Excelent overall; excellent location

Excellent in everything!

We loved this hotel. Not only was it walkable distance to almost every restaurant, bakery and bar. But the staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Location was perfect for us!

The location was great, 400 m from the subway, smack in the middle of the theater district with over 30 playhouses within 500 m. The room had a central air conditioner with a vent going straight on the head, making it difficult to impossible to sleep. The receptionist will not move a finger to help even for a client arriving with 4 suitcases. The sink in the bathroom does not have space to place toiletries. Shower water pressure was inconsistent.

Great price in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires

The hotel staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was great, close to everything. The hotel was clean and it included breakfast. I would stay there again.

Adequate, but dated

This was overall a pretty meh experience. The bed was OK. It was clean. The breakfast was fine. The lockbox worked. The staff were friendly. The shower was not in great shape. The elevator was horrendously slow to where I usually took the stairs to the 3rd level. The soap and shampoo were awful. Not a fan of having to be buzzed in everytime to come or go when you need a keycard to enter or turn on lights anyway. Power went out for most of an evening while there, which was not a fault of the hotel per se but was kind of an annoyance. But the location is great, the price is decent, and the spacing between floors made it so it was fairly quiet at night.

Bed nearly unsleepable. Sewerage smell coming up vent in bathroom. Stayed for two nights. Paid for four nights. No offer of refund for last two nights. No one asked what the problem was. No interest by reception. When I purchased the accomodation I paid the higher rate so if necessary I could claim a refund. But that had to be done 72 hours before arrival. I only booked 48 hours prior so that option shouldn’t have even offered to me. Poor effort. Plenty of better places to stay

Right Choice

Good budget hotel

Very late arrival (post midnight ) and immediate impression not especially favourable. However this turned out to be a very pleasant hotel and although devoid of any luxuries it was perfectly functional. Very clean,great position ,good breakfast and very welcoming and helpful staff. Only negatives were very small rooms and poorly lit corridors .

Room key didn’t work three times, very frustrating especially after a late arrival from the airport ( 20 + hours of air travel), unable to enter room !! No proper shower curtain /door, water spilled on the floor, very uncomfortable for feet on wet floor.

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was average, but I did not expect more. It was an easy walking distance to the main streets in the city, but in a more quiet location.

Location Only

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else was below average. But again because of the location, you can overlook the old conditions and extremely thin walls. Staff was friendly too.

Great location, very good value for money

A no-thrills hotel that ticks all the right boxes. I stayed an entire week at Europlaza and I enjoyed my time there. It is right in the middle of Buenos Aires' theater/performance district with lots of cafes bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel itself is clean, staff are friendly & helpful, internet connection is good. TV and toiletry are basic, but the room has everything you need apart from an ironing board and tea-making facilities. The hotel isn't noisy and the Aircon works well. The (free) breakfast room is a bit depressing and food is basic, but overall there is decent variety. Staff were very helpful to organise late checkout and provide other helpful services. I'd be happy to stay there again

Central location with fabulous staff

We recently spent 4 nights in Buenos Aires at the Europlaza Hotel and found it to be a perfect choice for us. The location was central and enabled us to walk just about everywhere. The staff at the front desk spoke English and were extremely helpful in assisting us. That was such an important part of our stay. The rooms were clean, quiet and a decent size with a large bathroom. The breakfast was good with a variety of cheeses, meats and pastries. There are plenty of restaurants in the area with a lovely plaza across the street with bars, stores and places to eat. The only down side is that the lobby is very small with no real place to sit if you want to relax away from your room, but that is really a minor issue. This hotel is great value for its price.

Good Location

The hotel is in a convenient, safe and quiet area. There are restaurants nearby and several blocks from Florida street, which I found out to be too touristy (and with too many touts) for me. The Jacuzzi was nice and the free breakfast was good. The room was very clean and good size. Bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful.

An affordable gem in a lovely location

I loved it and was impressed by the price. Nice breakfast, great front desk staff, and very accessible by subway and buses. Many great restaurants and sightseeing attractions closeby. The desk wall already had a U.S. adaptor built-in which helped.

Reasons to stay are many!

Convenient, well appointed room. Extremely helpful staff who spoke English, making communication easy. Walking distance to most city sites and the staff will help recommend reliable options for the few other sites. Walking distance to ferry terminal for day trip to Colonia, Uruguay, worth the time and cost. Pastries at breakfast help make it a most delightful way to start the day, though there are many more options on the included meal. Would definitely come back!

Welcome to Buenos Aires!

