Great location, good size room, comfortable room. We had a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay, and Tanya, the property owner, was so helpful in all aspects of my visit to Tallinn. She emailed me immediately after my booking to give me directions and see if I had any questions, which I did. Since I was new to Tallinn, I asked the public transportation times and routes, and she helped me find my way around. She was also kind enough to work with my crazy schedule for checking in and out. Will definitely stay there again!

It had everything you needed. Has a lift. Pretty good location, not far from the old town. Close to transport and shops. Plenty of restaurants around. Very pleasant stay.

Tanya who manages the apartment and her young son were great ambassadors for their country!! Spacious room great value for the money especially in busy summer months. A gem of a place!!!!!

Excellent location, fine accommodation

This is a large room for two persons on the 4th floor of a hotel-like residence building. It has a pristine, modern bathroom (toilet and shower) and a minimalist but adequate kitchenette (fridge, sink, stovetop, small dining table). There is wifi and a large-screen TV with many cable channels and a DVD player. The balcony overlooks the inner courtyard of a shopping/business complex: not scenic, but not ugly. Public transport, shopping, and the Old Town are all within easy walking distance. The airport is easily accessed by a 15-minute bus ride on Bus 2 (cost = 2 EUR per person). The building is quiet, but the streets are a bit noisy. The hostess is very pleasant and cooperative. She will do laundry on request. I would happily use this room if ever I (we) go to Tallinn again.

Highly recommended apartment

Tatyana was a lovely host! Came and met us at 10:30 pm after we'd been at the airport for hours and our flight was cancelled. She was so hospitable and kind. Lovely, good sized apartment. Comfortable for 2 people. Full of amenities, great proximity to airport and Old Town.

Good location just outside old town. Very helpful staff for check-in and check-out. Flat generally in good condition - two possible improvements are 1) thicker blinds/curtains to ensure darkness when sleeping 2) (most important) a better double bed

Efficient and delightful studio apartment in central Tallinn shopping center near Old Town. Very reasonable rate with excellent support from owner.

Apartment - Not a hotel - but very good nonetheless

Anyone renting this should be aware that they are renting a privately owned apartment. You don't have the services of a normal hotel (e.g. room service, daily cleaning, front desk, etc.). That said, I thought this rental was great. I stayed 2 nights. The owner met me at the apt. She sent me detailed and accurate instructions for getting to the apartment. On arrival, she was very helpful with neighborhood info and local info. The apartment is ideally situated in a modern neighborhood only a short walk from the old town. There is a mall & supermarket across the street, post office a block away and a very nice cinema directly across the street that plays English language movies. For those arrive or departing by bus - the apartment is only a couple of tram stops from the bus station (the owner will give you details) or if you are arriving/departing by ferry, you can walk (about 15 mins.) to the ferry port. I did both (bus & ferry) and had no trouble at all. The apartment is a very good value because it is quite a large studio, has a good sized bathroom and a kitchen(ette) for keeping food at home. The wifi internet is excellent and she also has a very large new television. The owner has made the apartment as hotel-like as possible, but you do feel a bit like your staying in someone's house. You also do not have the quaint atmosphere of staying in the old town, but if I was to return to Tallinn, I would stay here again, especially if I had need for a longer stay.

W Tallinnie i w ogóle w Estonii byłam po raz pierwszy. Wybór miejsca zakwaterowania okazał sie trafiony w dziesiątkę. Wszędzie blisko, wszystko "pod ręką". Lepiej być nie mogło. A jak miło było po powrocie ze zwiedzania, przygotować sobie na miejscu posiłek i po prostu odpocząć. Mieszkanie wyposażone w duzy telewizor oraz video, udostępnione także wiele filmów. Z tego nie korzystałam bo to jak dla mnie aż za dużo, jednak pomysł świetny. Jako kobieta muszę wspomnieć o wyposażeniu aneksu kuchennego. Bardzo dobry sprzęt wysokiej jakości marek. Czajnik elektryczny, toster oraz garnki firmy Kitchen Aid, to naprawdę bardzo dobra jakość. Dostępne żelazko, suszarka do włosów a nawet parasol na niepogodę. Karta klienta do sklepu Rimi, który znajduje się po drugiej stronie ulicy. Czułam się znakomicie w samym Tallinnie a także w apartamencie.Czego mi trochę brakowało to fotela a najlepiej małej sofy oraz szafki na ubrania. Był co prawda wieszak odkryty, metalowy ale to raczej na odzież wierzchnią a reszta musiała zostać w walizce. Podobnie w łazience zdecydowanie za mało półek i szafek bo w zasadzie tylko wąska półeczka pod lustrem.

