out of the way. The streets are narrow, so driving to the hotel is not reccommended.
Great locatiin with great staff
We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is well located and the property is well kept, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Love the hotel and will definitely come back!
.
Excellent area and hotel.
Awesome property close to everything. Staff was very helpful!
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Very quiet at night very helpful staff beautifully clean excellent all round.
Excellent central location!
Great location and very new hotel
Great location for visiting the city. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom pretty big. They could improve the lighting in the bedroom adding more lamps.
This hotel was nicely appointed. It was clean and had everything you needed in the room. The staff was super nice and helpful. They provided us with a recommendation for Covid testing to fly home which worked out well. They also provided other suggestions for our stay. The rooms and lobby were modern. The location---amazing! We had a courtyard view and were able to open the little balcony doors. The rooftop bar was closed, but you could go up there anytime. We bought wine and beer from the little market down the street and brought it up there each night to enjoy the view. The pictures you see of the rooftop view are spot on. So beautiful! Everything you would want to visit is in walking distance and easy to get to.
Excellent location in the old town. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend
Amazing Team! They really helped us with all our questions. The view from the roof top is just spectacular. We loved our stay here and even extended 1 more night.
Very well situated but did not like hotel installations and not too clean.
Average Hotel in a Very Good Location
Needs updating. Uninspired customer service. Great location.
reat hotel is best central location Seville's
Hotel is centrally located but taxis struggle to get there through max. narrow strees. Highly recommended the call on food/drinks service. Amazing quality and swift service by the outsourced company at phenomenal prices.
3-star hotel not really a 4-star
Location was very convenient, just near to the main area.Staff was very friendly. But this hotel is more of 2-3 star hotel. Its not a 4-star hotel.Wall are hollow. You can hear everything from outside.Bed is not very comfortable.Hotel walls are not in very good condition.Rooms are small too.
Nice boutique hotel
We were checked into Room 310. The hotel is a nice boutique hotel. However for some reason our heater wasn't working. They were also full for the night so couldn't change room. We were left with no choice but to sleep in a cold room in January. Gael, the receptionist for the evening did try to bring a portable heater but that wasn't working either. He then gave us additional blankets. The second day we were moved to another room. With a working heating, it was great. Location is excellent, walkable to many sites and restaurants.
The property is situated very close to Cathedral and Alcazar. There are lots of Tapas bars close by but the food in many is very average. The hotel staff at Reception were helpful and friendly. Our room was very dark with poor lighting and basic.
It would be nice to have usv wall sockets in the rooms.
Seville in November
Amazing experience
We booked a double room and was given a room with faulty air conditioning. We feedback to the front desk and requested for a change in room. The hotel claimed that they were fully booked and there was no technician onsite as it was a Saturday and offered us A FAN! We didn’t sign up for a stuffy room without air conditioning and since the hotel is fully booked so we requested to cancel the reservation and was rudely told that the booking we made was non-refundable. We had to decide between taking the fan or cancel without getting our money back. Eventually we were “upgraded” to a premium room that came with a stench. The Premium room looks boutique in picture but cleanliness is terrible. Side tables were dusty. Toilet is scummy, I cringed when I stepped in. We were also not given any complimentary drinking water. Other than the poor room standard, location is fantastic. It’s walking distance to the Cathedral and Alcazhar. There are plenty of food options near the hotel.
Enjoyable Stay
Nice hotel. Great location. Just a few minutes walk to the major attractions. Rooms are nice and clean. Great powerful shower. Nice pool area and great rooftop terrace with views of the city. Staff are friendly and check in/out quick and easy.
Beds were extremely comfortable however the rooms are not exactly sound proof and this did disturb our sleep one night
Good with exceptions
Great staff, really helpful and friendly. Room had issues, mainly from a marginal remodel. The sliding bath door barely worked and we were next to the lift and had to listen to it all night. Not a hotel that you can drive to. Parking is several blocks away and the walk goes through a very crowded area.
Excelente servicio y extraordinaria ubicación.....