After a 13 hour flight from London, we arrived at Europlaza just before the official check-in time. Fabian, the duty receptionist, explained that we could go up shortly but, instead of just asking us to take a seat in the lobby, took the opportunity of explaining where the sights were, provided us with a map and answered several questions - all in excellent English. The room was on the fourth floor on the corner, so there were two windows, both of which opened. However, the airconditioning unit was quiet, efficient and easily controlled. The bathroom was well equipped, with an enormous spa bath (which we didn't use) with a shower over the bath. A good supply of hot water when it came through, but not a great pressure. The bed was comfortable and the room had a desk and chair which was useful for using my netbook. The wif-fi signal was strong and no interuptions to the service. There was little in the way of storage space - not even a shelf under the bedside table. Breakfast is included in the price. A good selection of cereals, breads and pastries, cold ham, hard-boiled eggs and cheese. There were small glasses with fresh fruit salad. Also a toaster and sandwich maker. The waiter, who was friendly and welcoming, kept supplies topped up and had a watchful eye on guests arriving and leaving, so the tables were cleared and relayed promptly. For families with children, he took trouble in ensuring they had a highchair, etc.

Europlaza, courteous staff, nice quiet room

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Europlaza Hotel and Suites. Room was of a good size and bed mattress super comfortable. Clean bathroom although it would it would had been nice to have a shelvefor our toiletries. An extra chair in the room would also had been appreciated. Nice surroundings with lots of restaurants. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful.

Comfortable hotel in good location

The hotel was located a short walk from the Obelisk and also reachable from Plaza de Mayo. Very clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was also plentiful.

Great location and great staff!

My only complaint is that we were on the 2nd floor and could hear the breakfast above us (noisy). Other than that, the hotel was clean, the staff was super helpful, and the location was very convenient.

Great stay

It was a secure place with someone at the front desk 24/7 who can speak english and are very helpful. Free breakfast every morning. Everytime i cam back to the room it had been cleaned. They have their own driver if you need to get to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.

Buena ubicación, buena atención, buen hotel

Es un hotel cómodo, muy bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra a media cuadra de Corrientes, frente al Paseo la Plaza, rodeado de restaurantes. Habíamos estado el año pasado y nos encantó, por eso decidimos volver. En ésta oportunidad fuimos sólo por una noche y nos tocó una habitación super pequeña, frente al ascensor, donde se hizo difícil no despertarse con los ruidos. El salón destinado al desayuno es pequeño, pero cuentan con un desayuno completo. La atención del personal es excelente.

El hotel está limpio, bien ubicado

Son demaciado chicas las habitaciones, muy incómodo el ingreso al baño, muy diminutos. El personal en general muy predispuesto, a esepcion de uno de los recepcionista. Muy buena ubicación, buena higiene. No incluye desayuno en la tarifa de la habitación. Te ofrecen un desayuno continental, solo café con medialunas y tostadas, no lo tomé... De todos modos, no volvería al hotel...

La ubicación es inmejorable, al alcance de todo. Es la segunda vez que para ahi, la primera muy buena. Esta vez el colchon tenia un resorte roto y muy expuesto con peligro de lastimaduras. Por ubicacion, gastronomia alrededor volvería, el hotel esta bueno solo ese inconveniente con el colchón.

Expedía me tomo reserva con una tarifa en pesos y en el hotel me cobraron demás porque la tarifa es en u$s como abogada especializada en defensa al consumidor voy a denunciar a Expedía y al establecimiento

NO TIENE PARKING

no me fue bien, el hotel es muy comodo y limpio, NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO, tenes que dejar el vehiculo en un parking privado donde cada vez que salis debes pagar el estacionamiento , con un 20% de descuento. no es lo que esperaba ademas de pagar 1000 pesos mas de lo que figuraba en la reserva

Contento con la estadía. A menudo me hospedo en el micro centro pero está ubicación me pareció muy conveniente. El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. Al volver a Buenos Aires me hospedaría nuevamente en el hotel.

Cobraron más que lo acordado en la reserva

El hotel es cómodo y la habitación similar a las fotos pero el precio cobrado fue mucho mayor que lo que figuraba en la reserva ($2600 vs $3300) dijero fue por diferencia en el tipo de cambio dolar tomado desde la web, pero la diferencia es muy alta

Estadia espetacular.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa. O hotel é muito elegante, quarto espaçoso, limpo e organizado, cafe da manhã muito bom. Todos os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Os recepcionistas foram espetaculares, Franco me auxiliou e deu excelentes dicas de locomoção, restaurantes e lugares para conhecer, superando minhas expectativas. Tinha reservado para 4 dias e tive que prorrogar por mais uma diaria e eles conseguiram que ficasse no mesmo quarto, mesmo avisando em cima da hora. A localização é no Centro e muito boa, proximo de metro e onibus. Amei e espero retornar.

O quarto muito limpo.... Roupa de cama e banho sempre trocadas. Um atende de do dia muito simpático e atencioso. Foi mto boa a estadia. O café da manhã não é mto bom , mas custo/ benefício ótimo.

Bra läge och bra service.

ótima localização, quarto bom(normal) ,limpo, atendimento na recepção muito boa, café da manhã fraco e não gostamos do atendimento do funcionário do refeitório, mesmo antes de terminar o horário do café já recolhia os alimentos , pedimos a reposição dos ovos mexidos 30 min antes de encerrar e ele apenas fez um gesto que tinha acabado e saiu.