Location was perfect, very midle of the town, near everything, restaurant, shopping mall, foodstore etc. Apartmen was nice clean and very good size with own balcony, toilet and kitchen. We hade a very pleasant stay and can definitely recommend this for everyone <3

Best hostel ever

This is the best hostel that I have ever lived. The apartment is clean and tidy and well-equipped. The host is really nice and helpful. I can find nothing to complain. Recommend to everybody.

Die Betreuung und Hilfsbereischaft der Vermieterin war außergewöhnlich umfangreich und herzlich. Das Apartment liegt ideal zur Altstadt und den Verkehrsanschlüssen und doch in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung war (insbesondere der kleinen Küche) vollständig.Bis auf einen Fön haben wir nichts vermisst, sogar Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Staubsauger waren vorhanden, desgleichen eine kleine Bibliothek sowie eine DVD-Sammlung, allerdings leider meist auf estnisch oder russisch. Das eine oder andere Bild an der Wand würde allerdings der Wohnung guttun. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit dieselbe Wahl treffen.

Olin parin päivän shoppailureissulla, joten studion keskeinen sijainti vastapäätä Virukeskusta oli erinomainen. Vaikka studio oli keskeisellä paikalla, oli hiljaista ja rauhallista. Yöllä ei kuulunut mistään mitään. Olen todella herkkäuninen, joten hiljaisuus oli luksusta. Minut otettiin ystävällisesti vastaan ja neuvoja olisin saanut varmasti, jos olisin tarvinnut. Studio oli viihtyisä, oli kotoista. Erinomainen hinta/laatusuhde! Palaan varmasti tähän studioon!

Mukava huone, jossa keittomahdollisuus. Sijainti on paras mahdollinen. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut sampoota, mikä oli yllätys. Ilmaiset vesipullot ja karkkipussikin oli tarjolla.

Asunto oli todella siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Kylpyhuone kuin uusi ja sängyt ok mukavat. Kalustettu parveke rauhalliselle sisäpihalle päin. Lyhyt kävelymatka satamaan ja asunto aivan keskustassa. Palvelu asuntoa varatessa ja asunnolle saapuessa oli loistavaa. Tanya on todella mukava ja kertoo kaiken tarpeellisen sisään kirjauduttaessa. Kirjahyllystä löytyy leffoja ja kirjoja sadepäiviä varten ja opaskirjoja Tallinnaan tutustumista helpottamaan. Keittiössä oli jopa suklaata ja vesipullot meitä varten. Suosittelen ehdottomasti työmatkalaisille tai muutaman päivän loman ajaksi!

Kahden päivän kaupunkiloma

Hotelli sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla, joten siitä oli helppo suunnistaa eri puolille kaupunkia. Kalasatama puistoalueineen ja Telliskivi ovat tutustumisen arvoisia kohteita.

Oli todella lähellä satamaa, löysimme paikan melko helposti Tanyan antamien hyvien ohjeiden avulla. Tanya oli erittäin mukava ja auttavainen, kaikki asiat tuli selviksi kerralla. Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja näin ollen hinta-laatutaso oli todella korkea. Paikasta pääsi hyvin keskustaan ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Tupakointimahdollisuuskin oli tarjolla. Erittäin suositeltava ja tulemme varmasti uudelleen!