Pool very small and cold, but all else very nice, good room , breakfast and a area close to everything
Cute
This hotel is in a great location. The staff is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
A fantastic location although quite a walk from thr car park on Av Roma and difficiult to find at first. One minute from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. I would say the internet pictures make the hotel look more boutique than it is,, bedrooms are draped with purple fabric on the walls and a similar fabric as a bed throw which "boutiques' it. Nice roof top area, vidited this once and it was quite (we arrived just before 8pm wgen it opens and secured seats). The swimming pool has green tiles inside rather than blue which you find in many hotels. The water looked a murky green and you were unable to see the bottom. Id booked the hotel especially for its pool but felt unsble to use it due to the murkiness. This was dissappointing in 37deg. Overall, the location was irs best feature.
In very pretty, historic part of the city, only a couple of minutes away from the Giralda. Charming and helpful staff. Lovely pool.
Very close to the Cathedral and the main square also the constitutional street
Fantastic location, modern decor and comfortable beds. Only annoying things were the rooftop bar is only open at weekends although you can order room service and go up there. Also bottles of water from the minibar should have been included in the room rate.
Location is excellent. Nice big rooms. quiet area in seville
This hotel had nice rooms and lobby, and still feels fresh and new. Three room was comfortable and the bedding was excellent. It is extremely well situated for the major tourist attractions in Seville. Our only complaint was the level of noise. The hallways are tiled which carries noise from interior traffic (and we were in the last room off the corridor). Our room, 215, overlooked the narrow street and the street noise carried into the room, including the garbage trucks which seemed to come by in the wee hours of the morning.
Best option for a short stay in Sevilla
Great experience ! Warm welcome from the reception team and specially Oumaima! The room is large and clean and has all what is needed for a short stay. The location of the hotel is just perfect!
Clean. Convenient. Close to city center. Friendly staff.
Lovely place to stay Good location auality bedding and very quiet
great location in a quiet street a few minutes from the cathedral. the hotel staff were very nice and always helpful. the bathroom was modern but lacking in some ways - no shelf in the shower to put soap/shampoo etc, no hair conditioner supplied, mediocre quality toiletries. also, the ceiling in my bathroom was mouldy. the bed was fairly comfortable. the room was fine but not exceptional in any way.
Great location, but ends there
We stayed here over New Year's for our first trip to Seville. I made the mistake of planning the trip at the last minute, so Eurostars Boutique was one of the few "nice" places I could find that wasn't booked up that we could afford--though it was quite expensive for the Double room. I've never stayed in a Eurostars, but this was not my idea of a 4-star (or even 3-star) hotel. This hotel is in a fantastic location--which was really the main redeeming quality. It's got a very dated, 80's feel to it. Big, spacious atrium area. The amenities are fairly non-existent. They have a restaurant that wasn't open for dinner, and what they bill as a "bar" that is a space in the corner with 4 barstools that never served drinks or coffee. The have a beautiful rooftop / terrace bar, which was open to visit anytime and has a stunning sunset view of the cathedral, but the actual bar was only open one of the many times I went up in anticipation during regular hours. The hotel was very noisy. The tile floors echo every step and sound in the hallway, which made it impossible to sleep without earplugs. Not to mention, they blared holiday music in the atrium / echoing through the hallways seemingly non-stop. Our last morning, we were running late to leave and realized (after getting in the shower) the staff had taken our towels and forgot to replace them, so had to dry off with hand towels. The staff were kind, and spoke English. But one could find a better experience in the same area.
Very good
Very convenient for cathedral and palace and staff very pleasant.
Christmas 2018
This will be our go to place in Sevilla. Great location and the staff can’t do enough to help - with everything. We spent Christmas here 2018 and will be back! Only dilemma was closet safe. Don’t follow instructions - they aren’t correct. Once newly educated, it went perfectly. Tip - use taxi they recommend not all with brave the narrow roads and drop you at door.
More like a 3-star
Very well located. Easy and pleasant check-in. Rooms and halls seemed to be going under repairs. Patched walls and ceilings in certain areas. Certainly more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star - definitely not worth even half the quoted price without the discount. Stairs going up to the terrace were extremely dusty (black tiles).