Posizione in una strada laterale con poco traffico a 5 minuti dall’obelisco. Camera piccola. Bagno piccolo con vasca e doccia, piuttosto datato. Tutto abbastanza pulito. Staff amichevole, Wi-Fi buono. Colazione da dimenticare. Prezzo equo.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado muy central, pero no es ruidoso, la atención es grata y el desayuno rico.

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel simples, limpo, confortável, com um bom café da manhã porém com poucas opções, os recepcionistas são muito simpáticos, não passamos por nenhum problema durante nossa estadia, ficamos 7 dias e foi muito agradável, excelente custo benefício dentro do que é oferecido, voltaremos novamente, recomendo.

Fui pela terceira vez no hotel e não mudou quase nada. Achei apenas que o café da manha está um pouco mais simples , mas mesmo assim tem o básico. O atendimento é muito bom e a limpeza também. O ponto forte é a localização pois está pertinho da av. nove de julho e a alguns metros da av. corrientes , onde existe uma vida noturna muito presente e muitos restaurantes e teatros. Voltarei com certeza !

Localização ideal para quem pretende hospedar-se no Centro de Buenos Aires. Funcionários educados e eficientes. Acomodações limpas, aconchegantes, quartos silenciosos. Apenas ( e isso não faz grande diferença ) o café da manhã poderia fugir da medialuna, iorgute, doce de leite, manteiga e café. Todo caso, é um hotel que voltaria a me hospedar.

A equipe da recepção do hotel nos atendeu muito bem, com cortesia e educação. O café da manhã é ruim, sem muitas opções no cardápio e com uma área de café pequena e barulhenta. O quarto tinha apenas 1 tomada universal e isso atrapalhou muito para recarregar os celulares.

Férias em casal

Foi uma viagem de férias em casal, hotel muito aconchegante, suite grande e muito confortável, serviço de quarto foi impecável todos os dias. O único ponto que poderia ser melhor é o café da manhã, é gostoso porém bem simples, com poucas diversidade de pães, bolos e frutas.

MUITO BOM, VALE A PENA

Fiquei no EuroPlaza por 6 dias e adorei. Os recepcionistas são maravilhosos, as camareiras também, sempre deixando tudo limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é ótimo, são muitas opções de alimentos. A localização é muito boa pois fica muito no Centro, descendo a Avenida Corrientes se encontra o Obelisco, logo virando a esquina e seguindo reto tem pontos turísticos como a Casa Rosada e Puerto Madero. Mercados e lojas são muito próximos também. O hotel é ótimo, não tive nenhum contratempo. Zero críticas. Vale muito a pena ir e ficar nesse hotel, bom, barato e agradável.

Nur eine Luke zum Innenhof, kein Fenster. Kein 3. Handtuch bei 3 Personen im Zimmer. Zimmer und Bad sehr klein. Sehr hellhörig/ dünne Wände. Abfalleimer im Zimmer fehlt (nur im Bad vorhanden). Doppelbett für zwei große Personen zu klein. Für eine Nacht okay, aber ich würde vermutlich nicht wiederkommen. Positiv: Sauberkeit

Bueno , recomendable, buena ubicación .

Fue todo bien, salvo el tema de la limpieza de la habitación que en dos oportunidades habiendo dejado la misma a las 11 de la mañana y haber retornado tipo 16:30 y avisando que dejábamos la misma para ser limpiada, nos encontramos que no estaban hechas.

No segundo quarto tudo certo!

Estive hospedada de 2 até 10 de agosto. O primeiro quarto foi um desastre, pequeno e com mofo. No dia 3 fui transferida, depois de reclamar, para um quarto como havia reservado. Com as dimensões descritas na reserva, limpo e sem mofo. Os funcionários foram atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom. Se fossem colocadas mais frutas na salada de fruta e um queijo branco para comer com pão integral ficaria ótimo. O controle de entrada do quarto desmagnetizou, mas o funcionário foi muito gentil ao corrigir o problema. O wifi funcionou nos dois quartos, sem problemas.

El personal muy amable, a excepción de una persona en recepción. Entre los servicios, ponía que disponían de sauna y spa, pero no era gratis, sino que cobraban 32$ por persona y hora y media.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, fiz tudo a pé ou de metrô, a equipe do Euro Plaza é muito atenciosa. Não tive nenhum contratempo. Vale cada Peso pago!

La ubicación es importante, pero detalles cuentan

Excelente ubicación. Desayuno bastante completo pero con facturas del día anterior. Tuve que pedir que limpiaran más temprano mi habitación, porque regresábamos luego de almorzar y no estaba hecha la limpieza.

El desayuno está bien! Despues del ducharse se llena todo el baño de agua y sale hasta el cuarto!