Einmalige Betreuung vor Ort und Lage

Die Kurzreise nach Tallinn hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und die Lage der Estinn-Appartements ist ausgezeichnet, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Vor allem die Betreuung vor Ort durch Tanya war einmalig. Auf einer Bewertungsskala zwischen 1 (schlecht) und 10 (hervorragend) würde ich ihr eine 11 geben. Das einzige, was vielleicht negativ anzumerken wäre, ist die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit des Appartements zur Nacht (Straßenlaternen).

hyvät ohjeet majoitus-oven löytämiseksi. mutta minultahan se ei tietenkään onnistunut(suppea eng. minulla) kysymättä "subwayn" myyjältä. neuvoi ystävällisesti nurkan taakse.heh. ystävällinen vastaanotto. kaikki sujui hienosti, vaikka vastaanottaja puhui vain muutaman sanan englantia. ei mitään hermoilua, ihan "lystiä". apartment oli niin hiljainen, että kävi välillä mielessä, että olenko minä ainut asiakas. en sentään. huone oli siisti, samoin toilet. jääkaapin ovi piti aika narinan, pelkäsin että naapurit häiriintyy. sijainti hyvä, raitiovaunu-pysäkki lähellä ja kävellen lyhyt matka esim. vanhaan kaup. majoituksen oveen voisi ehkä laittaa pienen kyltin. majoittuisinko uudestaan ?kyllä.

ロケーションは抜群です。エレベーターはもちろんありません。 部屋への荷物の移動はご自分で。階段の上り下りは覚悟してください。部屋はとても清潔感はありましたが、水周りの匂いがかなりキツかった、、、。

The apartment was good, owner was very kind and helpful and the location couldn't have been better. Busses and trams right next to you, a nice cafe downstairs and only a short walk to the Old Town.

Businformationen und Flugticketunterstützung - das ist die Note 1+ (oder in der Schweiz 6+) wert! Das Appartement ist schön, Grosser TV mit DVD, sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche sogar mit Gewürzen und Essig/Öl), Glasbalkan. Erreichbar direkt nach Durchgang des Forumeinkaufszentrums, 3m rechts am Hinteren Ausgang. Direkt angrenzend an postmodernes Rothermanns Einkaufsareal, Nahe Hafen und Einkaufsmakt, Kinozentrum, viele Geschäfte in der Nähe schräg gegenüber dem Viro-Hotel am Eingang zu Altstadt. Perfekte Lage! Von hier können alle Touren starten. Gut für Selbstverpfleger, Einzelreisende und kleine Familien oder Paare. Kaffee gleich um die Ecke. Super Preis/leistungsverhältnis.

A Great Apartment

I had had a great experience in living in this apartment for three nights. The owner is very nice, providing guilelines, support and suggestions on the travel in Tallinn. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with many facilities, especially for cooking. The location is excellent! It is in the city center. The main bus station and an international ferry pier are nearby. Supermarkets and shopping malls can be found too. Most importantly it is located near the Tallinn old town, which is very convenient for travel. I would recommend this apartment for travellers.

Todella mainio yöpymispaikka Tallinnan keskustassa

Varasin huoneen yhdelle yölle koska tarjous ja arvostelut hotellista olivat hyvät. Täytyy sanoa etten pettynyt! Tämä on siis käytännössä yksiö jota tarjotaan yöpymiseen. Luonnollisesti mitään vastaanottotiskiä ei siis ole, mutta kaikki sujui todella hyvin! Sain ennakkoon sähköpostin ja vielä perään tekstiviestinkin jotka sisältivät kaiken tarvittavan tiedon. Kun pääsin paikalle niin minulle esiteltiin huone ja sain avaimen käteen. Huoneessa oli kaikki mitä tarvitsin ja vähän enemmänkin! Iso jääkaappi, liesi, astioita ruoanlaittoon yms. Ottaen huomioon todella keskeisen sijainnin ja miten asiat hoidettiin niin tälle on helppo antaa viisi tähteä joka kohtaan!