Hotel in Good location but room was dark with small window to an interior hallway The room smelled badly of cleaning product and perfum Bathroom ceiling was water damaged and moldy Very disappointed in this hotel
Lovely hotel, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms are just amazing. Matched by the staff!
The rooms are just amazing. Matched by the staff!
Great location
Great location to explore Seville. Staff really friendly and breakfast great. The room was a little small but expected in a city hotel. Would definitely stay again in the hotel.
Unprofessionally Run Hotel..
Very disappointed with the hassle I’ve had with the mistake with a room being booked due to no hotel confirmation for an already booked room. when my parents arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said there were 2 rooms that had been booked my parents said this was obviously a mistake, the receptionist said that the hotel couldn’t do anything, it was down to Expedia, in which I called up and was told that it’s down to the hotel, Expedia said worst case scenario I would get charged a cancellation fee...but it was the hotel managers decision... but then without informing me, the hotel took the full amount for 3 days off of my card.. I am very annoyed with the fact this has happened. And don’t feel confident using the website again if this problem is not solved. The hotel has acted in a very unprofessional manner, so a very unhappy customer of Expedia.
A special trip to Seville
Great location, right near the Cathedral and Alcazar. A large rooftop bar and terrace with stunning views of the Cathedral. A great sized pool too that was partly in the shade to escape the 38 degree heat if required and then to sunbathe a bit too. Staff were very helpful including helping with a surprise. A gorgeous boutique hotel and would highly recommend it.
Nice hotel, but a bit too noisy
This is a very nice and well furnished hotel in a great, central location. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the communal areas (including pool and roof terrace) are really nice too. In terms of comfort, I found it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep in this hotel because it is quite noisy. From a relatively early hour each day there is constant noise from both within the hotel and from the street outside which carried into the room which did not seem to have much sound insulation.
Very nice hotel central to restaurants and sites
Excellent location! Central to all important historical sites and to many restaurants.
Centrally located. Average facilities
The hotel is located in the heart of the City, however it is difficult to access. The rooms are small, lack sunshine and have very basic amenities. There are no baggage handlers, so be prepared to move your own luggage. A disappointing experience
Nice hotel in a great central location.
Nice hotel in a great central location. Great for exploring historic area as well as the city centre and river.
Good central location
This hotel is close to the city centre, cathedral and Alcazar, in narrow old streets. The taxi from the airport did not take us to the door because of the narrow streets. The hotel is in an old building but fitted out in a modern way. The rooms are very comfortable although some of the lights etc didn't work Disappointed not to be able to get dinner on the first night. Room service menu modest - sandwiches and pizza, and not available in the bar. Good local maps and information provided, including recommendations for things to see, but no restaurant recommendations. EU citizens over 60 get cheap/free admission to Alcazar and other attractions - take passport or driving licence.
Nice hotel in old seville. Hard to find.
Nice hotel in a beautiful building. Chic. Well located. Dont go if you have rented a car. Friendly staff.
Good, but not 100% there
Nice hotel, but could use some upgrades. No mirror in the room, except the bathroom; no place to leave our bag either... I had to ask for a foldable table for my suitcase. Toilet and faucet in bathroom had some jiggle. Perfect location though, right in the center of all attractions.
Tea & coffee facilities in the room would have been welcome. Ricardo, on reception on our arrival, was particularly friendly & helpful
Nice hotel, bad service
Spa out of work, no amenities in the room like espresso coffee maker, slippers, robe, electrónic boiler, no room service, bad smell all around, too noisy, nice employees, good location
Bad management lies to deny reservation
This hotel did not honor the reservation we made through hotels.com. when we arrived, they had sold our rooms for a higher price and made us move to another hotel in the region that was not comparable in terms of experience, style or content. The management was terrible and lied to us telling us that our rooms had a technical problem and later said that they had all rooms booked. so intact they charged our rooms to our cards but did not respective reservation. Hotel is nice and region is good but there are millions of hotels here - why would anyone stay in a hotel that treats its reservation and clients without any respect?
Liked the hotel didn't like that I got to single beds pushed together and sold as full double. Outside of that I liked it.
cozy place. convenient access to major attractions.
